I liked both the indoor and outdoor pools, the life guard staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was also really good.

I didn’t like that you had to pay extra for the bowling, when you pay quite a lot to stay you’d think that would be free. The arcade games also don’t last very long compared to other arcades, so is a bit of a money pit.

Good location, good breadth of activity for children.

Rooms require a bit of an update, when cleaning the room I’d have expected a bedding change not re-using old and a few items did not work. These were rectified after a day.

Everything SO much to do for the kids and adults!

Plenty to do for the whole family

No lifts and booked a family room with two small children and having a pram was a nightmare so many steps and stair to get around to the facilities and stated children's ages on booking and was not informed there would be no lifts. We also stayed 2 nights and 5 people only 2 towels left for us and room was not cleaned or topped up during our stay and not enough toilet paper but the facilities and entertainment was really good and the food .

Lift out of service and we had the room on the 3rd floor. Everything in the bathroom old. Stairs carpet need to be change.

I was extremely clean, cooperative staff, comfortable,environment was very good, everyone should visit the hotel and have the good experience.

No ac or fans in the heat it was like we was in a sauna Please make sure you take fans with you if you’re going in the summer. The apartments were clean but no windows opened.

Very dirty kitchen and dishes was shocking hair in the cupboards. I raised a complaint and it’s been nearly 2 weeks and no one has responded back even after making several phone calls. I had to buy new dishes pot and pans and a kettle as they are left in a shocking state/

The parking was very poor, unless you are very lucky then you might find a space to park, the cordoned off a number of spaces for coaches. One of the single room had stained towels and bed. The locks on the door don’t work, so security is questionable.

The apartment was in very poor condition. The shower did not have enough water pressure to shower properly, and there was a very bad smell. The flooring was in very poor condition and made a lot of noise when walking on it. The electrical outlets in the living room were exposed, which was very dangerous. My two-year-old child could easily trip or get hurt. I would not recommend this apartment for families with children, as there are many stairs and corridors, and there is no lift. I had booked the apartment for two days and the hotel for one night. The hotel was slightly better, but it was very hot and there was no fridge available to keep drinks cold.

Location was good. Excellent facilities. Lots on offer.

The room was clean and tidy. The swimming pools were great - my child loved them!

A tv that worked properly. The tv was approx 16” with 1 channel working - it was the night of the World Cup Semi Finals 😭. The indoor swimming pool changing rooms need to be cleaned a lot more regularly!

The room was really bad. I did not expect too much for the price but it was beyond expectation. The bad was killing, bathroom, too.I think this room was not refurbished after the 2nd War.

Excellent value for money, very good breakfast, lots of parking, central location, excellent spa and treatments, and very helpful staff.

Probably being a bit harsh here as we stayed when there were record high temperatures. The room we were in didn’t have air conditioning but did have a fan and we got an extra fan from the staff.

Indoor pool was closed day we arrived due to renovations issues with paint but it did reopen following morning and was ok although still quite a lot of scaffolding around pool Nappy was left in a bag in corridor stinking out corridor but reception staff did attend to it but had to ask them second time to do it but may have been because they couldn't find which corridor it was I found the mattresses a little uncomfy probably an old mattress Everything felt quite dated and needed some work doing to it

Breakfast wasn't great unfortunately. Mostly just warm, no idea what happened to the fried eggs, almost like the yolk was covered in plastic!

Bar close early for a weekend night and was a bit pushy to leave the arcade.

Lovely spacious family room. Only 2 adults. Amazing outdoor pool. Good entertainment. Booked room only ate at different restaurants . Bonus was brilliant weather.

Bit dated, but it's an old building. Have visited many times.

The amount of facilities is amazing Particular the swimming pool & the games room.

The rooms were so hot!!!! Uncomfortable hot so we did not sleep well at all. Tried to adjust heating but dis not work.

Lovely hotel but checking in lady did not explain where our apartment was properly, would have liked more clear directions.

The car park, we paid them for 4 days but could not find a spot anywhere on our 2nd day once we got back to the hotel. The lady on the desk was lovely and we had to park across the road and be given our ticket money back when I went with the ticket the next day. But it was very stressful looking on all the carparks which had been overbooked.

The room was really nice; the view was a perfect sea view. The breakfast was good, a bonus that the kids ate free. When we arrived, the receptionist said, "I never asked for rooms next to each other!" which I knew I did! We were, however, all on the same floor. The same receptionist that booked us in wasn't the friendliest, no smiles, etc. When I inquired about breakfast, she said I couldn't do it! But thankfully, there was an older receptionist/evening staff member on later in the evening who was absolutely amazing, very friendly, and very helpful. She booked us in for breakfast and took payment. She was having a laugh and a joke with us and really made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

The limited parking at the hotel, especially when traveling with someone with mobility issues.

Tired looking furniture, table leg falling off in dining area. Chairs need new covers as very tatty. Curtain pole too long and made it look scruffy. Need bigger cups for tea in kitchen.

Room clean and comfortable. Facilities good. Shower good. Didn't use the dining room or listen to the entertainment.

Staff on reception, seemed like they were bored and not welcoming. Parking could have been explained on the booking site as hardly any at the hotel. Would save time for the reception staff who were quite rude about it.

Lots of facilities for all the family. Rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast was excellent. For the money we paid, we couldn't fault the offer. .

I didn't like everything there. Old, dirty carpets, peeling wallpaper, and a dirty table. On the first day, the restaurant ran out of food for dinner. On the second day, there was no hot water; we had to shower in cold water. Breakfast was very average, but the staff was friendly and helpful.Parking is, of course, paid if you book via booking.com Overall, the hotel was very old and neglected. I wouldn't recommend it.

Was old dated , room keys kept getting wiped , had to go reception 3 times , room was so hot and smelt of weed , all of which were reported to reception many times

The Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh and tasty option. Excellent location. Very convenient for travel and nearby attractions. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping.

Everything was great. The overall experience.

The facilities are amazing. The karaoke in Albert's bar was great, great atmosphere. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast were brilliant seated all 24 of us together in a couple of minutes which was well recieved. Swimming pool is great and games room is fab.

The rooms were so hot, uncomfortably hot which meant most of our party did not sleep well. The temperature dials were not working and radiators were full blast.

Great location - easy to get to other places and lovely sea view. Having a pool on site was a bonus.

The location; 2 minute walk to the Riveria centre , and 7 minute walk to the beach. Well Equipped and comfortable apartment.

Some of the Decor was dated.

Pool, games room for youngsters, food OK, , Aztec bar and outside area, room.

Parts looked tired. Some refurbishment needed. Carpets in places need replacing. Seemed understaffed at times.
