Very nice room with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was also very good, but the staff were incredible.

The hotel is fabulously positioned and the rooms are big and really comfortable. This was the second time I had stayed at the hotel.

My room was below what sounded like the internal air-conditioning system, or geyser or some other very loud electrical/water system. It was incredibly noisy. I did not stay for my full booking.

Wonderful bathroom in the room and the beds were really comfy and the room was warm.

It’s very noisy, sounds like trucks are going to come through the room. We were moved to lower floor which was quieter. Bedside lights didn’t work and very creaky bed. The breakfast was poor for a boutique hotel. Government bread in this day and age is unacceptable, awful cheap, sugary jam, horrible self service coffee. Unappetising eggs.. we only had breakfast twice and found alternatives for the other two days.

Spacious and neat rooms with all the amenities you need. Nespresso machine and decent sized fridge was a bonus. Convenient location for restauarants. Great bedding. Parking close to room.

The rooms are anything but soundproof. You can hear everything on top floor and outside, from toilets flushing, beds squeeking, people talking, cars and traffic, etc Check-in was a bit unorganized with our reservation

I love this hotel!! It was our 4th visit. We just needed a bed without a footboard and they could not help us. The breakfast wass amazing!!

The room was not very warm and its very cold right now. There is no heater. The breakfast food was also a bit underwhelming.

Staff is very friendly and the hotel has a great pool and safe parking. Room size is ok.

There is a lot of road noice and the walls between the rooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours conversations;) Bath could need an upgrade and the TV is small and strangely placed over the noicy fridge. A comfortable couch would be nice instead of the old chairs. Would be OK for one night passing through but we were there for 5 nights. PS the lifestyle centre at the hotel is pretty dead. A nice Greek restaurant.

The restaurant is not inside the hotel. So u have to walk up a steep, mean it was only for 3 mins but on colder/ rainy days that can be a bit dreadful But the food was a 10/10 I must say

Breakfast is from 7am to 10am so we were very Disappointed we didn't get to experience the buffet breakfast, it was removed early due to a mother's day event but they failed to communicate with us... We got there at 9am

Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean with great view to the swimming pool through the balcony. We really enjoyed the stay. The receptionist was so welcoming.

For dinner we ordered wings that were over spiced. But the Ribs were perfect. The fire outside the restaurant was so warming ,especially now since we are approaching winter.

Noise level of passing vehicles (trucks) a serious problem. Poor water pressure.

The staff were simply outstanding, especially the front desk team led by Mangaliso and Tebogo. The hotel was exactly what we required for a five night stay for rest and relaxation. Meals at the Magnolia Restaurant were exceptionally good and the choice was breathtaking. Our Room, No 13, had an excellent view of the garden and pool. In summary, we had the most pleasant stay. Thanks to all.

The wet weather, which limited us somewhat but didn't spoil our enjoyment.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful!

It was noisy. The guest staying in the room next door to us was on a video call until midnight. We had to bang on her door numerous times to try and get her attention.

The big comfortable bed and hot shower did not disappoint. The breakfast at Magnolias was really good!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus (#25), sehr schön ruhig. Wir übernachten hier seit mehreren Jahren und der Standard hat sich gehalten, es wurden auch kleinere Renovierungen (z.B. Duschen) durchgeführt. Das Frühstück im Magnolia ist sehr gut und entspannt. Und das Casterbridge Lifestyle Center mit den Gallerien, Geschäften und Kneipen ist natürlich ein weiteres Plus.

Magnificent boutique hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The service is exceptional at the hotel as well as the restaurant. The cherry on top are the shops on site with a variety of things for sale such as art, furniture, decor, coffees. In addition, the 2 bars are convenient if you want to go for a drink or two. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Ik had een kamer geboekt zonder connecting door maar kreeg alleen maar kamer met. Zijn vertrokken naar een ander hotel dus extra kosten.

Exceptional location. The market on premises is truly wonderful. I'm glad we could spend our time there and not in our room. The breakfast was good. Nice pool.

Our room was truly filthy. I've not stayed in a place this dirty before. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The television is smaller than a shoe box and there are no decent channels to watch - only local free to air stuff. There was almost zero water pressure in the shower (no bath FYI). By far the most disappointing place we stayed at on our trip and I really do feel like it's a rip off.

The restaurant didn’t want to serve food, it was said that the kitchen closes at 9 but we got there at 8:30 and we’re denied to eat. I had to step out and find food in a place I don’t know: so I think I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. I will not even come back there ever again.

Near shops and restaurants at Casterbridge-

Throughly enjoyable stay for 2 night prior to Kruger. Clean,well appointed and staff dedicated to providing good service. Very friendly. Love the garden setting with plants, trees, flowers. Best of all the chirping of the birds early in the morning.

The staff was very attentive. The rooms were very clean and big. The bed was amazing. Overall great experience.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Warm welcome by staff. Lots of smiles by everyone. Very comfortable room. Bed was great to sleep in. Had incredibly delicious breakfast at Magnolia’s. You will be very happy you stayed here as we surely were!
