Very comfortable bed and room. The breakfast was lovely and the gentleman serving breakfast couldn't do enough for us.

The shower had no pressure at all and was only dripping out which wasn't great.

Clean room and comfortable bed, very suitable for 1 person staying for 2 nights . Good to have drinking water supplied and replenished. Most staff welcoming and friendly. Excellent evening meal. Free parking within walking distance of town centre and Cogges Manor.

Mediocre breakfast, e.g. no fruit, limited butter. Shower cubicle and wardrobe space looked uninviting (I did not use). No need to replace towels after first night's stay.

As per the other reviews the place and rooms are tired. Decor could do with a refresh and bathroom definitely needs a new shower. The bed was comfy and breakfast average.

Did get a bit of an early check in. easy to excess when the restaurant was closed. Great location 5 min walk to town center. lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel is attached to a restaurant which is Nepalese. We didn't eat there as we didn't get back in time. As i have eaten at different Nepalese restaurant's in the past the food is amazing. Breakfast was nice just not enough. 1 of everything.

The rooms are a little dated and the bed was small and very firm. The Tv was the size of my computer screen and the toilet made a wired noise every time you flushed. Oh needs thicker curtains.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the location was good for what we needed and parking was available. The bed was comfortable and the cooked breakfast was fine.

The whole place needs a decent clean and much could do with a refurb. The condition of the room and bathroom were poor. Dangerous electrics (the bedside wall light is hanging off leaving exposed cables, the PAT test for the kettle was due in 2019). The bathroom smelled of drains a bit (macerator toilet made the washbasin plug 'gurgle' which didn't seem good!). Really noisy road outside, even with the secondary glazing it was still a disturbed night.

De ligging en het gratis parkeren was goed. Het gratis ontbijt was ook prima.

De kamer is erg klein en benauwd. Er liepen spinnen over het bed heen. Ik heb geen oog dicht gedaan.

The location is great

My room was very basic, tired and in desperate need of updating and decorating. The carpet was old and dirty, the bed and furniture was ready for the tip and the bathroom was much the same. Only one window opened on one of the hottest days of the year, thankfully they provided a fan. This room is definitely not shown on their website for good reason

Staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Room was cramped and sparse. It was ideally located for our needs.

The bathroom was tiny. Shower was not very good, pressure was weak. The room was noisy and above busy main road.

Breakfast was really nice. I had two guests for breakfast and they were allowed and were charged only a few pounds each. Room was lovely, Bed (4 post) was amazing! The pub is a very nice pub.

I wish that the room had a shower rather than a Bath/Shower. I find it quite dangerous getting in and out of a bath standing to shower.

The hotel is very tired looking and could do with an upgrade but it was well looked after. The bed mattress was not very comfortable as the springs were prominent. We used the hotel as an overnight stop over but its better than that. Comfy bed. Very nice breakfast. They arranged a return taxi for us to a local event and we were entirely satisfied with the outcome.

Just need to be very careful entering and leaving the car park as its onto a very blind roundabout. That said nothing else to complain about

I refused to use the shower because it had mould in it. I used it to wash my hair and the water leaked out of the bottom of the shower and onto the floor. Rust and mould in the radiator, mould in the glass water bottle. Terrible lighting which made no difference when switched on. Consistent smell of drains coming from the bathroom which had no ventilation or window. Luckily we had a busy schedule so all we did do in there was sleep. Pictures online are nothing like the room we were given.

Breakfast was excellent. We love Witney and the location of the hotel was brilliant for us.

We think a non slip bath mat would be a good addition as it can be a bit awkward getting out of the spa bath as it is so deep. Also a fan in the room for when the weather is really hot as the rooms seem to hold the heat a great deal.

Everything was really good, the room facilities were also very good. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast menu provided a good choice.

Quiet room which was once an animal barn (the feeding trough was a feature in the room) which was very quirky.

The car parking was barely sufficient to accommodate the number of cars to be parked. The shower cubicle is in the bedroom and the extractor was not working. Lighting is quite low (had to remove the shade from the table lamp to get sufficient light to work at). There was a spider in the toilet area. The breakfast offering was limited. The bed mattress was very firm. The room is in need of a refresh.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, zugige Fenster, dafür doch recht teuer. Aber das freundliche Personal hat alles wieder wett gemacht.
