Hotel Pisa

It was fairly clean. The location is within walking distance of the train station, but not very close. There’s a sign, so it’s fairly easy to find. The staff is very friendly.

But the building itself is old, and my fairly small room was on the top floor-the only way to get there was by stairs. If you have a heavy suitcase, it’ll be quite a struggle. The bathroom in my room was very small, and the shower isn't very comfortable; the hose is short, and the shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean, location was great.

Personál byl velmi vstřícný ohledně našeho pozdějšího příjezdu. Vše bylo poměrně čisté. Popis odpovídá realitě. Dobry poměr cena výkon.

Nice little backyard garden was very cute. Location is perfect. Staff very nice and helpfull. Overall very good experience.

O quarto tem ar condicionado, a pressão da ducha é ótima, cama confortável, localização boa (17min caminhando da estação Roma Termini, 25min caminhando ate o coliseu), tem um jardim lindo. Tem geladeira, micro-ondas, enfim, amamos nossa estadia!

So me incomodou um pouco as luzes nas tomadas, mas nao sei se é padrão de roma ou nao. Porém quando desligadas, fica uma luz azul (sou paranoica com isso).

Albergo in zona tranquilla e vicinissimo alle fermate metro (Manzoni e Vittorio). ..personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera (almeno la nostra!) non era grandissima ma sicuramente adatta ad un soggiorno breve

Camera piccola, bagno minuscolo difficile da utilizzare, senza bidet, stanza nel seminterrato non specificato nella prenotazione.

È la seconda volta che ci soggiorno. Anche questa volta mi sono trovato benissimo. Il personale è sempre disponibile e professionale. Ottima comunicazione tramite la chat di booking.

Az egyik szobában elég gyenge volt a klíma,de a másikban rendben volt,egy lift kenyelmesebb lett volna,de ezeket leszámítva minden nagyon szuper volt!

Property was very comfortable, everything was great, our rooms were cleaned everyday if we asked, the owners are the nicest people ever they are always smiling and we’re helping us with everything. There was a problem and they solved it immediately. I’m very happy about my stay the hotel is close to markets and metro/bus station. I definitely recommend staying here and will stay here if I’m back to Rome again.

Nothing, everything was great

One member of the hotel staff, who appeared to be Italian, was very rude. I had booked my room three months in advance, and there was no option to choose a specific room when making the reservation. Upon arrival, I was told that my room was located in the basement because all the other rooms were occupied. However, after a long discussion, I was suddenly informed that another guest had supposedly canceled their reservation, and for an additional charge, a room on the second floor became available. All the other staff members were polite and helpful. The room was clean, but it was very small and not very practical. Considering the price, we expected much better.

O hotel tem uma equipe maravilhosa, calorosa e muito comunicativa. Soubemos de todos os detalhes sem nenhum problema, tivemos amenities como café e frigorifico para colocar nossa água e o que mais precisasse. Pode parecer simples, mas o hotel foi justo e confortável por estar a uns 15 minutos a pé da estação principal de Roma, a Termini. O único porém foi avenida do trem que é muito esburacada para malas com rodinha. Mas a rua paralela serviu bem se servir como dica. Isso não foi problema do hotel por isso não coloquei nesta seção como aviso.

La situación de la habitación. Era un semisótano con muy pocos muebles para tres personas. La tercera cama dejaba mucho que desear. pequeña y con el colchón con bultos.

La struttura, per quanto vecchia e sicuramente non di lusso, ha tutto quello che ti serve. Ma soprattutto é pulita e lo staff superdisponibile e gentile. P.s. C'è l'aria condizionata!

Accueil chaleureux- Personne à l'écoute toujours prête si on a besoin. Petit jardin fleuri, avec cuisine ,tables,chaises et vaisselle à notre disposition. Logement bien situé et propre. Café, thé, frigos à notre disposition.

Ce que je réclame, c'est le fait qu'il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans l'hôtel. On n'a pas pu dormir tout au long de notre séjour. Le lit n'était pas confortable. Normalement, on avait réservé un lit deux places, mais ce qu'on a eu, c'est deux lits collés, donc ce n'était pas bien.

Lugar com boa localizacao, funcionarios muito agradaveis, quarto limpo e confortavel. Recomendo!

No tiene una ubicación excelente respecto al turismo, pero sí buena comunicación con transporte público. Está cerca de la estación y hay buenos restaurantes en la zona. Personal muy simpático.

Limpieza deficiente: ventana, suelos, muebles, etc. Apenas había perchas para la ropa. Los cuatro días ha olido fatal por las cañerías. Cuarto de baño muy pequeño y sin reposiciones. Las toallas olían mal. Las almohadas dentro de la cama de matrimonio eran distintas.

Le matelas était confortable, petite salle de bain agréable. Le jardin a été apprécié pour prendre le petit déjeuné. La réceptionniste était très gentille

L’établissement n’est pas du tout insonorisé, pas besoin d’avoir un sommeil léger pour être réveillé toutes les 5mn par la porte d’entrée que les clients laissent claquer. On entend les personnes tousser et tirer la chasse d’eau dans la chambre d’à côté

A acomodação é ótima para o custo. Tem tudo o que precisa, chuveiro quentinho e boa cama. O quarto tambem bem espaçoso. Banheiro pequeno mas igual para toda hospedagem na Italia. Pelo valor foi excelente. O atendimento muito bom. Sempre muito simpaticos.

Very good location, attentive staff, very nice room with balcony, you can go out to the yard from the room, beautiful flowers and quiet environment, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum, we almost never used transport. A supermarket with everything was close to the hotel, as well as cafes and restaurants. There was also a pharmacy, it is a quiet and safe place.

The room was in the basement and beside of a bathroom that sometimes smells bad. But in general, the staff cleaned fast.

La ubicación, dentro de lo que es el barrio en cercanías de la Estación Termini, es muy buena y el acceso al Coliseo y demás centros históricos fácil y directo por calle Mazoni. La luz natural de la habitación y el baño y la limpieza general

No hay algo que pueda resaltar como malo, feo o desagradable

Se escucha todo, de 2 noches las dos me desperté cada hora porque aparte de que la gente no tenía respeto en las horas de la madrugada y chillaba mucho, las habitaciones fueron horribles respecto a el sonido .
