La bona ubicació
Que el lavabo, dutxa i la pica per rentar-se, estiguin separats
Good location for my purpose of visit. Affordable. Nice restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable.
No kettle or tea or coffee in the room. TV had only a few working channels.
Great price, its decent for the price, staff are polite, its clean
Pillows were a bit hard
Der Ausblick war fantastisch (ich war im 9. Stock). Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und daher einfach zu finden.
Shower cubicle smelled awful. Disappointing not tea/coffee making
I Stay here a lot, it's always quiet and clean and I always get a good sleep .
Returning customer. 10 minutes away from the bus station.
Nothing to dislike. As with all hotels in Leeds, or any city, prices are high on a Saturday and can be close to half that amount on a Tuesday night.
Cheap and cheerful
No car park, hard to find and noisy all the time
Easy access to the places we wanted to go.
Having to go downstairs to get a coffee, especially in the morning. Rooms could do with some drawers to put clothes in.
Nothing.
There was no parking whatsoever near this hotel it's impossible to get to and unless you are walking or have arrived to Leeds via bus or train there is no point booking this place as you'll major struggle finding any parking spot.
Staff were very helpful and polite
It was expensive… room was small and very basic
clean room
Tv didn’t work
Breakfast was ok but could be better for the price
Foyer not very cosy
Good
Nothing
I had a good night's sleep on the 7th floor, really quiet. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast and the location was good.
Breakfast was overpriced. The lift (one wasn't working) was slow.
We onky saved four nights.
Staff helpful. Relaxed atmosphere
Shower was broken in room. No tea and coffee making facilities in room.
room clean and tidy, bed very comfortable a very good shower
room having a wee bit more space for shirts and toiletries
Close to Leedfs Armoury, The Cells and to Bus station
TV in room not working. One of the two lifts was out of service throughout my stay and the other was briefly out of order such that I had to walk down from floor 9
Staff Location
Room too small, we smil swage bad odors and saw spider and toilet so small
Ubicació excel•lent al costat de l'estació d'autobusos i pròxim al centre de la ciutat. Bona relació preu-qualitat
I expected the room to be more modern for the nightly rate I think it should be lower as other Ibis hotels that are more up to date and more modern are much cheaper per night even on busy days. I just was looking for more and think that the rates that i got could have been more reasonable. The stay overall was good. The room was clean and fresh every day.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable
Access was difficult - steps to access
Convenient location. Room clean, surprisingly quiet considering proximity to big roads. Air conditioning. Friendly staff.
No kettle in room.
Lavabos antiguos, se nota el paso del tiempo. La cadena del wc no funcionaba muy bien, el wc estaba algo tapado, no engullia.
Location to town
Not value for money Very small room with no separate room for a shower. It was a cubical in the room. Very small separate toilet No hanging area No hair dryer or iron No glasses or refreshment area For an extra £10 I should have stayed in the Hyatt.
Great location and excellent value for money
Bathroom had a damp smell
Great location. Clean and great value.
On our last morning we came down for breakfast at 9.45. Breakfast closed at 10. But at 9.45 all the hot food had already been cleared away. As we checked out the man never said a word to me. No, thank you , have a safe journey. Nothing. Just took the key cards from me.
Nice and quiet.
Might as well have slept on the bricks, though I suppose I shouldn't have expected much more for the price I paid. Shower was horrendous, turning up the heat only made it colder. No, I did not turn it the wrong way.
I honestly couldn’t fault it in anyway! The front desk staff are always so helpful. The facilities were always in good working order, and when the room was made up for me it’s always looked amazing. The view I had of the city was also so nice. Bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep score in months while it’s Hotel.
There was nothing not to like, it basically did the job that i wanted to do.
Easy access to work great cost, straight forward clean room, excellent staff
Nothing
The room was nice and I was on the 7th floor and that made me feel more secure. The bed was a little hard but that’s just my taste, pillows were really good and the towels soft. Full channels on the tv too is always a bonus.
The location near the central bus station and the park is not ideal after dark. Even on a Sunday night I would not recommend leaving the hotel, especially alone. People do loiter outside and smoke and the shouting through the night meant that I shut my window. Lots of sirens at night too. It is a city centre location and it is value for money but the streets don’t feel very safe. Not that this is the hotels fault and choice but it’s more advisory for anyone booking.
Centre, clean, affordable, the best
Everything perfect
Location
Rude staff.
Nothing
It was awful the room’s plumbing stunk, there was no way you could sleep in the room with the smell. The lift smelt of cannabis.
It could be said that you always know what you're going to get with ibis budget: no frills, affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation. They tell you that for short stays, they aren't going to do much in the way of room maintenance but then, the buggers, every day your bin is emptied, your bed is re-made and you are provided with fresh towels... It beggars belief. Having said that, terrific location, wonderful staff, fabulous city view and they even threw in a free solar eclipse.
I was only there three nights...
The staff were fantastic, and lots of things to do in the area
The toilet was so low and small I banged my head off the door handle the first night and concused myself. The mattress was so hard it felt like u was sleeping on the floor. The breakfast was poor, we didn't bother the second morning
Great location. Very clean good stay
No kettle
Good place to stay location good for train station.
Cheap / good location
Very very very very very very basic
Good value for money. Basic facilities but enough provided to make it a worthwhile stay
Key cards to access room are incredibly temperamental. Had to get my cards switched/reactivated multiple times. Apparently having them near your phone causes issues but mine were nowhere near my phone and they were still pretty useless. Bed was pretty hard too but was tolerable.
for a budget hotel it was really good beds coulf of been slightly better but for a budget hotel are really can not complain the hotel was really well located a 10 min max walk from the center staff changed my room for me 2 days before the booking to a double bed because i was coming with my partner what really made the trip even better
Locatie, prijs/ kwaliteit. Behulpzaam personeel
Stopcontacten op onhandige plek. Wastafel buiten de badkamer/ in de slaapkamer
The location and the view from afar. The breakfast could have been better if they had fresh fruit instead of the half-spoiled bananas. The realization came after I found out the difference in the 3 types of Ibis—budget, styles, and hotel. But for a budget it is okay; it would be very suitable for students.
No kettle, glass/cup in the room, no AC in summer, no double bed, even though that's what I had booked originally; instead, I was given two single beds. No parking on site, and directions to the nearest parking were horrendous
Room was exactly what was needed for a comfortable nights sleep.
Nothing
The hotel was central. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous.
I though that the hotel had a car park when I booked. My Sat Nav found the hotel but there was of course nowhere to park.
Had everything I needed (although you do need to be aware it is a budget stay!), friendly staff, comfortable mattress. Although I did sometimes hear other people walk across the hall, it was never particularly loud and I slept well. Also, it’s a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and you pass supermarkets, a major shopping centre etc. on your way there so it’s pretty centrally located.
I didn’t particularly like the part of the city the hotel was located in, often had to walk past drunk people to get in which is uncomfortable as a female solo traveller. I also think, while it did have everything I needed, it was relatively expensive for supposedly being a budget-friendly option.
I wonted a old sandwich a d they was out of date a d me not won't breakfast but sill will book again x
The staff were lovely
It was filthy, I didn’t feel safe
Location for were a needed to be
Paid £18 for to breakfast was t worth that for what they had out
Everyone was friendly and helpful.no problems at all.
The hotel is centrally located close to the facilities in the city centre
The rooms are brutally basic and one of them smelt of blocked drains
Nothing
The room was not at the standard of the occasion, very small and not clean
Easy to access to all amenities
Firstly value for money then location. The hotel was clean and welcoming and fit our requirements.
No tea/coffee option in the room. Bathroom facilities basic but sufficient for hotel rating.
Very clean and comfy
No kettle and tea bags or coffee
The accomodation was fine
Parking said it was included but it was not extra cost and walk away from the property Shower had a smell
Unicació
Voliem esmorzar anglès
The hotel had everything we needed, a choice of alcoholic drinks as we came home for the night, a snacky breakfast the next morning and the room was compact but comfy and clean.
It would have been nice for there to be more choice at breakfast.
Location staff and rooms have always been great up u til this stay.
The pillows 3 out of 4 were rock hard I asked for a replacement soft pillow dn there were none available because the hotel was full This resulted in my not sleeping all night. My sone slept soundly on the good pillow!
Convenient
Nothing
It was clean
There was no hairdryer
Open all night for us to check in
The shower drains smelled so bad we couldn’t go in the cubicle- an the cubicle was in the bedroom so thankfully we arrived at 3am from our delayed flights and were able to check out at midday and shower when we got home. And again the toilet smelled very strongly of urine. I wouldn’t have coped with staying longer.
Clean
Basic
Cheap and cheerful and friendly staff
Very clean, affordable room
Nothing . all was good
Good value. Close to the venue we were attending. Clean, plenty of space, quiet room.
No kettle.
Very good place
Nothing everything is good
Facilities in the stay were below average. There were no floor mats at all in the room. No sufficient duet in the room. Drain in the sink was blocked. Breakfast was not much worth the money. However; the staff were really nice and well cooperated and maintained high level professionalism.
Estaba lo suficientemente cerca del centro para ir andando.
A pesar de indicar que tiene aparcamiento no tiene. Te indican que vayas a uno que hay en la ciudad que queda a cinco minutos andando.
Items went missing from our room
Expected basic but no storage only 5 hangers for us to share a small counter in the corner of the room. a sink unit in the room with a small shelf below and 2 tiny low bedside shelves around A5 sized. Small window opened only about 2 inches Didnt like separate loo and shower cubicles with sink in the main bedroom area as toilet door handles constantly contaminated. No kettle facilities for hot drinks which were apparently chargeable in the ground floor area 'Bar facilities' advertised consisted of cans of lager and a machine selling soft drinks.
A staff member was particularly rude when I asked him to check my Uber he said it wasn't his concern I pointed out that I have never used them he said it was nothing to do with him but I pointed out that staff had told me to use the machine in reception the night before He said he wouldn't help as I was being rude and screwed up the help number and threw it in the bin. I was emotional but not rude and was late for a wedding. He gave me the number but just stared at me. 01.08.26 9.45 am The following morning staff were more than helpful
The location and the staff
The fact the beds weren’t clean, the cleaners just let themselves in without knocking when we had the do not disturb tag on the door and the card had to be reset around 9/10 times during the stay.
Very convenient location for the city centre. My room was basic but very clean. Quiet!! 👏👏
Bed was very hard. Difficult to get comfortable.
Nice and friendly
Nothing
I love this hotel I always stay here about once or twice a year then staff are so helpful and the room is perfect X clean tidy everything I need X it's perfect location from the coach station and the town centre to shop done and party X o will always book here
Just wish they had a kettle in the room
Friendly staff
The drainage from the toilet/shower smelled bad in the room
Location good , clean and value for money
Always say this shd be a hots drinks available in room
The hotel and reception staff were first class, but found for this hotel that the booking system was confusing. I have booked many times with BDC and have never had a problem . The confusion came when the price advertised wasn’t for the dates that I wanted . I was booking from home for my son who was at the hotel reception , fortunately the young man at the reception desk kindly helped . Once booked , the stay was really good.
Confusing prices and would have been better if it was made clearer wether breakfast was included.
For an Ibis Budget hotel, it exceeded our expectations.
The room that we got was perfect with the fun bunk bed over the double with 5th floor room with a great view
No on site parking needing to lug bags over to ncp but not end of world issue
It was clean and comfortable and staff were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent 👌 would have like sausage and bacon but I didn't ask. There was a smell in the shower was like gas but other than that it was lovely. Thanks for a comfortable bed for the night
See above
Close to centre only
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no drinking water, no telephone to contact the reception desk, even in case of an emergency, and no refrigerator. For the breakfast = 2/10
The room was very clean and comfortable if a little basic however we expected this for the price and we only stayed for one night. It was also quiet and we didn't hear any noise in the night despite England playing in the world cup during the early hours so we were pleasantly surprised. We also had a superb view over Leeds city centre as our room aws high up at the front of the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast the following morning it is continental but good quality and we enjoyed cereal, toast, croissant with jam, orange juice, yogurt and muffins as well as tea and coffee. Staff were very nice and friendly and replaced breakfast items promptly.
It's a bit of a walk from the nearest car park on the city docks especially if you have heavy bags but not too bad. It's about a 10-15 min walk into the retail part of the centre where there are pubs and restaurants and we got a bit lost returning to the hotel.
Room was clean
No parking. Very cheap. Budget hotel is right
Location.
Car parking.
Naught
Lifts not working, rooms tired, breakfast not worth the money and extremely slow restocking
Location was good for Leeds city centre and the hotel was clean nd tidy. Staff were helpful
No tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Lack of plug sockets next to beds
It was clean
The room was supposed to sleep three but one bed was unusable for an adult
I like the enviroment the facility and the staffs
No frigde in the room Television not generally friendly is not easy to operate Nothing to make tea in the room,no hot water kettle no tea bag anf the likes
It was close to everything and staff were helpful
The shower had a really bad smell and the walls and bed frame were dirty. We also booked a month in advance and requested two rooms near each other. One was on the fourth floor and one was on the seventh. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable.
Location amazing for Leeds Playhouse!
Got lost using the stairs and ended up in the locked underground car park! Not clearly signed and used an unpleasant stairwell.
Great hotel and location
Location
Bit of noise but nothing that would make me not stay again.
Location was perfect, staff friendly
Drain in shower had a terrible smell,
Good location, lovely staff, comfy beds :)
Very tight room for 3 people. Bulk I hit and injured my head. It not safe.
Small room
The service and front desk were helpful. Early check in. Comfy bed and food shower.
No complimentary tea/coffee or kettle in room.
Staff was really nice
Cold water in my room (no710) I had to go and take a shower in another room which we had booked. The toilets stank of urine in room 703
