I was feeling unwell and requested the reception if they could help me with a paracetamol. But the request was denied that they do not keep any stock. While the property itself is good, the surrounding area is dirty and visible from the higher floor windows

Food was excellent

Not to Hilton standard. Bit pricey for offered service.

I chose the hotel due to its location which is near some of my customers.

The air conditioning was very noisy. Couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Die Auswahl in der Hilton Lounge war schlecht.

Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frisches Trinkwasser in Glasflaschen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Zu starke Duftsprays in der Lobby und in den Fluren. Das ist unangenehm stark Die Lichtschalter sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, in der Nacht findet man nicht den richtigen.

It was a very pleasant experience overall - (1) courteous and helpful staff, (2) special attention by the restaurant to my requirements for Jain breakfast and dinner and (3) well-managed property.

I paid 154 per night the booking was done via booking My colleague paid $84 thru the app even that it was written pay at the hotel. Means that the hotel can control mistakes - there is no way that via booking its double price!!!! And the hotel didnt offer any discounts (spoke to the reservation manager) This is not what you are expecting from such hotel chain

I've stayed here many times, at least twice a year for a week or so each time. Overall a great hotel which is well appointed, clean & well situated for the places I routinely visit in Pune. Good food and clean comfortable rooms, and communal areas. Those in house keeping & security I met were excellent and seemed happy to be there, very friendly.

On this last visit I noticed the attitude and the attentiveness of the staff has reduced. Some staff seem unsmiling & reluctant to be engaged with guests on the front desk & in the dining areas. When dining you often have to find someone to ask for something rather than them coming to you. I also found the manager running level 12 quite rude as he ejected me out of the swimming pool well before the closing time (set on the signs next to the pool) when challenged he insisted the signs were incorrect & thus I missed my swim that day. The impression that the less engaged staff give is that they don't want to be there, perhaps they shouldn't be.

Rooms are clean and have pretty new furniture. The price, however, is above the average for the area.

I tried to exchange Euros to Rupees, but the guy at the desk made a mess. He changed the rate several times, and the price increased each time. I had the feeling I was being scammed. In general, all the staff is young and seem not to be well trained. There was no room service menu in the room, and calling the desk from the room was an adventure. Every day something was missing in my room: toilet paper, towels, slippers… The check-in/out desk is a total mess. People don’t respect the line, they talk loudly on their phones, and it’s just chaos. And the young staff is not able to enforce basic rules or common courtesy.

The staff was the best feature of the hotel. Everybody is so nice and welcoming, you should give all the people a raise, because in all my travels I never saw such a nice team.

The wifi was a bit slow sometimes and difficult to connect to.

Rooms are spacious and clean. In Room service is quick and food is delicious.

Dirty carpet in the hallway. Very depressing feeling. As soon as you open the curtains, slums and garbage all around. Surroundings were very depressing.

Nothing special. The dining staff were the best and the only saving grace, very courteous.

The price, the property felt congested, the ac controls in the rooms are not user friendly.

Everything was nice, but the air conditioning fan has no relation to the thermostat temperature. Set thermostat on 23 and i wake up and the room is 17.

Room was Specious with a Proper work Table. There is a Iron board & Iron in Every Room. Although not an Extensive breakfast Menu, the breakfast was good. Attentive Staff. This is the best Hotel in the Area. Food is also nice at the Rooftop restaurant.

The hotel itself is wonderful with nice staff. The taxi service was OK from the airport and the breakfast is amazing. Rooms were clean and comfy.

The environment of the hotel is horrible, absolutely trashy, filthy. It is not the hotel's fault, but India in general sadly

I checked into the hotel room on 6th June and was assigned a room in the evening on the 3rd floor. I returned back to the room late at night and to my surprise one of the hanging lights would not turn off at all. I raised the issue with the front desk and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The technical staff said that the issue is with black box which controlled the lights. The staff instead of trying to resolve the issue went ahead and started to remove the bulbs to switch off the lights. This experience was terrible. The hotel then shifted my room to the 6th floor. The bathroom was very smelly and the shower button was not functioning. The bed lamp bulbs were faulty. My overall experience was terrible

Bit dated rooms, limited options in breakfast

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was seamless, the room was of excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to hospitality. A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Congratulations to Mr. Khizer Khan and his team for creating such a welcoming environment and maintaining such high standards. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune.

The central control console of the room & the AC was faulty & still they have assigned the room to me. on 11th night the room was extremely cold- not able to control thru 'console - had a bad sleep

Food excellwnt

The location was ideal for the Pune Expo event that I had to attend and the hotel room was comfortable.

The hotel does not have any view and is next door to slums with poor infrastructure.

. To compliment - cookies given at the reception were very tasty.

The property is very good but it was very much overpriced for the day The breakfast spread was not too great for the money charged.
