Bring your own soap, shampoo. Parking is far if small parking lot is full. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and quiet and the price was excellent.

Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Competitive price. Friendly, helpful staff. What more is there to like? I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is inaccessible to most things without a car. Safe, clean, university residence.

Lots of space 2 bed apartment for 3 nights cheaper than a hotel for 1 night. Shower was hot, beds were comfy. Pool table, ping pong table and fusball tables in common room.

Great value. Simple yet clean accommodation. Be aware, though, that you must bring plates, cutlery, pots, pans, cups/glasses, sponge/dish cloth, dish towel, dish soap. Ironically, large and small appliances are available for cooking. Sadly, the facility does not recycle.

Pleasant pair of rooms in a university residence. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, convenient location.

No elevators! Parking was a bit further out. Travelling with an elder was hard for my father to get around! Our room, the floors were crummy. It wasn’t swept. We found a few paper - garbage on the table! No tv in my dad’s room. I had one but only one fuzzy channel. Phones didn’t work.

Love the idea of staying in a University Residence. Wish i knew of this before.

The person working the front desk wouldn’t go ask the guys in the game room to move their cars that were in the handicap parking he made us go park guit a ways away and climb a hill when we are handicapped and need a cane to walk

Clean. Less expensive. I enjoy watching some TV in the evenings; however, they brought us one smallest TV in our room. It had only one available channel to watch.

The rooms were satisfactory, however the room assigned was not cleaned and ready. The staff member was helpful in finding a room. Two rooms looked at were not made. Third room was found ready. It was late in the night and a bit frustrating

pleasantly surprised with accommodation: 2 good size bedrooms, each has a bed, desk along the wall, chair, shelves. Shared area had full size fridge with freezer compartment, double sink, microwave. The only thing would be nice to have a kettle or a coffee maker. Crispy clean bedding is like in the best hotels, washroom is spotless. Parking is a very short walk away. 24-hours reception. You get a key from the front door and a key from your room. I think there are a lot of games and TV, etc in the shared area on the first floor - I did not have time to use it. Close to the main roads, yet it is in a very nice and quiet area. Many places to get food are within a few minutes drive. I couldn't book Microtel with points, so decided not to spend too much money - this was really 5 times cheaper, but exceeded any expectations! It would be good for a family, or friends - anyone! I learned that they have properties in other cities as well - will be looking to book!

What an amazing idea to stay at a local college. The room was spacious, clean and just overall a great way to stay near family with your own space. Very affordable as well.

Smells funny cold

It’s a college dorm, clean but not overly comfortable, brick walls hard floors no coffee machine in room. It’s a bed at a low price.

Facilities were clean in the most part. Fridge had crumbs in the bottom, and drain in bathtub had a clog, so took 10-15 mins to drain. Fan in bathroom is noisy, and on a sensor, so you couldn’t turn it off… it would turn on in the middle of the night even if you didn’t turn on the light. Glass block ‘window’ in kitchen let light in from the hall all night… so bedroom door must be kept closed, or else you had a light shining on your face all night. Window blinds are not darkening, so be prepared to wake up with the sun. Minimal parking close by, so other option was to park down a steep hill (in the dark and pouring rain). Otherwise room was clean, linens freshly laundered, and bed quite comfortable. Nice lounge area on main floor with tv, pool table and video games. All in all, it was a clean place to sleep flr the price. It was worth the value, and a great option if you’re on a budget.

No A/C; had to bring bags upstairs; Not a fun spot.

Bedroom lock was not working properly I got trapped inside But caretaker came asap when I informed her and opened it for me. I had to sland a chair on the door all the time to keep the door not to get closed.

There was no signs to indicate where to register when driving up . This is a French college. Hardly no signage in English. . We walked many halls and found some students, where they showed us where to go. Got there and no one was in sight. Called the number on Expedia and it rang and rang across from me through the other side of the glass. Seen another review saying the bed felt like you were sleeping on a boxspring. We checked it out and turns out the bed was flipped over and reaked of urine. It was awful. Parking lot was full so we had to park down at an empty lot. Walked up a big hill with all our suitcases. Room smelled like cigarettes. This would be a nice college if grass was kept up. Price was right tho. Will not come here again.

Only 7 parking spots. It’s first come first park basis. If all spots are occupied, then parking is available downhill.

Exactly what our family of 4 needed at the right price. Laundry facilities, communal kitchen, a large place (common room) for the kids to play and watch TV at early hours in the morning and separate bedrooms so the adults can sleep :)

Still not super clear for directions on where the residence is. There is limited parking close to checkin. If you don’t mind climbing a hill to get to the entrance you’ll like the convenient price

Nice, clean and quiet budget accommodation.

Well booked this on Travelocity then discovered when I got there it was the Residence of the local College. The bed I'm pretty sure was actually just a box spring. Central Air for the entire place was just below my window. Absolutely no curtain on the shower, that was different lol. And of course students drunk out in the hall yelling until 3am.

PLEASE put up signs to indicate where the residence hotel is, there is a general lack of signage at this campus. Had to call desk for help. Or issue a map of the property with the reservation communications indicating location.

They should make sure the rooms are clean and ready before guests arrive. One of the rooms had flies on the floor and table. I let the staff know about.

It’s a student dorm, so if you’re just looking for a bed for the night, it has all the basics you need. Room is clean and parking is available.

Nice and clean! I hope the property can be strict on the parking. I noticed that people parked on the fire line, No Parking and Disabled Parking areas. One morning my car was blocked in and I had to wait long time to get it out.

Finding dorm building was difficult as signs were very small and in French only. Parking by building limited to 6 spots. Main parking is at bottom of long steep hill. I would have liked a heads up about that as I am over 60 with disabilities. While student staff was bilingual errors in communication did occur. I WAS DENIED lowest price hotel club guarantee and charged price at time of booking not price day of arriving which was $20 a night cheaper. Upon arrival neither the TV cable nor room phone (I have no cell phone) was hooked up and had to be done that evening. Air conditioning under control of building not guest so rooms were too hot/humid. Bedrooms have no bedside tables to put a box of kleenex or eye glasses on, and therefore no lamps for reading in bed at night. Great kitchen and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable with lots of drawer storage underneath. Despite deficiencies if I were staying in town 3 or more nights I would stay there again knowing what extra things to bring to compensate for problems (like plastic end table, lamp and fan) and knowing now how to get there.

Had a great stay here - what would make it even better is if there were Keurig or similar coffee systems for the guests to use, either in rooms or central area. Otherwise everything is just as good as most other types of accommodations. I would most definitely stay here again

We enjoyed having 2 bedrooms. Staff was kind and thoughtful. It was a peaceful place to go for an early morning walk.

A stark contrast to the property in North Bay. Bugs, dirty, noisy. I had to ask for wireless information. Cold.

Overall this place is very good. One thing needs to improve is the quality of the mattress.

There is very little parking at the front door. I had to leave very early the next morning and someone parked halfway across the front of my car in a no parking zone. No one was parked beside me so I was able to get out but the other car parked on my other side could not.

No privacy for the guest.

The bed could have been more comfortable as well as plastic cutlery and plates and napkins in the room but satisfied overall. I would go there again.

In general I liked the place. Still, there is room for improvement. First, the air conditioner was too loud and no way to turn it off. We did not need it, since it was not hot and we opened windows, but it stubbornly refuse to shut off and made it hard to fall asleep. I noticed a spider in my room - no big deal, but I'd rather have a room without insects. Parking was a bit weird: the parking lot in front of the main entrance was too small, and the staff suggested I park in the disabled parking stop, and when I felt hesitant suggested to use a bigger parking lot far away from the entrance. They need to be more reassuring about parking as most people like me were trained to avoid disabled parking. Finally, when I came to check out there was no one at the front desk, only a message that the staff will be there between 15 to 30 minutes. I needed to catch a ferry and had no time to waste and there was no way to call them, so I got worried, but luckily someone came shortly. I feel there either has to be a bell to call someone OR have a key drop box. Other than that my stay there was enjoyable!

I should read the description closer. It's a college dorm. Mattress was poor. No TV, pretty sure I read somewhere there is a TV but no, there's not. Very clean room.
