Very pretty and comfy room, excellent and very accommodating staff, especially Sofia at the reception. The room was spacious and clean, the cot provided for our baby very nicely prepared and safe. Breakfast was excellent and the pool area very nice. Very beautiful beaches at a five minute ride. Would definitely recommend!

Soggiorno davvero fantastico! La camera era bellissima, moderna e dotata di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, balcone, bagno e soprattutto una vista mozzafiato sulla piscina, sul paesaggio e sul mare. La pulizia era impeccabile. Una menzione speciale va al personale: Antonis, Sofia e Maria sono stati super gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, situato in collina e a circa 15 minuti a piedi da Agia Pelagia e Ligaria. L’unico piccolo inconveniente è la salita al ritorno, che può essere un po’ faticosa a piedi, ma con circa 10 € di taxi si risolve facilmente. La colazione è davvero super: molto varia, con tante proposte sia dolci che salate, frutta fresca, spremute e un ottimo caffè. Hotel super consigliato! Ci torneremo sicuramente. ❤️

Wir sind nach Mitternacht angekommen, somit war der Check-IN schon geschlossen, aber das Zimmer war für uns perfekt vorbereitet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt! Man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Strand Agia Lygaria ist einer der schönsten der Insel. Diesen kann man zu Fuß in 15min, oder mit dem Auto in 5min erreichen.

Es hat alles gepasst. Was ich aber noch anfügen kann, ist, dass der Kaffee beim Frühstück etwas besser sein darf.

Very clean rooms, kind people with a warm genuine smile in the reception and at the snack bar and wonderful swimming pool. Most of the rooms have magnificent views of the Agia Pelagia village

Would be nice if the snack bar was open till late in the evening.

Uns hat die Möglichkeit gefehlt, sich Abends noch an den Pool/die Bar zusetzen um noch etwas zu trinken

Le personnel au top. La propreté du lieu. La piscine. La vue incroyable. Si vous recherchez la tranquilité vous êtes au bon endroit.

La taille de la douche. Le manque d'insonoridation des chambres mais l'hôtel est hyper calme donc ça ne gêne pas vraiment.

La gente que trabaja es muy atenta, agradable y cercana. Te apoyan y encuentran solución para tus necesidades. La vista al mar es hermosa, es como mirar una imagen que no quieres olvidar y el hotel en sí es bonito y limpio.

No encontramos nada que nos haya disgustado realmente. A modo de recomendación, podrían tener un horario de bar en la tarde noche.

The view is absolutely stunning and the staff was truly wonderful. The staff gladly helped us with our questions and gave us tips and recommendations when we needed it. Just the simple gesture of waving to us when we drove into the parking lot or asking us how we were when seeing us, made us feel very welcome. What we also really liked about this hotel was the calm atmosphere. We felt at home and it was the perfect place for us to recharge. Located just by the main road (not being able to hear it though) the location is also great for exploring the rest of the island and the short 20 min walk to the city is not to be intimidated by even though it is a bit steep a few places.

L accueil et les conseils du personnel, principalement Sofia qui nous a aidé à trouver un loueur de véhicule in extremis et qui nous a fait des recommandations de visites et balades. La chambre familiale est bien agencée et bien équipée. L emplacement est correct pour un premier stop près d Heraklion. Le jardin, la piscine et la vue sur mer sont très jolis.

La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est un peu petite avec peu de tables pour les familles.

הנוף והמרפסת: זהו ללא ספק הציון לשבח של המלון. קיבלנו חדר עם מרפסת נעימה (שולחן ו-4 כיסאות) המשקיפה לנוף מפרצים מדהים וים פתוח.המיקום (עם רכב): למי ששוכר רכב המיקום מצוין ונוח. יש חנייה בשפע במלון. המרחק לחופים הקרובים (אגיה פלגיה, ליגאריה ומאדס) קצר מאוד בנסיעה, והנסיעה לאתרים רחוקים יותר כמו אגם קורנס סבירה בהחלט (כשעה וחצי).ניקיון: החדרים היו נקיים מאוד, ושירות החדרים (החלפת מגבות וסידור) היה יעיל וטוב.מחיר: המחיר היה הוגן, ואפילו מעט זול בהשוואה לאופציות אחרות באזור.

חדר הרחצה והמקלחון: חוויה מאכזבת מאוד. המקלחון קטן, פתוח לחלוטין וללא וילון או דלת. תוך דקה של מקלחת כל הרצפה מוצפת במים. כשביקשנו פתרון בדלפק, קיבלנו תשובה תמוהה ש"זו המסורת של המקום". רק לאחר שהתעקשנו הביאו לנו מגב רצפה. לא בשביל לנגב ריצפה באנו לחופשה וזה גם היה יעיל חלקית (במיוחד שהביאו לנו מגב קצת מצ'וקמק). נגישות ברגל: המלון נמצא במעלה גבעה תלולה מאוד. בחום של יולי-אוגוסט, החזרה ברגל מהים היא משימה מאתגרת וכמעט בלתי אפשרית. רכב הוא חובה.אוכל ומסעדה: ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת לצד הבריכה באווירה נעימה ובריזה נהדרת, אך המבחר דל ביותר. אין גיוון, ויש מחסור חמור בירקות (רק עגבנייה ומלפפון מדי יום). בנוסף, מסעדת הבריכה מציעה תפריט מצומצם ושעות פתיחה קצרות מאוד.

Ha un panorama spettacolare che incanta, colazione buona, esposizione su due lati che permette un'ottima areazione, anche il frigorifero è dotato di un piccolo freezer che congela bene. Le foto rispecchia la struttura

La stanza è priva di appendiabiti a parte l'armadio, la terza persona non ha una sedia e neppure un appoggio di fianco al letto. Bagno piccolo, va bene per due, un po' piccolo per tre.

Hyggeligt hotel, med bedste udsigt i Agia pelamare. Sødt personale, altid klar på at hjælpe dig. God morgen buffe.

Très belle découverte ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La vue est superbe et l'environnement est calme, ce qui rend le séjour très reposant. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter.

Потрясающе красивый вид на море и горы! Небольшой компактный отель с хорошо продуманной территорией, бассейном, лежаками и зоной отказа. Очень профессиональный персонал, номера были чистыми, хороший завтрак. В целом, очень уютный и тихий отель для комфортного отдыха. До главного пляжа Агия - Пелагия 20 минут пешком, пляж прекрасный, вода чистейшая!

Было бы отлично организовать трансфер от пляжа в отель, потому что дорога в отель идет круто в гору, в жару для немолодых людей немного тяжеловато идти

People are everything, and the people in Pela Mare were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was very helpful, smiley, informative, caring and made sure we were not missing anything. We were lucky and found ourselves in Crete in a fairly cool and not too busy season. The apartment was clean and kept tidy everyday (only day the don’t clean is Sunday). We were asked whether we wanted them to clean, so you decide. We read in the reviews about flies in the bathroom. Yes there were, and we have them in other places in Greece. They don’t bite you and it’s a bit extreme to downgrade a review for this alone. There is a pool , and breakfast was satisfying mixed with local delicacies and your standard bread and butter. There is a great view to the Agia Pelagia and Lygaria bays. The hotel is not close to Agia Pelagia, you need to drive or walk, but walking is next to the cars driving to the centre. It is a nice place and, again, the people working there make it worth visiting or revisiting.

It was double the price of what we paid on Kasteli for half the size of the property. But this might not be an issue of the property, rather than the area. The room felt a bit packed in terms of arrangement and might be worth to have a re-arrangement and re-decoration to update / modernise the style.

Pokoje ze świetnym widokiem. Pyszne śniadania. Basen (+ brodzik dla dzieci). Dobra lokalizacja dla podróżujących autem. Duży parking. Pomocny i miły personel. Bezproblemowy check-in (nawet późno w nocy). Doskonały kontakt z hotelem. Blisko kilku ciekawych plaż (koniecznie auto) + dobra baza wypadowa na dalsze wyjazdy. W okolicy hotelu bardzo spokojnie i bezpiecznie.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prontos a ajudar. Foram todos em geral muito simpáticos. As fotos são iguais à realidade por isso podem confiar.

Apenas um apontamento. Ao comprarem a estadia contem em alugar um carro também na receção. Por estar localizado num monte é muito complicado, cansativo e até perigoso andar a pé.

J’ai tout aimé, Accueil, personnel, piscine au top

Un soggiorno meraviglioso: ospitalità greca al top e vista mozzafiato! ​Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni fantastici in questa struttura in Grecia. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di una vista mare incantevole che da sola valeva l'intero soggiorno. ​La colazione era semplicemente ottima, ricca e varia. Una menzione speciale va sicuramente a tutto il personale, squisito e super gentile: su mia richiesta, si sono prodigati per farci trovare in camera una bottiglia di vino per festeggiare il compleanno del mio compagno. Un'attenzione e una cura del cliente che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo e che hanno reso il nostro viaggio ancora più speciale. ​Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi relax, comfort e un'accoglienza calorosa. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Es war der Hammer. So ein schönes Hotel oben auf dem Berg mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal super freundlich und entgegen kommendend. Das Hotel an sich sieht auch sehr sauber aus und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön. Preis Leistungsverhältnis Super! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Petit déjeuner délicieux et varié. Emplacement idéal (calme et à proximité de la petite ville). Insonorisation plus qu’adéquate. Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute tout au long de notre séjour.

Plus d’équipement pour la cuisine (coutellerie, assiettes, bols). Un peu moins grand qu’en photo, mais tout de même très beau et agréable.

Fantastic view from our room the breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful the only thing I would say is to ask where your room is we had a lot of stairs and whilst the staff were amazing and carried our bags up when we left it was early and we had to carry our bags down

It wasn’t bad. Except that we were put in an area where family with kid who constantly crying. They should be group family with kids together so others can enjoyed the day better. Garbage should be picked up daily not every second day or when told.

A real gem of a hotel. Amazing views across the bay. Service was incredible, nothing too much trouble. All the team were very friendly whenever you saw them around the hotel. Walkable to local beaches and restaurants. Pool was spotless and grounds well cared for. I would definately revisit!!

La cucina non ha in dotazione né un piano cottura né una piastra riscaldante è attrezzata solo di un forno a microonde. Tutte le sere siamo dovuti andare a cena fuori. Ottime le taverne di pesce che si affacciano sulla quasi ormai non spiaggia di Agia Pelagia

Die Ruhe, der Ausblick auf 2 Buchten, das absolut zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal. Da die meisten Gäste tagsüber Ausflüge machten, hatten wir den Pool fast für uns alleine.

Nice view. Quiet location. Nice swimming pool area (but not possible to swim as the water was very cold). The view from the restaurant was very good.

Poor breakfast. No possibility to have dinner (restaurant closes at 15:00). Bathroom, especially the shower was not so clean.

Wir haben 6 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und es hat uns rundum super gefallen! Unser Doppelzimmer war grosszügig und vom Balkon aus hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pool. Die Hotelanlage ist angenehm überschaubar, dadurch wirkt sie familiär und nicht überfüllt. Der Pool ist gross, sehr sauber und es gibt reichlich Platz, um entspannt zu chillen. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück: jeden Tag frische, selbstgemachte Leckereien, auf die wir uns morgens schon gefreut haben. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und stets mit einem Lächeln für uns da, das hat die entspannte Atmosphäre perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbar erholsame Zeit und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Had a fantastic family holiday at the Pela Mare in August 25. The hotel was nicely presented with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and peaceful with great views but close enough to shops and restaurants etc. Would recommend

What a lovely little hotel on the hill, with fantastic views over the sea. We had a 1 bedroom family room, which although not the biggest, it was very comfortable and catered for all our needs. The pool area and bar/restaurant was great and couldn’t fault it. Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay all the more enjoyable. I’d certainly book again.

Das Hotel hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Pool war immer Angenehm kühl, bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur ist das nicht selbstverständlich. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel qui pour moi est au top du top, le réception est juste exceptionnel, toujours sourire, serviable, attentionné et qui donne de très bons conseils pour les restaurants aux alentours et les plages à faire. Je recommande que vous soyez en couple ou en famille. Juste petit bémol la salle de bain qui serait à refaire. Merci encore. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Η πισίνα τέλεια αν κ φυσούσε πολύ. Το προσωπικό παραπάνω από άψογο!!!! Καμαριερες, στο πρωινό, η ρεσεψιονίστ άψογη, δεν έχω λόγια. Το ίντερνετ τέλειο επίσης. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια, ολοκαίνουργια μπάνια κ έπιπλα. Κλιματισμός άψογος. Ψυγειακι με σνακς κ ποτα (σε λογικές τιμές).

150€ η βραδιά για διπλό κρεβάτι 140εκ κολλημένο στον τοίχο απ' τη μια μερια...δεν θα το συνιστούσα σε ανθρώπους πανω απ' 60κιλα και 1,80 ύψος🤣 Το μόνο κακο το πολυ μικροσκοπικο δωμάτιο. Ορθως αναφέρεται σαν μονοκλινο στην περιγραφή, δεν το περίμενα όμως τόσο μικρό (κ δεν είχε κ άλλο διαθέσιμο) Κ επίσης το άλλο που ίσως θεωρώ κακό, το εστιατόριο σνακ μπαρ κλείνει 4μμ. Αν θες φαγητό μετά, μόνο κάτω στη παραλία που πας με αυτοκίνητο (είναι μακριά!) και αν ειναι φουλ σεζόν μπορεί κ να μη βρεις να καθήσεις πουθενά...

Good location and amazing view. The hotel is small but very good — very clean and well maintained. It can be a bit challenging without a car, due to the steep road down to Agia Pelagia and the uphill walk back. The rooms are a good size — in fact, it's more accurate to describe them as apartments, as each has its own entrance from outside. The highlight is definitely sitting on your own little terrace, enjoying the stunning view. There is a shared area with a swimming pool, which is also clean and cosy. There’s a small dining area for breakfast and lunch — again, clean and cosy. Breakfast was quite good.

La climatisation qui fonctionne mal (alors que peu utilisée) et la porte de douche ne s’ouvrant pas totalement (abîmée). Dommage le lieu est si beau!

Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. The man at the reception was shockingly aggressive and arrogant. When we pointed out that our reservation was for two single beds, he rudely told us that it “wasn’t the hotel’s fault” and blamed Ebookers instead. He spoke to us with an attitude, showed zero willingness to help, and even told us that if we wanted a full refund we should “go to court.” Because of this hotel’s complete lack of professionalism, we lost €150, didn’t get the accommodation we paid for, and had part of our vacation completely ruined. I have never been treated so badly by hotel staff. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel magnifique et très bien entretenu. Piscine très propre. Superbe vue sur la mer. Le personnel est charmant et très bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon.

Les chambres bien que très confortables et propres mériteraient un petit coup de jeune/modernité (rideaux, meubles,…).

We loved this hotel! Thank you for making us feel so welcome! The views from our room and the pool area was stunning! The pool area is really gorgeous and was always really quiet so we could always easily get sun beds! All the staff were so friendly and kind and welcoming! We loved this hotel and the area!

L'accueil était assez froid. Ma chambre n'a pas été nettoyée du séjour. On a du prendre un petit déjeuner à emporter la dernière nuit car l'avion partait tôt le matin, le petit déjeuner était vraiment petit, on a juste reçu une tartine de pain de mie avec un peu de fromage et une pêche. On a demandé d'avoir en plus de l'eau et ils ont refusé, or nous avons payé pour ce petit dejeuner !! Nous étions vraiment très déçus. De plus, j'ai commandé un mishake à la fraise à la piscine, celui était cher et était fait avec de la poudre et pas de la glace, c'était très mauvais.

Lo staff dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto anche l'opportunità di effettuare il late check out gratuito entro le 14. Colazione variegata ma con poche alternative. Nel complesso soggiorno sufficiente, senza lodi.

La camera non viene pulita tutti i giorni e comunque non in modo approfondito. Si trova nella parte alta di agia pelagia quindi è fondamentale avere una macchina.
