Estaba muy céntrico, estaba todo super limpio y las camas son cómodas!

Aunque no me molesto mucho porque ya lo sabia esta encima de una discoteca entonces hay algo de ruido

Тесни стаи, няма с какво да ги почистиш, никой не влиза да ги почисти, леглата са на различна височина, а ние сме семейство. Няма достатъчно закачалки - за кърпата за лице, за връхните дрехи...на площада винаги е шумно цяла нощ от пиянски компании и чайки сутрин, които се борят за отпадъците там.

Pulizia molto scarsa, cattivo odore, struttura priva di ascensores. Si sentono rumori provenienti dalla strada fino alle 4 del mattino e risulta difficile riuscire a riposare.

Zimmer wurde gesamten Aufenhalt nicht gereigt, sehr klein keine Abstellmöglichkeiten und Platz für Koffer, Keine Aussicht nur zum unsauberen Hinterhof obwohl bereits 4 Monate im Voraus gebucht und für 5 Nächte war sehr entäuscht. Der Disco-Club im Nachbarhaus die ganze nacht bis 4:30Morgen laute Bassgeräusche zu hören. Zeitweise Geruchbelästigung vom Coffeshop im Erdgeschoss, Sehr steile und enge Treppen, fast unmöglich mit Koffer zu begehen

La ubicación es excelente, las camas estaban cómodas

La presión de agua de la ducha era muy pobre, amanecimos picados y no sabemos de qué..no hay ascensor. No había televisor. La almohada era muy alta y mala.

The hotel had a funky smell of the plants from the bar below, Otherwise it was okay, comfortable bed and easy access to various places in Amsterdam. Staff was nice, it felt safe and we didin't have any trouble sleeping, staff also offers earbuds because it is located on the bar street.

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this booking. After midnight, we were forced to urgently leave the room because we were severely bitten by bedbugs. We have photographic and video evidence of the bedbugs and the bites. Both guests suffered multiple bites, swelling, severe itching, and an allergic reaction. The hotel management was immediately informed, but they failed to provide us with another room or any alternative accommodation. As a result, we were forced to search for another hotel in the middle of the night, while our phone was almost out of battery.Therefore, we demand a full refund for this booking and full compensation for the damages and additional expenses caused by this incident. We were unable to spend the night at the hotel due to the unsafe conditions and received no adequate assistance from the hotel management. Thank you for help.

No pudimos descansar. En plena emergencia climática por ola de calor, no nos quisieron ofrecer ni un simple ventilador cuando la ventana estaba estropeada y no se podía abrir. Era un asadero. Además esta ubicado encima de una discoteca y era muy ruidoso. A pesar de que ofrecían tapones en la recepción, no resultaba suficiente para garantizar el descanso. También cabe destacar que la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, estaba todo bastante sucio.

Save yourself, The hotel is on top two night clubs and the windows don't close all the way ,the room and bathroom were in terrible condition ,the shower had zero pressure (basically dripping at best) and the shower head was full of cracks that leaked ,the cherry on top was the blood stain and hairs on the towel ,this will ruin you Amsterdam experience

La hubicacion y que tenga a 50 metros parada de tranvía. El recepcionista Orlando, muy amable, atento , se anticipaba a lo que le iba a pedir. Un buen profesional.

Det var 500 grader på vores værelse. Der stod på booking.com at der var aircondition og det var der ikke. Det resulterede så i at vi gerne ville sove med vinduerne åbne for at få lidt luft, men der var mega meget larm nede fra gaden og fra en klubben der lå i samme bygning. Vi lå vågne til kl 4, fordi larmen ikke stoppede og på grund af varmen, og vi havde en meget lang rejse dag foran os dagen efter.

Die Lage ist aber wirklich der Hammer und super zentral! Direkt vor der Tür hält die Straßenbahn, mit der man ruckzuck am Amsterdamer Hauptbahnhof ist. Dazu liegt das Hotel mitten im wunderschönen Grachtenviertel – perfekt, um einfach direkt loszuspatzieren und die Grachten zu genießen. Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich nebenan, was mega praktisch ist.

Es gab keine Garderobe im Zimmer an der man die Sachen bzw nasse Handtücher aufhängen kann. Die WLAN Verbindung ist sehr schlecht. Unten ist ein Coffee Shop deswegen roch es immer nach Cannabis in Räumen. Neben dem Coffee Shop ist Club es gab jeden Tag Party und sehr laut draussen. DAS haus ist sehr alt und sehr hellhörig man hat alles von Zimmernachbarn mitbekommen. Die Bäder waren sehr alt und nicht sehr sauber.

No air condition which made it extremely hot in the room, load sound from machines so they have to provide earplugs. Very cheap compared to the prices on other hotels in the area.

La posizione era davvero comoda e su una delle piazze principali. Utile il lavandino in stanza, peccato non ci fosse in dotazione nemmeno un sapone.

La stanza era all’ultimo piano quindi con il caldo si patisce veramente il caldo, era presente un simil ventilatore che faceva ben poco. L’unica finestra che avevamo (un lucernario) aveva la tenda oscurante rotta ed era di difficile apertura per riuscire a respirare in stanza (priva di zanzariere, quindi entravano animali). Non era presente nemmeno un armadio per appendere due cose, solo tre appendini sulla parete e un comò.

The bedsheets were clean and the beds comfortable. Toilets were recently renovated.

The description of the place doesn't mention that you can hear the night clubs and bars inside the room. The room is not updated, no place to hang things, the curtains and surfaces were dusty and should be washed regularly for asthmatic people. The room had no functioning ventilation, and the air quality at night was poor. The property is in a bar area which most likely triggered the fire alarm to turn on, the receptionist who actually didn't work in the facility in the first place kept turning the alarm on and off after 22:00 (he wasn't educated about how the alarm system works), it was hard to go to sleep after wondering if we should stay in or out of the facility. I would've wanted to have a compensation for this stay, yet you will not find anyone responsible for anything, therefore if you don't like the stay, don't assume to have your money back.

The shower of our floor was broken. It remained broken during all the stay... and the stay was during working days. Apart from that, all good.

Hay bares y fiesta con musica durante la madrugada. Tambien no hay aire acondicionado por lo que calor dentro de la habitacion es demasiado. Los baños deberian limpiarse con mas frecuencia.

The location is awesome if you want to be in the city. The room and bathroom is fine and gets the job done for the price you pay.

Its impossible to sleep because its noise in the house 24/7. Nois from closing Doors. Extreamly much noise from music under the hotel. If you want sleep in night, do not stay here.

The location of the place is nice, close to everything that once could want.

The shower in our unit was not working, our room was smelling weed and it was to close to the clubs that had a lot of noise so it was difficult to sleep in the room thaty was allocated to us.

- Unexpensive - Conveniently located - The music from the club downstairs is so loud, you can turn it into a blindtest between 23:00 and 5:00 am.

- huge white noise from the AC motor of the next-door building which DOES. NOT. STOP. EVER. - huge noise + vibration from the club downstairs - smell of weed inside the bulding/rooms - uncomfortable matresses - no AC/too hot at night - huge pool of stagnant water next to the window = mosquitos (I killed 8 just in one morning, and it was just the tip of the iceberg)

Rhe stay is at a prime location with very good night life. The shared bathroom was also clean. Room was small but it tidy. Reasonable for the price given the location.

The lack of elevator for which we had to carry our heavy luggage to the 4th floor.

Близко к достопримечательностям. Номер и сан узел довольно чистые, кровать удобная, раковина и старенький кондиционер спасали положение.

За окном оживленная площадь с барами, ресторанами, комнаты очень маленькие, без открытого окна заснуть сложно, но на улице ужасно шумно было , в частности из-за просмотра футбольных матчей в барах,поспать удавалось с трудом даже не смотря на усталость. Лестницы довольно крутые и закрученные, не всем подойдет на 3 этаж взбираться, только для активной молодежи. Запах конечно в отеле присутствовал несвежий, но не критично.

The location on Rembrandt Square. Lively and interesting but well clear of the red light circus. Nice view of the square , and the room was light and pleasant.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement, qui était pratique et bien situé.

La vue depuis la fenêtre n’était pas agréable : elle donnait sur le toit et sur une autre , ce qui n’était pas confortable. La propreté de cette zone laissait également à désirer. Il y avait aussi un bruit fort et constant provenant de la climatisation voisine, ce qui était gênant. Concernant la chambre, le ménage n’a pas été satisfaisant : pendant les 3 nuits de mon séjour, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée.

Nos tocaron unos críos en las dos habitaciones de al lado que no pudimos dormir ni una noche. Bebiendo y fumando por los pasillos. La almohada malísima.

It’s a hostel. Not a hotel. So let’s just be clear about that. If they’d say hostel I’d say it’s good for a hostel. It was old but cleanish. The communal bathrooms were cleaned everyday so that was good. Location is boisterous as you’d expect at Rembrandtplein. The fans for cooling were genuinely filthy and the staff was indifferent about it. They’d change the fan and lent me a charging adapter which was nice of them.

My adult sons hated the noise below our room and the SMOKE! Disco all night long and smoke from smoking bar came in the windows. No A/c so you had to have windows open.

Good location, but the room was very small and the bed had a broken leg. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful. However, the main entrance to the hotel was right next to a smoke bar; while it didn't feel dangerous, it wasn't a very comfortable setup.

A localização é ótima! Uma praça super agitada, faz tudo a pé ou de bike pela cidade, eu amei.

A praça é realmente muito barulhenta de noite e vai até tarde. Eu dormi tranquila mas meu marido teve mais dificuldade, mas com fone de ouvido se resolveu. Como eu tava em hostel antes de ir para lá achei que o custo benefício valeu demais, e fiquei bem confortável.

Very good placement in the city - a walk away from all big attraction.

The staff working here is very disorganized and uninformed. There was a mix-up with our reservation (caused by hotel staff) and we were checked out a day early. All our things were taken out of the room without any contact from the hotel. The staff couldn’t contact the manager for 2 days after and offered no compensation for lost things, because „they didn’t know the policy”. Other then that, there’s a coffee shop right under and a lot of bars - it gets quite noisy at night.

The only bad thing and a very bad one was the ongoing noise from the bar and club on the ground floor. The pulsating bass and drums from about 10pm to after 2am made sleeping very difficult. I have excellent personal ear plugs but they couldn’t muffle the noise.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, affacciata su piazza rembrandt, molto centrale, casa verticale caratteristica di Amsterdam. Il plus di questa opzione è il rapporto zona:prezzo, super conveniente (per gli standard di Amsterdam) per una camera privata con bagno in comune. La camera aveva tutto il necessario, ok anche il bagno in comune. Reception h24. Letti abbastanza comodi.

Un bel po' di scale da fare per raggiungere il 4 piano! L'affaccio diretto su una delle piazze della movida implica un po' di rumore notturno, da tener presente in caso di sonno leggero.
