Rooms were cleaned daily, had everything we needed as travellers. Very convenient location with a lot to do around, and access to the subway very nearby.

The he room was amazing and spacious. Breakfast was good as well.

Great location, clean room and the best front desk staff ever! The front desk staff at check was extremely nice and let us check in early. After we checked out, I had to call the the hotel because we left our medication in the room. The staff I spoke to was extremely helpful. Excellent staff!

The location was choice and the staff amazing. While the beds were comfortable, be prepared to have only one pillow per person in Seoul. You can always ask for another. The room was fine, but needed updating and we had to ask for the AC to be turned down. Seemed a little dingy and the shower was hard to get in and out of plus kept going from warm, to hot to cold and back again. While the staff was great and the location perfect, I would not stay here again. However, the price is what you would expect.

Good hotel for shoppers.

If you want to be in the midst of shopping and you’re a foodie, this is the place. Myeongdong has lots to be discovered.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong, making it a very strategic choice for shopping and exploring the area. However, the property is quite dated, and the rooms are extremely small — which may not suit everyone's comfort preferences. While the location is excellent, I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Breakfast was very mediocre

This hotel was great. Right in the middle of myeongdong. Loved how the night market and shops were right there. You could just walk right out and there was always something to do. The subway was also super close than most other hotels I’ve seen. I think the location is what is best about the hotel. The room was great for sleeping and quiet. We had a nice corner room on the top. It was nice to just look outside and see the weather and what people were wearing to judge what to wear out. AC nice and cold for the hot days. The rooms are a bit small so opening a full suitcase out could be tough unless you do it on the bed. Plenty of room for a place to just sleep and then go out to see Seoul. Toilet and shower was nice. Front desk very helpful. Only 2 elevators for the whole hotel so sometimes have to wait or squeeze in with people and their stuff. Tried to use the washing machine but there is only one so never got a chance as it was always being used. Overall I loved our stay and would definitely come back. The location is perfect, just around the corner from subway station. Room size is good for 3 of us.

Location is superb. Right in the heart of Myeongdong. We stayed on the 11th floor where the washing machine and dryer was located. There's also a coffee machine that dispenses very good coffee. Microwave is also available for you to heat up your food.

Service and location are top notch

Nice property. Very conveniently located for the street markets. But the best part by far was Rosy. She was beyond amazing. We arrived to check in late in the evening. We were hungry and she not only recommend a place but ordered it for us and the food was out of this world great. Then she got taxis for us many times, she recommended tourist places and kept in touch with us constantly throughout our stay of 10 nights. Honestly, if it wasn't for Rosy Nine Trees would be at a huge loss. We love Rosy.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the front desk.(Steven). Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay. Also, they clean and stock our room with fresh towels everyday. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon Check in, we were being served by a very helpful and friendly male staff (Daniel) who is also the Manager of the hotel. He displays great customer service and professionalism in helping his guests. Location of this hotel is very convenient and accessible to the subway and bus stations. It's also convenient to many popular restaurants and local food nearby. I will be back again for my next trip to Seoul.

The location was great for us. (first time to Korea). The hotel is clean has comfortable beds and has the the best water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would go back again for another stay.

Conveniently located in Myeongdong Shopping Street!

The room met my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Areas for improvement : shower pressure low and on the third day of our stay before we depart , there's no coffee or tea sachets :(

The location was good

First time staying at this hotel. Room was of good size, two big luggages able to open fully. Location was near but not too near to shopping areas. Airport limousine is just round the corner. Will stay here again.

Our first time to Seoul and we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect location. A family of 3 - we booked a triple room and it had a great amt of room for us all. In the hall - just around the corner of our room, was a water dispenser with cold and boiling water - which was helpful when eating ramen from the convenience store. There is also a luggage prep station where you can weigh and prepare your luggage before heading to the airport which was great for us. The ladies at the front desk were fabulous. Very helpful and extremely friendly! As for location - it was perfect. Minutes away from the station - made it handy for our daily travels. Several convenience stores close by for loading up on drinks and snacks. In the evening - the streets near us turn into a night market with street food vendors and other vendors (clothes, purses etc). So fun to explore. In the morning there are a plethera of cafes to choose from for breakfast options and coffee or tea. The last point is that we were just around the corner from the bus stop for the Airport Limo bus. All in all a great experience and We would absolutely stay here again!

Anyone wanting instant Seoul experience without having to travel alot, this ninetree is excellent option. Location couldnt be better if you want to be right in middle of action.

Stayed here 3 nights….Hotel location was great, centrally located and very close to subway station. Staff was polite, spoke multiple languages which was impressive and the hotel had large bath towels (amazing when any other accommodations we had over our 12 day stay visits in Korea did not have large bath towels). Bathtub/shower had a large step up (very high) that was difficult for my mom who is 5’2 and 70 years old.

The hotel is in a perfect position on the top of the shopping street. The train and bus station is less than 100m away and everything is so close. The hotel is lovely and clean inside and non smoking so smells fresh. Would stay here again

Family room ain’t that big so luggage packing for 3 pax can be challenging. Location is good with myeongdong station & airport bus within walking distance. Room service was quick & room is well clean.

Staff were fantastic , check in person and Faye who helped us with booking taxi and keep our luggage safe while we went to have lunch before departure. I like the idea of going green but didn’t understand with providing only paper cups which means more harm to environment. Also automatic air conditioning ,waking us up at 2am please may be change this settings coz if we want , we can turn it on. It’s not green when you turn on AC 24hrs Otherwise it’s a good hotel to stay, shopping,eating n transportation is close

Excellent customer service and location. Tons of shopping and night market outside hotel doors. Close to metro station and fairly good breakfast, for a fee.

This is my 3rd stays. My favourite hotel when we will go to Seoul. The reception staffs are friendly and can speak fluent English. Hotel location is superb.

Very nice location and clean. Breakfast buffet was Korean breakfast, which means not too palatable in the morning.

This was my second stay at Nine Tree Myeongdong. As I remembered, the rooms are clean and easily accessible. Customer service is top notch, they made check in very easy and before our room was ready, held our luggage while we shopped. The hotel is next to the main road and a very short walk to the 6015 Airport Limousine. I very much appreciated stepping out of the hotel into the heart of Myeongdong shopping, with everything you might need, from coffee shops to convenience stores, to the 12-story Daiso just a short walk away! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very close to everything. Great location. Very clean. Only downside is you can hear the music from the street so don’t expect silence until 11pm or so.

My go-to whenever I visit Seoul. It’s convenient with train station and airport bus stop just steps away. Never have to worry about feeling bored - cos there’s so much to see and do - all I need is to come downstairs and it’s the shopping and food street of Myeongdong

Excellent hotel on the very entrance of Myeongdong street. Small but clean rooms, kind and helpful staff. Convenient location, walking distance to heaps of shops, restaurants, myeongdong street shops, bus stops, train stations. Overall great value for money.

This hotel is close to the Myeondong subway. Also close to the bus stop to go to Majang meat market. Outside there are lots of convenience shops and restaurants. Lots of shops around and all within walking distance. Hotel.has limited laundry facilities. There is free coffee as well.as 12 hour free luggage storage lockers. Italian restaurant wasnt too bad. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are nice and clean.

It was definitely a dream location for its accessibility to all the shops in myeongdong, yet it was quite quiet when you are in the room. Room was very comfortable with fluffy comforter and pillows! Room was simple and clean. I would also like to applaud counter hotel staff Eve,she was very approachable and helpful,often serving with a smile. She was able to assist me with travel card etc and airport transfer information. A wonderful location and would strongly recommend for stay!

You can not beat the location of this hotel right outside of subway number 4's station number 8 exit. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is best in class speaking English very well and luggage self-storage on the 11th floor is very secured and easy to use. After 2 stays in the same hotel, I would rank this hotel a top choice for Seoul for its convenience

Good location, in the heart of Myeongdong. But room is quite basic, and not enough storage - eg not enough drawers or shelf space. If you plan on staying out the whole day, it’s decent and functionable enough

The hotel is located in the Myong Dong’s main area, very convenient access, clean and quite although located in the middle of busy area.

Convenient location, clean and spacious room, and friendly staffs. However, there is no taxi pickup point at this hotel and Myeongdong station doesnt have full lift & escalator access from track to platform, so you would need to carry your luggages up some staircases.

Very near airport bus stop drop-off. Just 2 mins walk away. Self service foc lockers after checkout. Lots of food and shopping options around the area. Con is that the rooms are not sound proofed. Can hear pple downstairs till late at night cos of the busy streets (stayed on 14 floor) and can hear footsteps or neighbours closing doors.

I would happily stay again whenever I am in Myeongdong.

2nd time in Seoul and NineTree’s Location is the best! You get out of the hotel and you’re in the heart of Myeongdong - shopping street and streetfood area! (5PM is when all the food stalls set up) Price was reasonable too for 10 nights with 4 people. Would consider staying here again on my return!

The room key always not working. Hotel room door always cannot activate and open.

Convenient location. Next to a mini mart. Elevator can get crowded at times.

Staffs are nice and accomodating. Location is great, if u dont mind the street noise. Room quite spacious. The bed and the pillows though are not comfortable. The bathroom is decent, however, there are no grab handle in the tub/shower area. Getting in and out of the latter is also inconvenient.

The hotel was located in the heart of Myeondong. Right outside were numerous shops and restaurants, along with the night market. We were also just around the corner from a main subway entrance. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Seoul.

Nine Tree Hotel Myeongdong was great! The location is just steps from the night market, the triple room was quite spacious and the staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend! Will stay at this property in the future.

The location is perfect, closed to everything and close to Myeongdong station exit 8. However, bathroom specifically the shower/tub situation is not ideal for elderly and kids. The step is soo deep going in and out of the tub that its not safe, that we almost slipped.

Always stayed here and not disappointed. The rooms were still clean and comfortable. However would like to have more pillows - we only had 1 per bed.

We loved the location! It is very close to the shopping area and the bus to/from the airport. Our room was spacious and daily cleaning service is available. Breakfast could use more options but glad that they told us to try the breakfast first. Overall will defintely stay here again for our next Seoul trip!

Everything was good except for the air-conditioning which switches off by itself in the middle of the night , every night. And if u set the temperature too high e g 25 degree , it will switch off also. We were happy they could provide extra pillows upon request.

A very convenient hotel . Myeongdong station is just a 3 min walk and bus stop from airport is very close by too…bus 6015. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to seoul
