Reviewed May 31, 2026The absolute disrespect from the staff makes the experience terrible.
The worst staff I have ever encountered in my life. The team is extremely disrespectful; they talk bad about the guests in Thai right in front of them. One of the receptionists is even mocking and sarcastic when you ask her for something. They scream and laugh loudly in the morning. One day, they woke me up before 9:00 AM to change rooms, claiming they had to clean the air conditioning. Whenever it rains, the hostel loses power and stays blacked out for hours. At night, you are kept awake by the noise from the bars; early in the morning, by the staff themselves.

Reviewed May 4, 2026I have lived here before and I'm still happy about it. My room had a good size. They clean every day if you want. It's good value and right on Soi Buakhao. The staff are nice englishspeaking and helpful. Many places to eat just outsite the door or around the corner. The rooms are good for single or couples. There are tv with many channels. Wi-fi works. Refrigerator with water. Coffee and the and an electric kettle. I will differently be back here.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026This is a very very nice place. It can be full so book in advance! The staff is nice, englishspeaking and helpfull. With a sense of humor. It's very good value for money. Your room has a big tv with xx channels (I never use it), a regrigerator, wi-fi that works. Space for your clothes. Location right on soi Bukhao :-) Cleaning everyday. The rooms have a nice size with chairs and a small desk. My firste stay here in a room and I will be back. Oh. They have dormrooms to. I stayed there the first week and that's nice to. And cheap. I better book in advance next time if to many read this. hahahaha...
Ehm.. I think they have what I need. It's not a luxury hotel but I think it's very good value for my money.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Unfortunately, one of the receptionists is arrogant. When I checked in, there were two bloodstains on the bed 🩸. There was also a lipstick mark on the bedding. I complained to reception. She replied that the hotel was fully booked and no other blanket was available. She thus indirectly confirmed that there isn't time to wash the blanket after every guest. This is extremely unpleasant and frankly disgusting. I really had to fight for a new blanket, which I eventually received. So, my trust in the hotel was gone shortly after my arrival. If you don't have time to provide every guest with a freshly laundered blanket, it's not the right business for you.

This one lady in reception was really rude and was screaming at guests at check in, loud sighing and moaning. All confusion was due to her inability to pronounce English words. The next day I didn’t get my towels changed and when I asked in reception this same lady screamed at me ”NO! FULL HOTEL!” and walked off. Room was full of long hair from at least 5 different people. Traces of food on the floor. Pieces of toilet paper around the toilet and fake eyelashes on the mirror and in the sink. The security box was out of order.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026hotel cancelled booking at last minute, due to my request with help to check upon arrival, for my 86 year old father who was traveling alone and doesn't use a smart phone. I feel that not only did they leave an elderly man with no accommodation last minute, this showed absolutely no duty of care, Hi landing cards had all been registered at that hotel, with no time to change it. Absolute age discrimination and awful attitude!!

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025L’emplacement est bien, à 8/10 mns à pied de la plage, suffisamment de magasins autour dont un 7-eleven en face. Mise à dispo de fontaine d’eau, de serviette de toilette, shampooing et gel douche. L’espace commun est assez grand. Les dortoirs sont de 8 lits, avec un grand casier (prévoir cadenas).
Juste une suggestion : au vu du nombre important de dortoirs, il serait intéressant d’en réserver au moins 2 ou 3 pour les femmes.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025パタヤソイブアカオ中心地に位置し立地は最高に良い👍徒歩圏内にはバー、マッサージ店、格安タイ料理店、ランドリー店、北に常設市場、南に火曜金曜市場がありまたホテル前からは頻繁に走っているソンテウに乗る事が出来、快適な日常生活を楽しめます。ホテル隣りにはレートが良いTTカレンシー両替所、バイクタクシー待機場、近隣にはセブンイレブン2店舗トップス1店舗、薬局も数店舗あり凄く便利です。ホテル入口スパイダーマン＆アイアンマンのキャラクターは見る度に心が癒されます。宿泊時期によるがスーペリアルームはリーズナブルな料金、無料WiFi、毎日清掃と無料の水2本が付きスタッフの皆さんは笑顔で明るい対応次回も利用したいホテルです‼️
チェックイン時違う予約客と間違いドミトリールームに案内され凄く困った😥 パスポートと予約客の氏名を間違いがなく確認して頂きた。 長期宿泊の為ベランダに洗濯物を干す物があると良い。
