Close to the main train station and metro. Excellent service.

Windows could be a bit thicker the notice of the tram could be heard on the 3rd floor. There were some plumbing problems as a bad smell was coming out of the sink drain in the toilet.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise aus den Bergen zurück nach Berlin. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig nah am Bahnhof und war deshalb sehr geeignet. Es war sehr nützlich, einen Koffer schon vorher zu deponieren -- das Personal war hilfbereit und entgegenkommend. Auch die Lage in bzw. nah Max Vorstadt war für uns genau richtig -- viele Restaurants und Kneipen, die nicht zu touristisch waren. Das Zimmer war sauber und bequem. Ich werde das Hotel in Zukunft wieder nutzen, wenn ich eine ähnliche Reise mache!

Ich hätte mich über eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gefreut.

Wer ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite hat der kann 1000%tig nachts nicht gut schlafen. Die Strassenbahnlinie führt genau vor den Hotel vorbei. Es ist so laut das an Guten Schlaf nicht zu denken ist.

Die Tram hat man gut gehört. Im Bad war es sehr warm.

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e do centro da cidade, sendo possível fazer esses trajetos a pé. O café da manhã é bom, mas não oferece opçoes gluten free, o quarto tem um tamanho razoável e as instalações do banheiro são boas. Tudo limpo, cuidado e silencioso.

Location is good. Close to restaurants, public transport stations and Marienplatz an easy walk from the hotel. Room is clean. They have a secure parking garage.

Tram runs right front and you can surely hear it. I asked for a room with less street noise, we were assigned in a ground floor facing the courtyard where you can still hear the street noise but the beat up mattress makes more noise and was so uncomfortable to sleep on. We wake up whenever one of us turned. When addressing the issue to the receptionist, she smugly said to choose between the loud bed or move to a room with a louder street noise. Unbelievably rude and smug. Never greeted us, never smiled. Answered our question like it was the worse thing as her job in the reception. The breakfast woman was also grumpy. Only the Asian staff are nice. The in room safe didn’t work the entire stay, was replaced but after a few hours malfunctioned again.

Man sollte um Zimmer von Straße abgewandt bitten sonst ist es sehr laut durch die Tram.

Nichts , man hat sich bemüht alles sauber zu halten,es ist auch sauber grundsätzlich,nur hatte ich eben das Pech gleich 3 mal . Jemand der auf Party Tour geht und nicht mitbekommt wenn er schläft,eine gute Alternative wenn der Preis nicht so unverschämt Teuer ist wie bei uns 162€ anstatt 89€ pro Zimmer,wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Unverschämt!!!! Das mit dem Preis habe ich erst nach der Abreise bemerkt als booking wieder normal Preis angeboten hat.

Das erste Zimmer hat gestunken wie eine Kläranlage übel war hinten heraus.das näschte Zimmer war noch nicht sauber gemacht und das 3 Zimmer war OK, Toilette an den Schanieren dick gelb.extrem krass Laut 1.stock man denkt die Straßenbahn fährt durchs Bett den Ventilator die ganze Nacht,weil wenn man das Fenster aufmacht stinkt das ganze Zimmer nach Döner Fleisch. !!!! DER Preis Auf Grund eines Konzertes UNVERSCHÄMT Teuer 162€ Pro Zimmer reduziert auf 136€ nach Abreise war der Preis bei 89€ das wäre vielleicht noch tragbar.!!!!!

Hotelzimmer zur Strasse raus, Fenster die nicht vermachen und Strassenbahnen die dauernd vorbei fahren, Vibrationen - an Schlaf ist kaum zu denken! Bett und Kopfkissen auch nicht sehr bequem

Die üblichen Phänomene der Bahnhofsnähe. Aber das gilt für alle Hotels in der Gegend und das weiß man bereits vorher.

Etwas schmuddelig, vor allem Bad. Grummelige Frühstücksdame (nicht die kleine nette Quirlige) mit schnell genervtem Verhalten führt dazu, dass man sich als Gast wie Störfaktor fühlt.

Diesmal hatte ich ein straßenseitiges Zimmer, das leider recht laut war.

Hyper bruyant du au tram (on a l'impression d'être sous les rails ) et quand on demande de changer de chambre il refuse alors que l'hôtel était quasiment vide. Et le personnel du petit déjeuner était aussi aimable qu'une porte de prison.

Man kann einen Platz in der hoteigenen Tiefgarage vorab reservieren (Stand 2026 sind es 24€ pro Nacht). Die Lage des ist bei Veranstaltungen am Königsplatz hervorragend.

Wir hatten keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die Straßenbahn hört man bei offenem Fenster, hat uns persönlich aber nicht gestört.

Die Zimmer zur Straße extrem laut, normalerweise wäre eine Straßenbahn nicht so laut, aber da gibt es irgendein Problem mit den Schienen, alle 10 Minuten denkt man, da kommt eine Panzer Kompanie angefahren

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, schnell vom Hbf zu erreichen.

Es ist extrem laut, der Straßenlärm war nicht auszuhalten und deshalb konnten wir leider kaum schlafen. Weiterhin war es unglaublich warm in den Zimmern, wesentlich wärmer als draußen (im Hochsommer) ohne eine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur etwas zu regulieren.

Zu empfehlen

Zu Fuß 10 min zum Bahnhof, 10 min ins Zentrum. Ideale Lage.

Wer schlecht schläft hat vielleicht ein kleines Problem, weil die Straßenbahn am Hotel vorbeifährt. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Die Vorteile der günstigen Lage überwiegen.

It you end up with a room on the first couple of floors on the streets side a number of things may happen. First, if you have the window open, it will feel like the tram is going past the bottom of your bed. If you have the windows shut. It will feel like you are suffocating due to a lack of ventilation. Sleep may elude you and will lay there asking , why?

Very comfortable, clean hotel, nice and polite people and a good location, easy to reach the main touristic attractions and also close to the central station, and in the same time, the area felt safe.

The room was spacious and updated and had a little breakfast nook! The windows cracked open and let in lots of light. Great bathroom-especially for Europe. Quiet interior hotel. Elevator, and the best thing was air conditioning! Or at least air flowing. Lots of outlets and lighting, even tissues! Very close to the train station-about a 5 minute fast walk. We liked it a lot and would stay again.

It was a bit noisy outside with the trams going right on the street outside. With earplugs at night, it was fine. It seemed to be in a little of a seedier neighborhood. The parking on the street is really hard to get. We returned our rental right after we arrived so I'm not sure if other parking was offered.

Ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο κοντά στο σταθμό των τρένων και πήγαινες στο κέντρο με τα πόδια Απέναντι είχε ένα φούρνο και στα 5 λεπτά super market

Εμείς πήγαμε Αύγουστο και δεν είχε air condition παρά μόνο ανεμιστήρα. Δυστυχώς το καλοκαίρι είναι απαραίτητο το air condition Απο κάτω περνάει τραμ και επειδή είχαμε ανοιχτο παράθυρο για δροσιά ακουγόταν πολύ έντονα και τραντάζονταν όλο το δωμάτιο! Όταν κλείναμε το παράθυρο είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση!

Mancanza di un condizionatore, c'è il ventilatore ma ovviamente non è la stessa cosa. Non è neanche possibile tenere la finestra aperta dato che ci sono i tram che fanno molto rumore.

No english TV channels and no AC. A fan was in the and did not provide cool air. Also for an early 2-hour check-in was charged 29 euros, what the heck!!!!

Everything was great, very quiet and clean. Even though our room faced the street and the tram passed by, it really didn't bother us at all. They had an elevator and a fan. Everything went very well.

The staff was friendly. Good breakfast.

The room was very loud even though I asked for a quiet room when I booked the room. I could hear the tram and traffic noise during the night even with a closed window.

Café da manhã muito bom. Excelente localização. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Quarto espaçoso e sempre bem limpo. Cama confortável.

Com as mudanças no clima, Munique estava muito quente e o quarto não tinha ar condicionado, mas isso é apenas uma sugestão de melhoria para o hotel porque eu estava ciente que não havia ar condicionado.

Yerləşmə yeri çox rahat ve mərkəzə çox yaxındı. Otaqların təmizliyi və rahatlığı əla idi. İstədiyiniz ünvana ayaqla 10-15 dəqiqəyə çata bilirsən. Təkrar gəlsəm yenə bu hoteli seçəcəm.

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und das hier kritisierte Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend und gut! Zimmer waren nach hinten gelegen und das war gut so. Würde immer wieder kommen.

The location was excellent for my needs on this occasion. The room had everything I needed for my 2 nights stay, including a fan. It was excellent value for München.

The room was facing the street and the trams and the people outside could be quite disturbing if one's a light sleeper. The windows would not totally isolate the room from the outside noise. The pillows weren't the most comfortable for my personal taste.

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Pinakotheken, funktionales Zimmer, Ventilator vorhanden, sauber, freundlicher Empfang.

Es ist laut: Strassenbahn hält fast direkt vor der Tür und quietscht. Ausserdem sind auch spät nachts viele Leute auf der Strasse unterwegs. Fenster offen lassen geht eigentlich nicht. Bei Hitze ein Problem.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Laute Umgebung: besonders durch die regelmäßigen Geräusche der Tram, die auch nachts noch fährt, und von feiernden Hotelgästen am Wochenende. Komischer Zimmerservice (benutze Handtücher waren weg, aber keine neuen da); aber die Rezeption konnte da schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, immerhin gab’s einen Standventilator (Übernachtung bei 36 Grad im Schatten tagsüber und 21 Grad in der Nacht).

The staff was very nice and friendly, ready to help with all my asks at any time. I really appreciated it. Thank you, guys! The double room was nice and clean and comfortably large. The location is great if you want to be within a walking distance from the train station and town centre. The only huge downside of this hotel is the lack of air conditioning which i didn't pay attention to when booking a room there.

I stayed there a couple of nights when it was over +30C during the day and +18C to +20C at night. The lack of air conditioning made my stay so tough I could hardly sleep at night. The room was so hot, even when I opened the windows in the evening it didn't really help to cool the air in the room down. A cold shower would give me a relief only for a few minutes. There was a fan in the room which would just move the hot air around. Also, I had a room facing the street where every few minutes trams would rumble just under my windows so I had to keep the windows shut most of the time. It made my room very stuffy and unpleasant to be in. Such a shame, because the room itself was very nice. I hope that the hotel's management will invest into air conditioning. Until then, I'll definitely avoid this hotel in summer. Perhaps in a colder season one gets a better experience there.

La camera che ci hanno affittato era senza aria condizionata, con il sole contro le finestre dalle 12 fino a sera, una vera sauna! Come se non bastasse sotto passa una tranvia che ogni volta è un terremoto, il tutto per 130 euro a notte!! Non so se le altre camere sono come questa.ma io di sicuro non ci rimetterò più piede!

Die Lage ist super! Das Zimmer war sauber! Alles war wunderbar.

Die Zimmer waren einfach und relativ sauber.

Das Zimmer war zur Straße hin gerichtet inkl. einer Straßenbahn. Es war nicht schallisoliert, sodass ich kaum schlafen konnte durch die Lautstärke. Ich habe noch nie in einem unruhigeren Zimmer geschlafen. Hier werde ich nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind extrem laut. Die Straßenbahn fährt bis 1 Uhr Nachts und morgens ab 5 Uhr und man hat das Gefühl, sie fährt direkt durchs Zimmer.

Местоположението беше много добро, стааята беше чиста и удобна. Отлично на база съотношение цена-качество.

Нямаше климатик или каквото и да е устройство за охлаждане в горещите дни. Нашето посещение беше в края на юни и наистина имахме нужда точно от това.
