Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo, amplio. Con parada de autobús casi en la puerta. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario, muy bien equipada. El personal es amable. En 1ª línea del mar. Excelentes vistas. Tranquilo.
Son unos apartamentos antiguos y con falta de mantenimiento, tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Por ejemplo, habían quitado el cabecero de la cama y no empastaron los agujeros de las alcayatas. La falta de mantenimiento no impedía hacer vida dentro, pero no era lo que uno esperaba. La piscina era poco más que una alberca en la parte trasera y oscura de los apartamentos.

En la página de Booking ponía que tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador. Sorpresa cuando llegamos nos dicen que el aire son 6€ diarios más 10€ de fianza y no tenía ventilador, una publicidad engañosa, ya que lo cogimos por el aire . Tuvimos que poner los colchones en el salón ya que ahí había corriente de aire y se podía dormir. Los sofás la parte de abajo estaba rota. Recomendaría a Booking.com revisar las opciones de los complejos . No recomiendo este complejo

Muy anticuado, camas y almohadas viejas e incomodas, lavavajillas que perdia agua, la mesa de la terraza llevaba meses sin limpiarse, la ducha no sale casi agua, las puertas no se abren del todo bien. Para colmo el chek in llegamos por la tarde y sin que nadie nos avisase fuimos a la recepcion y estaba cerrada, nos habian colgado en la cristalera un sobre con nuestro nombre y dentro con las llaves del apartamento(que lo podia coger cualquiera) con suerte de que lo vimos porque encima estaba en una cristalera pequeña. El aire acondicionado del apartamento solo lo tienen en el salon y encima tiene un coste adicional si quieres ponerlo, se paga cada dia.. la caja fuerte también tiene coste adicional. Para colmo es la primera vez que reservo en un sitio y el chek out es a las 10 de la mañana. Lo unico bueno repito que es la ubicacion que esta en frente de la playa, por el precio que se paga, no compensa el apartamento que es.

De las peores experiencias en mucho tiempo. A todo aquel que lea esta reseña le animo a pensárselo dos veces antes de reservar, puesto que lo que se ve en el anuncio no se corresponde con lo que uno se encuentra al llegar. Lo que se suponía que iba a ser una sorpresa en forma de vacaciones para mi pareja, acabó convirtiéndose en una auténtica pesadilla. De entrada, a mi llegada sobre las 23:00, el apartamento 8, que fue el que me asignaron en mi caso, se encontraba en un estado lamentable: arena, polvo y pelos. Pero la peor de las sorpresas llegaría en el baño, donde no pude bañarme por miedo a coger una infección u hongos, en el mejor de los casos, viendo el estado de la bañera. Aunque bueno, para asearme hubiera necesitado jabón, el cual tampoco te dejan en el alojamiento. El piso era un verdadero horno, el cual dispone de aire acondicionado, pero con un coste adicional a cambio de que te faciliten el mando para encenderlo. Me parece totalmente desproporcionado que se cobre aparte por un elemento tan básico como el aire acondicionado. ¿Y luego qué será lo próximo, cobrar la luz por separado? Por no hablar de la caja fuerte, la cual solo cubre hasta 600 € de valor. Confianza: 0. Me quejé en recepción, cuya respuesta y solución fue inexistente. Las instalaciones están que se caen a trozos: boquetes en la habitación tapados con papel, entre otras cosas. La piscina, otra MENTIRA. Una de las piscinas que anuncian pertenece en realidad al complejo de al lado (Los Pocillos). No confundan: es ajena a este alojamiento. Aun así, esta piscina aparece anunciada entre las instalaciones. Es decir, anuncian como propia una piscina que realmente no pertenece al establecimiento. Como remate final, el último día vinieron a aporrearme la puerta a las 10:55 a. m. para meterme prisa en desalojar la habitación. Para, una vez estar fuera, venir el encargado y recordarme que no olvidara dejar una buena reseña. Simplemente, lamentable. Piénselo dos veces antes de reservar.

Las instalaciones, viejas sofá viejísimo, falta de limpieza fatal y la se la limpieza ausente en toda una semana nos hicieron el apartamento, sin cambiarnos las toallas aunque ella llegue y nosotros estemos puedes venir otro horario pero ella no venía a ningún horario más, creo que tengo saltó la alarma era imposible quitarla llamemos a recepción vino y al final yo fui la que lo solucionólo , lo apagamos bajemos el interruptor pero claro nos quedamos sin luz en los enchufes solo había uno en el comedor que iba bien

The dangerous steps, the filthy balcony, we booked ground floor and we were on 2nd floor up the steps which are crumbling with no handrail there are not 2 pools there is 1 pool so small you can't swim in it and one communal pool for the local area away from the property. We booked ground floor and didnt get it, we complained to Booking.com and noone is getting back to us. Left after 1 night

El apartamento viejo, las camas súper incómodas, la piscina si así se le puede llamar estaba sucia y llena de hojas, y la otra piscina más grande tienes que irte al otro complejo. Pagamos un poco más por uno con terraza en la planta baja y nos dieron uno en el primer piso y nos dicen que es culpa de booking que pone lo que quiere en la publicación. Sin duda no volveremos ni un mísero estropajo para fregar los vasos y demás.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Lovely staff, absolutely perfect location right across the road from the beach. Basic but well stocked amenities, dishwasher was a nice touch. Very comfy beds, much easier to sleep on than others we’ve found in the area. Great proximity to large Spar shop and multiple restaurants. Can’t go wrong for the price.
The only pool they had was very small and appeared to not be well kept. Leaves and debris floating all in at and at the bottom. Shame really, because it meant that we didn’t swim for our whole holiday. Were advised that we could use the swimming facilities next door at Costa Mar, however were turned away on the day. Not a reflection on Club Pocillos, but it does appear that if you want to swim in a proper pool it is totally down to Costa Mar’s discretion, and we were turned away on an exceptionally hot day so bear that in mind.

Por desgracia, eso no compensa los problemas que tuvimos. El primer día nos encontramos cucarachas en la cocina. Nos aseguraron que iban a fumigar para solucionar el problema, pero nunca lo hicieron. Finalmente, nos cambiaron de apartamento al tercer día y la gestión fue un desastre: nos citaron tres horas antes por una mala comunicación por su parte y acabamos esperando en la calle. Es una pena porque el apartamento tiene potencial y está bien situado, pero la falta de higiene y la mala organización hicieron que la experiencia fuera mucho peor de lo que debería haber sido.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Notre séjour a été très agréable ! Nous avons été particulièrement bien reçus : le personnel est charmant, toujours souriant et serviable. Bien que la réception soit fermée la nuit, l’équipe trouve toujours une solution pour que nous puissions récupérer les clés à notre arrivée tardive. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas d’une plage immense qui s’étend sur des kilomètres : il suffit de traverser la rue. L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique. En 5 minutes à pied depuis l’hôtel, on accède au réseau de bus qui dessert tous les sites incontournables de l’île de Lanzarote. Une magnifique promenade permet aussi de remonter vers Playa Blanca. Dans un rayon de 150 mètres, tout est à portée de main : supermarché aux prix abordables, loueur de vélos, petits restaurants, pizzerias, et même un loueur de voiture — sans doute le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de l’île. Inutile de vous embêter à l’aéroport : louer sur place vous coûtera moins cher, avec des formules très abordables, zéro caution, zéro franchise. C’est le top quand on part en vacances !L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse équipée table, chaises, parasol, transat...
Rien à redire ! Contrairement à certains commentaires, nous avons trouvé que l’hôtel était en bon état. Nous y sommes allez plusieurs fois. Même s’il a un peu vieilli, il reste très confortable et très propre. À notre avis, c’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix : tout est fonctionnel, et l’emplacement en bord de plage est un vrai atout.

Arrivati c'era il terrazzo pieno di pezzi di muro a Terra,muro scrostato, divani e lenzuola maccchiate.Il microonde acceso emanava odore, lavastoviglie arruginita. Anche la vasta non era il massimo e gli ultimi 2 giorni c'era odore che usciva anche da li.

La playa tiene una gran zona de arena y el agua estaba cristalina. Dispone de una terracita cada apartamento para tomar algo disfrutando de la brisa del mar. En recepción son muy amables y atentos. Estos días me han servido para desconectar y relajarme. Lanzarote 100% recomendable.

Es un apartamento muy básico. Necesita una actualización y reparación de elementos dañados. Aunque estaba todo limpio y recogido necesita una limpieza en profundidad. La terraza está llena de residuos de palomas.

Der Meerblick war herrlich, der Besitzer und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und viele gute Restaurants, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, die einfache Einrichtung und die Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung waren für uns perfekt. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

It was on the third floor and there was no lift. The swimming pool was very small but you can use the much larger pool in the hotel next door.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Great location; 15 minute walk up to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen, many local restaurants, bars and shops. Supermarket 2 minutes away, beach 20 seconds away. Buses to Playa Blanca, Arrecife and Costa Teguise. 10 minutes by taxi to the airport (or twenty minutes on the bus). Great staff, the owner/manager is tremendously helpful and cheerful and everyone there is polite and friendly but in no way intrusive. Everything in the apartment worked and thanks to the quiet neighborhood is peaceful even when you're on the balcony. The apartment booked my taxi to the airport and there are luggage facilities for that last day situation. Great Value. We've been before and are booked in again later this year.
Personally there is nothing I don't like about this accommodation, although the WiFi strength could be stronger.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026The property was lovely, with great beach access and bus options. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. They cleaned our room every 2 days, which I was not expecting. The shared pool is lovely too.
I wish there was an oven but the facilities otherwise were very good

You have the beach right opposite, a Spar basically next door and some lovely restaurants away from the main strip within walking distance (10/15 mins). I had an indoor economy room, which was clean, tidy and a very large. I was a bit disappointed to be given an indoor room when booking.com pictures showed rooms with a balcony but it was only a short stay so it didn’t impact my experience. The room was equipped with an under counter fridge, stove, microwave and all crockery. Perfect for making a light meal or a bit of breakfast in the morning as I did.
Not a dislike for me personally but ma be for some…. This property is not luxury living. It’s a bit rough around the edges and could do with updating. However, for what I paid I cannot complain I’m very happy with my experience and would stay again.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Ik had een balkon met vrij uitzicht op de oceaan. De locatie is prima, alle bushaltes binnen 50 m. De zee en het enorme strand is aan de overkant van de weg. Heerlijk! De golfslag is ‘s nachts te horen en dat vind ik fantastisch. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Een erg gemoedelijke sfeer heerst er. Geweldige frequentie van schone lakens, handdoeken en schoonmaak van het appartement. Als je niet aan luxe hecht is het een prima onderkomen. De boekenkast vol achtergelaten boeken in vele talen is geweldig! Nu nog een leeslamp in de appartementen! De zonsopkomst en de zonsondergang is mooi te zien vanaf het balkon. De supermarkt is vlakbij zodat je niet ver hoeft te sjouwen met de watercontainers.
De erg felle lampen aan het plafond, meer iets voor in een ziekenhuis. Geen sfeerverlichting of leeslampen, ook niet op aanvraag en ook niet in de slaapkamer. De tv heeft weinig of niets te bieden. De gordijnen zijn kapot, de stukken hangen er bij. Ook de bekleding van het bankstel was gescheurd. Erg jammer, het zijn zaken die makkelijk verbeterd kunnen worden. Het keukengebeuren is minimaal. Een steelpan en een grote pan. Geen waterkoker aanwezig. Alles erg basic. Best veel lawaai van de grote weg, maar eigenlijk alleen gedurende de dag. Smalle maar goede bedden en hoofdkussens.

Having to pay 5 Euros a DAY, for the safe and extra 6 Euros a day for air conditioning, which wasn't put on the iternery.
