I love the location as it is located in one of the most go-to shopping malls in Miri. The room is quite spacious for us, too! our room was located near the elevator to the mall, so that was quite convenient too, with our baby (and stroller)

The air-conditioner, I believe, was not well-maintained because it wasn't cold throughout the night -- my baby was sweating in his sleep. To add, although our room was located near the elevator, we couldn't get up to our room with the same elevator, cause us quite a hassle going to the lobby to go up and it was such a long walk from walking out of the elevator to our room. there was no music, hence, it was very quiet and quite eerie walking to our room.

As always, My 1st option if i visit Miri. Relatively v. good price considering it close proximity to the shopping mall, cleanliness and room space.

The facilities and room conditions need significant improvement. The room was mouldy, and the bedsheets had visible stains. On top of that, the bathroom floor was literally wet when we entered the room because the water tap was faulty and leaking. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the room were very disappointing.

The staff are very helpful, parking lot are easy to access for those bring car, but mostly I love the bath tub, so relaxing, the room are clean and complete with qiblat direction, so enjoying and calm ambience atmosphere

Room was big, with comfy beds. It has bathtub n shower so we don't have to fight who shower/bath first. The room was cold was we enter, so the kids won't complain it's hot. A lot of power outlets which is the first thing my kids look for as their phones were dead when we arrived. The food was great, great scenery too

The parking at level 6 does not go directly to the elevator. Need to go down the stairs..those with wheelchair or heavy things aren't convenient . Some of the carpets r worn out, the hallway are dusty

The air conditioning does not seem to be working properly, as the room never feels cool enough. The bathtub drains very slowly, and the water pressure from the faucet is also quite weak. In addition, the shower area could be cleaner, especially the walls, which appear to need more thorough cleaning. It may also be time to consider upgrading the shower facilities. Lastly, the iron provided is quite outdated, making it difficult and time-consuming to iron our clothes. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you.

Unfortunately, our stay did not quite meet our expectations, mainly due to the cleanliness and condition of the room. There was a noticeable damp and musty smell when we entered, and several areas were quite dusty. We were also disappointed to find visible stains on the bedsheets, which made the overall stay feel less comfortable. Cleanliness and fresh bedding are basic things guests expect from any hotel, so we felt that more attention could have been given to preparing the room before check-in. We hope the management will take this feedback constructively and improve the housekeeping and room maintenance. With better attention to cleanliness, fresh bedding, and the damp smell, the overall guest experience could definitely be much better.

zero. MY MARKING OF 2 IN MY OVERALL RATING IS ALREADY A VERY GENEROUS. zero IS THE RIGHT WORD.

There are far too many things : 1. Day 1. After we have checked in the room has not been cleaned, the bed sheet has NOT been changed. The sink was blocked. We complained and their maintenance team poured strong acid into the drain piped, as a result it stunk up the whole room . 2. We asked to changed room which they did but the new room too has no hotwater. They changed room for us again. 3. The 3rd new room too has no hot water too. Then I was inforrned by the Front Desk manager the hotel is having hot water problem and their Maintenance team is working on it. I told the manager if the water is not back by the night I want to check out the next day and want my money back. The hot water is back around 6pm. 4. Day 2 the hot water is MOT WORKING AGAIN by the afternoon. I was so fed up and decided to check out without getting any refund. 5. Their free parking system for the guest does not work properly. On two occasions I could not get out of the parking lot. 5. THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE GYM WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE. THESE INFO WAS NOT PUBLISHED ON THEIR WEBSITE AT THE TIME OF MY BOOKING.. IF WE ONLY WE HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THESE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED WITH THEM.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the room, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The Wi-Fi in my room was very unstable and kept disconnecting on all of our devices. This was because there was no Wi-Fi signal available in my room, so I had to connect to the Wi-Fi from a neighbouring room. Although I reported the issue to the reception, it was never resolved during my stay. The receptionist was also unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to connect to the Wi-Fi from another room instead of addressing the problem. On one occasion, she even ignored my phone call when I tried to report the issue again. I hope the hotel can improve both the Wi-Fi coverage and the level of customer service to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The room was beautiful. It was spacious. It was cool (temparature). It had free wifi. It had two bathrooms with bath tubs. The TV screen was HD. It had a great view of the city and the swimming pool.

The room was not available at 1pm. It was not available at 3pm. Only got to enter room at 3.45pm. Yet they called to inform not to check out later than 12pm. Rip-off! They did't have the medium sized towels or sanitary kit. There was suppose to be a TV in the master bedroom but non was provided. There was not enough channels on the tv and the picture tends to break.

The two separate rooms are comfortable to us of 3 adults and 1 kid. The tv comes with android and we can watch youtube instead. Cozy with comfortable twin seater to watch tv. Good air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Clean. Good water pressure with hot water.

This time and during my previous visit, i cannot use or connect to the said free wifi as the room wifi SSiD is always not available. The password is written on the welcome card but there were always no wifi name with the room we stayed in. Tried to connect other room wifi but still cannot get connection. In the end I have to use my own internet data as hotspot for the whole family. The sink has mold but the whole toilet is clean and dry.

My mom and I checked in late & we early checked out the next morning. -we experienced very fast checked in/out. Thank you to the receptionist who's on duty during our check in/out👍 location is very strategic.. since it's one building with lots of shopping mall, restaurant, electronic and gaming appliances & also not to forget souvenirs shop parking is also provided for hotel guest overall our stay is best.. for sure will come back for our next visit.

Breakfast has more choices, probably a good egg section; those who come late lack a food display. Not many choices and items, the drinks are fine, and an omelet is always my choice if I happen to be anywhere.

The new central fan/aircon installation was a huge improvement to th eroom, supplying much needed illumination to a somewhat dark room which i experienced from my previous stay.

The deluxe room i booked was NOTHING like the pictures advertised on the booking.com website. FAR from it.

The room was larger and more spacious than I expected. It came with one double sofa and three single sofas, and there was also a small kitchen area with a sink in the room.

1.We noticed two small cockroaches in the kitchen area near the kettle. 2.We specifically booked a room with a bathtub for our child, but were disappointed on two counts. First, when we began filling it, the water—particularly the hot water—ran brown. Second, upon inspection before use, the bathtub itself was not properly cleaned, with leftover hair & brown debris still visible. 3.Both the toilet bowl and the bathtub drained very slowly. The toilet flush was weak and ineffective, and there was also a persistent foul odor. 4.This wasn’t our first stay here, so I came prepared this time with a portable fan. The air conditioning system is in serious need of an upgrade.

The breakfast was not like before. New vibe now in santai cafe (level 7). no more in sky garden. The swimming pool was not really clean and no one in towel reception.

The room is NOT CLEAN and SMELLY. Too much dust and mold. No concierge available. Pay extra RM40.00 for two rooms eventhough we pay full online.

Room did not have hot water. Sinks drained slowly Maintenance was unable to solve the lack of hot water or unclog sinks. I registered for free parking at the front desk upon check in. When trying to leave parking lot, for the first time, my car was not registered in the system. I had to go back to check-in and again ask them to register the car.

While the overall stay was decent, the breakfast buffet definitely needs a major upgrade, especially in terms of variety and food quality. ​Repetitive Menu: I stayed for 4 days, and Nasi Lemak was served every single day. Only one side dish seemed to change daily. For a hotel of this standard, guests expect a wider selection of main dishes to choose from so they don't have to eat the same thing every morning. ​Food Taste: To make matters worse, the Nasi Lemak sambal was consistently too salty throughout my 4-day stay. ​The hotel management should look into rotating the breakfast menu more effectively (e.g., introducing fried noodles, kuey teow, kolo mi, laksa or Western options) and ensuring better quality control over the taste. I hope to see some improvements during my next visit. Thank you.

Water shortage and miscommunication among the staff. If the guest light up the make up room indicator so its mean the room need to be clean and the housekeeping need to alert with the sign. Not until the guest need to call a request for the MUR.

I was staying here on 2022 and 2023, it's was very good at all.but now the room is downgraded like Cleanliness,bad facility (old broke cabinet,no bathtub,no hotel sandal,dirty sink hole,bed liner still dirty when I was check in,mini chiller also very dirty), breakfast menu not enough variety like the past few years.

We didn’t expect the room to be slightly spacious. It was cozy. The staff were quite helpful and attentive. Excellent.

The air conditioning throughout the entire building was not functioning properly and felt warm, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Upon check-in, I was given a room that was different from the one I had booked and paid for. The staff did not inform me of this in advance. I only found out after entering the room and noticing that it was not the room I had reserved. When I approached the staff to clarify the issue, they informed me that my booked room was still being cleaned by housekeeping and was not yet ready. This information should have been communicated before assigning me a different room. As a result, I had to wait an additional two hours for the correct room to become available. I am also disappointed that the room I had booked was not ready by the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. Proper room preparation and communication are basic expectations, and this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
