Tutto! Posizione strategica, pulizia impeccabile, organizzazione magnifica. Nulla lasciato al caso. Ho prenotato questi giorni sia per me e per mio marito che per i nostri testimoni di matrimonio e sono stati contentissimi, addirittura hanno avuto in camera in omaggio una bottiglia di champagne con dei calici e degli snack. Per non parlare della pulizia ogni giorno, veramente tutto magnifico.

Sinceramente per la struttura che è mi aspettavo un buffet per la cena più buono, non parlo di quantità perché non c’erano mai vassoi vuoti, sempre tutto ben rifornito, il problema è che al cibo non do un voto altissimo…

Les salariés de chambre et de réception étaient très gentils dévoués souriants aidants Parfait Côté restauration c etait autre chose mais je pense que ça vient de management ( a sauter sur les assiettes vides, aucun effort pour les efforts de langage, impatients, sauf un qui me faisait préparer les desserts pour diabétique, souriant, gentil un ange. Le maître nageur aussi très gentil, dévoue, parfait, l eau de la piscine géniale d une douceur et propreté extraordinaire au top.

* Great location: The hotel is very well located, close to the ocean and the seaside promenade. * Lovely pool area: There are three very nice swimming pools with plenty of space to relax. * Cleanliness: Our room was very clean and housekeeping did a thorough job every day. Towels and bed linen were also changed whenever we requested it. * Nice rooms: The rooms themselves are modern and nicely designed. * Great check-out policy: Check-out is at 12:00, but you can keep your all-inclusive wristband and continue to use the bars and have drinks until you actually leave the hotel. We really appreciated this, especially when having a later flight.

* All-inclusive package: We chose the highest package offered by the hotel, which is all inclusive. Unlike many other all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at, however, this does not mean that everything offered at the bars is included. We completely understand that certain premium drinks may come at an additional cost, but we were surprised that fairly basic options such as cider, Mojitos and Aperol Spritz were also excluded. It sometimes became unnecessarily complicated to figure out which drinks were included and which required an extra charge. * Limited poolside service: There was very little service around the pool area. Unlike in many other all-inclusive hotels, there were generally no waiters coming around the sunbeds to take drink orders, so you had to go to the bar yourself whenever you wanted something. * Minibar: Even with the all-inclusive package, the minibar is not regularly replenished unless you pay an additional charge. We found this particularly difficult to understand, as it contains drinks that are otherwise included in the all-inclusive package. * Food: Although the restaurant had different themed dinners every evening, after three or four days we found the food quite repetitive, with many dishes tasting very similar. * Gastrointestinal illness: Unfortunately, from the second day of our stay, first my husband and then I experienced around two days each of vomiting and diarrhoea. We cannot say whether this had anything to do with the hotel food – we could just as easily have picked up a virus at the airport or elsewhere – but food poisoning cannot be ruled out either. * Noise: Every evening, very loud music was played in the hotel until around midnight. Due to the layout of the hotel, the rooms face the central pool/entertainment area, so there does not really seem to be a quieter part of the hotel where this can be avoided. The music was loud enough to make it difficult to sleep before midnight.

Good location and impressive screen for entertainment

Rooms and bedsheets not cleaned when asked, for a four star you’d expect maybe a gown and slippers in your room but had neither or an iron.

Das ist nun „Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau“: - die Livemusik abends war ziemlich laut und ging recht lang. Wenn man am nächsten Morgen für eine Wanderung früh raus wollte, hat das ein wenig gestört. - Das Buffet war für Fisch- und Fleischliebhaber sicherlich großartig. Es gab auch vegetarische Alternativen, allerdings könnte die Auswahl mehr als verdoppelt werden, wenn nicht an sehr viele Salate oder andere Gerichte Thunfisch, Schinken oder Schrimps gestreut würden, diese stattdessen einfach zur Selbstbedienung dabei stünden.

Me gustó todo, las instalaciones, la comida del bufet y en especial la atención de un señor camarero del bar de la piscina que se llamaba Siverio, un 10.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que te cobren el agua a un precio tan elevado y encima sea agua de la llave filtrada. Con la excusa del kilómetro cero te cobran carísimo por agua de la llave. Tampoco me gustó que algunos empleados te pasen el móvil por la pulsera para cobrar sin tu permiso o de manera inmediata, me parece un poco agresivo.

Everything was great! Our room was spacious clean and well air conditioned. The pools and beds were perfect and the app was excellent for booking beds , activities etc. Only a 5min walk from the beach,bars and restaurants. Overall perfect stay

Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to cater for my allergies. Everything was clean. Staff were super helpful with any questions. Facilities were beautiful and clean. Location is fantastic and super close to many attractions. If an attraction needs pick up, the hotel is perfectly placed for these pick up areas.

Many foods were labelled and mentioned allergens. However some foods were either not labelled at all or categorised together with other foods, so we did not know what we could and couldn't have due to our allergies. E.g. assortment of mini bite sized desserts were labelled as "varied pastries/deserts" and had nuts as an allergen but not all of them actually had nuts in them. This can be a bit frustrating as if all food were individually labelled it would have been slightly more accessible to knowing what we can and can't eat. BUT when I mentioned this to staff they went above and beyond to cater me with deserts straight from the kitchen that haven't been cross contaminated.

Fantastic location, tranquil and relaxing ambience. Very friendly and polite staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Drinks reasonable prices. High quality entertainment in day and evening. Room was amazing- clean, comfortable beds, own patio with sun beds. Booking system for pool sun beds easy and worked well. Paid to park and it was very convenient. Overall 10/10 for booking.com and hotel.

Якщо їдете до цього готелю беріть з собою гарні сукні та прикраси, тут вони будуть дуже доречні. Працівники на рецепції чудові, з почуттям гумору та допомагали за всіх потреб. Я тут вже вдруге і хочу ще повернутися! Дякую за відпочинок.

On apprécie particulièrement son système innovant de réservation des transats la veille, qui évite la course aux places dès l’aube. Le personnel de restauration et d’entretien se distingue par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, tandis que la propreté est irréprochable dans l’ensemble de l’établissement. L’hôtel dispose de trois piscines spacieuses, dont une chauffée, et propose des buffets variés et généreux, aussi bien pour les repas que pour le petit-déjeuner. Les chambres séduisent par leur décoration contemporaine et élégante, ainsi que par le confort de leur literie, renforcé par un menu d’oreillers. Enfin, sa situation centrale constitue un véritable avantage pour profiter de la destination.

L’accueil est décevant, avec un personnel peu aimable, ce qui contraste avec la qualité du reste des services. Le tarif du parking, facturé 15 € par jour, paraît également excessif.

Gorgeous Decor, relaxed vibe, attentive staff and a great location. Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and if you were lucky enough you could get a poolside room with outdoor beds to sunbathe. Main Pool was a nice temperature, spa was lovely as was the facial, small but decent gym.

The pool in the day time is dead , no atmosphere in the place at all , we are mid 40s but very quiet pool area , need decent music playing at least , very old guests , was expecting a bit more lively . Don't think we will be returning unfortunately.

Et la bar ouvert de 17h à 18h je trouve ça inutile on est arrivé à 17h40 il avait déjà tout ranger pas très aimable et nous a dit d’aller à l’autre . Et dommage des hôtels comme ça que l’eau de la piscine soit pas plus chaude .

De kamer was super; het was een ruime kamer. En direct aan het zwembad en inclusief eigen Bali-bed. De douche was goed. Iedere dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en het bed opgemaakt. Ook kregen we iedere dag een nieuwe fles water op de kamer. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Het dinerbuffet hebben we overgeslagen. Wellicht is het dinerbuffet vooral voor de Engelse toeristen helemaal fantastisch, maar niet onze smaak.

The App to book sun beds/ make reservations at the hotel , was sometimes a bit "Sticky" and not so sure if was a Wi Fi issue or App issue- but is something hotel should look into , as I heard other people also expressing issues with it.

Были 2 момента. Это завтраки в 2 х ресторанах, где Мень существенно отличалось. Хороший кофе из зерен был только в 1 ресторане, в другом просто порошок И ассортимент еды. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Второе это депозит за коврик в стпорт зале. Не понятна мне система эта. Почему ты не оставлять коврики сразу в зале. Мне приходится каждый раз идти на рецепцию и брать его там.

La struttura è meravigliosa e sembra davvero vivere una vacanza in paradiso. Tutto è organizzato , pulito e curato dagli esterni agli interni. Servizio eccellente sia dai portieri che dai receptionist ai dipendenti della pulizia e ristorazione ( top: Antonio e Jeffrey) Ottimo e variato buffet, la gentilezza del personale e’ quel qualcosa in più. Churros a go a go 😄 insieme alla sangria. Letti comodissimi, enormi! Piscine e spa da favola. Terrazze con infinite sdraio. Palestra piccolina ma super utile. Attività divertenti che permettono tutti di interagire con diverse nazionalità.

All’inizio sembra difficile orientarsi perché è davvero immensa ma tutti coloro che lavorano lì sono sempre altamente disponibili a dare indicazioni

I'm writing this review while we are still here 3 days in of a 10 night stay. Had a lovely welcome from Victor at reception, very helpful & informative. Our room 9005 is a good size on the top floor with both pool & sea views. We are half board & find breakfast & dinner have good selection, no complaints from us. The hotel is spotless, the only downside is the number of steps down to the main pool. The App for booking your sunbeds & other amenities is a great idea & easy to use. We have been to other hotels here in Costa Adeje over the last few years, but this is the best by far. We will booking this hotel again for next year.

This is the second time in Princess Inspire, the third being in August. The hotel is clean, lovely decor, and accommodating. The staff are incredible, so friendly, remember people, and overall just lovely people who work hard. The entertainment is great with activities to do during the day and then a show in the evening. All in all, 100% recommend!!

Great overall experience nothing to much trouble

This is an excellent hotel, I can highly recommend it. I stayed for four nights (would have stayed longer, but hotel had no rooms available, was fully booked). What I especially liked: - Top-notch, spacious room with extra large double bed, balcony, and superior bathroom (walk-in rain shower). Everything new. Central air conditioning system with three fan levels and temperature control (silent on the lowest fan level). Heavy curtains. Just perfect. - The Food Market restaurant. Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner, with some extravagant options every day without surcharge. - Staff: everybody always welcoming and helpful, I enjoyed quite some small talk (which is unusual for me). - Short walk to the beach, to the harbour and other locations.

- Only few parking spots on-site (I believe, I don't know how many there are at level -2) in the garage, and it gets tricky at times to get in or out if another car comes from the other direction (a traffic light would be nice for the garage). - At times staff did not speak English very well. - The Spa's Finish sauna only had a temperature of 75º C. - The One restaurant: had dinner once, wasn't too special, I was disappointed. - The small pools had a lower water temperature.

Absolutely awful experience here! We were 5 ladies for the week for my friends 60th birthday. We had it booked for a whole year! We’d requested to all be together on the same floor, but they put 4 of us on one side of the hotel and my friend, who’s birthday it was, on the other side all by herself. We complained and they moved her over by us 2 days later! This hotel is very much Style over Substance. It looks fantastic but unfortunately the staff lacked care and attention. Absolutely zero respect!! The food wasn’t great. We went AI, but it wasn’t good quality and it was cold. I’d recommend ordering from the menu in the main restaurant, as it’s slightly better and warmer. But beware, the waiters are quite rude! As soon as you finish your food, they want you out! The big let down for us, was my friends special birthday. They didn’t put anything in her room and they wanted us to pay extra money for decorating the table and supplying a cake. 50€ altogether. When I saw the table it was very old fashioned Christmas decorations and tablecloth. Very poor!! The cake was good but not 25€ worth! When we complained on the very last day to the Customer Relations Manager, he seemed fair and went to check on our bill and told us we owed nothing. But then on going to the restaurant before we left we were told we owed the 50€ for cake and decorations. The communication between the different hotel areas is abysmal. 3 of us had food poisoning on the 3rd day, but we don’t think it was from the hotel as we’d been out on a boat trip so we think it was that?! We were so poorly and needed towels and fresh water to be told we’d have to go downstairs and fetch it and pay for it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!! My friend who had booked it a year before wasn’t even on their system and didn’t even take her passport details. They tried to pass that off as being human error but didn’t apologise for nothing!! Would we go back? Not a hope in hells chance!! You can stick your Tenerife hospitality where the sun doesn’t shine!! There’s far better hotels. Worse one I’ve ever been to!! AVOID!!

Mu husband and I went to the inspire from 5th February 26 to 5th March 26this was our 6th time at this hotel but this was the worst experience of them all. We had a room overlooking the street asvwe always did but the bar La Flacka across the road the noise was so bad we ended up paying £550 to get a quiet room which we had no sun all day and it was a standard room. Now regarding the food it was just warm or cold even at breakfast cold eggs etc, evening meal was horrendous roast beef was raw chips so hard and cold ice cream runny could go on and on iy was reported to reception the food market and the tui rep. Them the rep got us an appointment with tje guest relations guy,he said he hadn't had any complaints about the food, but would speak to the relevant people. Unfortunately nothing changed whilst we was there. All. I can say is report the food if cold etc to the guest relations guy or nothing will be done if only one person complains. This hotel costs a lot of money and the price is going up all the time and the standard has gone really down as the meals are very repetitive. We have cancelled the booking for our holiday at the inspire for june 26.

Just returned from a 17 night stay. As always, the reception, cleaning, waiting and bar staff were wonderful!

Lovely hotel apart from the restaurant has the tables so crammed together it’s like dining with strangers. The food was ok but nothing special. The room was lovely and most of the staff are friendly. There are a lot of steps ( you can use lifts if you want). Nice areas to sit in the evening and the hotel is very pretty.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we had a Wonderful time again ! The Food , the service , and the Entertainment was all First Class . Hope to see you next year !

This was very much a last minute holiday and I must say one of the best we've had in a long long time. Apart from the extreme hassle arriving in Tenerife with the Biometric and Finger Printing chaos things took hugely positive leap forward when we arrived at the hotel. We decided to upgrade to a junior suite on arrival which came with the a la Carte breakfast and evening meals (as we went all inclusive). The only issue we've found with large hotels as quite often ( more often than not) the food is never really hot, it may suite the Spanish way of dining but for the average "Brit" we like our food hot. The same issue applied to all the restaurants whether it la carte restaurant or the Buffet style Food Market. The room was large with an Emperor size huge bed, clean and tidy. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any of them. The hotel is well located in Costa Adeje with plenty of local bars, restaurant and shopping in the very near vicinity and of course the beach is right on the doorstep, 5 minute walk away. The nightly entertainment was some of the best we've heard, mainly tribute artists or groups.

Just got back from a weeks stay at the princess inspire. We were made to feel special as soon as we got there, with being explained everything about the amenities in detail to being shown to our room which had a pool view. We done bed and breakfast as we enjoy eating out for our evening meal. There was plenty of choices for breakfast, You were really spoilt for choice. My only negative is I think the hotel is a bit more geared up for All inclusive guests. When we wanted a drink around the pool area in the day, We found it hard to find a member of staff to serve us, and didn’t see a pool side menu so you could order a snack.

Princess Inspired is a four star hotel which is better than some five star hotels. The staff are friendly but not intrusive, the facilities are superb and it is located within easy walking distance of the beach and promenade. There is also a large hotel pool and plenty of sun beds. The food is good and there is a good range of daytime sports activities. My favourite was the water volleyball which is great fun and a good way to get to know your fellow guests. If your funds run to it, a junior suite does bring extra benefits such as meals in The One upmarket restaurant but the main restaurant is good, the standard rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The Spa is also worth a visit. There is an almost obsession by the staff with cleanliness and rooms are serviced daily to a high standard. The only negative is the evening entertainment which we thought was bland, but there are many bars nearby with excellent singers and guitarists. We will be back in October 2026 for our sixth stay.

I wanted to award 5 stars because we discovered this hotel and resort Jan 2025. We absolutely loved the hotel, decor, cleanliness, sun bed app and the wonderful staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff all super helpful, friendly and pleasant. The only thing that spoilt it was the food it was ok but not up to the standard of everything else. We retuned in Sept 2025 despite that as we loved the hotel we thought we would bear with food. We had an even nicer time with the entertainment being outside in the evening and food was still not great maybe even slighter better. So come 2026 we set of again to the Princess Inspire again lovely welcome at reception, lovely room actually the one we requested as we stayed there previously, all the lovely staff, sun bed booking excellent, good quality evening entertainment, a real pleasure to return. Unfortunately the food had in our opinion got worse. It was never hot always just warm, repetitive and breakfast for someone like my husband who likes his full English was not cooked properly as well as not being hot. So we are now in a quandary as we wanted to return again in September even though my husband prefers shorter flights but it’s hard to justify paying for half board only to have to eat out at least half the time and my husband forgoing his cooked breakfast which he enjoys for fruit and cereal. Such a shame as the hotel in every other way is definitely more of a 5 star hotel than 4 star.

This was our first time at this hotel and it was fantastic, so clean staff are excellent always smiling and helpful . We had a pool view Esencia room and would definitely recommend as having added extras is worth it . The sunbed booking system was great even though it was down on our first day but quickly sorted . The food was very good and entertainment enjoyable. We met some lovely people and felt the hotel made you feel so relaxed. We will return .

Our room had a damp smell. There toilet is right next to the shower and there was a cockroach there and also sewage smell. Them smell got really bad that we had to use the toilets by the pool.

We had a great week at the princess inspire. Staff, food ,location, cleanliness all spot on. Only bad point was the weather but no fault of the hotel. Will hopefully be back👍🏻

Freundlichkeit des Personals, viel Auswahl beim Buffet, Sauberkeit, schöne Ausstattung der Zimmer, insgesamt ist der Bau sehr imposant. Bemühen sich um Entertainment. Lions club ist cool mit Live Musik und guten Künstlern.

Es war leider ziemlich laut, da mein Zimmer auf die Straße war und es scheinbar üblich ist, dass in den gegenüber liegenden Hotels und Bars laut (live) Musik gespielt wird, bis nach Mitternacht bzw Wochenende noch länger. Hinzu kommt Straßenlärm und grölende Menschen. Habe nach der ersten Nacht an der Rezeption gefragt, ob ich jetzt immer mit dem Lärm rechnen muss und die Antwort war schlicht: ja, sorry. Habe also 3 Nächte nicht gerade viel geschlafen. Da wünscht man sich bei über 240€ pro Nacht doch ein bisschen mehr Komfort. Insgesamt sehr teuer, da könnte der Saunabesuch schon auch inkludiert sein. Konsumfreie Zone bei Abendunterhaltung wäre fein.

4th year in row and we still love this hotel. The staff are exceptional and really make the stay a fantastic experience. Special mention goes to Christo and Norberto in the 1999 bar, their superb service is coupled with a great sense of humour. Of course, all the staff from check in, room service and other bars and restaurants were also superb. A small point, but I was very glad to see an improvement in cycle security this year with a locked cage now available. It’s only big enough for 4 or 5 bikes max, but was big enough for the 3 bikes using it the 10 days I stayed.

The hotel is nice looking and nice rooms. Some staff are friendly and some aren't. The À la carte is nice food but if you want a different drink other than wine or soft drink you are expected to leave the restaurant and make your way up to the evening bar and come down flights of stairs with your drink. One waiter called Sergi got in my face and actually quite aggressive when I said it was stupid that they only had wine. This occasion ruined our experience so that's why low score. Complained at reception and heard nothing back. I reckon there's nicer hotels.

We have just returned from a fabulous short break. The hotel was fabulous, the staff could not do enough for you and always had a smile on their face. Location was excellent . We were welcomed by the lovely reception staff who explained & provided information about the hotel . I really cannot believe the comments from some of these people who were staying at the same time as us ! We are well travelled and stayed in various hotels over the years , I 100% recommend the Princess Inspire . No getting up early for sun beds, booking is all done on an app. Daytime entertainment was fun , no pestering just your choice if you wanted to participate . Big shout out for Naomi, we had so much fun playing boules, and curling. Evening entertainment was enjoyable & again although busy the staff were always very attentive. Food was a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch & dinner again staff always welcomed you with a smile and went over and above to help you Another shout out to Walter our wonderful barman. We were a party of 6 mature women and we all had an amazing time , I’ve already rebooked for May 2026 and we plan to return as a group again in November . Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful first visit to Princess inspire .

This is our second visit to this hotel, we loved it the first time and still loved at the second time, our room was 9008 which had the most fantastic Seaview with sun all day and a sunset in the evening. The food is fantastic, the hotel is ideally situated near the beach, shops and bus stops. Activities were brilliant as was the night time entertainment We had an issue with the air con when we got there it was sorted within the hour, hotel staff are super helpful

We are here now terrible service from check in staff We asked yesterday to change/upgrade our room as looked into the main road We paid to upgrade to the Royal Suite with hot tub from 10am today Hot tub had no water in it and will now take all day to heat it up Complained at reception not interested in it Terrible service
