EIn stylisches, lebendiges Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt, tolle Atmosphäre, coole Räume und gute Mischung aus Ruhe und Kontakt zu anderen Gästen. Sehr freundlihes Personal und sehr kulanter Kundenservice. Verkehrgünstige Lage direkt an Metro und Straßenbahn. Gutes Frühstück.

Great location with easy access to the tram and metro. Very easy to get to the city centre. Friendly and welcoming staff.

We were not particularly lucky with the room this time. It was on the lower floor with parking right outside our window along with the area for trash collection so we were constantly being woken up by the noise coming from outside at night or early in the morning. Apart from that it felt like the walls were pretty thin and you could hear/feel when someone was walking around, or opening/closing doors on our floor or the floors above. Yeah, if you're tall, the beds might be a too short for you. The last time we stayed here was a couple of years ago and I feel like we had a better experience back then.

Unterkunft ist sehr modern und zentral. Eine Metro befindet sich gleich neben dem Hotel. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit Tolle Ausstattung und es gab ein tolles Programm das abgebogen wurde

Leider war unser Zimmer ziemlich dreckig… Im Bad haben die Fugen geschimmelt. Es lag überall viel Staub, der Föhn hat geklebt und es der Staub hat sich daran dann verfangen, die Bettdecke war dreckig, die Fensterbank war auch von einer großen Staubschicht überzogen

No housekeeping during my stay and the staff were dismissive when I asked why. Paid over 800 euros for 2 nights with no housekeeping in a very average location.

Localização fora da cidade mas com Metro à porta e estação central e outros destinos a 20min. Ambiente do hotel muito jovem e agradável desde o átrio e receção até ao quarto que era espaçoso e confortável . Cama e almofadas confortáveis , reposição de aguas cafés e chás todos os dias e um chocolate de boas vindas . Limpeza irrepreensível. Check in e check out automáticos e muito práticos e funcionários jovens muito simpáticos e disponíveis.

I came to Ams for a convention at RAI. Stayed at Social Hub. What a gem of a place!! Tucked away in West Ams it’s easily connected to RAI as well as Centraal. Under 30 mins by metro/tram. Even sooner if you plan. Rooms are well sized. Many students around so there’s a lively atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent! Rivals many hotels. Evening meals and drinks in a sweet restaurant are great. You can even enjoy a coffee outside. Will definitely come again.

Wish the rooms had heating. In Sep rooms gets cold.

Hotel ist insgesamt entspannt, sehr jung, mit der Metro und Straßenbahn fast direkt vor der Tür gut angebunden. Frühstück war überraschend gut, nett und vielfältig. Personal war sehr super nett.

Die Lage hat mich nicht so überzeugt. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fand ich nicht passend.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Es gab am Hotel keine Parkplätze und es ist an der Rezeption eine falsche Auskunft gegeben worden, sodass im Nachgang 2 teure Strafzettel zugestellt worden sind, weil die Rezeption zur Auskunft gab, dass man dort, wo das Auto abgestellt worden war, kostenfrei parken darf. Für diese hohen Kosten hätte man fast mit dem Flugzeug reisen können. Inkompetente Auskunft war für uns teuer. Absolute Katastrophe!

Die Ortsnähe zur Metro

Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsbedürftig. - Bettzeug hatte Flecken - benutzte Tassen Gläser und Tassen wurden nicht entfernt bzw. gewechselt - im Bad wurde die Ablage in 4 Tagen garnicht gereinigt. Platzangebot und die Sicht war auf Grund einer riesigen Säule am Fenster sehr eingeschränkt.

Dobra lokalizacja tuż przy metrze i tramwaju - z lotniska dotrzesz z jedną przesiadką pociąg-metro w max 30min, czysto, obsługa bardzo pomocna, bar na dole i inne udogodnienia. Na wypad do Amsterdamu super. W łazience komplet kosmetyków do mycia więc niewymagający mogą spakować jedynie pastę do zębów. Pokój klimatyzowany z duuuużym oknem na Amsterdam.

W pokoju tylko mała łyżeczka, innych sztućców brak. Nie pytaliśmy jednak o możliwość ich dostarczenia. W pokoju, który wynajmowaliśmy nie było lodówki co byłoby fajnym udogodnieniem.

Easy access from airport via train and metro. Auto check -in procedure was very easy and fast. We do appreciate the fact that our room was ready earlier and provided to us one hour before check - in time. The room was spacious and very bright.

There was dust covering all the furniture of the room (tables, deks etc). The day before check out, cleaning service did not take place in our room. Thus no towel change provided, no tidying of the room provided (rubbish bins not cleaned). After informing hotel reception via booking chat platform chat, no repsonse provided by hotel staff!!

Velmi milý a laskavý personál, na vše rádi s úsměvem odpověděli. Také úklidová služba perfektně funguje, kdykoliv jsme došli měli jsme perfektně uklizený pokoj. Hlavně je blízko metro a tramvaj, kterými se dostanete do centra, snídani jsme nezkoušeli

Le petit déjeuner est complet super bon, la bar de l'hôtel ainsi que la terrasse sont très agréable. La literie est top.

Le robinet de la cuisine n'était pas bien fixé, il manquait un bouton au niveau du mitigeur et il y avait des trous dans le carrelage.

nada! tudo estava excelente! o hotel estava em reforma no hall principal, mas nada que tivesse atrapalhado a experiencia ou causasse tumulto.

Dass wir anstatt zwei Betten ein Doppelbett (mit einer Decke) für meine Tochter und für mich hatten.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: a pochi passi da metro e tram, permette di raggiungere qualsiasi zona di Amsterdam in modo rapido e comodissimo. La struttura è moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio. La reception è accogliente e gli spazi comuni sono fantastici, con bar, calcio balilla, ping pong, biliardo e aree dedicate al lavoro, perfette sia per il relax che per chi ha bisogno di lavorare. La camera era impeccabile, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, con acqua di cortesia e macchina del caffè con cialde. Il bagno meritava una menzione speciale: la doccia è semplicemente spettacolare! La pulizia è eccellente, con cambio della biancheria effettuato ogni giorno. Un altro grande valore aggiunto è la palestra, ben attrezzata e con la possibilità di partecipare a corsi, oltre alla lavanderia gratuita, un servizio davvero comodo soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi. In definitiva, una struttura che offre servizi di alto livello, in una posizione strategica e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se dovessimo tornare ad Amsterdam, la sceglieremmo senza alcun dubbio.

L'atmosfera informale e giovanile, a momenti mi sembrava di essere tornato all'università. La colazione con un buon assortimento. La posizione comoda per la metro e il treno per l'aeroporto. La struttura moderna ed essenziale (a parte i ripidissimi e poco profondi gradini prima dell'ingresso...).

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato confortevole. Registro solo qualche lacuna. Per essere un 4 stelle, forse la camera avrebbe bisogno di qualche comodità in più. Ad esempio non c'era un frigobar o comunque un frigo in camera. Inoltre, ma potrebbe essere un problema solo della mia camera, il ripiano con la macchinetta del caffé e tutta la dotazione per farsi la colazione non erano posizionato vicino a una presa elettrica. Il cavo elettrico della macchinetta non arrivava a una presa e quindi per usarla dovevo proprio spostarla sulla scrivania, vicino alle prese.

I came to check-in at 2:30pm but my room was not ready. The desk said ot was still being cleaned. I got the key at about 7pm. But when I decided to get into bed the sheets were dirty and there was a stain on the sheets. I went down to the front desk at 2am to change rooms. They said I had to get all my stuff and come back to change rooms. When I changed rooms the new room's air conditioner was so was the window. I couldn't keep the windows open because there was no screen and I didn't want mosquitoes to come in. I went back down to the desk at 6am because I could not sleep because my room was too hot. They said they couldn't change my room and said I had to come back. At 10am someone came to ask my name and apologize for my inconvenience but they didn't say what was going to happen with my room. At 12:30 when I went downstairs when my things that was when I was informed that my room was going to be changed back to the previous room. My room was not refreshed after that, which was disappointing. Also, upon coming arriving I noticed tgat the outside sitting areas was quite dirty and had not been picked up from the restaurant patrons.

Good location near metro

At €200+ per night, I expect the basics to work such as the TV - I don’t care how busy things are, this puts me off a brand I have loved in Eindhoven. Not rushing back

It’s very well connected to the center of Amsterdam, about a 20-30min ride to anywhere you would want to go. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The hygiene is very good and the cleaning ladies come every day. Overall experience is amazing, will definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 nights, and overall we had a great experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, there was a good variety of fresh, quality food. The location is very convenient. There are both tram and metro stations nearby, making it easy to reach the city center as well as travel to and from the airport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and serviced every day. It was also surprisingly quiet. Our window overlooked the basketball court, so we occasionally heard some noise during the day, but it was never disruptive. The amenities were good. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel gym, and the coworking space/library was comfortable, quiet, and a great place to get some work done. What stood out the most was how genuinely kind and attentive everyone at the hotel was. Their hospitality made a big difference, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Je n’ai pas apprécié la salle de bain. Le lavabo était minuscule, le pommeau de douche fuyait, la douche était directement au sol et la chasse d’eau était cassée.

Pospremanje sobe je bilo organizirano tek nakon 13 sati, kada bi se mi već vratili u sobu kako bi izbjegli avaturu šetnje po Amsterdamu na 36 stupnjeva.

Posizione non centrale ma con fermata della metropolitana a 10m, mezz'ora per arrivare in centro e anche all'aeroporto. Vicino c'è un minimarket e qualche ristorante.

-Super Anbindung an die Stadt, Restaurants und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke -Sauberkeit im Zimmer und auf Etage ganz gut, in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen eher dürftig -vielfältige Essensmöglichkeiten mit Rücksichtnahme auf Unverträglichkeiten -Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich -das Café und der gesamte Außenbereich sind toll gestaltet -Die Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert und uns den Urlaub gerettet

-riesige Baustelle im Lobbybereich (im Vorhinein nicht angekündigt) -Bett ziemlich hart, leider keine Option, einen Topper oder ähnliches zu bekommen -nur auf einer Seite des Bettes eine Steckdose und Licht -man wohnt mehr oder weniger in einer Erweiterung des Studentenwohnheims nebenan, wenn man damit nicht rechnet, ist es irritierend- uns hat das nicht so sehr angesprochen, da der Preis hierzu nicht wirklich gepasst hat (für unser Empfinden zu teuer und nach der booking-Beschreibung war unsere Erwartungshaltung einfach ganz anders; vorher mal die Webseite abchecken, um zu schauen, ob der Vibe zu einem passt)

Super nette Leute. Man konnte sich kn der Lobby mit anderen treffen und z.B. Billard spielen oder sich einfach vernetzen.

Es gibt am Hotel und dem Personal nichts auszusetzen. Nur die freiwilligen angebotenen FairTrade Lebensmittel sind seeeeeehr teuer.
