Man hört leider sehr gut, wenn eine Etage höher jemand läuft oder etwas fallen lässt. Schade dass man einige Lampen nicht auch mit dem Lichtschalter aktivieren kann sondern nur an der Lampe direkt.

Nice terrace and swimming pool, just below a very scenic massif. Pool table and air hockey in the lounge provided welcome distraction. Useful snack/drinks corner shop next to reception, with power bars. Decent laundry.

מלון מקסים! ממוקם ברחוב הראשי שמוביל לפארק. יש לא מעט מסעדות ובתי קפה באיזור. החדר נעים ומרווח וכולל מטבחון קטן, ספה, שולחן כתיבה ואפילו חדר ארונות גדול. ארוחת בוקר ממש מוצלחת עם ביצים, בייגל, וופל בלגי ועוד. אין ירקות.

Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön, die Zimmer groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Empfangshalle mit Blick auf die Berge ist wirklich ganz toll. Frühstück auch sehr gut, keine Beanstandungen. Der Billiard Tisch war eine sehr nette Bereicherung, wir haben Abends gern eine Partie gespielt.

Die Dame am Empfang war etwas sehr patzig. Ebenso fand ich 20 Dollar Parkgebühr bei dem Übernachtungspreis nicht angebracht.

Hermoso lugar con visitas increíbles en la cafetería. Habitación cómoda, camas cómodas. Buen desayuno.

La puerta del baño no cerraba adecuadamente.

Staff molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e la struttura dell’albergo, piacevole e ben curata. Anche la camera era bella, confortevole e pulita. Spettacolare la posizione, immersa nello scenario unico di Zion. Molto apprezzata anche la piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata nel parco.

La posizione della nostra camera, al piano terra e con affaccio direttamente sul parcheggio, non era delle migliori. La colazione è discreta, ma secondo noi potrebbe essere migliorata, soprattutto considerando il buon livello generale della struttura.

Unica pecca: camere molto poco insonorizzate (si sentono i rumori provenire dal corridoio). Ma con la colazione in parte ci si dimentica...

Beautiful architecture in breathtaking location in Springdale. Rooms are clean and have all we need. Nice variety of choice for breakfast even for European. Coffee, tea, water and lemonade in the lobby all day long. Cool amenities such as bilard or shuffle board which were an additional fun for kids and teenagers in the hotel.

The lady at the reception desk is rude ( only the staff at breakfast was friendly). Despite paying a substantial amount for our accommodation, the service makes us feel unwelcome which is unbelievable. Did not allow the kids to play shuffle board after breakfast: rules say it can be used from 10:00 but i do not know if it is better if they sit and scream in the lobby for one hour waiting for it and disturbing all the people rather than just let them play in isolated room without disturbing anyone.

Nagyszerű lokáció és kiegészítő szolgáltatások. A shuttle nagyon közel van, a kilátás gyönyörű a felszereltség teljesen megfelelő!

Die Lage ist ganz ok. Auf einem Platz liegen drei Hotels zusammen. Man kann neben dem Gebäude parken. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber nicht so gemütlich wie auf den Bildern auf der Seite abgebildet. Überhaupt nicht. Die Betten waren ok. Die Kissen viel zu groß und deswegen unbequem. Es gab eine Umkleide. Das Bad war groß (aber die Badewanne- total verrostet und alt)

Der Rezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich. Er hatte uns nicht mal erklärt wo wir unsere Zimmer finden.. Hat nur einen Zettel mit zwei Kreuzen (die Zimmer)gegeben.. Da es mehrere Gebäude auf einem Parkplatz neben einander liegen, war es gar nicht einfach die Zimmer zu finden.. Das Frühstück ist da eine pure Katastrophe! Man muss sich nicht mal anmelden um zu frühstücken. Man geht in die "Schulkantine" rein, wo ca. 150 Menschen durcheinander laufen und sich etwas auf den EINWEGTELLERN holen! Einweg Geschirr, Einwegbecher... Tonnenweise Müll! Die Tische gab es natürlich nicht ausreichend. Es gab auch gar keinen Personal dabei, der das regeln könnte.. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war minimal. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. übrigens essen mussten wir draußen bei 41 Grad Hitze. Noch etwas wichtiges- auf den Bildern im Internet ist ein Restaurant oder eine Loge mit schönen Tischen abgebildet. Das war der Grund unserer Auswahl des Hotels. Das ist aber BETRUG! Das Hotel besitzt kein Restaurant! Man kann dort nicht zu Abend essen. Das Bild entstand wohl von einem privaten Event!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kia was very friendly, helpful, and kind. She gave us a late checkout so we could shower after our hike. Highly recommend!

La limpieza de habitaciones no es diaria y no se especifica al hacer la reserva.Al preguntar por qué no estaba hecha la habitación, el personal me dijo que no limpian a diario, si no que día si y día no y me ofreció una bolsa para tirar la basura que había acumulado y no fuemuy amable. El desayuno son de cartón yl os cubiertos de plástico con la que está cayendo con la ecología...eso sí, tú te lo sirves y tú te lo tiras a la bsura como en el Burguer....para que luego te pongan en la habitación que ahorres agua evitando lavar innecesariamnete la toallas.....si te toca que te las cambien al tercer día. Desde luego lo cobran como un hotel de 5 estrellas y dan un servicio de airbnb. En los marriots trabajas tú. Caro y rídiculo a la vez.

We had few problems witg the reservation- there was no way to reach the hotel. No person answering the phone, no reply via mail or booking...

Definitiv ein der besten Hotels auf unsere Rundreise mit 11 verschiedenen Hotels. Zimmer war super ausgestattet. Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider habe ich noch ein benutzte Socken hinter dem Vorhang gefunden. Frühstück war richtig lecker. Mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten bis zum Zion visitor Center.

Leider berechnet das Hotel für den Parkplatz Springdale hat ohnehin einr ganz schlecht Parksituation.

This is the best Marriott property I have ever stayed at! Kia was incredibly friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in. From the complimentary lemonade to the board games and comfortable pool chairs, every detail made our stay exceptional. An excellent hotel with outstanding service. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel and room was very clean and the view was breathtaking! The staff at the front desk couldn't do enough to make our stay exceptional. Ondra at the front desk was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Great location and wonderful accommodations!

Ondea and Jake were very helpful with park instructions. They gave great info on the park shuttle and how to efficiently navigate the park.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten gebucht und haben ein tolles Apartment mit Wohnraum ( inklusive Schlafsofa) und Küchenzeile sowie einem sehr großen Schlafzimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten.

Le tarif du parking : 20 dollars. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas.

Abbiamo avuto un grosso problema con il pagamento. Hanno un sistema che non supporta carte europee motivo per cui ci è stato scalato per 5 volte l intero importo, penso perché il sistema tentasse di recuperare il denaro ma non ci riusciva ma effettivamente sul mio conto quei soldi sono stati prelevati.

Faltava un bar per poder prendre algo encara que hi ha una tenda per poder comprar 4 coses. Ens van cobrar 20 euros per dia per parking quan l’espai era inmens i el preu de l’habitació ja era prou correcte per cobrar-ho.

La ubicación es extraordinaria, restaurantes cerca, parada de autobús al frente, estacionamiento, vistas a las montañas, el lobby tiene una vista excelente, tiene alberca, mesa de billar, juegos, todo en general muy bien.

Al momento de llegar nuestra habitación no estaba hecho el baño y habían dejado todo tirado según lo habían dejado los huéspedes anteriores, tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que mandaran a gente a terminar de hacer limpieza de la habitación !!!! tardaron más de 1 hora !!! El desayuno.... no pasa de huevos con salchicha, waffles y cereales, cafe, leche y té.

Beautiful location and a wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful mountains on both sides. Rooms were clean and nice. Definitely not a bad price for the room I had. It was quiet with a lot of activities to do. Kia at the front desk was very helpful on booking my second night. Amenities are nice including free breakfast and games in the lobby area.

Our family of five stayed here while visiting Zion and the location to the park was perfect. Also enjoyed the pool with beautiful views and the continental breakfast before our busy days exploring the park.

Denise was so amazing!! She went above and beyond with her service! She made us feel warm and welcome like we were family! 6/5 stars!!! I think I’ll tell everyone back home what an amazing breakfast we had!!

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de restaurant dans l hôtel avec des horaires étendus pour un dîner tardif en Utah après 20h mais des snacks sont dispos et des épiceries sont ouvertes à Springdale.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet hotel ! Hyper bien placé dans la ville de Springsdale où tout est charmant ! La chambre était très spacieuse pour nous 5, l'hotel met à disposition du thé, du café, eau & limonade toute la journée ! La piscine est un vrai bonheur après une journée de randonnée ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est TOP ! Les enfants ont pu faire leurs gauffres eux-meme !

Le personnel ... ! C'est très rare aux US mais il faut le mentionner : personnel pas du tout sympathique, à différentes horaires de la journée, ne faisant aucun effort sur nos questions concernant Zion Parc qui pourtant basique ! Ils nous ont d'ailleurs mal expliqué le fonctionnement de la randonnée dans l'eau des Narrows... ce qui nous a retardé un bon moment sur la location du matériel, la navette, etc...

Pas assez de transat à la piscine. Pas pu en profiter .

Struttura molto bella nuova e pulita, attenzione al dettaglio e al design, staff molto accogliente. Sarebbe auspicabile mettere uno specchio a figura intera in camera. Il lavandino del bagno è piccolo, rispetto alle dimensioni generose dello spazio circostante.

La colazione è disorganizzata anche in questa struttura e anche qui solo stoviglie usa e getta, nessun riguardo x il pianeta oltre che per gli ospiti!

Pobyt byłby bardzo udany, gdy nie niemiła osoba na recepcji. Zameldowanie jest możliwe od 15, ale nie w naszym pokoju… pani nie była w stanie powiedzieć, kiedy będziemy mogli wejść do naszego pokoju i nie widziała w tym żadnego problemu.

I have spent with my family 2 nights in this hotel which is enough for me to give a review. So here are a few things you need to know before coming to this hotel : - the soap (in the shower and for the faucet), the shampoo and the hair conditioner are all impossible to remove once spread on the zone. Indeed after rinsing you still feel it on your skin or your hair which is, in my opinion, disgusting and very uncomfortable. When wiping it out, you feel like you just put the soap without even rinsing even when you do. - the hotel is actually so big that when going to the pool you are surrounded by tons of people and it is impossible to relax. The pool is overcrowded. There is not only a lot of people but also a LOT of noise. - the cleaning of the room is done very superficially, the beds aren't done. For the towels, some were put next the faucet, folded, others were still hung so I am really not sure they were cleaned. - we were bothered by a couple living above us with a dog and a 4 year old child who was running and thus making a lot of noise. This has been during around 2 hours and when I asked the reception to do something, they actually didn't do anything about it. The lack of isolation and of reaction are the main issues. - the bed was squeaking every time we moved which is unbearable. - on top of that, the gym did not have any gym mat which was very uncomfortable for stretching. - finally, we had to eat with plastic cutlery for breakfast which is disappointing. All these things made me rate this hotel 3/5. The breakfast was nice and I would have appreciated this hotel more if there weren't all these issues. You are warned, but if you still want to go, then I wish you the best stay as possible.

Don’t really understand punishing paying guests with an extra parking charge to ‘keep out the people in town who shouldn’t be parking here.’ Just issue a permit (like they already do). Hate surprise fees - lessens the experience.

Checked in at 7:40pm. TVs in room did not work. Maintenance spent until 9:30 trying to fix in the room. Left with no resolution and said front desk would call. Never happened. Shower didn’t work in the morning. Paid full price with no concessions even after discussing issues at checkout. Would have had better night in a tent. Be advised!

La struttura è molto bella e suggestiva, immersa nel parco nazionale. La colazione molto fornita e varia, non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina quindi non posso esprimermi su questo.

Il parcheggio 20$ al giorno, lo inserirei direttamente nel costo della camera, perchè non è costata poco. Abbiamo pernottato per 2 notti e non è stata rifatta la camera.
