Amazing location, within walking distance of the town center and restaurants. The bed very comfortable, and the shower excellent. Amazing spa & jacuzzi. The staff were also extremely kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente negativo. A quel prezzo la camera era in solaio con una finestrina inaccessibile. i servizi sono fruibili in orari scomodi. il check out rigidamente alle 10 e la rigidità e scarsa cortesia del personale rendono sinceramente poco piacevole il soggiorno. Per finire, sulle Dolomiti, un menu serale unico tutto a base di pesce.

Great staff! Beautiful hotel

The property was absolutely amazing, the facilities were great and it was super central to the activities that I had planned. I really don’t think there could have been a better hotel. The staff were amazing and super helpful, they really made me feel safe as a solo female traveler and were happy to check in when I was out. The food was also always delicious! I will definitely be back!

הצוות היה מאוד אדיב ונחמד, קבלת פנים מסבירת פנים וצ׳קאין מהיר, ארוחת הבוקר מאוד מגוונת, מכינים חביתות במקום וניכר שיש הקפדה שהכל טרי - החל מהפירות והירקות ועד הלחם והפנקייקים. מרחק של 10 דקות הליכה ממקומות מרכזיים. הגענו ללילה אחד והיה נהדר

החדרים היו פשוטים אך מאוד נקיים מסודרים ועם מיטה נוחה.

Le fait que nous ne puissions pas choisir notre table pour le petit déjeuner. Le parking n’est pas facile, trop de voitures pour le nombre de places de parking prévues.

This is an amazing place to stay! We got upgraded to a gorgeous apartment and it was so fun! The pool and sauna is wonderful and the views are great!

Clean rooms, wonderful view. Heated pool outside. Chance to get a massage. And also It was very nice they celebrated my husband’s birthday with a lovely cake and a gift. Helpful people in the reception and the bar side. Very nice place to stay.

​Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura nuova, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. ​La colazione a buffet è eccellente e offre un'ampia scelta, specialmente per chi ama il salato, con crêpes preparate al momento. Anche la cena si è rivelata eccezionale: antipasti caldi e freddi a buffet seguiti da un menu gourmet molto ricercato (zuppa, primo, secondo e dessert). Nel trattamento di mezza pensione, oltre a colazione e cena, sono compresi anche un'ottima merenda a base di frutta e dolci e un aperitivo con finger food. ​Una nota di merito speciale per la cura del cliente: il giorno del compleanno del mio compagno gli hanno fatto trovare un biglietto di auguri e un regalo sul tavolo della colazione. Davvero fantastici! ​Completa l'esperienza un'ottima area wellness con piscina scoperta, 3 idromassaggi in giardino, palestra e una SPA dotata di bagno turco e due saune.

​Difficile trovare dei difetti. Volendo proprio cercare il pelo nell'uovo: durante l'aperitivo le bevande non erano incluse ma a pagamento, e la temperatura delle jacuzzi era un po' troppo alta per i miei gusti (anche se non ho chiesto di abbassarla, ma sono certa che avrebbero provveduto subito).

Abbiamo soggiornato in struttura per 6 notti con formula mezza pensione. La struttura è ben posizionata ed estremamente accogliente, arredata con attenzione e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera nella quale abbiamo pernottato era minimale, ma dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, oltre al bagno finestrato e con una doccia di considerevoli dimensioni. Abbiamo riscontrato una pulizia impeccabile sia per quanto riguarda la camera, che per le zone esterne comuni. Le aree comuni sono ben attrezzate e fruibili. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le vasche idromassaggio con acqua ad una temperatura sempre calda nelle quali rilassarci dopo i meravigliosi trekking che abbiamo potuto fare usufruendo degli impianti disponibili a pochi minuti di camminata dalla struttura. Il plus più grande della struttura è però sicuramente lo staff. A partire dell'accoglienza in reception, nella quale Alex ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per la nostra permanenza ed una grande disponibilità anche per fornire consigli in merito ai percorsi ed impianti. Passando poi ad Alberto nella zona bar che, sempre con piacevoli conversazioni, ci ha intrattenuto e servito ottimi drink, facendoci sempre sentire ospiti coccolati. Un grande plauso poi a Alin, Jasmine e Mattia che in sala ci hanno seguito nelle colazioni e cene con grande attenzione, riservatezza, garbo e simpatia. Insomma, una struttura in cui torneremo sicuramente per gli ottimi servizi offerti e per lo staff impeccabile.

Virkelig dejligt hotel. Der var pænt og rent, og alt var velholdt og i god kvalitet. Gode senge, lækre håndklæder og badekåber til poolen. Køleskab på værelset og drikkevand i hanerne. God og varieret mad. Dejligt personale. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til Seceda, Sassolungo mv. En skøn sommeroplevelse.

Ein Hotel mit exzellentem Personal, vor allem Jasmin im Restaurant und Alberto an der Bar. Die Speisen (Vorspeisen und 3-Gänge-Menü) sehr lecker und facettenreich. Perfekter Wellness- und Spa-Bereich, ebenso inklusive. Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich: Bushaltestelle (Dosses) nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Seilbahn (Col Raiser) und der Sessellift (Monte Pana) schnell erreichbar. Alles in Allem: Perfetto! :-)

Non c'è il bidet, siamo in Italia, non puo non esserci il bidet in una struttura 4 stelle Doccia fuori dal bagno, scomoda.

We loved our stay here! The location is right beside the bus stop so it was easy to get to transportation. Breakfast was lovely and the sauna hot tub were so nice to come back to after a long day of hiking.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean, very modern and kept in very good conditions. The 5 course evening meal was a gourmet delight, especially for those without any dietary restrictions. Jasmine, our waitress in the restaurant, was extremely helpful and friendly. Alex and his colleague at the reception were always ever so helpful.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that when we go to the restaurant, we can sit either outside or inside and that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. So, on the 1st evening we went down stairs, with our dog, and sat outside. Nobody came outside, so my husband went inside to find out if its ok to be served for our dinner outside as noted by the receptions. To his surprise, he was met with an annoyed, unpleasant called Alin. His behaviour could be described as arrogant, abrupt with unnecessary sarcasm - "will you also be eating outside when it is raining?". The other members of staff were very kind and friendly. We paid for the hotel via booking but we had to pay extra for the dog, the drinks (we don't drink alcohol. So, 4 cokes, 1 coffee and 3 sparkling waters over the 4 nights we were there) and city tax. The total bill for extras was 230 euros. So I guess the cost for a dog was between 30- 40 euros per night. Most other hotels it is around 10 euros. Perhaps something to be aware of when booking,

O atendimento é excelente, todos os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização fica em uma cidadezinha charmosa com 1 supermercado e alguns restaurantes próximos, e a 15 minutos de onibus de Ortisei, muito fácil de chegar. O hotel fornece um QR code para pegar transporte público de graça. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muita variedade. A vista e a área da hidromassagem e piscina são incríveis. Muitos canais na TV, limpeza do quarto muito boa, embora o sofá cama fizesse um pouco de barulho. Oferecem roupão, toalhas e chinelos para o spa. O hotel em si é muito bonito, charmoso e bem cuidado. Chuveiro otimo.

Não tinha ar condicionado, no verão foi necessário dormir com as janelas abertas. Não havia copo no quarto. Pedimos emprestado 3 copos de plastico e 500 ml de água quente e foi cobrado 38 euros no momento do check out, o que achei um absurdo!!! Por esse valor, teria comprado uma dúzia de copos de plástico. Fiquem atentos com qualquer empréstimo de utensilios de cozinha para não serem cobrados abusivamente no final da hospedagem. Foi o único inconveniente que não gostei e, por ser abusivo, não voltaria.

das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich, auch lustig und man konnte mit ihnen spässe machen. das Zimmer sehr sauber. Coole Bar, jedoch konnte die eine Bar-Damen keinen Whiskey Sauer machen.

wir 4 Bier in die Mini Bar bestellt online, was cool ist. jedoch sind die vier Bier offen gekommen. wir wollten sie eigentlich in den Kühlschrank legen für einen späteren Zeitpunkt.

Struttura rinnovata molto pulita con una spa veramente di alto livello

Da una struttura così ci si aspetta delle attenzioni come per esempio l'acqua di benvenuto, la macchinetta del caffè... etc.. tutto invece molto essenziale. Probabilmente con un prezzo così importante ci si aspetta qualcosa di più.

Das Frühstück war super gut. Große Auswahl. Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Die Sauna schließt um 19 Uhr pünktlich ein bisschen längere Öffnungszeiten wären toll. Dann kommen wahrscheinlich die Gäste sehr spät zum Abendessen.

Il y a deux zones de spa, une naturiste et une tout public ouvert aux enfants. Comme il n'y avait pas de contrôle, le port du costume de bains obligatoire dans la zone tout public n'était pas respecté...

Luftlinie 400m zum Lift verschweigt, dass dies auch etwa 50-60 Höhenmeter sind.

Gutes Frühstück, aber Personal teils strange, machen auch mal Spässchen auf Kosten der Gäste, will man so gar nicht haben.

Personal teils stiff, überflüssig, ist doch kein Luxushotel…

Facilities like spa, fitness were great. location is perfect for skiing, room was spacious and had everything we needed, food was really good and plenty, our waiter was super nice and funny

Fitness room is very hard to find, some of the staff weren't professional, eggs at buffet in addition to fresh made would have been nice (longer waiting time).
