Stayed on business for a work week, good option if you have business in Kharadi area. Hotel is clean, has good gym and spa. Food at restaurant was okayish. The roof top bar location is nice.

The location was good

The staff was unresponsive with our complaints, there was a block in the washroom and water was accumulating and not free flowing , coz of this water from the bath flowed in the room upon complain they gave us the floor towels and told us to keep. Since we had to stay for a night we managed.

Kharari pune , India The support staff was so very extremely kind that as I was about to leave, they noticed a flat tyre of my car and promptly changed it . Otherwise it would have been a disaster. I thank your entire support staff and security guards..so so very best. Ms Deepali, Kedar and Ravinder

Staff don't issue invoices at check out and pass to booking and booking pass to hotel and hotel ask to mail and after 2 days no invoices. Staff must issue invoices at check out

Me and my colleague stayed at radisson on a business trip. It was a pleasant experience the room was nice and it was cleaning and arranges everyday very well , food was very tasty. Yash was very helpful during the stay and the food.

When we entered the property, Dipali was very generous to attend us. She was very soft spoken & humble. Stay was very comfortable. And we like the food very much. The valet Ravindra Singh very was fast in his service & has ever smiling face.

A fantastic room service and house keeping team. They are very professional and helpful. Specifically Neha and Pramod are my house keepers, who are really good.

The stay in Radisson Blu was very good and the staff were all very professional. One staff that i would like to commend would be Pranali who made sure I had great service and a good breakfast every morning of my stay.

Varmt och professionellt välkomnande samt bemötande från personalen. Entrén skapar en wow-känsla, mycket god atmosfär. Hotellet erbjuder flera alternativ av restauranger och faciliteter så som gym, spa, barer och pool. Bra kommunikationsmöjligheter till centrum, gallerior och flygplats (15-20 min). Rekommenderar starkt att man besöker poolen och restaurangen på takvåningen där fantastisk utsikt kan avnjutas med god mat och dryck.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far from what I expected from a five-star property. To begin with, the front desk staff had no idea about my booking plan. I was repeatedly asked to move from one counter to another just to sort out the coupon that should have already been part of my reservation. Secondly, the hotel does not seem to have a proper parking arrangement. On the first day, I was asked to park my car in front of the hotel. The next day, I was instructed to move it to a different parking area. The following morning, I discovered a dent on my car while it was parked near the hotel's main entrance. When I raised the issue with the security staff, they immediately denied any knowledge of what had happened and offered no assistance. As someone traveling between cities by car, secure parking is a basic expectation. The hotel's handling of both the parking situation and the damage to my vehicle was extremely unprofessional. Overall, this was not the level of service I would expect from a five-star hotel. Better staff training, proper parking management, and greater accountability are urgently needed

The food in the kebab factory and the breakfast in carmine was outstanding and in hidive the food and service was ok ok

It’s a shame on the 5 star standards as none of the properties I stayed in India know what actual 5 star actually means and how to maintain that kind of standards. The bathroom shower hose already broken in the room I stayed. Air conditioning again not working at night. Reservation team is prompt in response but they are not prompt in giving proper service with solutions. My booking was done wrongly by booking.com and I needed immediate assistance and booking.com was not available to answer. The next day the reservation team helped me sort the issue.

It is an excellent sevices provided by the staff name as Kamini Buragohain Dhonmoni Sonowal. Their support and behaviour has been exceptional. I would encourage everyone to stay in Radisson Blue.

It’s a good hotel with some issues at the property level. The food is good and the location is good but the property is pretty old. Aircon make a lot of noise and the time you enter the room it feels too old

I had a very pleasant stay at Raddison Blu Pune. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. The food was particularly impressive, with great taste and quality throughout my stay. I would also like to specially appreciate Radhika from the complimentary breakfast section. She was very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service every morning, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again

Food is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is bit old now, requires revamping and deep cleaning I guess. There could be better cleanliness around pool area and gym esp yoga mats which are not in usable condition anymore.

After connecting with them before my stay, they also couldn’t resolve the issues, even after booking.com helping them with all the needful. Very laidback behaviour. Couldn’t book the car as property as usual wasn’t answering the calls. Good food, good staff otherwise.

Good food and great service especially the omelette and pancake station.

Housekeeping staff had been really polite and good with their services. Shout out to Kartik and Team, they ensured that the guests are taken care of completely. Food services can be bit better. Dining services can be improved.We were stopped to take a bowl of sweets to the room and insisted to have it in the dining area may be because our package included buffet. I think consideration should be given to families with kids. Felt little bad when we had to leave the plate at the table. I did not have this experience in other raddison properties and other properties of equal stature. Little scope of improvement for management. Overall it was good. Thanks

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson blu pune. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parismita who helped us in cleaning the room was very professional in her work. The buffet was also very good. Will definitely visit again.
