Stedet ligger meget lokalt og lang væk fra byen.

The staff is pleasant, attentive, and always smiling to help. Everyone feels welcome and respected by their professionalism and concern. The manager is polite and professional.

The hotel is near shopping center and local restaurants. Additionally, it is 20mins to the airport, which is convenient for passengers. My visit is always comfortable and pleasurable since the staff is polite, attentive, and willing to help.

Raum nicht abdunkelbar wegen Fenster zu Badezimmer. Area um das Hotel wirkte nachts nicht sonderlich sicher. Verständigung mit Personal eher schwierig. Keinerlei Aktivitäten in der Nähe des Hotels möglich, dieses ist nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nutzbar.

Camera molto spaziosa, con tutti i servizi funzionanti, ottimo servizi in camera. Ottima posizione vicino ai servizi come 7-eleven, makro e centro commerciale Lotus.

Le belle foto rispecchiano la struttura agli inizi, il passare del tempo e delle persone si vede forse una sistemazione generale ci vorrebbe. Peccato per il traffico infernale di phuket dove mi ha fatto passare molto tempo in auto anche solo per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina

Очень грязно. Мы заехали, у нас на стене были какие-то коричневые пятна, вызвали персонал, пришли, тряпкой протерли, ушли. В остальном хорошо. Но плохо уборку делают

Vše perfektní. V nákupním středisku LOTUS, které je ve vzdálenosti cca 300 metrů je vše potřebné pro dlouhodobí pobyt - od potravin až po masáže. Nemocnice a několik samostatných lékařských ordinací jsou v bezprostřední blízkosti hotelu. 2 super udržované bazény. Ochotný personál. Denně zdarma káva, voda, ručníky aj.

Bez připomínek.

A great hotel in the perfect location, away from the tourist hotspots. The area, the people, it felt like home away from home. I have visited now three times, and any time I come back to Phuket, I will always stay here.

Location was far but still good as walking to big mall with lots of food options.

TV not working. Shuttle service is chargeable (which is mentioned on hotel site but not mentioned on Booking.com!)

ليس كما في الصور قديم جداا ومليان وزغ بشكل مرعب بعيد جدا عن كل النشاطات ، فقدت خاتم ذهب بعد تنضيف الغرفه واداره الفندق اخلت مسؤليتها وقالت هذا ليس عملها قمت بالاتصال بشرطه السياحه بنفسي ، للاسف لم استعيد الخاتم ، خرجت من الفندق قبل انتهاء الايام المدفوعه ولم استرد اي شي من المبلغ المتبقي

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war groß, hell und sauber. Auch der große Schreibtisch kam mir sehr zu pass, da ich arbeiten musste.

Es gab zwei kleinere Einschränkungen meiner insgesamt sehr positiven Erfahrung: 1) Durch die architektonische Gestaltung des Innenhof bzw. Poolbereichs gab es einen starken Hall; der Bereich fungiert quasi als Resonanzraum, der alle Geräusche lauter als nötig in die abzweigenden Zimmer überträgt, was vor allem in der Nacht etwas störend war, wenn Gäste spät ins Hotel kamen und sich unterhielten. 2) Das Bett war etwas hart - dies scheint aber evtl. nach zwei weiteren Hotelerfahrungen eine Charakteristik thailändischer Betten zu sein und ist daher kein individueller oder besonderer Mangel.

The staff was really friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet despite everything being walkable, including a mall.

Not enough lounge chairs around the pool. No chairs on the balcony.

Hotel on a budget side, but there was a small pool inside, and met my expectations.

It’s more of an outdated apartment complex than a hotel. Bed size was good, but the mattress was average (a little bit tough). Clean and pleasant but could use a renovation.

It was close to the airport which is what we wanted and it was a large bed. Staff were were nice

The bed was very hard and the shower wasn’t great. There is a small shopping centre down the road but apart from that there’s nothing around. Not somewhere to visit on holiday, but just a layover before the airport

Lovely staff, gave us a room upgrade for free. The room was clean and they have reasonable facilities on site.

The building is old and not what’s on the photos, but otherwise everything is okay and functional

Breakfast was good.

The property is not at all worth the price. This no where stands in the category of a 4 star hotel. From a 4 star hotel you expect Tea coffee making in the room, there was none, had to beg for coffee sachets from reception. Even being on triple occupancy, they provided only 2 sachets. There was no sugar or anything, just water bottles. The rooms are a little spacious but no telephone working in any of the room. We had 2 different rooms booked for 2 different nights. You cannot have the same problem in all the room, right. Staff is not helpful at all. There is no iron or ironing board, even on request, it was not provided. The only good part was0 Breakfast and swimming pool. Nothing else. this property would have been highly recommended but for 1/4 of the price of this. Thanks Expedia for helping me on this stay

The whole place is disgusting

We get family room which was big and bathroom was very big and comfortable. Room was clean. It’s good place to visit whole Phuket. We rent scooters so we had a lot of place to park in. 7 eleven and food market few minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was ok. It was always sth for kids to eat f.e pancakes etc

Water pressure in shows - dramatic. It was very difficult to wash long hairs. Personel in reception wasn’t very nice not typical Thai people. I was disappointed 😞 swimming pool inside was not working at all. On the pictures hotel looks a wee but different.

Not 4 stars as advertised, hotel nothing like the pictures, run down, bed was hard, tv did not work no cable channels, nothing in gym worked

This is far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The room is dark, the ac was very very noisy and barely helping at all. We stayed in two different rooms due to an emergency. Both were just as bad. In one room we had problem with alot of tiny ants. We could smell mold and we could see some too. You couldnt change the heat on the shower just on/off. The pictures is nothing like the room. The service was awful, we got no info upon arrival and they didnt understand much english so we had to use translation on phone. They only have breakfast which isn't included so you have to pay extra for that.

A very fine property with a friendly staff. I enjoyed being there!

Easy parking. Two swimming pools. Buffet breakfast was included in our case, the staff that ran the breakfasting area were fantastic.

The room was outdated and needs an upgrade. The same was true of the corridor flooring.

Very clean rooms, kind and helpful staff.

Rooms are basic, not very atmospheric. I had booked a “Superior Room” but it turned out that is their standard room (the other category being “Deluxe”.. Location is quiet but also nothing special.
