Bardzo miły Pan, który przygotowywał dla nas śniadania. Nie było problemu z przygotowaniem śniadania vegan. Z przyjemnością chodziłyśmy na śniadanie.

Hotel czasy świetności ma juz za sobą. Problem z czystością, musiałam wielokrotnie prosić o sprzątanie. Okna wychodziły na mur, kraty w oknach. Po udanym pobycie w OK Boutique Phnom Pehn ten niestety był rozczarowaniem.

Very good location. Clean. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Lovely roof top pool and bar run by a very friendly bartender. When we stayed the hotel had very few guests checked in so was very quiet.

Not a massive issue but the tv in our room didn’t work.

A real Cambodian experience the hotel was only16 years old with all the features of an old style Cambodian hotel.Loved the pool after a long day very quiet. Close to everything Grab Tok Toks so cheap to explore.Staff couldnt be more helpful.

Like a lot of Asian hotels no shower curtain so floor got very wet.

Petit déjeuner absent plusieurs matins où alors attente une heure de 7h à 8h pour avoir les cafés et le pain , nous n’étions que 6 et pas d’autres clients . Piscine accessible uniquement par un grand escalier . L’eau chaude pour la douche une catastrophe Eau froide ….. il faut ouvrir l’eau de la douche et du lavabo 15 minutes à fond pour que l’eau chaude arrive. Une de nos 3 chambre est restée porte grande ouverte toute la journée… ils ont oubliés de la fermer après le nettoyage…. Inadmissible. Pas d’entretien poignée des portes d’armoire cassée , prises électriques pendantes …. Cela a dû être un bon hôtel mais c’est terminé Une note de 8 sur booking est trompeuse Merci de déclasser cet hôtel vieillissant et mal géré par le personnel et la direction. Pas possible d’avoir les produits à la carte car les fruits ananas et mangue proposés sont indisponibles. Les lits pas fait quand on demande . Il serait trop long de tout dire , nous sommes très déçus . 3 chambres pour 7 jours et un supplément de 5 euros par jour pour changer de chambre car la nôtre n’était pas prête à 17h lors de notre arrivée. 35 euros de plus pour une chambre car il ont oublié de préparer notre chambre …. C’est très désagréable cette solution. Nous aurions dû avoir une remise N’allez pas dans cet hôtel Fuyez

Lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was made to order and accommodated our vegan diet. Roof top pool was clean and perfect for a cool off after a day in the city. Room basic but clean. The reception staff were amazing and helped us with the booking of our onward travel. Thank you so much to everyone

The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who helped with the booking of our trip to Vietnam. Laundry service was excellent. Pool was small but big enough to enjoy. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was to order and they catered for us as a Vegan family. Would highly recommend. We will return next year

All is really beautiful and the staff is amazing

Room was large, bed was comfortable, hot shower, fridge in room. The provided breakfast was simple but good. All the staff especially the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and towels are available at the pool deck.

The air conditioner remote was difficult to use and we couldn't adjust the vent. The room wasn't serviced after we requested it to be.

Very nice place. The personal is very pleasant and always there to help. The young man from Russia was very sweet. My room was very nice. The view was amazing. The beach not so nice but at 5 minutes walk there is a nice beach next door.

Was almost impossible to sleep because it was too hot. No air conditioning. There is a fan on the ceiling but too far from the bed. Give almost no air or hot air. Impossible to stay in the room during the day. It was like an oven. I also didn’t eat much there because they charge 15% extra on your bill. I ate next door where there is no charge at all. I going 15% not reasonable and very expensive and greedy. Next door a Hamburger was 5$ and at this resort is was 9$. Plus 15% tax.

The front desk team are very helpful and keen to help your stay be amazing. They have a team of tuk-tuk drivers who wait outside. They don't work for but pick up all the hotel tuk-tuk requirements.

Shortage of sockets in the room. I'd still stay here again.

Pool was great - good area to lounge around and relax after a long day!

Bed was super hard. Shower had no pressure at all. The bathroom looked clean however there was someone else dirty T-shirt in the bathroom when we arrived so not sure if the bathroom was actually cleaned.

The most beautiful ceiling and one of the most beautiful hotels, I have stayed in so far. Unfortunately the fridge didn't work, but that's all right. There are many shops and bars nearby. Really nice staff, too.

Beautiful hotel-lovely woodwork. The staff was so nice and helpful. Nice safe, walkable atea. Good value for the price. The hotel sent me Mr. Phearum as tuktuk driver from airport. Very smooth, considerate driver, I hired him for 2 more trips. Hotel is close to Aspara Dance Show & Dinner- must see,, and delicious! Location is good for tour pickups also.

-The room was big and had both AC and a ceiling fan, - There's a restaurant and a bar by the pool upstairs, so it's really nice to hang around there after a long hot day. - We rented bycicles from the front desk and were the best thing for visiting Angkor Wat. - There's an atm right outside and plenty of tuktuks. - Everyone there was so so friendly and helpful.

- The only thing that wasn't perfect was the WiFi. It covers the whole place (including the terrace), it's just not very fast. But if you only need it to look up stuff or navigate, it's all good :)

the rooftop and the general look of the hotel is nice. but…

I recently stayed at okay 1 Villa and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel looks good from the outside, but the reality is far from it. The bathroom was a disaster, with a strong smell of feces, mold, and cigarette smoke. The roof top pool was a highlight, but it was dirty and unkempt, with trash scattered around and in the water. The staff on the roof spent all their time on their phones and neglected their duties. The Wi-Fi was terrible and could only be accessed in the lobby. The staff had very limited English, making communication difficult. Additionally, the hotel's laundry service was a rip-off and six times more expensive than a laundry store located just a few minutes away from the hotel. out of the main gate turn left, at the main road turn left again and on your left hand side there is the laundry store (same where the hotel go to clean your laundry). at the hotel is 3$/kg. at the small shop 0.5$/kg. It’s annoying how the tuk tuk drivers parked just outside the main gate are waiting for you insistingly asking if you need a ride. I would not recommend staying at Villa 1 Siam Reap and suggest looking for alternative options

The lobby is large and dark, not especially inviting as a place to hang out. The food and drink on the top level are overpriced. Next door is a less expensive property with an inviting lobby and dining area: Although I was pleased with my room and the service, I tended to spend my free/dining time at the adjacent property.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Great value for money, the rooms were clean, the bed very comfortable and big, and no external noise disrupting our sleep. The lady at reception was so lovely and welcoming and helped us organise a motorbike and tickets to Phnom Kulen without issue. It's only a 20 minute walk from pub street and some really nice restaurants but far enough away that it isn't noisy. There's always tuk tuks outside if you need to go somewhere. Lots of information on tours, bike hire, taxis etc in the main reception. It felt very clean and the bedding smelt nice. The shower room is basic but did the job.

Everything was good except for breakfast which we paid extra for. The first morning it opened 15 minutes late. We waited another 15 minutes before having to leave for a tour and never got served so went hungry. Often you have to go up to the kitchen to ask for food because a staff member is not present on the floor. The bread was so stale on some days it was like sawdust. There are two menus as well, one you pay extra for and the "free" one, but this wasn't explained to us so we accidentally ordered off the wrong one. One day we also saw who we believe was the manager shouting aggressively at the nice reception lady and some other staff members in the main reception. This was very unprofessional and we felt really sorry for the staff, they work hard and did not deserve that.

We booked the family room for a very good price since there was an offer due to construction work. for this price ( around 26 dollars / night) it was really amazing. the room is so big and very beautiful. good and comfortable bed! even a bautiful balkony. the terrass on the roof is amazing for sunset. the hotel is all in all very nice but for a higher price i think its not worth it because the small things are not good: bathroom could get upgradet and servixe was really bad. staff so friendly , the woman at the reception tries her best and is really nice! but unfortunately they are not prepared for alot of people. the woman in the restaurant does everything alone and we had to wait so long always. So the service unfortunately was so bad.

Great rooftop pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was very good for us as it was a little outside the main touristy city centre but still near loads of local restaurants and shops. They can organise a wide range of tours at a very fair price.

The building is nice but a little dated and we did have to ask for our room to be cleaned. Very minor comments. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

All of the staff were so friendly and kind. The pool was fantastic to lounge at after sightseeing. Short walk to pub street/old market but quiet and away from the noise.

The hotel advertises that it accepts credit card payment. It does not. It demands cash. If this affects your travel plans stay elsewhere. Whilst it can be OK to only accept cash that needs to be clearly stated on all online booking sites.
