Ambassador in Paradise is one of the most beautiful resorts in all of Boracay. The location is breath taking, with easy access to a stunning beach front. The staff are incredibly welcoming and treat you like family. This is our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back!

It may not be a luxury if you compare it in terms of amenities , furnitures and newer hotels....but if you are looking to experience Boracay and why it became famous, stay here in Ambassador. Pros: 1. The Family room is good for 6. This is 2 king California king size bed with 2 single bunk bed. There is 2 sink , a separate toilet and a separate shower with bath tub. Room size is bigger than most newer hotels, plus the beach front of this hotel has the most coconut trees in station 1.... so the hotel beachfront doesnt feel so hot compare to a hotel with so much concrete and glass. The air flows good because the hotel was designed not to maximize getting more customers and fitting rooms into spaces but rather ALL the rooms is facing /slant facing the beach so it feels like a real beach holiday just for you . (Most newer hotel rooms are facing each other like a dorm but rooms) 2. Shortest walk from main road -lobby-to your room, access by elevator or stairs vs walking in alley ways or zigzag with elevators inside hotel vicinity. Plus they have beach wheelchairs for assistance to room and the al fresco (Beachfront restaurant) . -if you have elderly /seniors better get the family rooms vs the other rooms near the pool. Why? - Stair access only. 3. Acoustic / Live singer every night 6pm-9pm by the beach. You dont need to go to Station 2 just to hang out, its all here (a romantic dinner with a singer with guitar with your family, good food and possible light drink with live music till 9pm) all in the beach front without the crowd. for relaxing, with family , kids, and elderly, this is the spot. They have fire dancers Fridays and Saturdays (as of apr2026) 4. Food. I recommend Lemongrass grilled Chicken , all pizzas , Black risotto surf and turf. Breakfast is limited- and it's okay. They have an egg station, a waffle station, a choice of breads pastries, a salad bar and usual Filipino breakfast. They also have Plant based food options in the back of the menu. You have to confirm with staff if food has pork , regarding some dishes on their menu (ex. burger) 5. Staff. Truly warm smiles. great security at the beach front, has turn down service and housekeeping is on time with cleaning rooms. 6. Flowers - the hotel is surrounded by bougainvillea and hibiscus plants when its flowering season. This may seem small to others but, in all the white Beach Station 1 , it made our stay feel like we are really one with nature. I Think the only hotel that would rival this was Fridays (which closed already) and maybe sea wind (havent stayed there but their beach front restaurant is also nice and quiet. Most hotels would feel like city life but 10% beach. Now the Cons. 1. You'll feel its outdated (and it is), comparing from the new hotels (lind, discovery, hennan) -but if you are looking for beach life, tranquility and away from concrete jungle but still has a wifi that extends to the beach-go here. I am sharing this, even though I wanted this to be my secret... i wish for others to experience a nice beach holiday especially if you are a new mom or taking care of aging parents. 2. Transport: although they will seamlessly transport you from airport,jetty to hotel, their own private Speedboat is not available during our stay (but they will book a boat partner from the Jetty so expect to pass thru the public port. ******This will be a BIG problem if you have an elderly who cannot walk. (if you will be flying in Manila. -if they cannot walk , do not book this hotel unless it is really sure that their private Speedboat is available or they can handle walk at the port. I expected this because a similar review about this was posted here.

This hotel is amazing ! No insects inside and really good customer service. All food is delicious as well. I wanna stay here again!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort. The location is perfect—right on the beautiful White Beach with amazing sunset views every evening. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everyone seemed to naturally have such a good vibe, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection and it was nice to enjoy it with the ocean just steps away. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay. 🌴🌅

Beautiful beachfront resort and incredible view from my beachfront room. All the staff are so lovely and accommodating. Great restaurant. If you’re okay with a bit of noise at night (Fri-Sun) until 9-9:30pm (live music), highly recommend the beachfront rooms.

We had the most beautiful Buddhist wedding ceremony and reception at Ambassador in Paradise Boracay, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to begin our forever. Our beachfront ceremony was absolutely magical — the white sand, the calming sound of the waves, and the breathtaking Boracay sunset created the most romantic atmosphere. It felt intimate, peaceful, and simply perfect. The reception was just as stunning — elegant setup, warm lighting, delicious food, and excellent service. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was! We also stayed for two nights, which made the experience even more special. Our Honeymoon suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — the perfect place to relax and soak in every beautiful moment after the celebration. A very special thank you to Mr. Rio for his patience, professionalism, and dedication. From planning to the actual wedding day, he made everything smooth and stress-free. He was attentive to every detail and truly cared about making our vision come to life. We felt supported and well taken care of every step of the way. To the entire team of Ambassador in Paradise, thank you for making our wedding day unforgettable. It was everything we prayed for and more. The resort is a reasonably priced option in the best part of Station 1, Boracay. Rooms were big, with a balcony which had a bit of beach view & overlooked the pool. Beds were comfortable & room had the usual amenities - towels, toiletries, slippers, robe. It was a nice touch that they would leave a nightly turn down pack of cookies and a note. There was a safe & minibar, but resort also provided bottles of purified water & instant coffee. Although it wasn’t a luxury hotel, and the design & look was a bit reminiscent of Boracay’s resorts from 25-30 years ago (a bit dated) it was comfortable & clean. There a nice pool in the center of the resort, which also had a jacuzzi. Staff were attentive, breakfast was decent & the evening barbeque-grill specials were good.

The ambassador in paradise was a fantastic place to stay. We just travelled Vietnam and parts of the Philippines for the past month. And it was one of the nicest hotels that we stayed at. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well set up. Their beachfront restaurant had a great menu with great drinks. We found most of the drink in the Philippines, very sweet, but not here, here they were all on point. The menu was fantastic, and the staff was all very attentive and extremely friendly. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone going to stay in Boracay. We stayed in a few different places while we were there, and this was by far hands-down, the best place we stayed on the island. If you're planning on visiting Boracay, I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close enough walking distance to a lot of the action but still peaceful enough that you have a fairly quiet gorgeous beach right in front of you!

Fantastic location in station 1- the best part of white beach. Very nice staff and great beach area to lie down all day and enjoy the exceptional view. Room itself was a bit dated but we asked to be changed to a better one and they obliged which improved things. We would stay here again.

It was our 1st time in Boracay and we to stay at the Ambassador in Paradise Resort. We’re a family of 5 with a young adult, a teenager and a 10yo. The resort is almost at the end of station 1. Which means the beach was quiet and not crowded like station 2. Station 2 & 3 are easily accessible by walking or taking a tricycle. It’s also a few minutes walk to a mall and a store called Robinson (a local grocery/pharmacy store). We had the family room that had bunk beds above the double beds. The staff were the most pleasant, helpful and kindest people we encountered. The rooms were very clean. They were stocked with all the necessary toiletries and house slippers. No need to bring any with you from home. The breakfast had a good variety of choices each morning. An egg station, garlic rice, fried fish, vegetables, breakfast protein, pasta, yogurt, fruit coffee and more. We were there during my son’s 16th birthday and the staff made his birthday memorable. They set up a celebration table for us at dinner, they brought him a cake and sang to him. And decorated his bed with happy birthday. The evening entertainment of the fire dancers, live music,& the traditional Filipino folk dancing was enjoyable. We scheduled spa service for a massage. It was relaxing. The therapist were very skilled. All 4 of us felt relief from the long plane ride to get to the island. Every time we were leaving the property, security would hail our tricycle and send us on our way. Because we checked out early morning for our departure flight, the front desk had the kitchen make us a to go breakfast. My family loved this resort. We highly recommend them. The cost was more than reasonable for all the quality of service.

Beautiful resort! Our family spent 5 days at the Ambassador and absolutely loved it!! The rooms are huge with nice balconies and the service was perfect! Everyone greets you whenever you see them, anything you need they take care of it! The beach is heaven and away from all the crowds!!! Perfect hotel for families or couples! It's nice to have a pool to enjoy also. The food is great and we had most of our meals there. We also used them for a private island hopping tour that was so much fun! I'd highly suggest you also use their airport pu and return service! It was so easy and it looked like it would be hard to navigate on your own! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Stayed 4 days at Ambassador in Paradise Boracay. Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are accommodating, but it is not very kid-friendly, especially for a 5-star hotel. We booked the Family Room, which was spacious, but the loft-type layout is unsafe for toddlers due to steep, uneven open stairs. We requested a stair guard, but only an improvised wooden barrier with rope was installed. While it helped a bit, it was very noisy and disruptive whenever opened. Some amenities like the kettle and coffee machine were placed low and easily accessible to kids, posing safety risks. The balcony railing also felt too low for child safety. The room TV is outdated, with no casting or access to streaming apps like YouTube, Netflix, or Disney+, which is disappointing for families with children. There is no kiddie pool, and the jacuzzi pool is not suitable for small kids. Decent hotel overall, but families with toddlers should be cautious. Hoping the management considers improving child-safety features and family-friendly amenities.

Don't come here! I had a terrible stay. First of all the rooms don't live up to their expectation. The furniture is old and the bathroom is used out. Nothing like in the pictures. Second, they have this stupid comunist policy, so that you need to bring a special ticket so you can eat the breackfast. Wasn't the bracelet enough? Also, for every 100 grams that you leave on the plate, they charge you 100 pesos. It's not that I find it expensive or that I usually leave out a lot of food. I just find this rule stupid. Besides this, the also mix up the order at the omlete stand. Third, the staff is absolutely terrible. The waiters completely ignore you when you sit fown at a table. They just look at you. You have to ask for a menu and to be waited. Lastly, you can never find a free space at the beach. The employees say that people wake up early and put their towels there to reserve the spots, but they just get tipped off to put people's towels there when they start their shift. When you check in you have to sign that you agree with their policy. In that policy is mentioned that if you leave your stuff unattended and unused for more than two hours in the beach area, they will take it away so tgey can clear up the space. Of course, when the staff is "asked nicely" with some money on the side and they put the towels on the beds at 6 am and the people come after 10am, the rule doesn't aply. I don' recomend coming here. The island is verry small and everything is at walking distance. It is verry safe so you don't need to have a hotel on the beach. All that money for what?

I have been a loyal guest of Ambassador in Paradise for years and even hold a loyalty card because I truly trusted their service. Unfortunately, our stay from January 4–7 was the worst experience I have ever had with them. They allowed a group of guests to shout, party, and create chaos until 5 AM. We didn’t get any sleep at all. These guests were also extremely rude and demanding toward the staff at Alfresco, screaming at them, and yet management did nothing to stop it. Several guests were already complaining, but no action was taken. A resort should have clear rules and the courage to enforce them. Guests who disturb others should be controlled or asked to leave for the sake of everyone’s peaceful stay. The transportation issue made everything worse. We were charged the full amount for private airport transport, but were never informed that we would be transferred to Bamboo airport transport instead. What we experienced was terrible , we were placed on a boat packed with people like sardines. On top of that, the porters were extremely rude and demanded ₱200 per luggage, even though we carried our own bags. When I questioned this, one of them said, “Just pay for it, ma’am, you’re with foreigners anyway.” The disrespect was shocking and unacceptable. I have traveled to many islands, and I have never been treated this way. I called Ambassador to complain and asked for a refund for the private transport we paid for but did not receive. All they offered was an apology and free airport transport on our next visit, which will never happen. I will not return to a resort that I once considered my second home. What makes this even more disappointing is that this isn’t the first issue. Last September, our AC kept blowing ice. In November, the toilet flush in our room didn’t work. I never complained publicly because I believed those were just one-time problems. But after what happened this January, I can confidently say the service has seriously declined. This experience completely changed how I see Ambassador in Paradise ,from a place I loved to a resort I will never go back to. And I don’t recommend it anymore to anyone. There were better resorts that you can honestly stay with the best services.

We spent Christmas and New Year’s here as a family once again, and it reminded us why we keep coming back: the cozy ambiance and, most of all, the people. The staff’s sincerity and warmth make you feel truly at home. A special thank you to Roy, Juvy, and Jason for their exceptional care, and to the entire team for their kindness and attentiveness toward our mother in a wheelchair, it meant a great deal to us. Our gratitude also goes to Rico, the General Manager, who was always responsive and made sure we were well looked after. A small wish for next time: more vegetarian and fish options at the buffets, less meat, and softer music during meals so conversations can flow more easily. All in all, an unforgettable stay: 10 stars out of 5! We can’t wait to return.

Oh my goodness, once again an absolutely incredible experience. The staff truly are Ambassador’s greatest asset. From the very moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed back, and the warmth and kindness of the entire team were truly heartwarming. It honestly felt like coming home, and manager Rico made sure of that from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Roy for his exceptional care and support. He truly went above and beyond for us. And to Juvy, who always takes such wonderful care of us and consistently does everything she can to make our holidays as special as possible. A special shout out as well to Gabriel, Jason, and Sol, who made every moment enjoyable and memorable with their kindness and enthusiasm. The wheelchair assistance was also excellent. My grandma always received the help she needed, which meant so much to us and made our stay even more comfortable. This hotel never fails to make us feel like family, and we already cannot wait to return for yet another unforgettable stay. ❤️

We stayed at Ambasador Hotel for 3 nights and we had a great time. Perfect spot for sunset. Our room Is huge and bathroom too. Comfy bed, clean and staff are very friendly. Most especially because it is dog friendly and I was told by the staff that the owner is animal friendly and even feed stray dogs at the beach . The best Dog friendly beachfront hotel in station 1 that offers luxury experience at a fraction of a cost .. This hotel is just beside Discovery hotel which charges way more than what this hotel is charging . Aside from the breath taking ocean view it was the impeccable service delivered by all their staff that would really make me want to return to this place. Shout out to Mikee , Adrian and all the other staff at the restaurant , we really felt so taken care of including my fur baby . Ciello, Isabel and Lennie from the reception are also nice actually everybody was so nice there.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ambassador in Paradise, and everything was beyond amazing! The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable—firm yet gentle on the back, giving us one of the best sleeps we’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional—always smiling, kind, and truly accommodating, especially to our senior citizens. Special thanks to Restaurant Manager Sir Rio for his outstanding professionalism and to Chef Marlon who attentively listened to our preferences during the food tasting and ensured our menu was perfect. Located in Station 1, the resort offers a peaceful, clean, and uncrowded beachfront—ideal for intimate celebrations and events. The pool is also big and beautifully designed, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend Ambassador in Paradise for weddings, birthdays, or any special occasion. It truly lives up to its name. A five-star experience and an unforgettable celebration!

I treated my staff from Manila and they were all so excited so I wanted to arrange a beautiful welcome dinner and thought Ambassador would be such a lovely venue - and it was. We were a group of 20 with 4 kids. I ordered the meals for thd 4 kids (Ages 11, 5, 4 and 2) at 6pm and it arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Insanely long! I flagged it to F&B manager Rio. The serving time was unacceptable. The pad thai noodles were so soggy and overdone. The only saving grace of the ultra long waiting period from our 6pm order was a fire dance at 8pm. Beautiful venue but horrible wait time if youre dining with kids.

Arrival: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and offered a refreshing glass of chilled iced tea. The lobby, infused with the invigorating scent of fresh citrus, enveloped us in a calm and peaceful ambiance. The front desk officers were exceptionally hospitable, making us feel right at home. Room: Our corner room was a delightful retreat, adorned with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that invited the soothing beach light to fill the space, complemented by calming neutral decor that enveloped me in a sense of peace, and the bed that embraced me like a comforting hug. It was the perfect touch for our Anniversary vacation, making our celebration even more special. Thank you for the beautiful decoration. Our room is well-maintained and made-up daily. The entire resort, like the pool, restaurant, walkways, beachfront are all clean and maintained by the staff. We give special thanks to all the staff from the first the 1st staff we met up to the last. They were all very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, we forgot the name of the lady who were assigned on our table during our breakfasts. We were looking for her on our last day, but she must be on leave. Please send our huge thanks and gratitude to all your staff. They are your greatest asset. Keep them.

Great location in Station 1, its quiet and has a fine sprawl of the beach front Rooms were soooo spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was big! My favorite is the teddy bear, very comfy for sleep. The whole resort is well kept and service is top notch. Loved the beach and the pool. Hats off to the chef and crew of the restaurant, truly gave us a great gastronomical experience and also customized our needs.

Me and my wife went to Boracay last August 2025 and stumbled upon this place through a friend’s recommendation. They had a nice view so we devided to have our dinner there since the restaurant is located near the beachfront. The Kare-kare was amazing! Their food was worth every penny. We even had the chance to talk to Chef Marlon, he was very accommodating and was the one who recommended most of the food we ordered. We could see the passion he has for this art, this man really knows his food! I would highly recommend checking this place out when visiting Boracay, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of food that you get!

My girlfriend and I celebrated our 12th anniversary in Ambassadors in Paradise and I can say that this is the best Hotel in Boracay. Talk about the aesthetic view a long with the beachfront, I thought they just had good cameras but it was really great in person! Everything was perfect, they have great service staff and great food too. The Lobster and Shrimp soup was amazing! Will definitely comeback for next year's trip. Thank you for making our 1st out of town experience unforgettable. Thank you Shanice for arranging the room set up and transportation for us. Christine, Mark and I think her name was Glenny at the Front Desk were also very nice. Mr. Rico, the Resident Manager was so kind to meet us upon our departure. Only one thing I may recommend will be upgrading the showers. Some parts don't work but still, 10/10 hotel.

Ambassador in Paradise has been my go-to Boracay resort since the pandemic. Quiet, at Station 1, with impeccable service from airport pickup to departure. The seafood is excellent, and the night activities are fantastic. I celebrated my birthday here last March and was blown away by the hospitality. Picturesque sunsets away from the crowds make it perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended.

We loved the Ambassador in Paradise Resort. Clean, well maintained, most courteous staff, beautiful location, excellent food, reasonably priced, and close to whatever we needed on Boracay. We're already planning the next visit next summer. Not an easy trip to get here but well worth the effort... All of the staff were EXCELLENT. A special "thank you" extended to Miss Tina for all of her most professional efforts during our visit. A very fine human being with a heart of gold. World class service from a wonderful resort. It may not be the largest or most lavish but from the moment you land to when you leave you will feel pampered and well taken care of. The pick up service from airport was top notch. The al fresco restaurant is so good and room service heats your leftovers with plates and fresh rice. When you leave they wave goodbye and i could go on and on. I've stayed at 5 star resorts that don't have this level of detail and service. Highly recommend!!!

First time in Boracay, this was an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and so accommodating. The location of the hotel was great, right by the beachfront.

Rooms were big. Check in was smooth with Ms. Cielo and team’s assistance. Rico, the resort manager was also very attentive and genuinely helpful. The one who assisted us is Ms. Shekina Zafra however, not only her that I would like to commend but the rest of the staff too! They’re incredibly welcoming 😍 We had celebrated our parent’s 50th golden wedding anniversary there and they did all they could to help us surprise the oldies (yeah, we planned a lot of surprises for them, haha). From giving of bouquet of flowers, acoustic band performance, wine drinking and some other connivance of the crew! Haha, amazing. 😁 It was really a memorable experience. Superb ang service nila, five crowns! 💪

Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Place great experience clean

Fantastic place to stay. Having never stayed at a top resort, I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was fantastic (I loved the open plan shower-no door). Pool was great, restaurant very good, perfect spot on the beach (about 1km walk from the main areas, which meant you could lie on a beach chair without tonnes of tourists constantly filing past, unlike other hotels). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place to stay.

The staff and hospitality was excellent and the property is beautiful. It was our first time in Boracay and the Ambassador In Paradise was just perfect! The buffer breakfast is different everyday, the pool was beautiful and the beach front with the chairs are just magical. That’s all we did was hang out at the beach.

Room reserved for us was unfavorable - Not what I expected compared to the photos advertised. It was a corner unit with almost no place to spread 2 suitcases. Hotel services was very good which compensated for the bad room reservation.

We stayed about 100 metres down the beach from ambassador and came here for dinner on our first night. We couldn’t fault our experience, the food was great, the vibe was 10/10 but the most pleasing thing for us was how friendly the staff were. A little special mention to Roy, we ended up coming back to ambassador every morning for breakfast and we loved being greeted by him every morning. Next time we come back to Boracay we will 110% be staying at ambassador. Such beautiful accommodation, and the view of the beach from the tables whilst we ate was incredible. Having never stayed at a resort like this, I wasn't sure what to expect. Having spent the last week here, I now have every high expectations. From the moment I stepped into Ambassador in Paradise, I felt very welcomed, and looked after. Nothing seemed like a bother for the staff (not that I'm very demanding). The little touches were nice. The bluestone open plan bathroom was beautiful (no door on the shower made it very convenient to rinse off, which was often needed given the temp/humidity). Scales in the room, slippers, robes, towels and beach towel rental. The location was perfect. A lot of the nicer hotels are situated right on the beach, like Ambassador, but what sets it apart is that it's about 1km down the beach from the main tourist area. So whilst there's always people around, there's not hundreds of people constantly commuting past. The gym is not what I've come to expect from hotels. You can do an actual workout! There's a squat rack and free weights, I found I could do all of the exercises I needed. I had one massage at the spa, which was lovely in a calming space. The restaurant was nice, serving a variety of different cuisines for every palate. Most nights at the restaurant there was also a show (fire dancing etc). All in all I had a lovely time, and if I returned to Boracay, I would definitely try and book Ambassador again.

We chose Ambassador in Paradise as our honeymoon destination in August of 2023*. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite which in my opinion has the absolute best view in the entire hotel, although all rooms face the beach so you will never be disappointed. The room was so spacious, the bathroom was modern and so clean with a bath tub as well as shower and Jack and Jill basins. I also enjoyed that the toilet is separate to the bathroom. Our favourite part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and would go out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We always looked forward to the breakfast buffet as there was always such a good selection to choose from as well as the egg station as I'm super fussy with my eggs. We also would be left packs of cookies on our bed on an almost daily basis by housekeeping which I thought was such a lovely touch. Room service was amazing as well as the in room massages that we ordered. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Located at station 1 on white beach, we had the option of the nice quieter end of the beach. We also had the option of grabbing an E-trike to D mall or a nice walk along the beach to D mall, we also were able to walk to Robinsons which is located less than a 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Honestly speaking, we can't wait to go back there. They made us feel so welcome and added to our Honeymoon in Boracay experience. We miss Boracay and we miss Ambassador in Paradise, we will be back. We fully recommend. I think Ambassador in Paradise is definitely a hidden gem.

We had a nice time at ambassador in Paradise. This is our third trip here we come here because it feels like home. It’s safe it’s clean it’s friendly and it’s in a great location station one. We’re happy to see some familiar faces and the owner and management really know what they’re doing. They pay attention to details and have many nice giveaways and thoughtful ideas we will come again.

Ambassador in Paradise is a 5 star place indeed with beautiful and clean grounds, spacious rooms and attentive, kind and accomodating staff. They also have security too by the entrance and at the beach area.

The staff are absolutely accommodating, pleasant and very approachable. The room we stayed needs a little improvement( additional mirror and TV remote was a little hard to operate).

Overall, we had an amazing experience at Ambassador in Paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by warm and accommodating staff and managers who made sure we were well taken cared of throughout our stay. There are plenty of room types to choose from. First time to see a hotel room with a basement, perfect for a big family. The hotel rooms are clean, well-maintained and you’ll notice that all the room details is meant to make your stay relaxing. The location is one of the best in Boracay—right along the beachfront with a great view especially both for sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a delicious variety of options to start the day right. We tried their Filipino dishes for dinner and at this resort, every meal is a delightful experience. There is a gym where you can work out and the spa massage was incredibly relaxing—definitely a must-try! From the warm hospitality to the relaxing atmosphere, everything about this resort is worth recommending.

I went there for my friend’s wedding. Alone with two toddlers, but all staffs were kind and considerate. It’s not the most luxurious experience I would imagine, but it’s perfect for a family. My daughter wants to go back this winter so we probably would.

The location of the hotel is very nice as It is situated in Station 1 which is less crowded. Me & My siblings went out for a few drinks in their restaurant. Ordered cocktails, I ordered French Martini which is off the menu, waitress said they could make it. French Martini is my go to cocktail, I have always enjoyed it for its combination of vodka, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice. However, what I received was not a French Martini at all. The drink lacked the characteristic flavors I had anticipated, and it was evident that the ingredients were not correctly prepared. The presentation was also not good. As someone who appreciates quality cocktails, I was quite surprised by this experience I believe that every drink should reflect the essence of its name, and unfortunately, this one did not meet those expectations. Also, It was charge as a premium cocktail? Very Disappointed.

This place is exceptionally charming and provides a strong sense of security. It was meticulously cleaned, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment. We will be sure to come back and stay longer next time. This place was incredibly relaxing.

Ambassador has been by far the best hotel stay me and my family have ever stayed at! It had an amazing view of the ocean, amenities were clean and tidy, staff was always welcoming and helpful with any queries we had! Highly recommend this place!

Our stay was perfect, great service and facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was excellent quality. The room was large and the bed was firm and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well which we highly appreciated for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the bar for sunset cocktails with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel is in a great location far enough away from the noise but only a short walk up the beach to go explore station 2. The transfer service to leave the island made the end to the trip stress free and comfortable and was absolutely worth the cost. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very happy overall with the stay. However, the front desk was difficult to deal with when it came to basic stuff like transport from the airport and going to another hotel. Staff in the were excellent, only the front desk seems to need some further training. Otherwise the property is in a good location and happy with my stay overall.

I had a great stay. Room view was fantastic overlookong the sea and palms, and general cleanliness very good. Lovely thoughtful touches in the room given. All the staff are great (cleaners, front and back of house, restaurant staff, security) attentive but not intrusive, super helpful and polite, they are a real asset to the hotel! Location is brilliant, right on the beautiful beach, with just enough small bars and restaurants around that it wasnt too busy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ambassador in Paradise.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ambassador in Paradise! Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but everything went so smoothly thanks to the excellent service and warm hospitality we received from the entire team. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless. The room we stayed in was big, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a family. It gave us plenty of space to relax, especially with a baby in tow. A special shoutout to the staff at the Al Fresco restaurant—everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially remember Sol, Janeza, and Juvy, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Even though we didn’t catch all their names, every single staff member was just as kind and attentive. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience made our trip even more memorable. We’re super happy we chose this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay—especially families!

My dad and I stayed at a different hotel, but we came here every single day – we absolutely loved it. Vince and Daben took care of us each time, and they were honestly the best – super helpful, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. They truly made the whole experience extra special. Next time we’re in Boracay, we’re definitely staying here!

Great stay, on the beach, close to shops, beautiful sunsets!

As we opened the van door upon our arrival at Ambassador in Paradise we were greeted with smiles, gift necklaces and cold refreshing drinks. Moments later as we walked into our 3rd floor room we were greeted with a stunning view of the pool, Al Fresco restaurant and the shimmering turquoise sea. We instantly knew we made a superb choice in lodging. Our room was spotless as was the ginormous sink and shower room. We made our way down to the beach area and found ourselves in awe as we relaxed in two of the numerous beach lounge chairs. We were enveloped in paradise. Our seafood and Italian dinners at the hotel restaurant were delicious and our drinks crafted to perfection. A duet band played mellifluous selections and gladly accepted our song request. The restaurant servers were thoughtful, professional and delightful to converse with. Special thanks go out to Noel for his fountain of knowledge regarding all things Boracay. Kudos also to the university interns helping in the restaurant. They were very helpful at the terrific breakfast buffet. A special thanks regarding the airport transfer service. They were super efficient and made the arrival and departure stress free. It is easily worth the additional fee. We arrived in Boracay as many of our fellow plane passengers were still languishing in the queue line at Caticlan Airport awaiting their assigned ferry service. Request the Ambassador’s airport service; it is a great value.

Ambassador is a prime resort with excellent ambiance and great food. it is one of the most relaxing Boracay Trips we have had, great massive rooms, with a private balcony to enjoy a sunset or just sit and chill. We will for sure be back. However, for the price, i think the rooms badly need a refresh. We booked 2 Premier Seaview suites for 3 nights, they are not cheap. Bed was very comfortable, however things like light switches take time to figure out, decors are falling apart and bathroom fixtures for sure need help.

We recently stayed and dined at the Ambassador in Paradise Hotel ( Boracay). The staff were friendly, helpful and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavours and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Al Fresco Restaurant for a fantastic dining experience. Kudos to everyone, especially to Chef Marlon Ahorro!

We had a fantastic 5 nights stay at the Ambassador. From arrival until departure everything was just great! The airport transfer was super smooth and fast with the resort’s own vans and boat. The whole team was nice and friendly, they took good care of us. The room (Executive) was renovated and very comfortable with a big balcony and a nice view and it was very quiet. Oh and the setting! I think it’s the best part of the beach: not too busy, with palm trees providing shades and enough sun loungers for our comfort. Would highly recommend the resort for a beautiful relaxing holiday and looking forward to come back!

We had the most incredible stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort in Boracay! From the moment we arrived at the airport for our transfer, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. The room was absolutely stunning. So spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view of the resort pool and ocean. The restaurant on-site was exceptional, offering such a great variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all a treat! We did not need to leave! The location was unbearable…Situated right in front of a gorgeous white-sand beach, I could step out and be in paradise within seconds. The staff really made the stay so wonderful they have thought of everything and always a step ahead of your needs!! Can’t wait to come back! We will be coming straight to this resort.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. Spacious room. Perfect location at one of the best beach sections. Short walk to the night life and DMall and short walk to Diniwid Beach. Tourdesk is very helpful and finds the perfect tour for your needs. Overall an excellent value for the product offered. We will come back!

Great location and extremely motivated and friendly staff. Resort itself is showing some sign of age but they seem to be keeping things up. Would go again.

Its a place of relaxing after a year of tedious work. Relaxing in a sense that everything is into our liking...cleanliness, a huge room, a wide variety of good food, a very safe place, and of course the hard working, courteous, and always smiling staff. I would come back and even recommend this by the beach resort to our friends.

We stayed at the Ambassador fprnoir short honeymoon vacation and we THORPUGHLY enjoyed the emtire experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more enities such as the spa. God willing, I would love to returm to The Ambassador if I can afford it in the future. Thank you to the staff for also making our experience memorable.

You need anew restaurant manager and possibly a new chef. Your chef has no idea how to make eggs Benedict or mushroom soup. The place just isn’t the same when the big boss isn’t there.

Best services you could ever ask for!! Staff is beyond amazing! Only FYI is that they advertise comfy beds but those are in the more expensive rooms and not the basic.

Well located, away from the busy strip

We made a great decision to stay at Ambassador. Located in Station 1, Beach front. Room is huge, bathroom is very spacious, ocean and pool view. Plenty of seating in the restaurant, beach beds are also available, first come first serve. Restaurant with Acoustic singers in the evening during our stay. Restaurant servers both during breakfast and evening are all helpful, we had encounters with Kent, Roy, Noel, Janeza, Adrian, Juvy, Hajie. Guard Jonathan is very helpful too. Thank you for making our first Boracay visit a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable!

The commitment of the whole staff at this hotel was amazing. We felt so welcome. The beach was the most amazing we had been on, even better than the Maldives. Would recommend it to anyone. The only spoiler was a 12 hour flight home..

very disappointing on many levels, not a 5 star hotel. food was terrible and service was worse.

Beautiful location on station one (quieter end). Direct beach access is awesome, staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and beach. Only comments would be that restaurant is fairly expensive and meals/drinks were fine but there are really good options around D’mall (Station 2) for half the price. We also had an issue with the tour operator that the hotel booked us. The Ambassador staff were apologetic, but the process where the hotel take a booking deposit (which they must keep) then have you pay the operator the remainder, leaves guests vulnerable to the operator adding additional fees and just saying “oh! didn’t the hotel tell you about that”. Ambassador should manage the whole booking and pay the operator directly so the guest does not need to haggle with the operators, as it ruins the experience to be asked to pull more money out of your pocket while you’re snorkelling. It’s unfortunately typical for Boracay’s reputation. Beach tour vendors wouldn’t be much better… maybe try to book online with someone that looks reputable??? I’m not sure what the safest way to go is.

Fantastic location right on white sand beach and not far from D'Mall. Plenty of loungers to soak up the view. We loved the pool and live music every night Friendly and efficient staff who made our stay special Room was a little tired and lack of power points (and no international power points at all). Breakfast was a low point - both in quantity and quality.

We had a great stay. The bed mattress is so great, like a nice memory foam. I had great nights of sleep. Staff were all polite and ready to serve. Swimming pool was always clean. The hotel room and surroundings were always clean. Will come back to this hotel.
