Good location close to everything needed, had a pool and A/C in the room along with kitchenette

No ice machine for guests, had ice cube trays in the freezer but who knows how long the ice has been sitting in there . I’m sure it was made with just tap water . Lots of flys in the room which were a bit annoying .

We enjoyed our time.Unforgenet we had to leave on the Friday 14 the as my sister had surgery and she passed away.We went home and the manger said there would reimburse us.So far I have not got anything.Thank you Judy Lemieux.

Room was very clean, and comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights and would highly recommend. Good value for the price. Will definitely stay again.. Staff very friendly@

Good vibe. Jeet was outstanding. Grounds had a nice nostalgic feel. Lots of happy guests and families had a great time in the pool that i saw.

Chairs in the kitchen. Horrible to sit lol could be my butt. No ac in bedroom. Who ever installed the fridge should flip the door the other direction its a pain.

We go to penticton every summer, this is the first time we didn’t camp and decided to stay in a motel. It was close to everything, it was everything we wanted and needed. The staff were excellent and always asked if we needed anything. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay

The price was a little much. After booking and worried we wouldn’t find anything considering it was the same weekend as peach fest that we checked in. I found similar amenities but cheaper.

There was no breakfast on site. The location was good. Close to Walmart, Tim Hortons and Dollarama.

The knives in the kitchen need to be sharpened.

Location & price is awesome, rooms are clean, and the 24/7 manager on site has the cutest dog! He’s also super friendly & helpful.

Only complaints are the bathrooms don’t have fans, and our tub didn’t drain very well.

Great location 2 rooms was an excellent idea, comfortable beds and plenty of parking space. Loved the outdoor pool.

The only thing that I didn't like is the air conditioner was way too loud, it needs replacing.

Had everything we needed. Kitchen facilities, clean bathroom.2 queen beds in two separate rooms . Swimming pool.

Was a little further from our event than I liked but was able to work around that. Getting in and out of property could be an issue depending on time of day.

Room is basic but for the money good value, stayed here before so new what it was like,all good.

The lights only worked sometimes 1st 2 nights no lights. There wasnt any place but beside the couch to plug in the toaster which set off the smoke detector the plug on the stove only worked with the kettle. The garbage cans were very small. Beetles in bath tub

Liked the property. We got exactly what we expected! We knew it was an older motel. The linen was new and clean the air conditioner worked it was 34* out. The room was cold. Fridge worked well. It was quiet at night. Felt very safe. We sat out at the pool patio in the late evening!

That the pool closed too early.

The check-in was very easy and the gentleman that checked us in was very helpful.Told us where to get a nice bite to eat.

The rooms here are very old and need to be updated. There is only one end table in the bedroom and the living room is an old futon.

Unfortunately we had rude drunk guests above us that completely ruined our stay.

Full refrigerator was great. Air condioning was nice to cool off the room before sleeping.

Pretty much exactly what you’d expect. Nothing fancy, but certainly not a dump. For the price paid I think it was an excellent value and I’d happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Flamingo Motel. A huge thanks to Mike, who was so kind and went out of his way to help us. The room was spotless and well-maintained. We felt very cozy and had a great night's sleep. Will definitely come back!

Staff were friendly and check in was quick and hassle free. There was even some flexibility with check out timings which we appreciated. WiFi worked. The mattress had a protective cover on it which put our worries to rest. Bathroom was adequate and clean. Mini fridge in room was great to have. Parking was good. Cute (albeit small) pool. Easy access to eateries etc.

The lighting and decor were a bit dated.

The owner ( husband & wife) are so accomodating & very helpful. I underlooked the room that I booked & we found out it has no microwave to use, but the owner provided a microwave for us without any extra charge. Thank you for your kind consideration.

The Flamingo is an 'old school' 60"s motel that is owned and operated by a very friendly family. The suite we had a kitchen and private bedroom. The place was ultra clean and extremely quiet. The location is excellent for downtown, lake access, shopping, restaurants and a pub. The pub across the street was great fun. I booked the same room for next summer.

They need a new toaster.

Location of air conditioner blows directly at head of the bed and frequently turns on disturbing my sleep with strong cold blast of sir.

The front desk guy was very respectful and accommodating. A mistake happened between what we booked and what was given us, but he never came across defensive, but rather apologized, and helped us with the resulting needs. Thank you.

We stayed for 5 nights. The location was good, and the room was relatively quiet. There was ample parking. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable, so not much sleep the first two nights. The condition of the room was okay, but there could have been a bit more attention to detail. Paint was peeling off the bathroom wall. The heater in the bathroom was covered in dust with a dead spider. The second dead spider was spotted behind the toilet, and a live spider appeared in the bathtub during our stay. Also, around the front door to the room was cobwebs filled with bugs and what looked like little spider eggs. The bathroom was also very small. You had to stand right against the bathtub to close the door, and the sink was located outside of the bathroom. One thing we found kind of odd... We never saw any cleaning staff during our stay. In conclusion: The price reflected the condition of the units. It was just okay. However, most likely, will not stay there in the future.

Beds were quite hard, and pillows not very comfortable. Bathroom was lacking cleanliness.
