I felt that a bonus would have been a carton/bottle of whole milk in the fridge instead of a variety of fizzy drinks. It’s a family hotel and lots of toddlers drink whole milk. Which you could only find in the morning. I also didn’t like that most toddlers wake up so early, and all soft play, pool, baby centre didn’t open until 10am. I feel 8am would be more appropriate. It was tough keeping my toddler occupied for hours in the morning after an early wake up. I also felt Dobi the dolphin mascot could have made an appearance in the day too, even one day for the afternoon for toddlers who go to bed early around 6.30pm. So I felt I missed out quite a bit. I feel the soft play should be split for young kids and older kids so the toddlers get to have a go in the ball pit etc. If this was changed I would return and recommend to friends without a doubt

We stayed at HOVIMA La Pinta to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and our daughter's first family holiday, and it could not have been more special. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed — the reception the team prepared for us was a beautiful surprise and set the tone for a few truly magical days. Every single member of staff contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Our daughter is still talking about Globi and singing the Globi song at home! A very special mention goes to Beatriz at the front desk. She was outstanding in every sense of the word — warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had the best possible experience, especially our little girl. Her kindness and tireless care made a real difference throughout our stay. She is a true credit to the hotel. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, HOVIMA La Pinta, for everything!

This was the second time we have stayed at La Pinta and it exceeded our expectations. What makes it a great hotel for us as a family (2a 2c 7&13) is the activities for children. I would say it’s outstanding for younger children (up to 10) but there are an activities for older kids too (darts, football, glass necklace making etc). The kids club is the best we have been to, all the staff were AMAZING, my daughter Ayla loved it all! The food was nice (we were HB and swapped dinner for lunch), lots of choice and different each day. Drinks were included as self serve. The hotel was spotless including the rooms.

Stayed here in june. What an amazing hotel this is for familys. The staff are so friendly. Entertainment was really good. Food was actually pretty decent with loads of variety. Overall could not fault the hotel one bit. Will definitely be back

La falta de regulación en la disponibilidad de hamacas en la piscina. Sería bueno encontrar la forma en la que los que no nos levantamos a las 6 de la mañana de vacaciones, pudiésemos tener opción de disponer de una hamaca libre ya que hay personas que reservan desde muy temprano hileras enteras aunque no las usen en todo el día. Yo personalmente he ido con mi madre de 80 años y , en ocasiones, no ha podido estar en ese espacio por falta de lugar donde sentarse.

We have just returned from an absolutely amazing holiday and honestly, we couldn't be happier with our stay! First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location. It is very close to the beach, surrounded by a lovely area and within easy reach of shops and everything you might need. One thing that genuinely surprised me was the incredible level of cleanliness. The standard of room cleaning was honestly one of the highest I have ever experienced in any hotel. Our room was always spotless, and the same high standard could be seen throughout the entire hotel. The pool area, restaurants, reception and all communal areas were exceptionally clean and very well looked after. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so warm, friendly and welcoming that we genuinely felt at home. From the reception staff and cleaners to the waiters, kitchen staff and everyone else we met — every single person was kind, helpful and lovely. The entertainment team were also fantastic! We travelled with our two children, aged 4 and 6, and they had the best time. There were so many activities throughout the day and always something happening to keep the children entertained. They loved taking part in the different activities, and the foam party was a huge hit! Every evening there was a children's disco, which the kids absolutely loved and gave the parents a chance to relax for a little while. This was followed by different evening entertainment, including dance shows, magic shows and other performances. There was always something to look forward to. The food was delicious and there was a huge variety to choose from. Our children can be quite picky eaters, but even they always found plenty of things they enjoyed, which was a big plus for us. Everything we tried was really tasty. We are incredibly happy with our stay and have so many lovely memories from this holiday. We would absolutely love to return in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday so special! ❤️

After booking the hotel with booking for 2 adults and 3 kids. We noticed that on the confirmation there were only two adults and two children on the booking so upon arrival at the Hotel we had to pay extra 700€ for the 3. kid. Mistake on our behalf or booking I’m not sure. But in all the search on booking we always included the whole family.

una super lastima el desayuno... de los peores. encontrè mejores en la "pension Maria": pasteleria hindustrial sin sabor y calidad; salcichas secas, arrugadas y de sabor pessimo ( no las podimos comer); zumos tristes, calientes y acquoso; cafè inbevible ( poco mas de agua sucia), huevos fritos de granjas hindustriales ( sabor indescrivibles). Nota a ti, del hotel, que va a leer eso y tiene que contestar: no te limite al "piliticamente correcto" o para"quedar bien" con quien va a leer eso... De verdad, es un comentario para ayudar a mejorar... teneis un muy buen hotel, no las cagais para "cosa" que cuesta muy poco mejorar... Teneis muy cerca panaderias y pastelerias "de pueblo" que hacen productos para desayunos espectaculares y a muy buen precio y vays a respaldar la econimia local

We stayed here as a family of 3 for our honeymoon in June. Room- we had room 003 which was ground floor by the garden. It was great for our little one however, the lift is a nightmare. It often stops at 0( we were sub 1) and then has people in it, its so small we couldnt then get in, at times waiting 5/10minutes. This could be changed by making the stairs nesr tbe courts, a ramp. Overall, the room was outdated and shabby the door was broken and we found it difficult to shut, plus the wallpaper was peeling and the socket in the room was broken, coming out of the socket, extremely dangerous in a bathroom, let alone anywhere else. Considering we paid 268 for this, when we had a superior room, we were disappointed. Location is great despite the hills. Right central to las americas and adeje. Food- not a lot of a choice but we always found things, and to us they were good quality. There could have been more show cooking e.g. BBQ. The pool area ans splash park are great. We went to the entertainment each night, our son enjoyed the mini disco and loved Globi, although we found we were never able to allow our son to get close enough with other kids and parents alwaus pushing in, Globi is popular! Could've good to have him/her present at meals or other peak times for kids. Dissapointed we had to pay €21 euro for the safe for the week, this is usually free is most places we have stayed. We also paid €60 deposit for towels. No problem with a deposit but ahain, frustrating they only took cash for this, would rather have a card hold. Overall, we would potentially return but, with the hope of a better room and some changes like the safe, towels etc as above. I do not believe this hotel is 4 star, 3 at best.

Just back from a week stay here. Location spot on, spotlessly clean and staff lovely and friendly. Restaurant staff can be seen working tirelessly bringing out food and clearing up. Bar staff always a delight and happy to serve. Lastly my little girl loved Giorgia from the animation team. Her attention to detail and warm bubbly character was always a delight. Thank you fur a lovely week stay!

Our 2nd visit to this hotel. Our 1st was 4 years ago with our daughter. After having such a amazing time and seeing how happy she was back then after our 2nd came along it was not fair to not give her the same experience. Once again a amazing holiday. Staff are wonderful. You will always find something on the menu to your liking. Also a great location to visit local bars and restaurants. Incredible views.

En la pequeña biblioteca no vi un solo libro en español , habitación lejísimos de piscina, no hay intimidad en cama de matrimonio pegada al salón, no hay espejos para vestirse, aire acondicionado no encendía, Desdé temprano empezaron a limpiar habitaciones y haciendo mucho ruido de sillas y muebles....

For anyone in two minds of booking this hotel don't be. The staff and accommodation is amazing and worth the money that you will be paying! Me and my family stayed in this hotel for 10 nights half board plus. We had breakfast every morning which had a load of options and some days we changed dinner for lunch as we preferred to go out to restaurants near the hotel but the food was around a 7/7.5 out of 10 depending on what themes they had on that day ( the theme changes every day). Our daughter who is 3 years old went to the mini club with two staff members who looked after her through out stay. These two staff memebers ( Martina & Nuria ) were unbelievable they went above and beyond to make sure your child is comfortable staying and playing in the mini club and always made us as parents comfortable leaving our daughter with them. Our daughter who is shy when it comes to meeting people and takes a bit of time to come around like all kids but after the first day she just wanted to constantly go back to see what she called Her BESTFRIENDS Martina and Nuria. They went above and beyond our expectations and if anyone reading this is in two minds with leaving there kids in the mini club don't be the staff are exceptional. The rooms in the hotel were big and clean. House keepers were in everyday leaving fresh towels and making sure the room was spotless for us returning after a day at the pool. The pool area was great they had so many activities throughout the day and even tried to get the parents involved too. The mini disco couldnlast a bit longer but that would be my only downfall for our stay but then again the disco was unreal for the kids and especially the shows that followed after. I have already been checking prices for next year and look forward to getting back to this hotel again in the future.

Stayed here for a week with the family second time staying in this hotel and have already booked to go back again.. outstanding hotel in a super location and wat can I say about team la pinta other than thank you for an absolutely amazing holiday once again . Every single member of your team is absolutely outstanding and is a credit to your hotel my 2 girls loved your entertainment team we have been home a week and they are still talking about them .rooms a beautiful spotless and tidy views are beautiful no matter wat time of the day it is.have a super summer guys and see use again soon

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, the food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children to enjoy. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We had booked the half-board package, but due to our late arrival at 10 pm, we missed our first evening meal. To our surprise and delight, the hotel more than compensated for this by offering us an all-inclusive day on any day of our choice. This was an amazing gesture and something we truly appreciated. We have stayed in several 5-star hotel before, and they didn’t offer such thoughtful compensation, which speaks volumes about the excellent customer service here. What truly made our visit special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Kate at Reception, who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Her kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank the entire team for the thoughtful welcome gifts for our 7-year-old daughter. She was so excited and felt very special. The lovely card and the bottle of wine waiting for us were such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to everyone for making our family trip so enjoyable. Amazing time at the hotel. Staff incredible and food fantastic. Alvaro animation team were simply the best. A big shoutout to Giorgia who was so helpful and always there to assist with anything.. my four daughters just loved everything about the hotel.

This hotel is fantastic, it has everything that a family needs for a comfortable and safe holiday. We only found some minor negatives which I've listed below, but we will come back to stay again because our 4 year olds loved it and the resort has so many positives going for it. Below I've listed everything, hopefully it helps other families make a decision on staying here because we done a lot of research on hotels in Costa Adeje before eventually choosing Hovima la Pinta. PROS • Location is ideal, central and literally on the beach. There are so many bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. We got a taxi from the airport and it only took 15 minutes. The Jet2 coach transfer on returning home took 40 minutes in total, we had four other hotel collections after us before then heading to the airport. • Staff in every area of the hotel are very welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. Special note to the evening bar staff, all of them are brilliant. • Check-in was seamless, and the fact your wristband doubles as your room access key is ideal and so convenient. • We stayed in room 312. The view from the balcony is fantastic, overlooking the pools and beach. • The beds are firm, but comfortable. Pillows were very comfortable. • The sofa bed wasn't comfortable for adults, but for our kids (4 years old) it was fine. • Room was very spacious, with a fridge, microwave and kettle. No toaster unfortunately. • Bathroom was big, shower was very good. • Aircon was very good with three power levels. It only activates when both the room door and balcony door are both closed. • Pools are great, there's a fantastic splash pool for the little ones, a slightly bigger and deeper pool (about 1m depth) for slightly older kids (for example age 3+), and a main pool which is around 1.5m in depth all over. All three are very clean and well maintained. • There are many umbrellas around the sun loungers to provide shade, approximately one umbrella for every three loungers which is good. • Bar service at the pool was very fast. There is a free filtered water dispenser which is handy, I would recommend bringing a stainless steel bottle to fill up. • Buffet restaurant is good, one of the better ones I have seen from an all inclusive style hotel. Food was always fresh and well cooked. • Kids club was the highlight of our trip: our twins loved it and the staff were some of the best I've seen with older kids (4+). Our girls enjoyed it so much they asked to go back each day, and it's completely indoor so it helps keep them out of the sun for a period of the day. It has a large soft play area along with a huge space for different activities. • Evening entertainment was brilliant: kids disco starts at 20:15 every evening and lasts for 45 mins. At 21:00 they have another form of entertainment and it changes each night but is still family friendly which our kids loved too. • We requested a late check-out due to flying late in the evening, we were lucky the hotel allowed it at a cost of €25. • The hotel does not have its own gym, but guests have free use at the sister hotel gym (Hovima Cool Costa Adeje). The gym there looks very new and well kept with new, modern equipment. The hotel only 3-4 minutes walk on the same road as La Pinta. - - - - - CONS • Bars outside the hotel are very loud and you can vaguely hear them until around 1am every night. Our room was semi soundproof, not completely, but it didn't bother our kids and they slept soundly. • The food, while always fresh and well cooked, doesn't change much for 80% of what is on the buffet each day. Only a few choices get changed. • While the pool and grounds area are well kept, the space for sun loungers seems a struggle. They are all cramped/pushed together. One of the few pool related negatives because every thing else is positive. • The balcony door is very easy for kids to unlock themselves, a major flaw especially if staying on the upper floors. I would have preferred the handle and lock to be situated high enough on the door so it's out of reach for young kids, or a style of lock they cannot unlock themselves. Alternatively an additional lock situated at the top of the door would suffice, our girls at 4 years old were able to easily twist the handle and open the door. • The gym at the sister hotel is missing one thing that made me end up using an alternative (paid for) gym: a punch bag. This is a personal preference and not a flaw, but many gyms have them now because it's a brilliant form of cardio. There is ample space to have one in the corner by the free weights, so this is a small recommendation no my part. • The outdoor restaurant, (you are given one evening meal here which I cannot remember the name of) has a fantastic view overlooking the beach but only has around three tables that provide shade from the sun. For kids this is not ideal if you want them to be comfortable while eating. • The music played around the pool all day can be a little too loud at times. The area we found most comfortable was the boundary overlooking the beach. For a family based, all inclusive hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday. We upgraded to Excellence, and it was worth every penny. The staff were exceptional from start to finish, and everyone in our family felt relaxed, cared for, and genuinely valued. A special thank you to Raffaela for the warm welcome, and to Georgia, who looked after us throughout our stay, as well as Ava during Georgia’s leave. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference to our experience. We would also like to thank the chefs, especially Isabel, who made us feel so understood and reassured. Travelling with children who have additional dietary needs can be stressful, but Isabel and the team never made us feel like a burden, even when the children struggled to eat the food available. Their patience, understanding, and willingness to help gave us real confidence and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. The Kids Club staff were equally amazing. They made us feel completely comfortable and reassured about Grayson staying with them independently. Their care and dedication helped him build confidence and enjoy experiences he might otherwise have missed. An extra special thank you goes to both Georgia and Geneva. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made our holiday truly unforgettable. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well looked after. They made us feel less like hotel guests and more like family, and their personal touch had such a positive impact on our stay. Thank you to everyone who helped make our holiday so special. Absolutely fantastic break away just what we needed and more . The hotel was spotless, great atmosphere, activities for all , the beach was onsite literally 2 minutes away even ideal for my husband who was in a wheelchair . A good variety of food and couldn't fault anything we were very impressed we got free lunch as we missed out on our evening meal and was able to eat earlier for breakfast as were leaving at 8am on checkout day , it's just a shame we couldn't stay longer as we had the best time.

The entertainment team are wonderful. recommend the baby club and kids club team so much! big shout out to Martina and Nuria from the baby club who made our daughters feel so included and welcome. theyre amazing! thanks x

We leave tomorrow morning and once I'm back in the UK I'm worried I'll be too busy to write a review and we've had such a great time I wanted to share. We booked here for the apartment as we have a 19 year old who still wants to holiday with us (if we are paying !) and a disabled 17 year old, so needed space where being inside a lot ..didn't feel like we were trapped. Well the 2 bed deluxe /excellence room we were given was everything we needed and hoped it would it be! Thankyou to Giorgia for your patience with my emails and wonderful warm welcome on arrival - made us feel relaxed straight away. We go all inclusive for ease for our daughter and the food and drink was all lovely. I can't honestly understand why or how anyone could fault the choice and quality. We paid for all inclusive plus and excellence with TUI as that is what we need to make it worth the hassle of taking out daughter away..and it was worth the money here. We've been all over Europe with her and the view from our room is hard to beat . Loved sharing the beats with Kaluna duong the day and quiet at night....perfect ! Special mention to all the staff we met. David and co for their happy smiles and sexy dancing... Ricardo and all the bar staff for making us the best drinks from arrival to departure Lots of happy customers and friendly lovely clientele. If we came without needing to care for our daughter you could love it here for self catering as the venue is perfect for eating out and exploring too....but for us the excellence package upgrade was worth every penny for our needs. We stayed at Hovima La Pinta for 7 nights during the May Half Term, as a family and could not have been happier. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after. The hotel smells amazing, creating a lovely first impression. Our one-bedroom sea view room was spacious, comfortable, and kept spotless by housekeeping. Reception staff were fantastic and quickly resolved an internet issue for me. They even showed me the two-bedroom apartment for a future visit, which was greatly appreciated. A huge thank you to the Mini Club and Baby Club teams. They were incredible and made such a difference to our holiday. Our children loved attending every day, giving my husband and me time to relax knowing they were having fun and were well cared for. The entertainment was excellent and very family-focused. The buffet had plenty of choice, although some of the paella dishes were a little salty for our taste. The à la carte restaurant was outstanding, and compliments to the chef, waiters, and bar staff. The three pools were fantastic, especially the splash pool, where our youngest spent hours playing. The beach is right in front of the hotel, with loungers available for €8 each, although you can use your own towel if preferred for free. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely valued. Special thanks to the reception manager, staffs, cleaners, bar staff and waiters; including the gentleman often around the snack bar, who was always friendly and welcoming. We've just returned from La Pinta and had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. Having direct access to the beach through a secure gate, which can be opened using your room key or wristband, was a real bonus. My son particularly enjoyed the daily activities, including football, table tennis, mini golf, darts, pool games and the foam party. There was always something organised each day, which made it great for families with children. The main reason I've marked the hotel down slightly is the food. We found lunch offered a better selection and more choice than the evening meals. Breakfast was also disappointing. Most mornings we spent time waiting for empty trays, particularly eggs and sausages, to be refilled. On several occasions they weren't replaced before we left the restaurant. As this happened every morning, I felt the staff could have been more proactive in keeping popular breakfast items stocked. Overall, La Pinta is a lovely hotel with fantastic facilities, a great location and plenty to keep children entertained, but the dining experience could be improved.

Cannot recommend HOVIMA Pinta enough. We stayed for a week, half board plus with our two children aged 3 & 1 and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in yet as a family who holiday twice a year. All of the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. Beatrix on reception stood out especially, along with Georgia from the animation team. Food was always good and plenty of choice. We have booked again for next year but going all inclusive rather than half board next time :) Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at La Pinta during May half term as a family of four with children age 10. When checking reviews beforehand I was sceptical about all those naming staff saying how wonderful they were but genuinely all the staff there seem to love their jobs and are very welcoming and friendly. We tried to remember all the names + unfortunately didn't get them all, we must mention Giorgia in the animation team / kids club who made my boys so welcome that they were asking to go to kids club (to make cookies one day, to make soap another). Along with the other members of the animation team, they made sure everyone got involved in activities but without any pressure - we do now have the Globi song stuck in our heads! Unlike other reviews, I thought the food was really good, there was plenty of selection with a different 'show cooking' stand outside the restaurant each day. We tended to eat early so there was always plenty of food with staff topping it up however, the one evening we ate later we did notice less food left but there was still fresh being brought out. Highly recommend eating at the terrace restaurant for the set taster menu which you can do one evening of your stay - we did the 'Castle of Flavours' evening. The hotel was fresh and clean and the location on the beach and close to shops and the water parks was great - I recommend visiting Siam Park. There was noise from people walking along the corridors outside the room which couldn't be avoided and from evening entertainment in neighbouring bars but this stopped at a reasonable time, neither of which spoilt our holiday. My one son had such a good time, he wanted to leave his own review.... "My experience at Hovima La Pinta was stunning. I'm surprised it isn't 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights all inclusive in a superior room, it was stellar! It has everything you need - a pool, restaurants, lots of entertainment and I forgot to mention it is a beachfront hotel!! The highlight of my experience is when, at the terrace restaurant on Wednesday Aitor the waiter gave me an extra plate of ribs as I loved them so much, I was over the moon. I seriously recommend you go there."

A lot of choice in the buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and the food was good. Great staff, nice activities for the children. We tried the Baby Club, my kids (1 and 3) had a great time. It was nice to have a little moment just for us, the parents. The location is ideal, with direct access to the fine sandy beach (the beaches, if you head toward the beaches of Las Americas, become rocky). This hotel is perfect for families

Everything was excellent about this resort. We got our room on ground floor where we could access the pool from back door straight, was very convinient for kids to go to pool multiple times. The rooms were very clean, the staff was super helpful, beds were very comfortable, especially the location was very accessible to everything like restaurants, activities, beach. The pool was very clean and water was kept at right temperatures at all times. The staff even provided us shower rooms after we checked out and before we picked our luggage in the eve, that was super helpful. If I go to Tenerife again I'd definitely stay here again.

My only feedback would be to add more veggie options as we struggled to find proper options.

Location , friendly staff, relaxed vibe . Music in hallway and theme, large chess game. Reception staff extremely welcoming. Wine and chocs on arrival. Dinner in themed restaurant, amazing ! Lovely touch .

Lack of mirrors in room, large one behind door no plug near, limited natural light . Really could do will full length in lounge area with plug and vanity unit. Mirror in bathroom got steamed up to quick . Sofa bed on wrong side in lounge, sea view room but couldn’t enjoy this from sofa bed as it was the wrong way . Sofa bed mattress quite hard. Sunbeds very close to each other . Water polo only on once a week ( should be everyday ) was fab everyone getting together. No foam party much yo kids disappointment. No nice area to have drink and watch sunset. Ideally should have a roof top or a section for this . The hotel has so much potential, really think it could be used for so much more . Also could do with massage tent at La pinta, aware one down road but would have preferred at hotel it self . Wouldn’t cost a lot to put up gazebo and massage bed in quiet place in hotel as lots of room .

We returned to this hotel for a second time this year. We stayed in an amazing excellence room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the beach. The excellence breakfast were ordered from a menu and the I letters were wonderful. We would like to thank the staff in the excellence restaurant for making our son’s birthday extra special too. The staff at kids club are brilliant, especially Georgia and Paola who remembered our daughter from last year. They were so welcoming and she went everyday to try the different activities on offer. Our daughter was very upset to leave you both behind! We had a great week and would definitely return!

Fun hotel for kids. Entertainment was late and would recommend for earlier. Very active loud hotel so if you have small children or babies, request to stay away from the entertainment area at night. Team was super and great with kids. Facilities good and location also

The Top 2 1st Place Staff- Faultless and Amazing in all areas but most of all kids club leaders, with special thanks to Paola, our daughter’s favourite who made her feel so welcome and encouraged and praised involvement in all activities. 2nd Place Activities available to guests- excellent shows every night especially Johnny Circus Show for both children and adults 3rd Place Great Location- the high rise buildings next to the hotel have a very handy lift for buggies (leave the hotel at reception level to access the lift) that take you down to the beach level as the hotel access from the pool area is stairs only and only operates during the day. Food for thought- Protective cushion stickers for the legs of tables chairs etc in rooms and on balconies to prevent noise of chairs moving. *** Straps for High Chairs*** Our youngest is 15 months and many straps were missing from high chairs (which made dining stressful Overall great holiday and would recommend this hotel to all families but especially those with young children.

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Hovima La Pinta in Tenerife and had to leave a special mention for Paula from the kids club. Our daughter Maya (age 5) usually gets very upset leaving us, so we honestly didn’t think she would want to leave our side on holiday. But after just one hour with Paula, they were completely inseparable for the rest of the holiday! Maya absolutely adored her and couldn’t wait to go back to kids club every day. Maya is an only child, so we were especially happy to see how many friends she made at kids club. Paula made her feel so welcome and included from the very beginning, and her confidence just grew more and more each day. There was also so much to keep the children entertained throughout the day and evening — arts and crafts, soft play, pool activities, the mini disco and then shows afterwards. There was always something fun going on, and Maya loved every minute of it. In fact, whenever we came to pick her up from kids club, she wanted to stay longer — which honestly says everything. Paula was so warm, patient and brilliant with her, and it made such a huge difference to our holiday. Seeing Maya so happy and confident allowed us to truly relax and enjoy ourselves. We can’t thank Paula enough for making our holiday so special. She is an absolute credit to the hotel, and we’ll always remember how much she helped our little girl come out of her shell. Thank you so much! We’ve only been home 1 day and Maya has already asked multiple times when she can see Paula again!

We are just back from our second visit to this hotel and it was just as fantastic as the first time! The baby club was amazing and our son Séamus absolutely loved it, special mention to Martina and Nuria who were so welcoming and caring. Our older son went to kids club every day and loved each activity, special mention to Georgia, Paola and Leo. Paddy really enjoyed it and he is already asking to come back next year!

The baby club was amazing - different activities everyday and my son had so soo much fun. The people looking after him were amazing too especially Nuria and Martina! Trustworthy and I’d be happy to leave my son with them - different themes and activities everyday and they were so friendly
