During our stay at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul, €5,000 in cash was stolen from my bag while it was left inside our hotel room. The money was in my bag before we went to breakfast that morning. When we returned from breakfast, I checked my bag and discovered that the €5,000 was gone. I immediately informed the hotel manager. Just before we checked out, she told us that housekeeping staff had entered our room while we were at breakfast. Based on the timing and the information given to us by the hotel, we believe the money was stolen while the housekeeping staff were inside our room. The manager told us they would investigate, but unfortunately we felt that very little was done to help us. We left the hotel without any proper explanation, resolution, or meaningful support. This was an extremely upsetting and serious experience. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly warn other guests to be very careful with any cash or valuables left in their rooms.

The apartment for the family is big and comfortable, but too old already. It needs renovation. The AC in bedrooms was impossible to use, we had to open the doors from the bedrooms to let some cold air from the main room to go in The only thing is good is the view from the roof restaurant.. not food, only the view)

The breakfast. Yes there was a lot of food, but almost all was not tasty at all.. We don’t have wish to come back at all unfortunately, .. Ah, and finally while checking out the reception staff wanted us to pay extra for parking, though we travelled without car 😂 it took them around 15 minutes to understand it ))

We had a fabulous experience staying at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who arrange a beautiful birthday surprise for my daughter. It made her birthday even more special. We truly appreciated all the effort .We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend CVK Park Bosphorus to everyone

The small bench in the bathroom, the one bathroom in a 85m2 suite, the fact that I pay for full sea view & they gave me hardly partial sea view.

Everything about the hotel was superb. The staff could not have been more helpful. The facilities were fantastic too. Breakfast - a large amount of choice for everyone.

Service was not good although the recption member name i forgot who booked our stay from 11-13 aug was quite good only.

The location is excellent, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were exceptional - Almira, Merve, Mohammad, thank you once again for your extraordinary sense of hospitality and customer orientation. We’ve felt like at home. We would be delighted to return and experience CVK Park Bosphorus hotel again in the future.

We liked everything. However, we have some constructive feedback to make an already great experience even better: offering tailored packages and exclusive benefits for hotel guests could add even more value to the overall experience and, at the same time, encourage higher spending during the stay. For example, preferential rates or discounts at Safira Spa, special offers for dining at the hotel’s restaurants compared with walk-in guests (ex: a champagne glass on the house, during welcoming), or more attractive beverage prices—particularly for international guests—could incentivize guests to use more of the hotel’s facilities and services rather than looking for alternatives outside the property. In our view, these types of benefits would create a stronger sense of added value for hotel guests while also increasing the overall revenue generated per guest during their stay.

The staff were all wonderful, the room was extremely comfortable, the location was ideal and the spa facilities were very good. The breakfast was excellent!

I found the hallway carpeting a bit dirty, which shouldn't in a 5-star hotel. Also, small indications of wear-and-tear here and there. My greatest disappointment was what happened when we dined at the roof-top restaurant. The meal was as expected in that sort of restaurant (expensive, small portions but very delicious... just watch out for the 9.99% obligatory service fee!), and the view is spectacular. However, I was shocked when they demanded payment and refused to allow me to put it on the hotel bill; we literally had to go down to reception, and I had no choice but to settle the whole hotel bill (leaving the next morning) so that I could pay the dinner. It was embarrassing, making me feel that the hotel didn't trust me or the credit card details I had left when I made the booking. The claim was that the dinner was more than the pre-approved deposit I had made when I checked in. This is ridiculous, as even before I checked in I had left credit card details. It was the first time this has ever happened to me, in decades of travel.

I was staying in this hotel before and it was great pleasure to me to stay at this very good hotel again. I am sure that next time I will stay at this good hotel again. Many thanks to all personnel for support and being ready to help with any my requests

Good location. Great rooftop terrace.

We had one of the most costly 3 bedroom. We arrived at the hotel and were not let in the main entrance by a very brusk person on the door who directed us down a dingy side ally on a steep hill to a poorly lit area away from the hotel to a second reception. The building feels like prison, dimly lit and drab nothing like the hotel we were not allowed in. The room does indeed have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms buts it’s all a bit tired.  Curtains off the runners, holes in the ceiling where the curtains are, holes in the patio side wall with exposed wires, ripped and damaged patio umbrella,  just very average and for the price point frankly not worth it and very much a poor relation to the main hotel. The room cleaning was hit and miss we had dirty cups on our patio table for days and never ever have I been to a hotel of this standard and had instant coffee in the room with powdered milk which we had to call reception to get. We ate in two restaurants the roof terrace which was great and the Italian which was horrific (we wanted a table by the window but were told no and then they sat other people at the table we wanted and there were still half a dozen free) poor service, mains not available after our third selection (we ended up asking what do you have) opening our own beers, starters on the table when mains arrive, food cold and sent back, an Italian that cannot cook pasta is a worry. My review is based on the three-bedroom suite and perhaps the main hotel is a different experience but for what we paid...+4k Euros not worth it - we could not wait to leave and will never return.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, great location, nice staff. The lobby was insanely pretty and cozy.

It smelled like drain in the upper levels and the coffee at breakfast and the shisha bar was awful, I’d stick to tea. It is pricy though, much more than necessary.

Sefa and Dersim helped us a lot thanks to them everything was excellent

Hotel was amazing... Service very good... We do not have any complaints and for sure in the future when we visit again Istanbul will choose this Hotel. The bar on the Top of the Hotel was incredible, with such a breathtaking view. I recommend this Hotel 100% Thank you for making our stay so special!

No espresso available at 5am at checkout. It’s not a problem for the machine to be on!

Location and room size be facilities

We had a party of 80 guests and Akif our CVK park Bosphorus rep and his team were excellent. He went over and beyond to ensure we got all we needed and even more. He was very patient and kind. The staff are helpful and kind as well. Great location, beautiful hotel. Thanks CVK, we had a great time and I’ll sure come back soon.

Just more choice added to breakfast.

Bosporus views from our room, wall height window were stunning. Water jets in the bathtub, with daily replenished bath salts, were very soothing , especially after 15K step days. Teksim was 4 minutes walk but the hotel was far enough and opposite from Istiklal to not have the tourist rush. There’s a Mado next to the hotel entrance. Dolmabahçe was 7 minutes walk, down hill from the hotel. Nişantaşi was a 28 minutes walk, which given the weather in August end 2026 meant, we didn’t even break a sweat. The hotel breakfast, which was served till 11 am was sumptuous and hence on most days we didn’t need lunch. Hotel staff were amazing especially Mariam at the concierge desk was super helpful. The hotel made my wife’s day by having a Happy Birthday chocolate with a hand written personal note wishing her a happy birthday, with two candles waiting for us, when we came back to the room on her birthday (see picture). It was a great gesture. In short, this is our new go to hotel in Istanbul. This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and so far the best hotel we stayed at.

I understand that it’s a safety consideration but the room window had an opening door and it only opened a few inches. Given the slight drizzle on 2 of the days, it would have been great to be able to open the door fully. But like I said, given that we were on the 9th floor (top) I can understand why this was done due to safety considerations.

The CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel was a magnificent hotel. Everything about the hotel and our stay was fantastic! The location, helpful and polite staff and the design of the building. The breakfast was phenomenal! We will be coming back to the CVK Park hotel when we return to Istanbul! We loved it! Thank you to the entire team!

Elevator system was AWFUL, no one explained at the reception that only a few elevators go to my room. No open air place in the lobby:(

The minibar and room service were outrageously expensive. It’s disappointing that the minibar prices weren’t clearly displayed in advance.

EVERYTHING!!! This is what 5 star is about! Amazing service!!! Friendly and smiling reception, good quality food, kind butlers. Perfect location to all shops and restaurants. As a luxury traveler don’t think twice about it- book your stay ! Good room service, nice kids club, decent pool area. Beautiful rooms They weighed and wrapped our baggage for us at check out as well.

Location, decor, cleanliness, staff and breakfast. We stayed in the apartments and it was so spacious.

I would not say the hotels fault, but we had very noisy people above us with kids running around 12-1am and the noise was very loud

We liked all of the above. The staff were exceptional: very friendly and helpful.

5 star service in a location that can’t be beat. Close to Taksim square and Istiklal St but far enough to have peace and quiet at night in a busy city. Food options close to the hotel and residences.

I booked a room with a "city View" . We were located in a basement room looking up at a road and the undercarrige of parked cars. Not exactly a city view. Dont say its a city view if you are looking up at a road. The staff wouldnt acknowledge the problem but I paid for an upgraded room Had dinner at the Italian restaurant which was ridiculaslly expensive ,food was only Ok
