Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Lå rigtig godt ift. offentlig transport (både metro og bus), samt forskellige seværdigheder. Man kunne gå til Seoul station. Stort og rent værelse med de nødvendige forplejninger.
Vi kunne ikke høre naboerne, men der var tilgengæld meget støj fra trafikken på gaderne rundt om. Sengen var hård.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Mit den öffentlichen war alles sehr gut zu erreichen, waren recht im Zentrum von Seoul. Es gab einige convenience Stors in der Nähe. Im Zimmer hat uns das Bad gut gefallen, es gab eine kleine Badewanne. Das Zimmer ansich war auch in Ordnung. Die Aussicht war Nachts sehr schön.
Leider gab es keinen Pool, worauf wir uns tatsächlich schon gefreut hatten. Aber der Pool ist wohl in einem der anderen Hotels von Fraser..Dies war über die Seite leider nicht ersichtlich.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Great location close to Myeongdong. Lovely staff on reception at all times. Good, soft bedding. I would have preferred a slightly softer bed, but the pillows were great. Very accommodating with luggage storage, which was greatly appreciated.
I was surprised that the windows had no noise insulation (double glazing) and you could hear the traffic even on the 7th floor. My parents had room 707 and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. They must be aware, because there was an air purifier in the room, but clearly it hadn't solved the issue yet. My room smelled wonderful, so it's a localised issue, but I would recommend you ask for a different room upon arrival.

床をリフォームされたのだと思いますが、上から床材を貼っただけのようで、ところどころ浮いていて、歩くとバキバキ音がするのちょっと嫌でした。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Nos alojamos por segunda vez, ya que la ubicación es muy buena, está limpio y las habitaciones nos resultan muy cómodas. El personal atendió mis solicitudes amablemente. Nos resultó muy útil la lavadora /secadora.
El colchón nos resultó muy duro y la insonorización respecto al tráfico, a pesar de ser una planta alta, no era completa. Los sábados por la mañana puedes tener problemas para pedir un taxi por la zona.

The experience with the reception was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We were given suites on the third floor, close to the elevator, and the receptionist was very unhelpful and unfriendly — she did not even smile. The location was also disappointing. You need to walk at least 15 minutes to reach the nearest lively area. I had read that the hotel had an excellent location, but in reality, I did not find that to be the case at all. The housekeeping was very superficial and did not meet expectations. Even the bathroom towels were old, worn out, and torn. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again. Unfortunately, this experience was so disappointing that it negatively affected my entire visit to Seoul.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in their 1-bedroom deluxe suite. This location is in an awesome location - walkable to many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping areas, very close to a number of metro stations. The staff were very professional and helpful; especially the shuttle van driver who drove us to the Seoul train station. I also liked that there's a small driveway/drop off area in front of the hotel. We stayed at another hotel nearby without this and it was a pain waiting for and getting out of our Uber/taxi rides. The room was clean and spacious but it was a little dated as noted in other reviewer's comments. There was a well equipped kitchen. Best of all, there was a washing machine with detergent provided, and a drying rack. We will definitely stay again in future.
