Центр города, большой отель, качество на высоте, завтраки отличные и большой выбор еды.

К сожалению из-за аквапарка достаточно шумно. Жить постоянно 7-8 дней - шум надоедает. Для жителей сам аквапарк достаточно дорого, не на каждый день. За 7 дней посетили 1-2 раза.

Z vyšších pater je super výhled, v pokojích je klid. Snídaně jsou velmi bohaté a jídlo výborné.

V hotelu jsme měli objednaný pokoj pro 3 dospělé osoby a ubytovali nás v pokoji, kde byla jedna manželská postel a žádná přistýlka nebo další postel. Trvalo nám asi hodinu, než jsme si vykomunikovali změnu pokoje a přesunuli nás z nejvyššího patra do přízemí. Zařízení pokojů je staré a docela smradlavé.

Stanza enorme, pulitissima con divano e scrivania. Balcone con divano. Frigorifero. Bagno enorme con doccia e vasca. Colazione stratosferica, con qualsiasi cosa da mangiare. Piccolo market abbastanza vicino.

Migliorerei la comunicazione in fase di check-in. Non avevamo capito che alcune piscine erano incluse. Sarebbe stato carino sapere che i ristoranti del centro commerciale chiudono alle 21.

Struttura molto bella, camere non molto grandi ma dotate di ogni comfort. Comodo il balcone che si affaccia sul parco acquatico.

Io consiglierei di includere l’acqua parco per gli ospiti dell’hotel. Mi era stato detto via messaggio, che era compreso nel prezzo dell’hotel. In realtà c’è un prezzo di ingresso da pagare, anche se prezzo particolare per ospiti dell’hotel.

The staff were very nice and if you like shopping or a massive crowded noisy water park with a view looking onto it, this could be the place for you.

The room we ordered for us and our 2 teenagers was suitable for 2 people not 4. The double beds were barely bigger than 2 singles. We asked for a high floor with a city view. We got an 'uograde' to a third floor with a water park view. The hotel was probably lovely about 20 years ago but now seems updated. We asked for a room to accommodate our needs but we were denied so had to take another didi to a more central location which worked out better for us - cheaper and more conveniently located. The staff were very nice though and we're very apologetic giving us 2 free pandas and a picture to compensate. Lesson learned...check that a king size bed is European sized not asian sized before booking.

Right at Global Centre , near SPK , shopping mall. Nice breakfast. Water Park onside . Many restaurants with good food . Long lapse swimming pool for guests , complimentary.

As it is i door , quite warm and humidity. Quite loud music as water park is right in front of our room . Staff as not English spoken very well but they are helpful.

Room was large, comfortable and clean. It was a unique experience being inside the mall and quite fun. Free shuttles made the huge hotel feel a bit more accessible.

Breakfast wasn't truly international standard. I could see other western visitors getting annoyed about the choices. A wider selection of fruits would be good. The balcony isn't really usable in the day because of the loud sound from the waterpark.

Spacious room, the bed was good. We all slept really well. All the staff were extremely friendly. Very very good breakfast with lots of choices. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

When I booked I didn’t realize the hotel was built completely around an indoor waterpark. I don’t know what exactly but I expected something completely different from the Global Centre/largest building of the world 🙃. The mall that was in the global centre was convenient but not very interesting. Accross the road, you find the SKP mall. Beautiful and a wonderful rooftop park. For the rest, the location for us was a bit boring so we went mostly to the city centre or other places.

It provides customers the most value stay. The room is spacious and cozy. Even though there is a water park right next to my room. You can still barely hear any noise coming from that. The most exciting part is the service! The front desk is so friendly and makes you feel like you are at home.

The receptionists and hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was OK, but not to compare with a 5 star asian cuisine and even the local food not so tasty – coffee / tea and soup station, juice, milk, fried egg, omelette, bigger choice of sweets like cake, waffle, muffins, bread and fruits where provided; location is perfect as it is inside of the Chengdu Global Center Mall and 5 minutes walk to the restaurants & bars & shops. The hotel is very near to the metro station. The room, toilet, shower area were very spacy and clean. Rain shower, bad ropes, shampoo, soap, conditioner and hand soap and a bath tube were provided. The bed was comfortable and spacy. The provided linen was clean and fiber and dust free. The room was very spacy and equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee with the french press system.

On weekends the water park is very noisy and busy that you even cannot sit on your balcony, if you have a room facing the water park.

We had an unbelievable stay at this hotel. I felled like a queen.

The facility is exceptional. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Many food options, Chinese and western styled selections readily available. Value for the money is unbelievable. Basically, for the same price paid, one gets five-star facility and service at this place, but can only get two-star motels in the USA.

The location is a bit far from the city center and major attractions. Though Subway is right at the premises, it's quite convenient to reach places.

Cindy & Noemi communicated with us clearly in English to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was excellent. The property was spacious, clean, well organized, and well staffed.

The carpets in the room could have been cleaner. The wifi was not good.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The food was next level and the hotel room was absolutely stunning. I booked last minute for a relaxing stay and it was above and beyond what u thought. Would highly recommend even if you are travelling on your own.

When I checked in for the 1st day, the room was not clean and tidy up properly. However, when I feedback to the front desk, the duty manger has done the damage control swifty and professionally. High praise for the manager Mr Yves Su. The lounge staffs provided good service. Especially the manager Cherry and her staff Max Shi. The only downside is it's time for renovations for the hotel as it's over 10 years old as can be seen from the aging of the furniture and the door. It's high time to replace the pillows as it stinks of sweat and mould.

The Intercontinental Hotel is unusual to the other ones I have stayed in. The suite we stayed in was very big and very well done in a typical Interncontinental luxurious style. Decor is nice but falls short of functionaliy.

Great hotel for local tourists. Food, language, services and staff are not geared towards anyone who is not Chinese. Maybe not a good recommendation for international tourists. Its located in the "Global Center" when it should be called local center. Not value for the money we paid.

I liked the fact that you could look at the whole indoor pool part from your balcony, unfortunately the park was being renovated while we were there so it was cold and not so nice to look at. The room was great and so was the staff. The breakfast was really nice and with a lot of options.

The location was a bit too far from Chengdu center but we made that choice to stay in the big mall so not really something to blame the hotel for. It's just a taxi trip to the center so no big deal.

Beautiful hotel with chandeliers in the huge rooms. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Unfortunately there was no option for cooling, just heating and fan, so the room can be quite hot at night. Plenty of water is supplied. Minibar is free. The waterpark was under renovation at this time, however the heated pool was still open. We did not use it as even though it was indoors, the air was pretty cold. Breakfast had plenty of options and was located near the pool. Best to wear a warm jacket. MRT is conveniently located underground with the shopping centre. Overall a beautiful hotel.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Then we had to head to Jiuzhaigou for 4 days before coming back to stay for 1 night. The service staff, particularly Annie Huang, was amazing! She not only helped us arrange for the concierge to keep our luggage so we don't have to lug all our luggages to Jiuzhaigou, but also ensured it was already waiting in our new room on our return!

The center was very impressive with lots of activities.

The noise from the wave pool was a bit constant. But it did end at a good hour for sleep.

It’s a family friendly resort style hotel, check-in & check-out service was very efficient. Breakfast selection was great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The carpet had some stains, the property could use some renovaton. All food and drinks are overpriced; The gym is an outdoor gym with no air conditioning & old equipment; The water park downstairs is way too noisy (10am-10pm).

As local citizen,I should say it is the best hotel in China for staycation.My son loves it so much. It accompany my son for so many important days such as birthday, anniversary etc. Huge hotel with so many entertainment, with nice staff, warmhearted manager.

Loved my stay! I will definitely be back. My only wish was that more staff spoke English. But they were friendly & courteous. Breakfast was great, a mixture of western and Chinese Options. No complaints.@karen

IC Golbal Center definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business trip to Chengdu again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

Friendly staff. The manager Wang xiaoyan is super nice and helpful. My kids and me enjoyed our time stay in the hotel. Definitely visit again!

The environmental hygiene is very good, I can say I am very satisfied. Mainly due to the sound insulation of the room, I sleep very lightly, but I sleep very comfortably. Next time I come to xx to play, I will stay at this house haha. The location is easy to find, with many popular attractions and restaurants around. There's a small problem, it's really fast to handle! I must boast about my high efficiency and I am very satisfied!!!! Affordable price, enthusiastic and clean service.

It was a true pleasure that I spent over 5 days there. Everything is neat and tidy; customer service is excellent; the food...honestly, I gained 2kgs lol Overall, it is the place that I would definitely recommend to my friends when they go to Chengdu : )
