Posizione centrale per Heraklion Pulita con personale molto gentile

Discreta posizione per girare heraklion, con possibilità di parcheggio nei vicoli intorno alla struttura. La camera era spaziosa, con ampia possibilità di sistemare i vestiti nel guardaroba.

La struttura è più sporca di quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un 4 stelle. Troppa polvere. La vernice scorticata sulla rubinetteria della doccia. Una struttura nuova, ma che avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Nella stanza il “bagno scomposto” è alquanto scomodo: una stanzetta per la tazza del wc; il lavandino in piena stanza; una stanzetta separata per la doccia. La colazione non è un granché, molto monotona da un giorno all’altro, prodotti industriali, niente homemade. Poca varietà sia nel dolce che nel salato. Succo d’arancia dalla macchinetta, niente premuta. Un boutique hotel da 4 stelle dovrebbe offrire molto di più.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο και πάντα καθαρό . Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό όπως και το προσωπικό . Σε πάρα πολύ καλό σημείο κοντά στο κέντρο

Το μόνο που θα είχαμε να προτείνουμε είναι στα δωμάτια χωρίς μπαλκόνι χρειάζεται να υπάρχει κάπου χώρος για άπλωμα ρούχων και μαγιώ ιδιαίτερα την περίοδο του καλοκαιριού γιατί μέσα στο δωμάτιο δε στέγνωναν .

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre (le lit était bien ferme et très confortable) et la localisation de l'hôtel: parfait pour rentrer faire une pause après un tour en ville, ou profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse avant de ressortir. Merci pour les petites attentions: nespresso avec du café dans la chambre, peignoirs de bain et bouteille d'eau au frais :)

La clim était un peu bruyante mais rien de bien méchant.

Sehr gutes Personal, höfflich, Einreise und Abreise optimal organisiert mit Taxi-reservierung. Frühstück war sehr gut, Jacuzzi war Top. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles hat super funktioniert :-).

Situato 10 min. a piedi dal centro on una.zona residenziale.camera confortevole con colazione buona e variegato sia dolce che salato. La camera era un po troppo scura però è una questione di gusti.

The hotel feels very boutique, it is nicely furnished and cozy. There is no noise from the street or other rooms which is not so common!

As I was staying for a week breakfast was more or less identical everyday. There was a minor variation - pastries sometimes differ and sandwich/wrap/rusk sometimes also differs. Besides that - the most typical breakfast everyday. For such a boutique hotel I would suggest improving the breakfast service at least a bit.

Μας άρεσε γενικά το δωμάτιο. Ήταν άνετο και το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικό, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε έναν ευχάριστο ύπνο.

Δυστυχώς, η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο που περιμέναμε. Το πάτωμα ήταν πολύ βρώμικο, ενώ η τουαλέτα δεν είχε καθαριστεί σωστά και υπήρχαν τρίχες από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες, τόσο ανδρικές όσο και γυναικείες. Επιπλέον, υπήρχε πρόβλημα με τις αποχετεύσεις: η ντουζιέρα δεν στράγγιζε σωστά και ήταν βουλωμένη, ενώ το ίδιο πρόβλημα υπήρχε και στον νιπτήρα. Επίσης, η διαρρύθμιση του μπάνιου ήταν πολύ κακή. Η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας βρισκόταν πίσω από την πόρτα, με αποτέλεσμα η πόρτα να μην ανοίγει πλήρως. Παράλληλα, η πόρτα εμπόδιζε τη χρήση της ντουζιέρας και γενικά ο χώρος ήταν υπερβολικά στενός και άβολος. Θεωρούμε ότι η διαμόρφωση του μπάνιου είναι λανθασμένη και δυσκολεύει σημαντικά τη χρήση του. Επιπλέον, το πρωινό ήταν πολύ φτωχό και πρόχειρο. Έχουμε μείνει σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία 3 αστέρων που προσέφεραν σαφώς καλύτερο και πιο ποιοτικό πρωινό. Για την κατηγορία του ξενοδοχείου περιμέναμε πολύ περισσότερα. Αξίζει επίσης να αναφέρω ότι είχαμε κλείσει Premium Suite, πληρώνοντας σημαντικά υψηλότερη τιμή από ένα απλό δωμάτιο. Για το κόστος της διαμονής και την κατηγορία του δωματίου, οι παραπάνω ελλείψεις στην καθαριότητα, τη συντήρηση και τις παροχές ήταν απογοητευτικές και δεν ανταποκρίνονταν στις προσδοκίες μας.

Ce sont de très légers points négatifs : Le nettoyage des chambres fait à n’importe quelle heure, parfois pas encore fait lorsque nous rentrons à 14-15h Les sièges sur les 2 terrasses devraient être de meilleure qualité. Sur la 1ere : en fer.. impossible de s’asseoir dessus Sur la 2eme en paille et d’une forme étrange, la paille laisse des traces sur les vêtements mouillés après le jacuzzi et les sièges ne sont pas très confortables pour profiter de la terrasse.

Hôtel loin de la plage. Prévoir une location de voiture pas cher comparé au bolt (50 euros) pour se rendre à la plage. Location 30 euros max.

La gentilezza della receptionist che ci ha accolto calorosamente ed è stata molto attenta durante il nostro soggiorno. La posizione della struttura a due passi dal centro città. La comodità dei letti e lo stile della camera.

La pulizia della camera non era molto accurata, con polvere a terra che è rimasta là nei tre giorni di soggiorno. Ho trovato anche un capello nel letto. La colazione poteva essere più variegata, sia dolce sia salata. Mancanza di un parcheggio.

Jolie chambre avec balcon, bien équipée et confortable. L’hôtel est calme et bien situé. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très agréable.

The hotel and the staff were excellent! The hotel is located right in the city center, but you'll need to leave the city to enjoy the beaches. One thing to keep in mind is that Uber/taxis can be difficult to get. Sometimes you may have to wait up to 40 minutes. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about €20. The beaches are beautiful. Ammoudara was our favorite because it's the easiest to reach and very nice. It's about 10 minutes away by Uber, which costs up to €14. Beach chairs cost €7 per person for the whole day. The sand is soft, there are no stones, and the beach is very comfortable. Ligaria and Agia Pelagia are farther away (around 30–40 minutes), so transportation is more difficult. However, the scenery and the color of the sea are even more beautiful there. At Ligaria, the beach is much rockier, and there are many rocks and seaweed on the seabed, which makes getting into the water a bit risky unless you wear water shoes. All of the beaches have great tavernas, and there are supermarkets nearby if you prefer to buy your own drinks. The food was fantastic everywhere we ate.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Just keep in mind that you'll probably want to visit a different beach each day to make the most of your stay.

Reception. Avevamo comunicato l’arrivo dopo le 23 ossia dopo il loro orario di chiusura. Ho ricevuto conferma da Booking ma dalla struttura solo e-mail per chiedere se avevamo bisogno di un taxi. Ho mandato e-mail per chiedere indicazioni e non ho ricevuto risposta. Abbiamo telefonato al nostro arrivo e ci hanno comunicato il codice per telefono per poter prendere la chiave. La sera dopo siamo rientrati dopo le 23 e non avevamo codice per entrare. Abbiamo avvisato del check out di mattina alle 6.30 e ci hanno detto che avrebbero preparato un box per la colazione e invece nel frigo non c’ era niente. Pulizia. Passano ogni mattina a rifare il letto. Per 5 notti avrebbero potuto cambiare almeno 1 volta gli asciugamani

Das Frühstück war sehr gut , guter Honig , Kaffee sehr gut , mandelmilch , Trennung von WC und Dusche , großes bequemes Bett , Kühlschrank , eigener Balkon , Fernseher , toller holzboden schön designtes Zimmer , ich habe nur den Ventilator nachts nicht ausgekriegt .

The hotel was perfect for our short stay (4 days) in heraklion. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We asked if they can order a taxi for us for the next day. This went super easy and smooth (15€ to the airport) The room is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The shower was warm and the water pressure very good. The breakfast (toast, bread, eggs, sausages, ham, salami, 2 types of cheese, Greek Salad (tomato, cucumber, onion, feta), jam, honey, choco cream, peanut butter, tahini, little pastries, sometimes pancakes and smoothie, Greek yogurt, cereals, nuts, fruits, milk, almond milk, coffee variety, juices) is delicious and has a lot of variety and some things changes every day. The location is perfect as the direct neighborhood has some nice places including restaurants, coffee place and a little kiosk with friendly owners. The city center is 5-10 min walk.

We had a balcony but there was no comfortable furniture (chairs, tables) to relax. Just two wooden logs.

A very chic and cute hotel, the room was very beautiful, the breakfast was really good, and we liked the location. It’s very close to bus stations, pharmacy, some great cafés with specialty coffee, and a main road with lots of other stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our luggage there (we had a super early check-in). I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Heraklion.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien et très copieux. Personnel jeune très sympathique. La propreté de la chambre était à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. L'hôtel est tout près du centre ville et de la mer. C'est la 5eme fois en 4 ans que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel.

Nothing really. We stayed in the new building opposite street side from the main building. Things still have to settle. But furthermore, we loved it!

Alors le personnelle j’en ai pas croisé beaucoup, mais je trouvais qu’il y’avait moins de truc de vacance à l’hôtel cetais comme si j’avais pris un Airbnb finalement, le petit déjeuner un peu médiocre à mon goût pas beaucoup de choix hors mis des œufs et des petit croissant, des jus pas très savoureux, j’ai pris mon déjeuner le reste du séjour dehors, pas de place de parking pour les voyageur et c’est une rue très compliqué a accéder si vous faite une locations prenez une assurance en plus 😅

Perfekte Lage, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Frühstück war sehr lecker und fand in einem Atrium statt. Mein Zimmer war nachts ruhig, obwohl es zur Straße lag. Das Hotel war sehr schön und geschmackvoll renoviert. Freundlicher Hotelmanager.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und es gab auch allgemein nichts zu bemängeln. Der Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war sofort sehr hilfsbereit und das Mietauto konnte sogar auch in der Nähe kostenfrei geparkt werden!

Ideal location out of tourist areas but easy walking distance. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We found everything we needed inside of the room. The AC and also the fan were a big plus, regarding the high temperatures :) everything was clean, the bed suuuper comfy. The staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast included everything you wanted. Highly recommend. It is 5 min away from busses who take you to the airport/beaches, so a big plus for the location, too. It was a super quiet area, nobody disturbed you, but at the same time 5 min away from restaurants and pubs, it was the perfect combination :)

Personnel accueillant, serviable et à l'écoute. Hôtel très propre et chic. Literie très confortable. Petit-déjeuner bon et copieux. Emplacement idéal, au calme et à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants, des boutiques et des sites touristiques. Grâce à l'hôtel, nous avons pu louer une voiture en toute simplicité. La société de location recommandée était excellente : véhicule impeccable, accueil chaleureux et service irréprochable. Un grand merci à l'hôtel pour cette excellente recommandation.

Η κουρτίνα black out του δωματίου είχε βγει από τα γαντζάκια της (έτσι την βρήκαμε από το check in) και ενω ενημερώσαμε την υποδοχή, δεν μπόρεσε να έρθει κάποιος να την βάλει στην θέση της, με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνήσουμε από τις 6 το πρωί από το φως που έμπαινε στο δωμάτιο.

Location , clean, good breakfast

WC set up very tight and uncomfortable for a superior room that I had booked. Had to work magic to get into the toilet. Whilst the hotel staff were very friendly and kind the reception lady on the last day 21/6, was rather uptight and not so formerly. Asking for an iron board she suggested I should go down to the reception to get although I was staying in a different building with two sets of stairs. Also very uncooperative during check out as she found difficulties in printing all of my receipts since she couldn’t be bothered to do it when I asked, although I had wanted her at least 45 minutes before my check out

Super hôtel, très bien situé, on accède rapidement aux lieux incontournables d’Heraklion à pied. Un parking payant nous a été recommandé à proximité. La chambre est jolie, spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très agréable. Nous avons super bien été accueillis, des adresses nous ont été recommandées, le personnel est adorable et c’est principalement ce qu’on retient ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue donc un peu de bruit la nuit mais rien de dramatique du tout.

The staff was great, especially the reception who was very helpful and communicative and professional. The room was spacious and well decorated. Location is close to town but quiet.

Staff are so so lovely and friendly and helpful!! Housekeeping ladies were amazing!!

Complete lie about the location it is no where near the town center, super hard to find and feels very unsafe outside especially at night.

The room was beautiful and newly renovated, with extremely high ceilings, new furniture, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great, walking distance of the city center. Special thanks to Marilena who was absolutely lovely and gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Η Τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή καθώς και το δωμάτιο άνετο και ωραία διακοσμημενο.

Το πρωινό είχε αρκετες επιλογές αλλά όχι τόσες όσες που έχουν αλλά ξενοδοχεία με τα ίδια η και λιγότερα αστέρια.

L emplacement était Top en plein centre et très calme, très bon petit déjeuner.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré un café maison serait super et non en machine, et du jus d'orange frais serait Top à part cela tout était parfait.

Staff gentilissimo, camera curata (con il bagno originale, diviso a metà, ma… c’è tutto!) silenziosissima, colazione super (varia, con tutto molto ordinato e pulito).
