We had 2 Japanese-Western rooms. Love the spacious rooms, ocean view, immaculately clean. Children loved the futon on tatami mats. The public bath experience was fantastic, everything was provided including yukata, face moisturiser and hairbrush. Very good accessibility features for the grandparents. Dinner buffet was amazing, huge variety of quality food. We emailed hotel in advance about food allergy. Upon check in, the staff had prepared a list of every dish in the buffet that contained the allergen. We very much appreciate this caring service. Regular shuttle bus service to train station and town centre was very much appreciated. On check out day, the smaller bus was full, a second driver showed up to take all the passengers. Excellent service.

Nothing. Everything we need was provided for. The bath itself is not natural spring water, but we knew that before booking, as this is a seaside hotel, while natural onsen are only found in mountains.

這是一間讓人心裡暖洋洋的飯店，為我們這趟松島之旅留下了極為美好的回憶，真心想推薦給準備造訪松島的每位朋友。這是松島當地歷史悠久的飯店，建築本身帶有沉穩優雅的底蘊；因為幾年前曾重新整修過，入住時完全沒有歲月的陳舊感，反而十分舒適安心。飯店的景觀非常動人。 晚餐我們選擇了洋式自助餐，剛好換換這幾天一直吃生魚片的口味。餐點品項豐富且精緻，廚師的手藝非常好，特別是烤牛排掌握得恰到好處。飯店貼心提供巡迴巴士，能輕鬆前往松島街上的各大景點，相當方便。大眾池也維護得極為乾淨整潔，看得出館方對每一個微小細節的用心與堅持。 但最深植我心的，莫過於這裡每一位工作人員傳遞出的溫暖與真誠。無論是自助餐廳的廚師、忙碌收餐的服務員，還是親切接送的巴士司機，他們展現的不只是專業的「顧客至上」，更散發出對這份工作的熱愛。那種發自內心、無微不至的關懷，讓人在旅途中感到備受珍視。 如果未來能再次踏上松島，我一定會再回到這間飯店，重溫這份難得的溫柔與美好。

食事が全て美味しい

和洋ビッフェで朝夕の食事が最高でした！！！ スタッフさんも愛想がよく、丁寧な対応で 心地よい旅になりました。 シャトルバスもあり、助かりました。 運転手さんの対応も親切でありがたかったです。 部屋も広く、くつろげました。 温泉からの景色も良かったです。

The property is well-maintained and the view from the room was unbelievable and the staff catered to your every need.

Wir hatten ein schönes, großzügiges, japanisches Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick auf die Matsushima Bucht. Der Onsenbereich, insbesondere der Aussenbereich / Rotemburo war sensationell. Ein Infinity Onsen mit ebenfalls tollen Blick auf die Bucht.

l' emplacement de l' hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur la baie de Matsushima. Les buffets du diner et du petit déjeuner sont magnifiques. Belle chambre familiale grande et très lumineuse. Prendre obligatoirement une vue mer, c' est l' intérêt principal de l hôtel. Demander une chambre au 5éme ou 6éme étage. Plusieurs bains Onsen avec espaces extérieurs

Les salles de bains ne sont pas dignes de cet hôtel et doivent être rénovées.

松島の巡回バスが便利でした、荷物も無料で預かって頂き手ぶらで楽に観光できました ロビー、露天風呂から見える松島、絶景です お風呂上がりのレモン水が酸味がおいしくて皆さんたくさん飲んでました 夕、朝食のメニュー豊富で美味しかった 夕食時のピアノ生演奏が心地よくリクエストもできます スタッフの皆さん笑顔で声かけてくださり親切でした、２日目仙台観光だというとおすすめのスポットやバスの説明をしてくださり、その通りに回ってよかったです

松島が見える部屋に妻と泊まりました。 スタッフの対応のよさ ロケーションのよさ 食事はビュッフェでしたが障害者対応もよく スィーツも種類があり満足しました。

The most breathtaking view of the bay and islands from the room! Great to sit and just enjoy this fabulous view. The onsen was big with many features including inside and outside onsen, cold bath, sauna. The shuttle bus was very convenient to go to town and to pick up from the train station.

One of best Japanese style hote in the Japan. Beautiful lake view from the room. The hotel dinner and breakfast was so good and the open Onsen view was amazing, you can see the beautiful Matsushima lake. The hotel customers service was top notch. We will definitely coming back later.

Ein großartiges Hotel! Unser Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Blick auf die Bucht einfach fantastisch! Frühstück und Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen! Wir haben an zwei von drei Abenden im japanischen Restaurant gegessen, es ist exzellent! Sashimi, Sushi und Fischgerichte vor allem haben es uns angetan, für Fleischfreunde gibt es regionale Spezialitäten, überhaupt ist die Küche regionale geprägt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich! Der Onsen und das Rotenburo sind sehr schön, wirklich heiß! Der hoteleigene Shuttlebus verkehrt alle halbe Stunde, sodass man das Auto stehen lassen kann, wenn man eine Schiffstour machen möchte. Alles perfekt!

Fabulous ocean view and large room, but given the high price there were things that could be improved for guest comfort

- thin curtains let the daylight in at 4am - poor sound proofing between floors, we were disturbed by guests walking in rooms above us. - doona’s on the beds were too heavy and hot, we were told no other option was available. Given it was only spring and we had the air conditioning on, I am sure we weren’t the only guests who had experienced this. - the hotel has no laundry and offered no laundry service or assistance to access one. After 3 weeks of travel and with 4 nights in one location we were eager to catch up on washing but the nearest laundry was the other side of town, beyond shuttle bus run and no assistance was available to access it.

何回か入浴しましたが、毎回大浴場の鏡や洗面台に水滴や汚れひとつなく綺麗でした！暖かい館内と暖かいご飯でとても癒しのあるひと時を過ごすことができて大変感謝しております！また素敵なピアノの演奏も聞けて幸せでした

Vue magnifique sur la baie de Matsushima depuis la chambre .Chambre style japonais ,très confortable et spacieuse . Le dîne était sous forme de buffet ,très varié et très bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. Séjour bien agréable .

Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ top. Hätten wir in einem anderen Hotel geschlafen und das gleiche Essen in einem Restaurant bestellt, wäre es definitiv teurer gewesen.

員工服務態度很好，吃自助餐還主動幫忙拍照。房間空間很大，非常舒適，有很大的鏡子，可以多人一定洗刷🥰還有多拉A夢的睡房（其實是放後備被褥，只有兩個人住也有，很棒，因為我一個人就要用兩個枕頭）！電視機很好，有YouTube和Netflix，還可以拉到近床位置看電視！露天浴池也很棒👍🏻

我是帶著剛結束高中畢業典禮的孩子來的松島。海景房視野超出期望，松島優美景色盡收眼底。午後入住，一打開門，就感覺進入大光明世界，光纖明亮，窗戶望出去的VIEW，讓人激動興奮；而後傍晚坐船回來剛好太陽下山后的藍調時刻，浦福橋紅色的輪廓在暮色中特別醒目。查看了第二天日出時間是6點13分，早早在6：05就起床靜候。6點10分左右，太陽躍出水面，陽光照亮讓與曾和海綿都成一片緋紅色，真是看不夠，相機完全拍不出全景，只是貪婪地左右移動視綫， 穰這美景永遠留在美好的記憶中。

自助餐，其實想要的是和式料理。結果都是海鮮爲主、肉類品種不多的自助餐。

房間位置很棒! 從早到晚可以直接從房間看到松島美景 ,非常推薦住宿,運氣很好遇到飄雪的松島,景色很美! 晚餐的自助餐餐廳有兩間,住了兩晚各用餐一次,非常好吃! 這時候剛好是冬天前來的旅行,餐點中牛舌,牡蠣及草莓吃到飽,非常值得推薦!

朝食、夕食ともに美味しかったです! お風呂も眺めが良く、いい湯で良い時間を過ごすことができました。

客室のスリッパと、浴衣をもう一段階大きめのサイズを用意すると良いと思いました。（外国人も多く利用すると思いますし）

The food for breakfast and dinner was nice

I booked a room with an ocean view, but I got a room with a view over the parking lot instead. When I asked the staff, they told me that everything else is booked out. I also wasn't allowed to use the public bath (I asked in advance if tattoos are okay and they told me yes, when I arrived, the told me it's not possible). At last I needed a taxi to be at the train station (Matsushima Station, not the closer one) at 6 o'clock in the morning which they just told me it's not possible. I had to walk in the rain for 40min at 5:20 in the morning.

お部屋も清潔で、お料理も大変美味しく頂きました。お風呂も、良かったです。アメニティも充実していて、欲しいなと思うものが備えてありました。

わがままかもしれませんが、駐車場と通路に屋根があると嬉しい☺️です。

お部屋に冷水がセットされてなくて、売店で尋ねたら、冷水は自販機か売店で購入下さい、と言われて、がっかりしました。
