Fabulous oasis in Seminyak, magnificent pool, comfy bed, helpful staff. Cleanest toilet in 14 stays!

The bath was not inviting and the vanity tap and shower rose need replacing to lift the cleanliness feel another point. Such a little thing and yet it would change the bathroom vibe. Not all blinds work in A7 bedroom making it dark and yet not really an issue in such a great, spacious, otherwise airy room. Just means people walking by see in. Their problem.

The staff was very attentive and discreet, always available when needed.

Jacuzzi didn't work.

The location was phenomenal, the staff were so kind and caring!

The villas were stunning. Pool was bigger than I thought by the photos.

The mattresses were a little uncomfortable. I had a spring sticking into my hip bone

Lack of options for food, only sold Bintabg no other alcohol options, no dinner or bar on an evening, very limited seating around pool, the bed had a wood wrap around making it very difficult to get in and out, bathroom not very clean and very old

Room was excellent. Great location short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Great breakfast tons of options. It felt secluded and off the beaten path but it was close to everything. Wonderful staff, friendly and polite.

Quite little oasis, great location. Loved the Villa although we didn’t use the Jacuzzi. Very clean, bed comfy loved the mural and general decor including the oil burners and candles. Pool clean and all staff were lovely. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing and the outdoor/pool area is beautiful. Breakfast and lunch provided daily. Quaint, rustic balinese style buildings

The bathrooms were a bit challenging. Definitely not 4 star, and partially exposed to out doors, but not in a good way. Access to the Villa was via a laneway that was very dark at night

Wie in vielen anderen Kommentaren bereits erwähnt ist die Anlange leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer und die Amaturen waren von Kalk übersäht, generell müssten die Badezimmer dringend renoviert werden. In meinem gab es kein „Fenster“ sondern nur ein Loch in der Wand welches mit einem Fliegengitter bedeckt war das auf allen Seiten offen war. Für mich stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht, da ich für den gezahlten Preis in weitaus besseren Hotels auf Bali übernachtet habe. Allerdings muss man erwähnen, dass es scheinbar bessere und schlechtere Zimmer gibt. Ich habe leider ein altes, nicht renoviertes erwischt.

Was nice to have a private pool and the resort pool was also nice. Location was great. Only short walk to the beach.

Would be nice to have more water supplied and some hand soap to wash our hands. Also a couple of normal outdoor sitting chairs would be nice outside to sit and drink our morning coffee.

Th location is excellent, you are based in the middle of Seminyak but just off the main road so the hotel itself is very quiet. The staff were amazing, rooms were big and very clean. I stayed in one of the apartments and was really impressed. The restaurant is small but offers great breakfast and lunch options.

I struggled to find any faults.

Quiet and calm. Beautiful clean pool. Very helpful friendly staff, accommodating when a gueat was sick. Huge beds and pillow choice and shaving kit was a bonus.

Difficult for big cars (if driver not confident) to get to so ordering cabs just means best walk about 1 min for pick point.

The sun barely hit the pool so the water was freezing!

Die Nähe zum Strand. Die ruhige Lage. Das nette Personal. Der Pool ist fantastisch und eine ordentliche Wassertiefe.

Auch nach überlegen fällt mir nichts ein.

Pool too cold/bed a bit hard/TV could be a bit bigger as it is some distance from the bed.

The place in a hole is worn down, needs a lot of attention to it. Bathrooms are dirty. Beds were very hard also.

Beautiful place and Location. If you have to be in Seminyak for shopping or to catch the plane, it’s a great wee spot. Fabulous pool and hang out zone. It’s an oasis amongst the madness. Down a side street - it’s small street but cars can fit down there, don’t let your driver believe they can’t otherwise you have to walk.

No Refillable water station. Most places I’ve travelled to in Indo have these now, but this place didn’t. All accommodations should have these now to save on Plastic bottles waste.

Bathroom not clean. Toilet flush stopped working in the morning, they fixed it but it took time.

The rooms were big and everything was clean.

It went way back so you had a long walk to the street and cars couldn’t fit down the long windy driveway.

Amazing villa room! Would have loved to have stayed longer. Clean and comfortable. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Locația vilei e foarte bună. Ai 10 minute pina la plaje. Și 10 minute pâna la restaurante unde poți sa mănânci ceva bun la un preț bun.

Curățenia lasă de dorit. Foarte și foarte murdar. Doamna care făcea curat , strângea doar patul și schimba stergarele. Până și albiturile nu le schimba. Pernele miros oribil a transpiratie de ani buni. Stergarele roase vechi , se observa bine ca sunt folosite de ani. Dușul funcționa doar 6-7 gauri din 20. Foarte mult calcar pe robinet, dus. Miros închis în baie. În general camerele simple mirosul din veceu e de nesuportat. Am achitat +50€ pentru o camera mai buna dar nu sa meritat.

Second time we stay at Artemis as we truly enjoy every aspect of the hotel. We own 4 hotels ourselves and are very difficult customers. For us to grant a 10/10 is only because it is simply perfect. Phenomenal staff, close location to the beach, perfect private villa with private pool and all against unbeatable conditions. We will be back !

Needs some upgrading but still enjoed it there.

We had a pool view which was fantastic, we loved all the little extra touches in the room. The cleaners came in every morning always smiling , couldnt fault it

Bed wasn’t comfy needs soft mattress, bathroom a bit dirty on arrival.

The pool area and the kitchen was the highlight of the property.

The property is little inside. Some parts are lil dingy. The apartment was nice but looks rundown.

Gave them a second chance but they are still petty and obstinate. If you do not follow the rules, rules they make up as they please, they will hound you and threaten you until you back down. All we did was use the pool chair. the manager is evasive and hides behind terrified lower members of staff, they say they are sacred they will lose their jobs if they do not accomplish the task the manger set them. They hounded us about leaving a not positive review and tried to gaslight us for a long time. One star, more freedom and less stress in a prison camp. They are making our stay stressful and miserable. I’m very upset

I took the bean bag chair from swimming pool to my room because there is no rule in the hotel that its impossible then suddenly there was another guest complain he wanted to use and the staff here called to my room many times to ask and gave it to that guy, since his wife already had one bean bag chair, so they treat us completely not fair, i hate this place. Im sure they took his side because he is white and im an asian! Bonus: the bed is not king bed, they put 2 mattresses become one and make us very uncomfortable

I liked how quiet it was and it was such a nice surprise to walk from a busy main road to a quiet vila. A very nice oasis. The build and decorations were amazing, very beautiful. I loved the sofa bed and spent most time on it rather than on the bed actually. The staff were very friendly, from the reception, to the kitchen staff, and especially the security, whom always greeted you when walking out or into the compound.

A few things needed a bit of maintenace, because they took my mind off how amazing everything looked and felt, like the outside roof had a few sections coming undone, and some wall tiles in the bathroom were chipped, but for a short stay (3 nights) it didn't really matter. It also gave the villa character I guess.

Love the location, the pool, the quiet, this is my fourth visit

Air conditioning remote controls weren't working perfectly, so we couldn't turn down the air con in the bedroom, so it was a little noisy. Bedroom has a glass wall to the bathroom so light comes in very early. Better to put blinds on this window as well

Ausstattung der Zimmer ( mit Küchenzeile) etwas dürftig: kein Flaschenöffner. Kein zweiter Stuhl auf der privaten Terrasse. Sog.Hotelzimmer renovierungsbedürftig - fanden wir nicht akzeptabel.Haben ( gegen Aufpreis) in renovierten kleinen Bungalow gewechselt.

Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes y muy bonitas. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Había varias opciones para el desayuno y todo muy bueno. Sin duda repetiría! La ubicación ideal, cerca del centro pero en una zona donde no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

The place is in serious need of maintenance. The rot has damaged the whole roof in the bathroom and needed to be cleaned before use due to rotten timber from rain over night. 1 other issue was our base sheet on the bed was not changed once over 7 days.i know as a stain was present during our stay. The staff is lovely. The owner should get involved with the wellbeing of the property
