Schöne Aussicht, schönes Bett und nettes Personal

„Komisch“ gebautes Badezimmer und Dusche, wo einer immer draußenwarten musste wegen nur leichter Deckung

Super schöne Zimmer (Beachfront), top Preis-Leistung, schöne Pools, riesiges Frühstück-Buffet, nettes Personal, täglicher Affenbesuch, Golfcart-Service.

Die Familiensuiten (Im oberen Gebäude) haben einen nicht so schönen Zugang zum Hotel (sind nur über einen Ausseneingang erreichbar) - wir hatten danach zwei separate Zimmer Beachfront mit Verbindungstür gebucht, was viel schöner war. Cable Car war während unserem Aufenthalt in Reservation und man musste immer Golfcarts organisieren.

ไม่ชอบคนที่มาเข้าพักเพราะว่าฉันอยู่ห้องข้างล่างแล้วชั้นบนของฉันเค้าเดินเสียงดังมากทั้งช่วงเวลาพักผ่อนและกลางคืนจนต้องโทรแจ้งกับพนักงานให้มาเตือนแขกห้องอื่นที่รบกวนคิดว่าเลือกห้องที่ดีแล้วแต่ก็ยังเจอแบบนี้อยู่เสียความรู้สึกในเรื่องนี้มาก

Kamers in het gedeelte op de heuvel zijn wat gedateerd. Hoge prijzen in het restaurant!

Alla faciliteter, trevligt med aporna och hornbill-fåglarna. Verkligen utmärkt personal och frukosten och maten på restaurangen var utsökt bra! Rent och fint på stranden och mysigt att paddla ut till småöarna.

Really good hotel in a beautiful location with excellent customer service. For example I met a really nice staff member called Jessica who works the night shift and was extremely helpful in postponing our checkout time when our flight got delayed, while also still being friendly and chatty despite the late hour. Really commendable service. Would definitely stay here again.

On my cliffside room balcony i had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding islands, however this was somewhat spoiled by the ugly metal guardrails and low uncomfortable chairs that make it hard to enjoy the view. It would be a good adjustment if they had higher and more comfortable chairs that allow you to see over the rails and admire the view. Additionally, while the car service for getting customers around the hotel grounds was excellent and super fast, a couple of the cars they use could do with servicing as while you're in the back all you can smell is exhaust fumes which is unpleasant and unhealthy.

Tout était absolument parfait. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre. Le confort de la chambre et du lit. La végétation luxuriante. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel d'une grande gentillesse (des restaurants, du spa et de l accueil). Possibilité de diner au restaurant de l hotel avec une équipe aux petits soins. Un clin d'œil spécial aux stagiaires français. (Yanis,Lou et Clara)

Prachtige locatie met zowel het regenwoud als zee! Heerlijke zwembaden en vriendelijk personeel.

Echt keiharde matrassen…dat is echt het enige minpunt

L'emplacement, la vue spectaculaire sur la baie Kae et la jungle verdure luxuriante.

Pour se déplacer au sein de l'hôtel. Même si l'hôtel facilite le déplacement avec le mini golf, obligée appeler presque systématiquement la réceptionniste.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The staff were amazing in every department and couldn’t be more welcoming and professional. Special mention goes out to Moe @ Sunset Restaurant, Dream @ Breakfast and Noey @ the poolside bar for making our stay extra special. Love this Hotel and will definitely return in the near future. Otel ormanın içerisinde büyük bir alana kurulmuş ciddi bir tesis, çalışanlar inanılmaz yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, girişte gerekli bilgilendirmeler yapılırken oda balkonunuzun kapısını kilitleyin maymunlar odaya girebilir eşyalarınızı alabilir demişlerdi yok artık dedik ve gerçekten de balkonumuza misafirliğe geldiler😀 ama korkmayın sıkıntı yaşamazsınız, otelin peyzajı konumu mükemmel, otelin simgesi bir kuş türü bile var göreceksiniz, otelin kendi ormanı var diyebiliriz, Koh Chang da en iyi manzara gün batımı gören nokta (view point) otelin dibinde, kahvaltısı çok zengin ve müthiş bir manzaraya sahip tepedeki restoranda veriliyor, ayrıca otelin seyir kulesinden her yeri görebilirsiniz, plajı iyi, kaldığım en iyi otellerden biriydi, sadece bu otelde kalmak için bile tekrar adaya gelinebilir, otelde 250 bahta motor kiraladık yardımcı oldular çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu, herkese teşekkürler

Akşam yemeği ve mesaj hizmetleri fiyatları daha makul olabilirdi ama sorun yok zaten adada restoran ve masaj yaptırabileceğiniz çok yer var..

Einmalige Lage inmitten des Dschungels und der Tierwelt der Insel. Wunderschöner Ausblick vom Clifftop Restaurant auf die Bucht.

In der Nebensaison sehr ruhige Gegend, hat uns aber nicht gestört...

The staff are friendly and helpful, the nature is beautiful 🤩 the toucan bird are amazing.the breakfast is awesome

Not enough shuttle, it's impossible to walk to the city center, too dangerous. They obviously want the guest to stay inside most of the time and spend money there.

Skvelé raňajky a okolie. Ubytovanie je v kopci, majú dokonca vlastnú lanovku. Krásna pláž, bazény aj ležadlá. Celkovo miesto budí veľmi dobrý dojem.

Rozhodne to nie je 5 hviezdičkový rezort. Kvalita izieb je odlišná. Nábytok potrebuje renováciu. Personál nevie dobre po anglicky, resp. vie len to, čo hovoria každý deň. Akonáhle sa stane niečo čo nečakajú, nevedia odpovedať. Klimatizačné jednotky vyzerajú veľmi zle.

I had a really lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The room was great — very clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again in the future.

Отличный отель. Чисто, комфортно. Персонал максимально отзывчивый.На кровати ежедневно появлялись милые фигурки из полотенец. Особо отмечен высокотехнологийный унитаз :)).и фуникулер на территории отеля. Есть два красивых бассейна . Завтраки обильные и вкусные. Все понравилось. Учтитие, что без байка будет сложно.

This is a beautiful hotel built amidst a forest of trees so you feel surrounded by nature. A stunning reception area with breathtaking views across the sea. Helpful and friendly staff.

No pequeno almoço os funcionários a cerca de 15 da hora do fecho tendem a lembrar que estão a fechar, o que não acho que fique muito bem para a qualidade do hotel. Os e pregados começaram a tirar as coisas e a arrumar antes das hora do fecho

L’emplacement est incroyable. Pour avoir fait toutes les plages de île, c’est personnellement la plus belle de Kok Chang. Plage calme , au pied de le forêt, avec vue sur les petites îles en face.

Monipuolinen aamiainen. Viihtyisä hotellialue, mahdollisuus nähdä mm. apinoita ja upeita lintuja. Hotellihuone oli todella siisti ja rauhallisella alueella korkealla rinteessä, terassilta oli merinäköala.

Loved this resort! Such a beautiful resort with friendly staff. 2 pools and a beautiful beach, loved the restaurant too. Had a cable car to take you from the beach/restaurant all the way to the top where the clifftop rooms are. Breakfast was also lovely - loved the man at the omelette station, he was so friendly. Also got to kayak to the other surrounding islands which was beautiful. Spa was also lovely. They have a shuttle bus which takes you to the main village for 7/11, restaurants and shops. Would also recommend getting a scooter if you’d like to explore a bit more without trying to order taxis. Overall amazing experience!

We were made aware of the monkeys, they weren’t that bad/noticeable, just make sure you lock your balcony and main door!

Pool Villaen som vi havde i dagene på Koh Chang var enestående og meget privat. Fantastisk indrettet og der var kræset for alle detaljer i villaen. Personalet var fantastisk og yderst imødekommende og hjælpsomme Vi følte os meget forkælet og alt fungerede perfekt. De havde små golfvogne som kørte os rundt på hotelområdet og en shuttlebus som kunne køre os de få kilometer ind til den nærliggende by.

Priser på events og happy hour var ikke til at finde ud af. De kunne godt have informeret mere omkring fordelene/ekstras i forbindelse med pool villaen.

Väga hea hommikusöök, lai valik erinevaid toite ja imeline vaade restoranist. Tuba oli suur ja WC oli minu jaoks kõige suurem üllatus (prilllaud oli soojendusega, pimedas süttis potis tuli, erinevad pesu funktsioonid). Ahvid olid ka väga vahvad keda korduvalt hotelli territooriumil nägime. Hotelli alal liikumiseks tuldi järgi golfi autoga ja viidi soovitavasse punkti (toast receptionisse näiteks). Hotelli alal liikumiseks oli veel ka kondel mida sai kasutatud hommikusöögile minekuks. Hotell on ehitatud mäe jalamile ja jalgsi hommikusöögile näiteks jalutada oleks olnud väga raske kuna meie tuba oli mere ääres ja seega erinevad liikumise võimalused hotelli poolt olid väga super lahendus. Rolleri rentisime ka hotelli kaudu ja toodi meile receptionisse kohale, seal samas saime tagastada ka.

Kui peaksin midagi välja tooma siis võibolla selle hotelli asukoht. Ta küll oli väge lähedal Kai Bae keskusele aga siiski jala sinna ei läheks. Hotell pakkus küll tasuta transporti sinna 3 korda päevas aga kellaajad olid sellised, et meie seda ei kasutanudki kuna läksime õhtust sööma alati alles peale päikese loojangut. Kasutasime taksot mis polnud ka kallis, 50 bahti inimese kohta.

Beautiful location great beach and pools

It’s not being maintained as well as it used to be and it’s very expensive

It’s a stunning place in the jungle with their own funicular as well as golf carts to take you around. We had a beautiful modern room with a bathtub and a pool/sea view. There are stunning views from breakfast restaurant and the breakfast itself is a true feast with hundreds of options. We used the spa as well; did facial, 3x massage and sauna and it was all truly serene and great quality. We also enjoyed renting a kayak and going to a small island nearby. It’s one of these places that I will reminisce for years - a little paradise to come back. Did I mention we saw hornbills?

Das Hotel geht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein und ermöglicht diese nach Möglichkeit. Das gesamte Hotelareal ist sehr gepflegt. Der Garten mit seinen Aussichten grossartig. Ich werde gerne wieder Gast sein.

Die Räume sind verhältnismässig hellhörig. Liegt aber überwiegend an den Gästen.

Super frühstück und Restaurant . Grosses lob an die Mitarbeiter sind waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage im Dschungel , große Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames Personal

Die Anlage liegt an einem Hang der einem Dschungel angepasst ist. Schöner Strand.

Zimmer sind hellhörig. Im Nebenzimmer war eine Familie mit sehr lauten Kindern untergebracht. Für ruhesuchende Pärchen nicht geeignet. Frühstückraum hatte von der geräuschkulisse einen Kantinencharakter. Für ein 5Sterne Hotel hatte, unserer Meinung nach, die Qualität der Speisen nicht die nötige Auswahl. Viele russische Gäste bei denen sich besonders beim Obst die Teller extrem füllten.

Tolles Hotel, alles funktioniert perfekt. Cable Car, Fahrservice 1+ Frühstück überragend gut. Können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen

There's a lot to love about this resort. On a huge piece of mountainous land, it's set on it's own very nice beach. There's a choice of rooms close to the beach and pool or higher up with a panoramic view of the sea. Although it accommodates many guests there was always enough sun lounges by the beach and pool for everybody. Breakfast is served at the top of the resort and there's a funicular to take you or even better a call to reception will have a cart collect and transport you there. We were impressed how quickly the cars always came. Breakfast is very good with lots of options which change every day. Also the breakfast room itself is modern and well designed with an incredible view of the sea. A bonus was that a few times whilst enjoying breakfast the magnificent Great Hornbill birds made an appearance on the large tree next to the restaurant. We only had dinner once in house and it was good but preferred to take a songthaew taxi (easily arranged by reception) into the nearby town and enjoy one of the numerous restaurants to be found there. We chose a deluxe beachfront room and it was modern and comfortable. A couple of negatives ... wi-fi very patchy with lots of drop outs and I was amazed when I asked for ice to be sent to the room and was told it would cost 90 Bht (did not proceed). I've never been asked to pay for ice ever. The Sylvan though is a great choice for a stay in Koh Chang and is highly recommended.
