Il proprietario e direttore è la persona più disponibile e gentile del mondo. Super simpatica, viaggiando da solo è stato un piacere farci qualche parola ogni tanto e trarre energia dal suo sorriso. Si è fatto in 4 per venire incontro a tutte le mie esigenze con professionalità, tempismo e sempre un sorriso sincero stampato. La camera era semplice ma completa di tutto. Voglio assolutamente tornarci.
E' stato tutto ottimo, sopra le aspettative. Domanda inutile.

The bed was extremely comfortable and everything including the bathroom was spotless. Our host Thierry was amazing, so warm, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. If ever in Biarritz again I would book in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

We had a great time, the hotel is 2 minutes away from the beach, in a very central for Biarritz location. The rooms are very well insulated and quiet during the night and extremely clean. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, und die Nähe zum Strand macht den Aufenthalt noch schöner. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! 🌊☀️

L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli en nous expliquant d'office les incontournables de la ville ainsi que la météo des plages. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre très spacieuse disposant de WC et salle de bain séparés. Nous reviendrons pour un séjour plus long car le lieu en vaut la peine

You need to rush a bit with unpacking your stuff as you can only park for a short while.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The hotel has a great location. On one hand, it is in close proximity to the beach and the main street, while at the same time, the side street itself is very quiet. The sound insulation is good, and we had no issues with getting a good night's sleep. The managers are extremely responsive, the room was spacious (ground floor 2), the mattresses are comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Perfectly normal and comfortable conditions for a restful holiday. What I read in some reviews regarding loud noise or other inconveniences turned out to be untrue in our experience. My objective comment comes down to this: the hotel functions excellently and provides very good conditions for a stay.
As for the hotel, I have no complaints; we were rather disappointed with the beach. Given our experience with the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, where there are extensive beaches with fine golden sand, the sand in Biarritz is very coarse both on the beach and in the water. There are no showers, and the beach is quite small, there is no space for beach bars. The water is also much colder than we are used to. Biarritz is a beautiful city, but for beach and swimming on the Black Sea it is much more comfortable.

De plus, l'hôtel et les chambres sont très propres , la literie très confortable. Allez y les yeux fermés.....
Ne pas avoir pu profiter du petit déjeuner, pour cause mon train était trop tôt (5h15) tout à fait compréhensible.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026un super accueil et de très bons conseils. l'extérieur de l'hôtel n'est pas très beau mais très bien à l'intérieur dont une petite terrasse très sympa. le petit déjeuner est aussi sympa avec une assiette de spécialités de la région et des fruits de saison. je recommande.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist spektakulär. Mit ein paar Schritten ist man am alten Hafen, der jetzt ein schöner kleiner Badestrand mit eindrucksvoller Steiluferkulisse ist. In der anderen Richtung ist man sofort im Zentrum von Biarritz. Die Gastgeber sprechen hervorragend Englisch und sind warmherzig und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste besorgt. Die Qualität der Produkte beim Frühstück ist sehr gut und sie sind lokal. Mein Zimmer hatte eine gute, flüsterleise Klimaanlage.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Hotel owner played a pro-active role in ensuring our stay was excellent; seemingly always present and available at reception; jovial, helpful, polite and courteous. Hotel is in a great location, well maintained and well presented.
No lift should you be traveling with any heavy luggage.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Location is superb. A 5 min walk to the beach from hotel. Bars, restaurants and shops all along from the hotel too. Room was on the small side but still a great place to stay. Man on the reception was very helpful with good recommendation’s of places to eat etc.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Not much. The only good feature was the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful.
Wifi didn’t work. Bathroom measured 40cm x50cm plus shower box. No door on bathroom so you stood in entrance hallway. No assistance offered with bags. We left after 1 night
