Room was smelly, dirty, mould in places, paint peeling off the wall, bath was dirty, ironing board with no cover or iron, lift didn't work properly l, which seeing as one of the party is classed a disabled was a big issue, and there was a constant smell of marajuana in the hotel. Toeel rail was also loose. It was dingy and very outdated, looked like no one cared about the people staying there

Wasn’t too far from where I was working my night shifts, but staff were always on whenever I was checking in and out and engaged well when needed them.

The room itself is not clean apart from bedding being done, this wasn’t my first time staying as I have stayed there before, room has a lot of dust, fan was full of it, top of the counters etc, bathroom wasn’t the greatest, water didn’t work as well as it should have had to leave it on for a bit for the water to come through, floor had dust and dirt and no slippers available had to wear indoor shoes just to get around the room and bathroom.

Close to the venue where we were visiting friends.

The shower was very poor, hardly any power to it. The water went off completely as my husband was showering. The hot tap on the sink was broken and the hot water went off on the sink too. The bed was very springy and the whole thing moved as you turned over.

I had a light that wouldn't turn on it just kept flashing i had a tap that your turn on and there was no water coming out off it. There was no plug sockets next to the bed it was more near the dressing table i had some come in my room so they can change my shower head when they should of done all that before i went in the room so then i didnt have someone coming in and out while i was getting ready for my day on my last day aswell.

I had an excellent stay. Everything was great and I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

The location and parking was good, the bedding was clean and the shower was powerful.

To be honest, this looks like an hostel not a hotel, it was full of people waiting to find housing, lots of people looked desperate, in need of help and support, lots of people smoking weed, the room smells of heavy damp

I was happy with my stay. The only thing my TV was not switching to BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Channels were from 11, I asked them but they couldn't fix the TV. No bottle of waters in the room on arrival will suggest that.

A lovely bath & comfortable bed. Both bedroom & bathroom were spotlessly clean & tidy.

Location was good as the nearest tram stop was only 15 minutes away. Staff were pleasant and easy to talk to. Rooms were sound proof. Didn’t hear much noise.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Blinds didn’t cover all the window so the room was lit up due to the street lamps shining through.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Bedden waren ok, goed geslapen, maar soms wel ferm piepen en kraken bij het draaien. Er is keuze uit verschillende ontbijtformules! Was goed.

iets meer stopcontacten in de slaapkamer ware beter geweest en in sommige kamers staan de wc potten wel heel dicht tegen de muur.

I liked the ease of checking in and out and how peaceful it was.

The lock in the bathroom got stuck and it took me a while to open it. reported it to the receptionist and they sent maintenance.

The hotel was conveniently located for the event I was attending.

Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay a £50 damage deposit in cash, which hadn’t been mentioned anywhere before our stay. Fortunately, one person in our group had a bank card, so we were able to withdraw cash, but we had to spend time searching for an ATM before we could check in. When we got to the room, we found that the slats on the single bed were the wrong size. They kept slipping out of place and moving inward, leaving a noticeable dip in the mattress and making the bed uncomfortable to sleep on.

the shower was not working, barely any water coming through, the toilet floor was way to slippery, the tap in the sink was not working well, there was no hot water coming from the shower, and the water was very slow. there was not Netflix on the tv, only channels.

Entered the lift upon arrival and it absolutely stank of urine with a wet floor. One of the mattresses on the bed was absolutely knackered. Springs all over it sticking out.

Convenient location for my work and only a short walk to the town centre. They supplied a fan in the room which was a great help in the exceptionally hot weather. Staff were helpful and breakfast was great, excellent value and perfect poached eggs!

The hand basin was too big so there was no room for your shoulders when you sat on the loo. The water only dribbled from the taps and the hot and cold taps were the wrong way round, so I filled my drinking water from the hot! Air conditioning would have been ideal, but the UK doesn't usually have such hot weather.

Breakfast was a bit if a fiasco. Cereals etc were brought out first, but then I had to ask for bowls to put it in, milk and spoons to eat it with, Then when the main breakfast came we also had to ask for cutlery for that. There were no condiments on the table and to be honest I could not really be bothered to ask for anything else.
