The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating during the stay. The location of the property is very convenient as it is only a walking distance to adjacent shopping malls. The room was clean during the stay and the housekeeping kept the room tidy. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a variety of foods were laid out every morning. The cocktails/drinks were amazing.

A very clean, stylish luxury hotel with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. Great shower, good food in the restaurant. All areas are very well air-conditioned. Extremely friendly and attentive staff.

n the evening, there were unpleasant odors from the neighborhood near the swimming pool.

Super cozy

We came to CDO for a friends wedding and were there for just 2 nights. Everything from the reception staff to the bell boys were great. The location of the hotel being attracted to the mall is a huge bonus. Overall, highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay downtown in CDO.

I like everything

Whenever l go to Seda Centrio something happened but they see to it that they manage it properly and make your stay still a good client experience. This time it was a nice experience of service from the crew’s of Seda Centrio, very accommodating and hospitable. First, at the hotel lobby everyone from the hotel porter to the lobby guard to the front desk has an excellent performance and impressive attitude. In addition, for the past 2 days that I had my late dinner in the dining restaurant the staffs are alert and always wear a smile on their face even with my late arrival in the restaurant. Staff are also sensitive to the needs of the customer, when my nearby group of customers are too loud already and one of the staff offered me to transfer to a more quiet area. Also, they extend a hand to suggest what is best foods and drinks combination a customer could have.. Kudos to Yasmine and the guy who asked me to transfer.

Love the newly renovated hotel. Love the lobby and dining. Of course from the time I arrived and was greeted by Genesis, to my check in where I was welcomed by the friendly FO, to my dining experience during breakfast and dinner, service was excellent. I forgot the name of the service crew who I appreciate because he was able to modify the fruit plate which I requested. And Yazmien was very friendly and gave me suggestions on what to order tomorrow🤗 . You can feel the warmth of all the team!

Seda Centrio is my only hotel in the Philippines particularly in Cagayan de oro City. Even my family suggested other hotel to try but I choose only one hotel Seda. Friendly and clean environment. Restaurant management is great with Sir Reymart the staff like Carlito and the OJT young girl Divine. I recommend Seda Hotel Centrio tto stay for those who wants a great hotel service in the Philippines.

Argen, the night front desk clerk, was simply outstanding. We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and each time I came down to the front dining area, Argen was there with a smile and ready to assist. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for guests truly set her apart. One example that speaks volumes about her dedication occurred at 3:00 in the morning when she graciously prepared a cup of chamomile tea for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it reflected the exceptional level of service she consistently provides. Her customer service is well beyond five stars. In my travels, I have encountered many hospitality professionals, and Argen ranks among the very best. She is one of the greatest assets that the Seda Centrio team has. I strongly recommend recognizing her for her outstanding work and using her approach to guest service as a model for others. We had a lovely time at Seda. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Very spacious and clean. Its location is very convenient. Close to the mall where you can grab anything you need, and close to downtown. The breakfast buffet always hits the spot. Rhea and Jeff Clark provided a good dining experience. The hotel has a very good atmosphere and the service is excellent. I have been here before they renovated and the hotel really levelled up after the renovation. Carlito served us well during breakfast, always making sure we have what we needed.

Every part of my stay felt smooth, relaxing, and high quality. I also want to specifically recognize Jannette, who stood out because of how professional, attentive, and courteous she was throughout my stay she truly represented the level of excellence Seda is known for. This hotel consistently exceeds expectations, and I will ALWAYS stay at Seda whenever I’m in Cagayan de Oro.

The Seda has undergone a renovation since last we stayed and the rooms and gym are a step up from what we saw 10 years ago. The showers in the rooms, in particular, are something special. No hotel will be perfect and the one problem that one could point to would be an overenthusiastic air conditioning system. The quite wonderful staff at the hotel, though, more than compensate for what I would imagine is just a temporary issue.
