Personnel très attentionné et souriant Chambre agréable Petit déjeuner grec apprécié

Lavabo qui s’écoule difficilement, mais pas grave

J'ai séjourné à 2 reprises dans cet hôtel en septembre et j'y reviendrai sans hésitation lors de mon prochain voyage en Crète. Sa situation près du port en centre ville, le rend particulière agréable et il est très calme.

J ai particulièrement apprécié l accueil et l écoute des réceptionnistes, ainsi que la gentillesse de la dame du petit déjeuner, ainsi que celle des dames de ménage.

The reception staff was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was nice, and they organized transport to the port, which was on time as expected! The room itself was dated, but comfortable.

The property is quite old, but pretty clean and a good value.

Rien à dire

Kronos is close to everything we wanted to see in Heraklion. It is across the road from the waterfront and only a 20 minute walk to the archaeological museum. There are wonderful restaurants and local tavernas a short walk away. Plus there was parking for our car and only a short drive to the airport. Breakfast was included as well as free cold drinking water.

purtroppo nella struttura non è disponibile l'acqua potabile dai rubinetti (credo un problema legato al quartiere) ma la struttura mettea disposizione dei clienti un dispenser di acqua potabile nella hall

sono stata solo 1 notte di passaggio, ma mi ha stupito il rapporto qualità prezzo. Mi aspettavo molto meno per la cifra pagata, invece, ottima colazione, vista mare, posizione comoda e staff gentilissimo.

Migliorerei solo gli ascensori. Forse vanno riprogrammate le frequenze o soste ai piani perchè ho dovuto aspettare oltre 15 minuti per riuscire a prendere un ascensore, cosa indispensabile avendo un grosso bagaglio.

Lo staff è molto gentile. La posizione è eccellente e la colazione è buona e molto varia.

La finestra del nostro bagno dava direttamente sul corridoio del piano: non il massimo per la privacy e per gli odori. La struttura dichiara di avere un parcheggio, ma si tratta di 3 o 4 posti in totale, di cui la metà su una strada molto stretta.

L'emplacement près de port et du centre ville est un très grand avantage.

Le stationnement au mois de septembre est très compliqué car seulement 4 places pour l'hôtel.

Le lit était parfait, on a super bien dormi tellement il était grand. La chambre était très bien équipée. Et possibilité de se garer devant l'hôtel ça c'était vraiment un petit plus.

Juste les voisins qui font un bruit pas possible en rentrant dans leur chambre et qui nous réveillent en sursaut en pensant que c'est dans notre chambre.

Breakfast - cereal was stale. No good local options. We stayed three nights and paid for breakfast included but ended up only eating there the first morning. The continual humming noise in the room which was not the aircon unit. Seemed to be coming from the roof. Very loud. The shower leaked so very hard to keep a dry floor.

Location was great. Easy access to port and buses. Walking to centre, museum, port were all easy to do. Facilities were great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel canceled our reservation, leaving us stranded. Our flight to Heraklion was canceled and we called the hotel from the plane to let them know we would not be able to check in for the first night. When we arrived for our second pre-paid night, we were told the hotel canceled our reservation. Despite the fact that we called and explained our situation!! No apologies, no humanity. The manager said, "you should have gotten it in writing"! After 24 hours of flight hell--canceled flight, sleeping in Gatwick Airport--we arrive at the hotel and are treated as if we caused the problem. And then we were forced to scramble for a new place to stay and pay 4x more. Luckily, the place we landed had humane staff. DO NOT book the Kronos Hotel. Oh, and, of course, Booking.com won't stand behind you.

Great location. Right on the ocean and within walking distance to old town, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed which was amazing and appreciated.

Patio floor should have been mopped, hair and cigarette butt on the floor and outside table was very old and needs to be replaced. Patio chairs were fine. The Patio next door had a newer table and chairs not sure why this patio didn't?

Hotel dalle linee contemporanee, che si trova lungo la costa di Heraklion, a walking distance dal centro cittadino. Camera comoda, fornita e con vista mare. Nella strada sotto c'è un po' di traffico la sera, ma affacciarsi la mattina dal terrazzino e sentire lo sciabordio del mare... è TOP. Colazione buonissima, varia ed abbondante.

Il parcheggio non facilissimo, ma probabilmente è il prezzo da pagare per la posizione

Posizione vicina al porto, balcone spazioso e personale molto disponibile!

Letti singoli uniti, preferivo un letto matrimoniale. Penso però si possa richiedere in fase di prenotazione senza problemi!

L’hotel era pulito a colazione era buona abbondante fresca, soprattutto lo yogurt greco. ringrazio personalmente il personale che dopo una caduta in strada mi ha dato tutto necessario per medicarmi, aiutandomi nell’operazione.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να κινηθείς εντός πόλης ή παραλιακά και πολύ αξιοπρεπές πρωινό για να ξεκινήσεις τη μέρα σου. Ικανοποιητικός ο χώρος του δωματίου και άνετο κρεβάτι. Οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Τέλος, στην είσοδο υπάρχει ψύκτης για νερό καθώς της πόλης δεν πίνεται.

Η ηχομόνωση στο εσωτερικό των χώρων είναι ένα μείον του ξενοδοχείου (αντιθέτως η μπαλκονόπορτα είναι ενισχυμένη) και η χωρητικότητα του μπάνιου είναι λίγο μικρή, όμως είναι καθαρό και αξιοπρεπές.

Idéalement situé, l’hôtel est propre, fonctionnel, et le personnel très aimable. Très jolie vue sur la mer depuis le salon. Parfait si vous êtes de passage à Héraklion. J’avais demandé une chambre au calme, et la chambre était en effet beaucoup plus calme que celle que nous avions eue il y a deux ans.

Je n’ai pas de critique à formuler.

It is located right by a busy street and the city central. However, it was still quiet and did not hear any traffic noise. The hotel is about 15-minute walk from the ferry port but be prepared that you will have to pull your luggage along sections of pebble walkway. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and everything was functional. The breakfast was relatively simple but sufficient.

Nothing obvious as it was just a one-night stay.

Die Lage ist ideal zwischen Hafen und Altstadt; man hat uns sogar um 22 Uhr noch kurzfristig einen Parkplatz organisiert!!!

Personnel très sympa et accueillant avec une arrivée tardive, vous aide à vous garer facilement. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bien achalandé et une fontaine à eau est disponible 24/24.

Chambre assez vieille qui mériterait un rafraîchissement, en terme de confort surtout dans la salle de bain, l'isolation acoustique serait également à améliorer. C'est correct pour 1 étape après avoir atterri.

Gentillesse du personnel.

En arrivant avec notre famille chargée, le parking était full.... Compliqué de trouver à ce garer dans ce coin. On a dû payer un autre parking privé. Le petit déjeuné de qualité très moyenne (ressemblait à des viennoiseries sorties de leur emballage)

C’è piaciuto molto dove era posizionato strategicamente, anche se non due stelle la struttura era bella pulita e sistemata Angela colazione abbondante riguardo i suoi cornetti che non ci sono piaciuti

Un po’ la pulizia venivano tutti i giorni a fare la camera a cambiare le lenzuola, ma il problema è che in alcuni punti trovavamo sempre i capelli, quindi significa che non venivano tolti. Inoltre, la prima sera abbiamo trovato la camera piena di formiche. Un’altra nota tenente e il Parcheggio è difficile trovare e la polizia fa sempre multe fortunatamente noi il pomeriggio troviamo sempre uno dei quattro posti liberi e quindi eravamo vincolati a non prendere la macchina la sera i parcheggi nei dintorni sono molto cari

Wir waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Heraklion im Kronos Hotel und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist wirklich überragend: zentral, direkt in Hafennähe und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Heraklion zu Fuß zu erkunden. Besonders positiv fanden wir die äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Obwohl wir bereits morgens gegen 10:30 Uhr ankamen, durften wir unser Zimmer freundlicherweise schon beziehen – das war nach der frühen Anreise eine große Erleichterung. Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer sind eher klein und nicht luxuriös, aber sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Ein besonderes Plus ist unser kleiner, schmaler Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Auch wenn der Balkon nicht groß ist, sorgt der Blick aufs Meer sofort für Urlaubsstimmung. 🌊 Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Heraklion würden wir das Kronos Hotel aufgrund der tollen Lage, der Sauberkeit und des herzlichen Personals jederzeit wieder wählen.

A very good location, close to the old port and the main shopping streets. My room was spotlessly clean. Staff are helpful and friendly, (happy for me to leave my heavy bag after check-out for collection later). Breakfast was included in the room price. I will be happy to stay here again.

5 λεπτά περπάτημα από το ενετικό φρούριο του Ηρακλείου που το βλέπεις και από το μπαλκόνι σου. 5-7 λεπτά περπάτημα από τα λιοντάρια. Καθαρό δωμάτιο, σχετικά άνετο. Εξαιρετικό πρωινό για τα δεδομένα. Προσωπικό φιλικό και ευχάριστο και έτοιμο να βοηθήσει. Κατόπιν συνεννόησης ίσως υπάρχει και η δυνατότητα κράτησης θέσης στάθμευσης έξω από το ξενοδοχείο.

The Location of the Hotel near the harbour was superb. The Hotel Staffs were fantastic and all of them were always ready to help all the time. On our request they allowed us to have early breakfast on 2 out of 3 days so that we can start our tour early. The rooms were also of good size. The sea facing balcony was loved by the children.

The bathroom are quite small and that is the only negative point I can say.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff, the view of the water was also nice and was able to get breakfast included. A good stay for 2 nights in Heraklion.

Rooms a bit dated, beds were a bit uncomfortable and TV didn’t work but we were out most of the day so it didn’t matter that much. Good for a short stay, no more than 2 nights.
