The bed was so comfortable and restaurants easy to walk to. The hot breakfast was good and very much appreciated. It was quiet for sleeping.

The bathtub faucet leaked and the bathtub didn't drain very well at all. It took a long time and I brought it to the hotel's attention.

Breakfast was exceptional the bed was very good but I was not fussy on the pillows.

We were disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned every day and that there were not enough face cloths or coffee supplies.

The skirt other bed was torn there was aburn whole in the carpet and a large scratch on the kitchen cupboard. These were there when we arrived.so I hope we don't get charged for any of those things because they were there when we arrived,aside from that it was an excellent stay i would recommend your hotel to my friends

We had a short stay at this hotel, VERY clean, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, pool area was clean, beds/blankets very cozy, and loved that they had beautiful plush bathrobes in the rooms.

We really liked are kitchenette room was wicked spacey. The hotel was super clean. Waterslide pool and hot tub were all great .

Check in was an absolute nightmare. I booked online with husbands card. Then was prompted to do express check in advance of arriving to the hotel. I did so, provided same card and info. Then arrived to hotel with three exhausted children and had to wait 15 min in line to get our room key. “Express check in ?” I think not. Finally it was our turn and I was told I needed to provide credit card info AGAIN for the THIRD time and that I needed to get my husband to fill out an authorization form before they would hand me my room key. Luckily I contacted my husband and he was able to fill out immediately. What if he was at work? I understand needing the form filled out but this should have been prompted days ago, not after I’ve provided card info 3 times and now have 3 exteremely tired kids in tow after doing express check in. The clerk then made us wait 15 more minutes while she helped everyone else despite my husband submitting the form within one minute. Finally she checked us in after I expressed my frustration. So around 30-40 min to check in despite using their “express check in”. So frustrating after a day in the car with young kids. Side note I left a review directly with the hotel first rather than come on here for all to see their incompetence, and the manager emailed me back and basically said “too bad”. So never going here again and defintely will be telling others to avoid this place too!

Convenient to the venue.

The hotel is showing its age, a bit worn down and noisy with hockey team kids running around at 11:30pm when we have an early start and I hardly slept.

Nothing special about hotel but the staff was phenomenal.

I booked the room for a family in need. I tried calling the hotel directly multiple times with no answer. I had to book through Booking.com which caused me to spend more than necessary for a small hotel. I also did not get to use my status card to save the taxes as this hotel is on Treaty Territory.

The man that finally answered the phone. He was rude, condescending and had zero customer service skills.

In an area where is was accessible to everything

Loved how clean everything was. The pool and waterslide were great! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, and location by the casino was an awesome bonus.

Elevator could be more clean

The breakfast was intentionly good, but left to long and very dry. Staff was extremelyly nice. Room was great, but needed a coffee table (but they are in the process of renovating, so understandable).

Don't make such big batches of breakfast items, so they will be fresher for guests eating later.

Front desk staff always seemed confused and another staff member kept going out of her way to yell at my kids in the pool, when we were the only people in the pool and they werent breaking any of the posted rules. Elevator was also broken the whole week which was very inconvenient.

One of the best Hotel stays I've had in a very long time. Check-in was fast, friendly and very professional. Lobby was very clean and well lit. Directions to room and use of Wi-fi were very easy to understand. Explanation of breakfast time and location of hotel amenities were also explained in great detail. Even greeted by other Front desk agent that was assisting another traveler. Every area of the hotel was very clean from hallways to the elevator. The room I was assigned to was clean, well laid out, and the bed was even better than the expensive one I have at home. The room had a leather sofa that was comfortable and could also fold out into a bed if needed. There were multiple options for lighting spaced all around the room, and a large work station. One feature I appreciated was the access to multiple outlets for my laptop, cell charger, etc. My new hotel of choice for all of my over nights in Yorkton. Will be bringing my swimming trunks next time as I heard their 2 storey waterslide is the fastest around!

Our weekend stay was terrific! The staff was welcoming, helpful & very accommodating to our requests. The rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too! The hotel is easy to navigate to & the distance to amenities outside the hotel are relatively close! Great stay!

City center, kind staff, room was ready in time. Beds are ok.

The bathroom was not very clean,, also air evacuation seems not to being working - bad odor and moisture are trapped inside. The breakfast quality is below any expectations. The parking lot is too dark and partially even lacks lights.

There was issues with the keycards stopping working and the doors were kind of sticky.

Check-in was very easy and the room was spacious, neat and clean. All that you expect when travelling long ditstances and just want a clean and quiet place to rest overnight. Also liked that they had plugs available if you wanted to plug in your vehicle.

Breakfast could have been better organized, with more options. Also, they should keep 2 small water bottles in the rooms in case required.

Things were closed for renovation. But price to stay was still high. Very crowded at breakfast. No elevator to third floor.

Very disappointing while booking it shows pool and hot tub available. However you have to open full list of facilities to find out pool and hot tub are not available/renovation. Very misleading specially in that price range where there are other hotels in town with lover or comparable price and pool/hot tub available.

Condition of floor , walls were not very good

elevator was broken, pool and hot tub is always closed for maintenance. hot water is hit and miss, room has had water damage on ceiling, grout on tub is all patchy and unsightly. hotel is falling apart needs quite an update.

Room met our needs. We knew the elevator was not working and pool was down before we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room in need of update and repair. Seems every scuff mark from a bag was like a signature on the wall never to be removed. Carpet had large stains in main walking areas. Maybe we will consider after the renovations but do not reccomend staying during the process.

Hotel was going through renovations Elevator wasput of order so had to take stairs to second with my arthritic knees and i am an elder. We couldnt take a shower because there was no shower curtain. The tv was messed up we couldn't get the tv going. We finally got a signal and statted with ongoing struggle.

Overall very dirty and not up kept

The elevator was not working and pool and hot tub were under maintenace so not available. The desk receptionist very nicely switched us to a main floor room so that we would not have to climb the stairs with our luggage.

Only issues were the current renovations which took out elevator and pool/hot tub. Property had informed us about this in advance so communication was very good and there were no surprises. Outside of that, loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Shower head in my room was broken but it wasnt a big deal

The room was clean, breakfast was really good, staff was great, they accommodated us to a ground floor room because the elevator wasn’t working. I’d stay there again.

Probably needs huge renovation...paint in room we were in, carpet in room we were in was filthy - it was dirty carpet as were hallways on 2nd floor. Not impressed as ratings shown by Expedia Canada were untrue.

Badly in need of an update and makeover. Really poor maintenance of facility. Carpets were dirty and stained. Walls were cracked and broken, shower didn’t work. Very noisy. Elevator not working. Staff was great but facility poor!

Elevators are out of order! No offer to get your luggage to the 3rd floor. Notice stated the pool will be closed towards the end of the month indefinitely as it requires work. Noise coming from the hallway and music all through the night. Sounded like running above us however we were the top floor?Overall I would never stay there again.
