Die Pool-Villa war super! Schön eingerichtet, alles sauber. Das Personal war top. Sofort erreichbar, immer hilfreich. Binnen 15 Minuten wurde eine nicht funktionierende Waschmaschine ausgetauscht. Sehr ruhig. Sehr privat. Toll! Danke

Die Lage war nicht optimal. 40 Minuten bis zur City. Auch zum Strand dauert es etwas. Man hatte Room-Service aus dem Restaurant, aber nur bis 16.30 Uhr. Allerdings helfen danach Lieferservice aus.

Everything, and especially the reception staff, specially Tata, she was extremely helpful, and understanding of our issues and gave us excellent customer services. I would recommend this place to my friends & family.

Le seul petit bemol est qu'il n'y a pas grand chose a coté, donc grab ou voiture indispensable

المكان نظيف وهادى وجميل تعامل الموظفين ممتاز والاستجابة ممتازه أيضا.

لا توجد خيارات كثيره للأكل بالنسبه للفطور. خيارات محدوده جدا أيضا بالنسبه للقهوه. بالنسبه لغرفه الأطفال كانت بعيده لم استطيع جعلهم فيها وحدهم بحيث يفصل بينا حوض السباحه

The rooms were well appointed with everything you needed, very private and pretty grounds

No vibe around the pool & only indoor restaurants no outdoor dining or pool bar. I would have also loved if there were a robes in the room as they are too big to pack but great to wear around inside

The staff were very kind, accommodating and quick to respond to requests. We didn't use the shared pool but it looked nice and clean. Our private pool was lovely.

We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a pool. The main bedroom and bathroom and the living/dining space was great but the second bedroom felt overlooked. It was much smaller than it appeared in photos, had a bad smell (like damp and paint) and was lacking basic things like a bedside table and lamp. It felt like a kids room and that no effort had been put in. I would not recommend a 2 bedroom villa to 2 couples and one of the couples will be very disappointed. We were also disappointed that the resort did not have any cocktails on the menu. The only alcoholic drinks available were beer and pre-mixed Smirnoff. Additionally, I was disappointed that alternative milks were not included in the paid breakfast. I do not drink cow's milk and had to pay extra to order an oat milk coffee.

Chambre spacieuse, literie parfaite, douche + baignoire, piscine agréable avec spa. Je recommande d'employer 2 personnes au petit déjeuner qui n'est pas un buffet mais au choix sur divers menus.

Loin des restaurants. Compter 400 baths aller retour pour aller à BANG TAO proposant de nombreux restaurants de 600 à 1000 baths à 2.

Le service était incroyable, tout le personnel est agréable. Je recommande et je reviendrai avec ma famille. Belle villa avec piscine privée mais aussi la possibilité à la piscine rouge centrale.

Stunning property. The pool was beautiful and at night looked stunning. Staff were so friendly. Room was so big and comfy beds. Food from restaurant was great. It was a perfect stay before our flight home.

Would be better if there was doors separating the bedroom and bathroom instead of curtians. One guest must have complained about a gecko and a staff member came with spray to kill it. No need for that. Its ok to say no to guests and explain that the geckos do not harm you. Poor thing was outside not even inside the room !

The property was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The villas are spacious and private, making it a very relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better.

Es war alles super. Tolles Zimmer und tolle Anlage. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Es gibt ein Restaurant in der Anlage, auch super Essen und schöne Atmosphäre.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber das wussten wir beim Buchen. Roller in jedem Fall notwendig.

I just had one of the most incredible stays of my life at The Kiri Villas Resort Phuket! Everything was absolutely perfect. Every single staff member, from the management to the wonderful housekeeping team, was incredibly hospitable, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I’ve seen some reviews mention that the resort is a bit 'far,' but I honestly don't think that's true at all. If you are looking for a calming, peaceful place away from the noise, this location is absolute perfection. Plus, anywhere you want to go is still easily accessible by taxi or car service, so it’s never an issue. The villa itself was incredibly comfortable. Even when it was pretty hot outside, the AC worked flawlessly and kept the room perfectly cool. We had absolutely zero complaints. The pool setup is phenomenal—it is truly completely private, offering total seclusion. It also has an appropriate depth and size, making it perfect for actually getting some nice swim rounds in. It's regularly checked and kept pristine, and the Jacuzzi was an amazing touch for relaxing. Breakfast was another major highlight. They offer quite a few options so you can choose something different every day, and the food is prepared beautifully with real craftsmanship. Finally, you absolutely must try the in-house massage! The spa staff is excellent, and I specifically want to shout out my masseuse, Eva (I hope I’m spelling her name right!)—she was absolutely wonderful. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. If you want a perfectly comfortable, beautiful, and hospitable stay in Phuket, book this resort!"

Das Hotel war etwas abgelegen, da wir einen Roller hatten war dies kein Problem. Wir haben die Anlage & die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Personal war freundlich , die Zimmer wurden täglich sauber geputzt. Wir haben uns während des 7 tägigen Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt.

We love the entire experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, the room was cute, it had movies and TV shows available, the pool was beautiful despite us not using it, the staff was attentive and I would return and tell everyone to stay there. 5 star experience. It was also still Christmas on the 3rd week of January which was funny and cute.

The shower/bath water was a brown yellowish hue. The staff noticed without us mentioning it and sent a bath bomb as an apology and addressed the issue.

Ruhiges abgelegenes Resort. Sauber. Nettes Personal, dass stets hilft. Motorrad wird vermittelt. Tolles Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Das Bett war vielleicht etwas zu kurz.

Wie in einem anderen Kommentar schon zu lesen war, sahen die Bezüge der draussen gelegenen Couch schmutzig aus.

That's so beautiful and peaceful place. We was enjoying our stay here, just one big disappointment- the weather, its was almost 15 days of rain. That's why we was happy that our villa is big enough for us Very nice stuff 👌

Så fint hotell, personalen tog väl hand om än och servicen var fantastiskt. Underbart att kliva upp på morgonen för att se poolen och bada. Perfekt ställe om man vill ha det mer privat det första dagarna och lungt. Kommer absolut att åka tillbaka till detta hotell 🤘

Вилла новая, уединенная, есть своя кухня, гостиная зона, даже стиральная машина. Есть место под крышей на вилле, где можно оставлять байк. Хороший чистый бассейн

По всей видимости на вилле есть общая стенка с другой виллой, в один день нам попались очень шумные соседи, и их было слышно прекрасно, к сожалению Без транспорта никак) рядом с виллой нет ничего, до всего нужно ехать, но мы к этому были готовы, у нас был байк

Its a very nice villa. Quite area with good restaurants about 10min away. The staff are excellent and the communications with management was very good. They responded very quickly

I didn't like the layout of the 2 bedroom villa. You have to go outside in order to go in the second bedroom. I wish they had connecting rooms especially If you have kids

De privacy en splinternieuwe villa met heerlijke bedden en badkamers en private pool. Alles is brandschoon. Contact via whatsapp werkt snel en goed. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Er is niets in de buurt en de coffeeshop op het terrein is prima maar vroeg dicht. Grab en Bolt zijn er binnen 5 minuten dus geen probleem voor ons om stuk naar de stad te reizen. Bij ons regende het de hele dag en ik had niets te eten en drinken in huis maar Grab bezorgde binnen 50 minuten de boodschappen. Taxi is binnen 10 min op mooi strand BangTao.

2 odalı büyük villa. Banyosu, mutfağı, oturma odası geniş. Özel havuzu büyük ve size ait. Havuzun temizliği yapılmıştı. Aracınız için kapalı garaj var. 2 gün burda kaldık, memnunuz.

2 oda arasında direk bağlantı yok. Havuz kenarından erişmeniz gerekiyor. Biz aile olarak kaldığımız için çocukların odasına daha kolay erişebilmek isterdik. Eve kertenkele girmişti. Kapıları ve pencereleri sürekli kapalı tutmak ve kontrol etmek gerekiyor.
