The staff and the location

The room was stinky, like moldy smell, the ac was in the room was noisy. I wouldn’t expect this kinda room for this kind of hotel.

L’hôtel est fabuleux ! Nous avons tout aimé. La chambre familiale est très grande, confortable, lumineuse, propre… un cerf est même venu devant notre fenêtre ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est merveilleux : face aux montagnes de Zion, à coté des restaurants et d’une navette (indispensable pour aller au parc de Zion car impossible de se garer l’été). L’hôtel accepte avant le check- in qu’on puisse garer notre voiture sur leur parking, ceci est très arrangeant ! Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et peut être pris en terrasse face à la piscine et une vue 😍 La salle de sport ainsi que la piscine extérieure et jacuzzi est parfait l’été après les randonnées !

Absolument rien à reprocher à cet hôtel.

Für die USA ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. In der Lobby gab es immer gratis Zitronenwasser und Limonade. Super Lage mit wunderschöner rundum Sicht.

Die Liegen am Pool bzw. deren Polster müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die schauen leider etwas herunter gekommen aus. Beim einten Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert.

The maid did not replenish dirty towels second day. She forgot to clean the room but it was only the towels that could have been changed out.

Die Lage war toll, mit Blick auf die imposanten Bergketten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer geräumig und nett. Der Pool war angenehm, wiederum mit toller Aussicht, der Whirlpool schön heiß zum entspannen nach einer intensiven Wanderung. Das Frühstück war gut, wenn auch recht einfach. Die Restaurants und die Speakeasy Bar in Laufweite waren toll! Der Shuttle zum Nationalpark fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab.

Zum Frühstück gab es nur Plastikteller und -besteck!! Ehrlich Leute, das war auf 1-Sterne Niveau - und ökologisch obendrein ein Disaster! Die Liegen am Pool waren teilweise kaputt, die müssten mal erneuert werden. Die Parkplätze kosten 20$ extra pro Nacht, obwohl es dort wahrlich genug Platz gibt.

L'hôtel est très bien situé sur le trajet de la navette qui relie Springale à Zion (Arrêt n°6) Très grande chambre avec tout le confort et au calme. Petit déjeuner très correct, possibilité de se faire ses gaufres. Steak House excellent à deux pas de l'hôtel. Possibilité de laisser la voiture sur le parking de l'hôtel le jour du départ pour visiter le parc

L'électricité de l'espace TV, bureau ne fonctionnait pas. Le minimum lorsque les chambres sont faites serait de s'assurer que tout fonctionne pour le client suivant...

Tout etait parfait mais en même temps le tarif était élevé

Abbiamo soggiornato in una serata difficile perché non c'era corrente elettrica in tutto il paese e abbiamo dovuto aspettare qualche ora perché sistemassero.

Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Suivant la chambre (plusieurs louées), une petite rénovation serait un plus.

L'Hotel è comodissimo per visitare il parco. Il bus gratuito si ferma proprio di fronte all'hotel. Il personale è gentile,le camere spaziose e pulite così come la piscina. Anche la colazione è abbastanza fornita sia di dolce che salato. Abbiamo trascorso li 2 notti e siamo stati molto bene.

Il costo della lavatrice e asciugatrice è di 4 dollari a macchina;il più caro tra i 3 che abbiamo trovato. Peggio se si aggiunge che lavatrice fa un lavaggio di soli 20 minuti quindi alcuni capi sono rimasti sporchi

On n'a pas du tout aimé le canapé lit en cuvette qui date du siècle dernier ! Pour dormir, une seule solution, mettre le matelas sur le sol! Avertie, la réception nous a proposé une autre chambre.... qui avait le même défaut! En fait tout l'hôtel est comme ça. La réception nous a proposé alors un dédommagement, via Booking. Trois semaines plus tard, l'hôtel fait toujours la sourde oreille et ne répond pas aux sollicitations de Booking. Donc un bon conseil , fuyez cet établissement et réservez une chambre avec 2 vrais lits. Lors de notre périple aux Usa, sur 13 réservation différentes, Hampton Inn de Springdale 'est le seul hôtel à proposer des canapés lits d'un autre âge et inutilisables.

Struttura fantastica, un edificio perfettamente coesistente con il paesaggio in cui si immerge. Stanze grandi e pulitissime. Hall imponente con lampadario a candelabri che offrono un tocco di stile e al contempo montanaro. Piscina non enorme ma capiente abbastanza per contenere l’ afflusso di turisti che alternano le giornate tra relax e trail.

I thought that a split level room would have the 2 beds on different levels but the beds were right next to each other. The other level only had the bathroom.

Traci was so helpful this morning at breakfast. I was going to go on a bike ride and walked into the eating area looking for ice. Before I could say anything she asked if she could get me ice from the back. She was also going out of her way to help some teenagers who could t figure out the waffle iron. Kind words and a thoughtful heart.❤️

Beautiful place! Clean, welcoming and friendly! Rooms were very nice and clean. Slept great! Breakfast was amazing- Gen and Annette were awesome!

Since the moment we got checked in Natalie was the first person we interacted with she was very attentive to see that it was our anniversary and was able to give us a nice room with a pool view. She made us feel welcomed and seen. Joan and kristina were also very helpful to answer any of the questions we had as far as check out time and breakfast time. My wife had forgot some of her toiletries and they were able to provide us what she needed. Annette was so nice helping us during breakfast, giving us her recommendations as far as items to eat and places to go for our day. Everyone here at the resorts has made us feel so good that we will be back again soon. 10/10 experience. Thank you Rachel, Nichole and Kat as well.. everyone here felt like family.

We were greeted by Natalie at the front desk and it only got better from there. She was very welcoming and helpful. They gave us water at the front desk and even more in the room, which is extremely helpful in hot climates like we experienced at Zion. And this may seem silly, but there was even a cookie waiting for us in the room. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this place seems to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Natalie was a large part of that extra mile.

L'hotel est vraiment très bien! En road trip, c est notre 1er véritable hotel plus luxueux et cela nous a fait grand bien. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Eau et limonade fraiches dans le hall. Un petit dejeuner complet et super ! La piscine, le jacuzzi dans un cadre splendide! Literie très très confortable! Présence de machine à glaçons pour la gestion de la glaciere en riad trip c est génial. Proche de Zion pour la vidite du lendemain matin. Une nuitée plaisir pour nous 4.

Absolutely loved everything about the property. We loved how spacious our room was and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. It was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing and very good and filling.

ザイオンナショナルパークへのアクセスが良く、無料シャトルバスの乗り場がホテルの目の前にあります。 部屋も快適で、スタッフもフレンドリーでよかったです。 予約がきちんと取れているか確認をしたかったので、ホテルのメールアドレス宛に直接メールを送ったところ、すぐに返信があり、すぐに確認出来ました。また滞在日の直前にもリマインドのメッセージをくれたので、とても安心してホテルへ向かうことが出来ました。

ホテルの駐車場代として、1泊20ドル追加で取られました。事前にその記載は無かったような気がしたので驚きました。 チェックアウトしたあとも、ホテルの駐車場へ車を停めたままでナショナルパークへ行くことが出来るので、その代金かなと思います。

There was a musty smell in the hallway. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Fresh water vessels in the public area were not always available.

This Hampton Inn must be pretty new. It is located in a complex with a Marriott next door and a restaurant complex across the way. Very nice arrangement. Our King room was very small; the smallest we have ever had. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting but not enough ventilation. There is nice counter space and storage at the sink. The single upholstered chair has super high arms so it is not that comfortable to sit in. There is a padded bench at the foot of the bed. There is only room for one suitcase in the room. Room lighting is OK but not great, there is a full length mirror in the hall. The upholstered desk chair rocks and is pretty comfortable. There are lots of early risers at this hotel so heard door closings and gallumping of footsteps before 6 AM.

Great location with easy parking (for $20 a day) just outside the National Park. Certainly the best view we've ever had from a Hampton Inn! The pool and surrounding deck are beautiful, very refreshing after time spent hiking in the sun. The breakfast is just OK.

As soon as I walked in I was nicely greeted and the customer service was incredible she gaves us a parking permit when our room wasn’t ready. The checking in was so easy and very quick. Breakfast in the morning was great.

Best hotel ever! We stayed here in June on a hiking and climbing trip it was great the pool area is well maintained and landscaped... Amazing views right out the back door

Amazing hotel, location is the key on this one. Bus stop #6 right in front of the hotel. Room and bed comfortable, swimming pool and hot tub which essential to us after a full day at the park in summer! Breakfast is good, protein changes on the daily, good to sustain you till lunch. We got lucky to also be here during Fathers day with the hotel being so thoughtful of having a little luncheon of wings etc which is really nice. Laundry is also such a plus for us being on a 2 week roadtrip, dirty clothes piled up fast. We'llbe staying here again if we come back and visit Zio! Shoutout to all the staff especially to Annette, Traci and Nancy.!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Love that they offer lemonade and water all day and cookies in the evening. They also provide washcloths when you come back in from a long day of hiking.

Great place to stay right near Zion! Genn in the kitchen was so friendly and the yummy breakfasts in the morning were a fabulous way to start our days!

This hotel was the perfect base for exploring Zion. The rooms and beds were comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage, and the shuttle stop was conveniently located right out front. The front desk staff was also kind enough to store my cooler pack in their freezer. We especially enjoyed the breakfast omelets with cheese and peppers, along with the friendly service from Genn, Scott, and Nancy!

I have to say, I was very very impressed when I arrived. The staff at the check in was very friendly and helpful. When I got to my room……. I received some goodies and some letters/cards. Check out the attached photo. In the lobby, there was a large ice cold water reservoir along with a lemonade station and fresh cookies in the evening. The free breakfast was good. There was enough of a selection from which to nourish us……. this included both hot and cold items as well as several protein options. The facility was very clean and well kept. I had an issue with turning on the shower so I called the front desk for help. Within three minutes they were at my door offering to help resolve the issue. The free shuttle stop is located right in front of the hotel – very convenient. Parking was ample. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable – I was able to sleep well. The air-conditioning unit was easy to use and adjust. The rooms were quiet, no noise from adjacent room or outside was noticed. The one negative……. The air conditioning unit is a wall mount under the window. Unfortunately, some hotels have this. We were staying in a two double bed room and the air conditioning unit directs the air right next to the bed closest to it. The room was automatically set at 69 degrees….. I had to set it at 75/76 so that it would make for minimal interruptions and temperature discomfort in the middle of the night. This hotel presented the best customer service that is on par, if not better than a 5 star hotel. I definitely recommend.
