Stille Woning Guesthouse

Friendly staff, convenient location.

The layout and staff were very friendly. Very nice stoep to sit on and enjoy

Mooi verblijf, ontzettend verzorgd ontbijt, restaurant top, héél lekker gegeten.

Very nice stay. Beutiful room and the main house like you are at someones home The staff was very friendly. We had a 3 meal dinner and was surprised by the high standard. Thank you.♥️🇸🇪

Nothing

Very friendly and helpful host, beautiful garden and comfortable room.

Overrall experience was excellent

Consider queen size bed rather that 2 combined single beds. The combined single beds were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, all is well.

The rest areas are spacious and very comfortable. The meal whilst limited in choice was very tasty. The bathroom was superb and spacious. Internet connection was good.

The room lighting was very very bright and there were no bed side tables and only one switch in the middle of the bed and high up. There were only one chair in the room. We could not get the TV to work but that might be our fat thumbs. In the adjacent bedroom water was leaking into the room as it rained heavy when we arrived. The swimming pool looked dirty,

The host and staff were very friendly. The place is even more beautiful than in pictures. The host provided us with everything we needed and made our stay even more beautiful.

Nothing

Bedrooms were beautiful and very welcoming

There's absolutely nothing I didn't like

Excellent beds setup

None

Very welcoming and flexible staff.

the location was very spacious, clean and luxurious and very safe the food and staff and facilities were great

Their breakfast is very little and limited,I didn’t like it

The staff provided exceptional service, creating a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The establishment is immaculately clean and visually appealing, earning a perfect 10 out of 10.

The bed seems to be broken on the side near the door. However still comfortable.

Very calming place allowed me to rest and relax also very clean and staff was very kind

Clean and safe

None maybe if they can add blankets in the rooms

Very good and smiling stuff, excellent location.

You need to wash the mosquito nets in room 18.

The place is very beautiful and the staff very friendly. The pictures on the app is not making justice to the place. I enjoyed every moment and the luxury the place offers.

I loved everything about the place. The food was delicious.

Location was great! Staff were excellent. Room was well equipped

N/A

Hot breakfast was good.

Rooms too small for a big family Rooms were a little clustered with the portable fans, heaters, etc There was no cappuccino or any normal coffee, there was filtered coffee and frisco inside the rooms

Location to the Kruger Park was a wonderful surprise. Hospitality, service and meals beyond expectation.

There was nothing not to like

Beautiful property! Great people. Breakfast is very nice.

clean and nicely set out

shower door had an issue but getting sorted and no aircons

Beautiful gardens, clean and appealing interiors. Guest comfort taken into account in all aspects, spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff!

Everything was lovely.

Super accueil et délicates attentions! Un souper original autour d’un brasero!! Un petit-déjeuner copieux, frais et varié!!!

Breakfast and Dinner was excellent.

Well run guesthouse, very welcoming. Swimming pool is nice, don't be put off by grey finish because it's really good, just different. Good food and nice to chat with other guests. Very relaxing around garden.

The host was very helpful

Nothing

It was clean, and easy to find and access.

We booked the 'Superior' suite. It was the oldest, with a horrible bathroom. Hospitality was grudging at best. Really a poor effort considering the price.

Still Woning is absolutely stunning, well kept and breathtakingly beautiful. The food is amazing, both dinner and breakfast were yummy. Lucille was a great host, always checking in, and going out of her way to give great recommendations on local spots to see. The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this venue.

Not much I can really fault on this venue. I had a really pleasant experience, especially the fact that we had our newborn daughter with us, everyone was really helpful and went out of their way to ensure a positive experience.

Everything is exceptionally well

Nothing at all. Staff at breakfast should wear uniform.

I did not order any breakfast

The booking confirmation from booking.com was not done properly even though they rectified it swiftly with no inconvenience caused.

the property was very clean with too much tranquility. everything exceeded expectations

Setup of the gate. You have to go out to press the hidden buttons to open the gate 🥲

Very exquisite

More swimming area

The breakfast was OK, they could have more options as the menu was the same on a daily with only 4 options... Maybe buffet breakfast. The pool as well could do with the painting as it looked like It wasn't cleaned.

The fridge I my room wasn't workimg

Personnel absent Obsolète bathroom Restauration low level Breakfast only chemical foods

We stayed here the night before we went to the Kruger , very convenient lovely clean guest house , beautiful gardens and friendly staff , would recommend

excellent, very friendly staff

This place is totally over rated by previous reviews. Poor facilities including coffee making. Dreadful breakfast delivery. One person for 12 people!! As a result all cooked breakfast was cold. Breakfast was unappealing both to look at and taste.

Spent one night here for Business and it was perfect.

I think this place may be nice for people looking for simply a place to sleep late at night and early mornings out, but since we've been in the area multiple times we wanted to hang out & enjoy White River this hotel wasn't a good fit for us at all. First, the guests heading out for morning safaris are up as early as 5am, talking and getting out. Fair enough, but by 7am the workers in the hotel were singing and talking loudly to one another and it didn't stop, seriously. So by 9 when we finally got up for breakfast, we were wide awake. The food service at the hotel was actually pretty nice and the staff in the restaurant (for breakfast and dinner out back) were the only redeeming part of the experience. By 10 we were back in our room and without fail by 11am the internet and power on one side of the room was completely off. It happened every day we stayed and were in the room at that hour. Other hotels in the region will inform guests if they're expecting power cuts, but maybe this was their way of saving energy costs, b/c the other half of the room had working lights. I won't go into the missing amenities, no conditioner or soap in the bathrooms. One washcloth - though we stayed for 3 days and checked in w/ 2 people. Oh, and the 2 twin beds side by side instead of a full double bed made for horrible sleep. So, yea, we won't be coming back. With so many other places to choose from in Hazyview and Nelpsruit, it makes sense to try (y)our luck elsewhere.

Still Woning is in a nice neighborhood about 15 minutes outside of the main Nelspruit area. The place is nicely appointed in terms of décor and furnishings. The room we had was near the parking area so a little noisy and also had 2 single beds pushed together which kept moving apart but otherwise it was a pleasure to stay there and will likely visit again!

Thank you so much to everyone at Stille Woning for making our little family getaway an enjoyable one! The great service and attention to detail were really something to write home about. I don't usually write reviews but this is a great little treasure in White River. I will definitely be visiting again.

A great place, would have liked to stay for longer
