Blue Lagoon City Hotel

Tertemiz, odaların modernize hali, çalışanların ilgili hali

Keşke biraz daha ucuz olabilse :)

Clean and comfy place with helpfull staff.

Requires a bit of walking from the beaches.

Ottimo hotel per tutto e in tutto, consiglio vivamente.

Nulla da dire, è perfetto

Everything! Location was absolutely perfect away from the chaos on the main strip but only a few mins walk to everything. Staff were absolutely fab so nice and friendly! They were so helpful and accomadating Facilities were perfect. Never any issues with loungers! Food was great.

Morning not to like! Perfect from staff to fish

Excellent location, excellent personal, very comfortable and clean, highly recommend!

Tout

Heel fijn hotel Ruime schone kamer Goed ontbijt en zeer goed gelegen in het centrum

Good location. Excellent room and facilities. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast

Nothing

Swimming pool accessibile the full day of departure after checkout, bar long time opened, breakfast varied and accessibile for wide hour span

Wonderful accommodation

Almost everything. Would like to come back. Plenty of room, perfectly cleaned, great bed, fridge, good air-conditioning, delicious breskfasts, friendly and smiling staff.

If there is an electric kettle, coffee and tea there should be also some cups. There were only glasses for tootbrushes. Playing billiards could be for free for the guests, I wanted to play it but got no cash or coins only paycard.

Nice room, clean, breakfast,helpful staff

Nothing

Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Receptionists and operation Manager Dimitra are so polite and welcoming. They try to help you and answer your every question with patient. Location is also good, close to city center.

Couldn’t fault our stay at The Blue Lagoon City Hotel. Breakfast was lovely every morning. Clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were welcoming and kind, particularly Ioana who looked after us from the first day we arrived until we left. I would stay here again.

Nothing

great breakfast great location with 5 minute walk to sea front and bars and retuarnts staff could not do enough for you

nothing

Tutto assolutamente perfetto 💚💚💚

everything was perfect

Odalar güzel ve konforluydu.

Odalara su bırakmıyorlar, sadece ilk gün vardı diğer günler koymamışlar bu bence önemli bir eksik.

Very clean, modern hotel. Nice staff and overall good breakfast. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast coffee was bad. A/C in the room was a bit noisy.

Everything

Nothing, it was all perfect

Camera grande e accogliente. Ottima colazione.posizione eccellente

Notre chambre était vraiment bien

Le petit déjeuner était légèrement décevant. Produits industriels malheureusement.

Great location, facilities and staff very close to the old town.

Expensive on reflection.

Niente

Yeni bir otel. Temizliği, personelin güler yüzlü olması ve kahvaltısı başarılı. 13de otele girdik ve hemen checkin yaptık. 15e kadar bekletmediler. Ayrıca checkout 11 olmasına rağmen arayıp sıkboğaz etmiyorlar.

Havuzu kullanmadık ama kullanmak isteyenler için küçük. Asansörü küçük ve yavaş. Kahvaltıda çay, kahve servisi daha hızlı olmalı. Fiyat daha uygun olmalı. Lokasyon plajlara uzak ancak oldtowna yakın.

calisan ekip arkadaslari, tenizlik, guler yuz ve konum

oda ici isiklandirma biraz daha fazla olabilir

Temiz, konum açısından güzel, güker yüzlü ilgilenen personel..

Ottima location

Konum, temizlik, personel

Hiçbir şey

Everything! Location, cleanliness and cleaning each day, room layout, balcony over the pool, the pool, breakfast, facilities and the staff, all of them were helpful, attentive, 5 star service! We highly recommend the Blue Lagoon City. Thanks all for a wonderful stay

Nothing.

Cortesia, professionalità, pulizia insomma tutto perfetto, hotel molto elegante e tenuto benissimo

Nulla

Camera molto bella, ampia, confortevole e pulita.

hotel provides the option of paying at the facility but then sends a message that they may cannot guarantee a room because it is subject to availability. Who will make a reservation with that option in such a case? It is better you remove this option

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Kos Town, with everything you need within walking distance, including a supermarket right next to the hotel. Despite being so central, the hotel is located on a quiet street, so there is really no need for a car unless you want to explore outside the town centre. The staff are one of the best things about this hotel. The reception team were very welcoming and friendly, and when my taxi was delayed, they didn’t hesitate to drive me to the nearby beach club themselves. This was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel very well looked after. The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished, and the bathroom was equally comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was varied and generous, and the waiters were always attentive and happy to provide excellent service. I also tried the spa and found it wonderful — definitely worth experiencing. Overall, everything about this hotel was lovely, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kos in the future. Thank you to the entire Blue Lagoon City Hotel team for a wonderful stay! 🤍

Nothing!

Location, swimming-pool, easy check-in/check-out, friendly and informal staff ready to help with anything.

coffee: standard is americano, as italian, I prefer strong espresso or cappuccino, but there are plenty of place in Kos to enjoy it.

Pulizia e posizione, ma ci siamo state veramente pochissimo

Ottima posizione, struttura moderna e pulita, ottima colazione

Nulla

Excellent location, the hotel looks great, the room very comfortable and clean, highly recommended

Emplacement et piscine

Le petit déjeuner pas bon

Güzel oteldi teşekkürler

Hotel výborný,blízko centra ... Milí personál, ústretoví...

The staff is really exceptional. They were really helpful as best as they can. They helped us with the car rental service so they brought our car to the hotel. We had some issues with our kid and the waitresses (huge thanks to Ioanna) were very gentle, helping and trying to relax us with the best possible way. The hotel is very well located. It's a ~10 min walk from the port. It's also close to the highway so that you can quickly on your way to other parts of the island. It was also very close to Zero Cafe which is a local beer garden that serves literally all Greek craft beers. It really was the hidden gem of this trip for me. Our room was quite big and best part is it was on the ground floor which helped us a lot in many ways.

Nothing in particular.

the spa was supposed to be open until 7 pm. However the staff told us it is already closed at 6:40. Also the AC didnt work in our room. We let the receptionist know but they couldnt fix it.

No tutto bello.

Konumu denize ve old towna 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar geniş ve tertemiz. Açıkbüfe kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi. Yanında bakkal olması da iyi. Feribottan indikten sonra sırt çantalarımızla yürüyerek otele ulaşabildik.

The staff were very helpful.

I can’t say I did not completely like it but the breakfast could be better and the products could be fresher

Blue Lagoon City otelde ikinci konaklamamızdı.Hem old town’a hemde Beachlere eşit mesafede yeri tam ortada ve avantajlı. Yine Kos’a gelsem yine Blue Lagoon city’i tercih ederim.

Asansörleri biraz küçük

Excellent location - close to old town and the marina. Very impressed with the variety at breakfast. Rooms were very spacious. Great sized pool with ample day beds. Will definitely return.

Location Clean

Very clean and great location.

The staff were excellent, nothing was a problem, the rooms were very comfortable, amazing shower and air-con, cleaning staff were always excellent and the breakfast had plenty to choose from with a lovely lady who cooked your eggs to perfection

Good location, friendly staff

Goede kamer, Schoon, goede lokatie, top faciliteiten.

Niets

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Tesisle ilgili beğenmediğim hiçbir şey yok

Location was very central and staff very helpful. Plenty of facilities provided including spa .

Was very busy .

Pulizia impeccabile, camere spaziose colazione varia e molto buona, personale accogliente e molto disponibile.

Everything

Everything was great

Ottima posizione. Buonissima colazione internazionale. Camera pulita e spaziosa.

Nulla

Çeşit fazlaydı kahvaltıda. fiyata göre iyidi. Oda büyüktü. Yatak ve eşyalar duş başlıkları her sey sorunsuzdu yeniydi

Havuz çok sıcaktı
