Not so much a dislike but the toilet window couldn't be latched closed if we were staying longer i probably would of expected it 2 be fixed for security reasons but only stayed the night so wasn't concerned.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The location was good and the lady that greeted us was lovely. Loved the trampoline and slide for the kids.
The survicing of the room wasn't the best. We hadn't been returned the same amount of clean towels, we had no sugar, and we left my babies pillow behind but hadn't realised till we go all the way back to Gisborne. It would have been nice to have been rung and notified as we stuck around town for awhile.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026A great welcoming, and quick and easy check-in process at the office on arrival. A well presented studio room, with the basic amenities, separate bathroom with Toilet. Room consisted on one single and one double bed, small kitchenette at the end of the room, and TV with various channels for viewing, also provided were a small table with chairs, the whole area surrounding the Motel were very quiet considering we were are not that far from Town..
I did not note anything that could have been better.

Reviewed May 18, 2026The motor inn was close to everything. City centre was 5 mins drive ,a little shopping centre within walking distance & not far to the main highway to hastings. We booked the two apartments & werer happily surprised by how roomy they were, with a shower & toilet dwn stairs & a spa bath & toillet on the upper level, which was a very welcoming addition for our 2 marathon runners. Awesome & friendly staff that cleaned our apartment daily. Thumbs up from our group who would definately stay again.
Wi fi was a bit hit & miss but other than that a great place to stay.

The car park for our room was to the side of our room and the park directly outside our front door was for the room next door. It was raining heavily when we arrived so luckily there was no one parked there as it would of been a problem unloading our luggage in the rain otherwise.
