La colazione non è a buffet ed è solo salata senza possibilità di scelta. A me personalmente andava bene, ma è giusto per informare altri viaggiatori.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The location. Because it is near the Seoul Station and locates on a footbridge with trees and flowers. Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong are in walking distances. The breakfast is served by a coop restaurant to be professionally delicious. Staff are helpful to store luggage and answer questions speaking fluent English.
Check-in time is 15:00, which is later than my expectation. Room is smaller than those in the US. A bit hard to find the entrance on the footbridge. The front desk is not open 24 hours. Breakfast menu is limited to two options.

Beetje harde bedden (persoonlijke mening) Apart dat er een briefje in de kamer moet met in de gist van wat ik me kan herinneren. “schoonmaak personeel weet niet wat wel of niet afval is dus alles goed opruimen”

The room is rather small and you can only really use it for sleeping. The bed is not comfortable. It is small and you can feel the springs when you lay down. Only provide 1 small pillow. Struggled to sleep and was sore waking up. Staff at reception could be more friendly.

Like most hotels, a new comfortable mattress would be appreciated.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026I love the hotel because you can walk to it from Seoul Station. When I take the train from Busan, it's easy to just walk to the hotel and not have to hassle with a taxi. I also like that it is near an outdoor market I can walk to and a 7-Eleven is half a block away also. I like the restaurant downstairs for a pizza and beer. The breakfasts are very nice also.
There needs to be better lighting at the mirror infant of the desk so I can put on make up. I don't like the little control panel by the bed that just has numbers for the lights, you don't know what button controls what light.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026The Location is very good due to proximity to Seoul Station which is a stop for the AREX Airport Express Train. We liked the bar located at the ground floor of the hotel, Seoulista, because it had decent fried chicken which we ate for dinner after a long flight. There is a handy 7 Eleven around the corner from the hotel.
We stayed in a room at the 10th Floor. It was a quiet room which was great. The room is dated and fixtures are showing wear and tear. It is time for the hotel to invest in new memory foam mattresses - the one in our room felt like cardboard and we could feel the springs. New pillows would be good, too. The cleaning could be better. I noticed stains on the duvet which can be seen through the white duvet cover. The lights in the lamps were flickering so we could not use them. The enclosed shower tray did not drain properly. We appreciated the shampoo, cond, and body wash in the enclosed shower. The Japanese style toilet with bidet was the highlight.

Very dirty. The bathroom was full of bats- dead and alive. It hadn’t been cleaned. Other people’s hair on the floor, but worse was the mold all over the bathroom and the moldy smell.

Really bad beds. For the price we paid the beds need to be much better. We had 2 beds. A queen and a twin. The queen was so sagging on the middle.

J'ai regretté qu'il n'y ait pas plusieurs options de petit-déjeuner. En effet nous n'avons pu manger que la moitié de l'assiette. Bien que qualitatif, il différait trop de celui auquel nous sommes habitués.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025【立地の良さ】ソウル駅からソウルロを歩くとロビーが直結しているので大きな荷物を持っての移動が楽でした。 荷物がないときは会賢駅の方が近く感じました。 【スタッフ】受付では言語が苦手でも柔らかく丁寧な話し方で対応してくださいました。 部屋の清掃など、こちらが邪魔な場所に荷物を置いておいても一切触れることなく、帰ってきた時にとても気持ちが良い部屋つくりをしてくださいました。
テレビがつかない部屋がありました。(別部屋と同じ動作をしても無理でした) 洗面所の引き戸が腰痛持ちには少し重く感じました。

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Freundliches Personal Obwohl ich zu früh im Hotel war um einzuchecken, wurde mir nach einigen Minuten des Wartens ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Jeden Tag gab es ein komplett anderes Frühstück, welches frisch zubereitet wurde und wirklich lecker war. Jeden Tag frische Hand- und Badetücher und 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser. Zentral und in einigen Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof Seoul und Busstationen entfernt. In der Nähe gab es zahlreiche Restaurants und Shops, wie z.B. GS25 oder 7Eleven. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Souvenirs oder ähnliches, gab es unzählige bei der beliebten Einkaufsmeile Myeongdong und war in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Wenn man ein Frühstücksbuffet erwartet, wird leider enttäuscht.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Location was our main priority. It is very close to Seoul Station. Look for Exit 4, there is an elevator for those with luggage. It is a short walk from the exit to the hotel. Room's functional and good for a short stay. The beer hall at the ground level serves good fried chicken. Hotel is a short walk to Namdaemun. There are lots of shops and eateries nearby.

Toothpaste and tooth brush also isn't complimentary. Location is decently located in downtown of Seoul. Takes about 20-25 min train/Uber to hongdae and itaewon. Also a 5 min walk to the market. Overall would stay again.
