Schoon en erg goede bedden. Locatie ook fijn zo dicht bij het winkel centrum. Zwembad ook lekker en schoon. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Jammer dat er geen relaxstoelen bij het zwembad zijn. Restaurant en massage zijn ok - niet fantastisch.

The area is convinient…just one conplex with Mall.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil. L'emplacement à côté du centre commercial est un plus.

Le matelas était un peu ferme mais j'ai tout de même très bien dormi.

Triple room was just what we needed and the breakfast buffet had lots to choose from - the staff were also kind enough to arrange a breakfast box for us all when we had to leave early for a flight. The hotel was quiet with regards to noise.

I dont know where to begin, stayed here a few times and i hope to stay again some time soon. Everything is great but most of all the staff are the best. After the staff ... the breakfast wins the trophy. LOVE the breakfast.

Impressive building in a fantastic location. Right beside the mall makes things super convenient. The lobby looks really impressive when you come in. The size of the room was huge! The bed was clean and comfortable.

It feels like the owners have tried to relax the upkeep of the building. Our thermostat didn't work in our room and no matter what we set the AC to it blew cold air full on. (Until we turned the system completely off). The fridge in our room was broken. We were impressed that when we called the front desk someone was there within 15 min to replace the fridge. The shower and bathroom in our room was not so great. Mold filled the grout lines. Ewwe! The coffee shop on the fourth floor is where the breakfast is served. The buffet was decent. Food was ok. The upkeep in the coffee shop was disappointing. Staff were really not friendly or welcoming. We appreciated they spoke English, but no e were particularly welcoming or friendly.

Ideally I would like to give this a 7.5 rating but that isn’t possible under the Booking.com scoring system. The hotel is great on a number of levels, spacious rooms with large beds, extensive breakfast selection, very friendly attentive staff, great location (walking distance to central areas). Sadly though we found it all a bit spartan and uninspiring plus the bathroom needed a deep clean around all the edges and corners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aria Gajayana. The rooms were both spacious, clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The ensuite and wardrobes were of a good size and well situated opposite each other. The price was excellent considering that breakfast was included and although we did not use it the laundry service was well priced. Breakfast was similar yet different each day and always delicious. The food was locally oriented but recognisable and delicious to all. The pool was perfect for the climate and we enjoyed an afternoon swim and picnic. Tables and chairs are placed in the shade and you can bring your own picnic or have food brought to you from the restaurant. The restaurant caters for lunch and dinner too at Malang prices but we often ate out occasionally enjoying a delicious club sandwich with a Bintang at the end of a day. The Hotel is next to the Olympic Mall which is large and has many known stores. It is most convenient for doing shopping getting day to day "supplies" or finding a nice spot to dine. We occasionally walked the mall and ate one night at Sushi Tei.

Depending on the room location the one of the mosques nearby can be disturbing. Wardrobe could have had more hangers and/or shelves. In addition, the pool is divided into two sections a shallow section for kids and a deeper section for adults. Getting out of the adult section can be difficult especially for older persons, like me.

I honestly dont know where to begin. Amazing staff, amazing location, best beds ever, great price and best buffet breakfast in town. I wont be staying at any other hotel in Malang. Thank you and see you in a few weeks :)

This is a really nice hotel. Attached to a shopping centre which is handy. Big rooms, comfy beds, good choice for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

It was acceptable. The choices were limited.

The toilet seat was like 20 years old with plastic crumbling. Also, they should clean the edges of the basin and the shower area. The edges were not clean.

Le petit déjeuner nous a moins plus, et la propreté de la salle de bain n’est pas irréprochable.

Chambre efficace et personnel au petit soin. On a apprécié le contact qui nous été donné pour les excursions et les box petit-déjeuners lorsqu'on est partis à minuit au Bromo.

Des minis détails : la déco est un peu basique, la piscine mériterait plus de sièges ou au moins quelques transats...

The staff were outstanding, friendly, smiling, helpful and kind. The rooftop was lovely - but they can do so much more with it if it had a refurb!

It’s very dated. I feel like this is a hotel that’s past its time. With some investment in breakfast, rooms, facilities to bring it into 2025- it could be a really excellent hotel. The WiFi was ok but not great. Breakfast needs improvement

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltiges mit indonesischer Küche. Ein grosses Restaurant im 4.Stock, bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber sehr hellhörig. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine große Mall (Shoppingcenter MOG) mit direktem Zugang vom Hotel zur Mall.

Had all you needed for a quick stopover in Malang - and was attached to a shopping mall. A first for me. Convenient, bc that had a supermarket with international fare and beer as well. It had a certain 70s flair. It’s away from the tourist areas. Spectacular views of the volcanoes - if not cloudy.

The shower’s tiles were murderously slippery when wet. The bidet…?

Hotel ist direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum. Mit nur 2 Liften für 11 Etagen, wartet man manchmal bis zu 5 Minuten.

From the reception, room facilities and breakfast was excellent. The wifi was good. Connected to the mall and it was the biggest in Malang. The traffic was busy, maybe because city area. Overall l would say, value for money.

The staff services were excellent accept for one of the car park exit attendant who insisted that my Indonesian friend are not entitled to free parking even thou he was a guest of the hotel staying for 4 nights. He paid to avoid further issue. There was a big sign "FREE PARKING" at the reception. I guest this is culturally wrong to be happening to their own country folks. My friend was staying in the 2nd room booked by me as a customer of the hotel throughout our 2nd stay. The room upkeep had to be refreshed as molds and cracks can be seen in the toilets. The shower cubicle floor should be treated with anti skid as they are very slippery when wet. Towels are too worn out. Bedroom is comfortable and clean. Overall our stay is considered satisfactory with not having to expect more. Hope that the hotel can improve on the toilet issues so that I we can consider staying with them again.

We booked a non smoking room but the room was smell like nikotin junkies were there for the whole time. It could be due to the bad AC and non openable window. The room was dirty.

The breakfast was almost perfect, with various corners of foodies and the staff who were very helpful.

1. The bathroom door should be clean, spotless without any stains. Free from fungus is higly appreciated. 2. Some walls in the room should have been re-painted. 3. Laundry bags must be present as well.

Location and staff were very good

Rooms - furniture was awful, no cupboards or drawers, no storage whatsoever. In first room we were given. The A/C was broken and would not switch off, freezing all night until I complained and we got moved. No shoes for walking in shower and the floor was like skating on ice!!

The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay.

Overall our stay at this hotel was just ok. Nothing special about the hotel except for the location that is next to the mall. It was very difficult to get a parking spot and sometimes we had to park at the mall's parking lot. The interior design of the hotel makes the hotel looks old, in my opinion. The amenities were not as complete as other hotels I stayed in with the same rate. However, they gave us some complimentary drinks. The breakfast was ok with one or two dishes that hit the spot.

The room was a great size and was very spacious. It was spotlessly clean, very modern and the beds were comfortable. We got into Malang at around 3am and we were able to check in at this time. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and we were especially thankful to the receptionist on our last morning who helped arranged a taxi whilst we ran late for a train!! The pool was big, clean and often empty! The location right next to a large mall was also helpful. This hotel was a great base to explore Malang.

Personally for me some sunbeds around the pool would be good. There were some wooden 'huts' to sit in but they were not comfortable for very long. A sunbed or two just gives another option although I appreciate the pool was often empty. The team were also slow in responding to questions through booking.com

The staff was nice and helpful, they found us a driver to take us to the waterfalls. The room was big, and the bed was comfy. Soundproofing was ok.

The room could have been cleaner and in better condition. Low variety of occidental food for breakfast (but a loooot of occidental dishes)

Close by a mall, so it's convenient to go around to get what we needs and find some restaurants for meals.

The hotel is located in the center of Malang and is attached to MOG mall which is very convenient. choice of breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

I can’t specifically say there was anything I didn’t like about the hotel, but would have been nice if there were balcony or terrace rooms.

It’s linked to the mall. Also, there is a little gym next to the pool/spa. I loved the little gym there. It had towels ready and bottled water and airco. I also think the rooms were really nice and spacious.

It could have been cleaned a bit better. I found a lost potato fry of the previous guest in the minibar. But this is forgivable, since cleaning staff get little time to clean up.
