Central location, friendly helpful staff. Optional breakfast at very reasonable price, good range of breakfast foods, inc. yoghurt, fruit etc. we were able to leave our bags in luggage storage area.

Optimale Lage in der Innenstadt. Betten bequem. Klimaanlage und WLAN gut. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden, was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war, um Wasser oder Obst zu kühlen.

Badezimmer extrem klein, man kommt kaum durch die Schiebetür. Dusche winzig, WC in einer engen Ecke.

Ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό όλο το προσωπικό. Η τοποθεσία πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Κάθε μέρος ήταν προσβάσιμο.

Ίσως η τιμή θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο χαμηλότερη λόγω του ότι είναι ένα παλιό ξενοδοχείο που φυσικά παραμένει καλά διατηρημένο.

Le personnel assez degragreable. Première fois qu’on me réveille à 9h du matin pour me rappeler que je dois quitter la chambre à 11h. Mais je suis chez qui??? Lits pas confortables, chambre exiguë.

The receptionist who greeted me at the front desk was exceptionally. The room was pretty much as expected from the listing. Overall, I felt it offered a fair price for the area. The air conditioning, however, was excellent.

The shower is extremely small, and the water tends to splash out, which can make the bathroom quite wet. Toiletries were also quite limited, although there is a shop just a 3 minute walk away where I was able to get anything I needed. A cigarette smoke smell kept traveling into my bedroom during the afternoon.

L hotel étant central il est situé à proximité de bar et resto ouvert tres tres tard le soir et tres bruyant. Ce n est en aucun cas la faute de l hotel mais si sensible au bruit les bouchons d oreilles sont indispensables.

Location was perfect, in the center of Heraclion. Staff at check in and check out was very nice. Rooms were nice.

The rest room smells like old pipes at evening when you sleep, you need to close the door to be able to sleep. If you leave your bags there for few hours after checkout, they said they are not responsible if it is stolen, and I have to keep eye on it, but I wanted to leave hotel for few hours, and make a tag on bags to secure them is easy and cost nothing, I did not understand why they did not want to help, then I had to take all my bags with me carrying all day.

All the staff was exceptional both the reception and cleaners, I like that in general the hotel even though it was packed it was still quiet

Very very small bathroom I am 181 cm not too thin but not overweight either I could bearly fit to take a bath and sit down and use the toilet and the bed could be a bit weider and taller

Rezeption war sehr freundlich

Schlüssel abgeben, das war anstrengend,wenn ich raus wollte,musste ich immer die Schlüssel abgeben.

Faptul că hotelul are patina unui loc de cazare din anii `80. Ar trebui modernizat interiorul: mobilier, zugrăveală, mochetă... adus la zi. Iar ușa de la cabina de duș nu se închidea complet, fapt care făcea ca apa să băltească pe podeaua a jumătate din baie.

Die Lage der Hotels ist mitten im Zentrum super gelegen. Das Zimmer war gut, nur im Badezimmer lies sich beim Duschen die Dusche nicht schliessen, Glaswand fehlte so das beim Duschen das ganze Wasser über Lavabo und Boden spritzte. Frühstück hatten wir nicht.

A bag with some just purchased shoes and cosmetics went missing from our room, staff just dismissed our report. Stating their staff wouldn't take anything. Clearly it hadn't been broken into, only staff had access for cleaning. They were dismissive and just shrugged it off. We lost $150 Euro. Don't stay here they can't be trusted.

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική οτι πιο κεντρικό υπάρχει.

Το δωμάτιο ειχε πάντα μια άσχημη μυρωδιά απο την ωρα που μπήκαμε μέσα κ πηγαμε αγοράσαμε αποσμητικό χώρου όμως αυτή η μυρωδιά έβγαινε απο την αποχέτευση του μπάνιου με αποτέλεσμα το βράδυ να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς απο την έντονη σσχημη μυρωδιά. Το μπάνιο ήταν τρομερά μικρό η ντουσιερα δεν σε χώραγε να γυρίσεις κ όλα τα νερά βγαίναν έξω γιατί δεν είχε πόρτα μπροστά ή κάτι. Κ τα κρεβάτια άβολα όπως επίσης κ τα σκεπάσματα πολύ παλιά καταλάβαινες πως ειναι χρησιμοποιημένα χρόνια ειχαν φθαρεί

Por el precio excelente!! En todo el centro, los colchones comodísimos, una pequeña nevera aseo correcto y un pequeño balcón.. los recepcionistas muy atentos. Contentos con la estancia !!

Location, very well located in the center of Heraklion. A lot of diversity shops and restaurants around. Very welcoming by all the staff, very kind, respectful and helpful in everything! Very confortable and clean, good presentation. Clean staff always flexible and respectful with the time to clean the rooms. Calm place even located in the center, windows very well isolated. Minibar, telephone, air conditioner and tv functional, everything was functional and perfect. Beds and pillows very comfortable as well, I’ll miss that.

Friendly staff, the most.central.hotel in Heraklion. As a bonus our room was.on the 4rh floor and balcony had openness and decent views, much beyond our expectation

It’s a great location & the staff are very helpful. It’s a good place to stay if you want convenience & a lively experience, but probably not if you’re looking for a restful time as it’s quite loud in the area. The room was basic but very clean.

Desayuno copioso y excelente. En pleno centro, pero la habitación era tranquila. Me dieron una habitación con dos camas y balcón.

El espacio para dejar la maleta tras el checking-out no tiene llave. Preferiría pagar algo a cambio de más seguridad. El desayuno empieza a las 7,30. Podría empezar a las 7 para poder tomarlo cuando se ha contratado un tour. La sala de desayuno es interior.

Il bagno (soprattutto la doccia) è da rivedere. In ogni caso, in relazione al fatto che è un due stelle, va bene.

Petit hôtel sans prétention dans le centre d'Heraklion. Les hommes de l'accueil sont très gentils. Le petit déjeuner pour 5 euros est vraiment bien. Pour une nuit ou deux c'est très bien.

Le fait de devoir faire vérifier que j'avais bien payé le petit-déjeuner la veille: c'était un peu lourd mais c'est pas grave... Les serrures sont hors d'âge m.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Normally excellent. Air conditioning. Extra bedding and pillows. Lift. Very convenient as in Central Heraklion

The booking stated that there was a balcony, there wasn't! Very disappointing. The view was other rooms in a small square, so couldn't open the curtains as windows were on close proximity. Horrible for the price.

La ubicación del hotel. Cerca del centro y de los autobuses para hacer excursiones. El hotel está cerca de supermercados, tenderetes, restaurantes... la habitación era muy amplia.

No me gustó el baño. Era pequeño, la ducha también por lo que se mojaba todo el baño cuando te duchas ... Sin embargo tenía muy buena presión de agua.

When I am in Heraklion I try to stay in the "El Greco Hotel" because it's a well-established, professional accomodation. It's right at the Lion Fountain, therefore very easy to find and in an excellent location to explore the centre of Heraklion. Great location for shopping-trips or for going out in H. I personally like the architecture of the hotel very much which goes back to the Seventies. The construction of the (not so small) hotel is well planned. I especially like the way the architect produced shadow inside the building so that you feel saved from the hammering heat and light, typical für Heraklion in summer, outside. The reception is open 24/7.

Расположение. Цена. До моря на 6 автобусе. От аэропорта много автобусов, купите билет в будке (1.30), в автобусе дороже на евро. Археологический музей близко. Крепость тоже. Около крепости на море хорошее место для прогулки и встрече заката.

Фена нет, попросила на рецепшен- дали. Завтрак скромный, но дешевый, 5 евро. За эти деньги рядом не покушаете. Одну ночь было тихо, вторую громко. Шум будет - вы в центре. Номер обшарпанный.

Optimale Lage im Zentrum in der Nähe von meinem Lieblingsrestaurant Pastarella. Zimmer hatte sogar Balkon. Frühstück konnte ich für nur 5 Euro zusätzlich bekommen und da war für jeden etwas dabei. Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. 24 Stunden Rezeption

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, μπουφές με πολλές επιλογές και πολύ οικονομικό. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου στο κέντρο είναι ιδανική για όλες τις μετακινήσεις μέσα στην πόλη.

Το μπάνιο είναι πολύ μικρό και η ντουζιέρα ανοιχτή με αποτέλεσμα να γίνονται όλα μούσκεμα. Δυστυχώς η φασαρία από τις ταβέρνες και μπαρ ακριβώς από κάτω ήταν πολύ ενοχλητική. Το μπαλκόνι τόσο μικρό και χωρίς ούτε μια απλώστρα για να κρεμάσεις μια πετσέτα ή ένα μαγιό.

Only good thing was location guy on reception old guy horrible service no smile and I polite better hotels near by for little extra and room was outdated !

The breakfast were very extensive and quite tasty for the price. The staff were very friendly, as everywhere in Kreta. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Housekeeping stopped by every morning and provided tidying up and fresh towels. It is so central that it allows you to simply shortly walk to a lot of nice restaurants.

The location is right at the heart of old town and where everything is going on :) so until late hours, and starting from early morning, you can expect to hear buzzing of the city center.

My flight was delayed but it wasn't a problem. The night reception man was very nice and even booked a taxi for me as I had to leave early morning.

There were only two things I truly appreciated about this hotel: the exceptionally kind and helpful staff and the location. I arrived before the official check-in time just to leave my luggage, but the staff informed me that my room was already ready and allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated after traveling. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

The photos on Booking had nothing in common with the room I actually received. It looked more like a student dorm room from 30 years ago than a hotel room.

Central and convenient, offers everything you need for a one-night stay. No luxuries, but it is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is simple but good.

Olen ollut hotellissa vuosien kuluessa useita kertoja. Hinta on nyt vähän noussut, mutta jos parvekkeellinen huoneen saa, eikä kuilunäkymää vastapäätä olevaan huoneeseen, hinta on ihan ok. Koska sijainti ei voisi olla parempi. Henkilökunta jo jopa hymyilee. Siivous, joka ennen oli olematonta, toimii nyt ja pyyhkeetkin vaihdettiin lähes joka päivä. Edullinen, tosin tietysti vaatimaton aamupala toimii erinomaisesti silloin kun tarvii. Suihkun veden tsekkaaja oli ennen jopa vaarallinen, kun yhtäkkiä saattoi tulla tulikuumaa vettä, nyt se toimi moitteettomasti.

Ainut miinus edelleenkin on nariseva sänky.

Le bruit toute la nuit

The location is excellent, couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city. The hotel is not modern, but clean and cozy enough for a short stay. The room was spacious enough, I booked one with a double bed for more comfort. The staff was kind, polite and efficient, I was also able to leave my luggage after check out to explore the city. Very good connection to the airport and I made the most of my time for one night.

The shower cabin was a bit too small for me, so I didn't close the door while showering. Also, I remember in the booking saying there is a small balcony, but there was not. The main challenge was the walls were too thin - I could hear both the neighbours chatting in the evening and the cleaning lady moving chairs way too early, so I couldn't catch up with the sleep.

Ηταν λίγο στενό το δωμάτιο και ειχε λιγο φασαρία το πρωί, γιατί προφανώς ημουν στον πρώτο όροφο ακριβώς απο πανω απο τη σάλα του πρωινού

J'ai apprécié l'endroit par rapport à la proximité de la ville.

En arrivant dans la chambre, il y avait une odeur particulière. Deux lits individuels, les matelas ne sont pas confortables. La décoration serait à revoir, un peu vieillot. La climatisation ne fonctionné pas. Les draps et serviettes de toilette ne sont pas changés tous les jours. Pour les petits dejeuners, il faut vraiment être à l'heure et c'est très basique . Café , jus fruits bas de gamme. Certains personnels agréables et d'autres moins Le seul plus est la proximité du centre ville.
