Kennedy Park Resort Napier

Great for kids

Shower pressure wasnt great

Spaces

None

Location was good. Didn't have breakfast. Facilities were excellent.

The weather 🥶

Our 3 year old absolutely loved our stay here and has already asked to go back! Great facilities and we will definitely be back.

I loved the amount of beds in the family suite.

There needs to be more channels available on the tv.

It wasn’t the cleanest

I loved the friendly service and how peaceful it was. The shower was amazing too.

Good location, comfy and good value for money

The room we were in definitely needs to have a good wipe down as a few cob webs hanging from the skylights. Games room barley had any games working too which was a shame

Clean

wifi

House keeping staff did a lovely job keeping our towels fresh, beds made and clean ups. Friendly reception staff. Perfect for kids!

Pool could be a bit warmer in winter.

Clean, comfortable, good facilities, and great location.

Has everything you need. Perfect for kids. Comfy beds. Staff are friendly

N/A

They were comfortable my children enjoyed them

No rubbish bin in the toilet and the water from the shower would spill out on to the bathroom floor, no biggy just need better shower mats.

The Team enjoyed their stay

The check in to the facilities was amazing! Our kids loved it

Squeaking bedroom doors

Location and breakfast

Cleaning of our room wasn't good Chicken bones tucked behind head board

The room was excellent and the pool is heated even in the winter.

Wish the pool was a bit deeper.

Such lovely and comfortable villas to stay in..Would definitely recommend and return to stay.

If it wasnt for the shower that had low pressure and seemed half on we wouldve given a 10..That was our only dislike.

great mattress on bed

quite basic

. Easy to get to and the room was very spacious

Only 1 seater sofa in the room but everything else was very good.

Nice location and good facilities for kids.

You had to pay for some of the facilities. There was high security with barriers and locked gates, which sort of implies that there is a need for the high security. It was not close enough to the city to walk to the center. The staff were very distant and not particularly helpful, although the man who ran the breakfast was. Although we were the only ones at breakfast.

Swimming facilities , kids play area.

Range of teas available need some herbals. stingy on the milk supplied for 6 person room. $200 charged for some of our party as a bond but not for me- inconsistent application of this appears to be discriminatory

Comfortable, warm and well priced

Time taken for hot water to arrive in showers

Too Noisy

Heaps of things to keep the kids occupied. Close to town, easy check in.

Loved the room. I stay here most times im in Napier and the rooms have been modernised. Perfect for me and my child

The staff memeber i dealt with upon arrival. My room wasnt ready at 2pm checkin and i had already paid for the room via booking, she didnt care and said she will txt me once ready. I had to ask if we could hang out at the resorts park until it was ready and i asked for late check out which was applied so that was great. It took an hour and then we could go to the room. After that we enjoyed kennedy park and all it had to offer. Receptionist, you need a new job. The other guy was amazing though

Comfy and clean apartment. Kids loved the facilities, pool, pillow trampoline, big chess set, playground and pedal cars.

Wifi was very patchy. Kept cutting in and out causing the kids dismay. No hot chocolates in the tea and coffee! Otherwise all good.

All good

All good

The rooms are well appointed, everything you need for a comfortable stay! You really get value for your money here travelling in winter and although there was only 2 of us, you'd could fit another 5 people in the little units

We're travelling in winter and whilst there was low expectations of going for a swim, we felt the temperature of the pool was probably a bit low to get in, but that's just nit picking and there were plenty of people enjoying them

Very spacious and comfy

Wasn't bad

The Location, facility so good, have Cafe and restaurant for breakfast and fresh coffee, here have everything we need

NA

the time of arrival

no issues

Allround good service and text of deals and events

lots of activity. kitchen facilities.

seeing if i could move closer to ablution block - since no bathroom in room. no flexibility or consideration. was there 3 days. Disappointing and not accommodating. I knew i would be up at least once a night to go use bathroom.

Good place to stay

Great place!!! Facilities amazing, friendly staff

Always a pleasure staying here. Stayed here numerous times over past 20 years, have never had a bad experience yet. Renovations in rooms lovely

Nothing to complain here

Clean cosy welcoming good for the kids they loved the pedal bikes and the playground and heated swimming pool they also loved the bunk beds where they could have options of sleeping on the top or bottom we loved our room warm with the heat pump and able to cook on the stove top all kitchen facilities available too.

Tidy, lots for kids to do.

The activities for the kids

The shower was cold but they promptly fixed it :)

Parkplatz direkt von unserem Zimmer Gute Betten.

Wasserschaden im Zimmer, es tropfte aus der Decke. Wir haben es sofort gemeldet. Unsere Handtücher hingelegt, das wars. Eingangsbereich feucht. Frühstück sehr mager. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht.

Location, set up

Wifi was hard to load on some devices, info on pool and e teas on arrival would have been good.

Clean place, really great facilities for kids. Great cooking and bbq areas available,

We had 4 adults 2 toddlers and an 8 yr old. 2 adults were too big for the bunk beds so had really uncomfortable sleeps. And were told we couldnt have a room next to the playground cause we had 7 people. They counted the toddlers as having a bed each.

The apartment was modern and clean and warm. The warm pool was good. The laundry was good although the washing machines are small so you need to use multi. The outdoor activities are good on a good day.

The "games room" is an arcade with claw toys and things that cost money to use - no games other than video games, pool and air hockey all token run. We never saw the Cafe open despite having being given discount coupons to use - it was in winter hours despite being the holidays. And then the restaurant was also only open weekends despite the park being full of guests. A lot of the facilities that were not available were ones we planned to use with small children on rainy days so that was disappointing and the staff were not apologetic. We feel they nickel and dime you on everything.

The facilities for kids to enjoy is a big thumbs up.friendly service also.definitely would stay again.

The price of the cooked breakfast was pricey.our kids didn't eat nowhere near 30 dollars worth.a separate price for adults and kids would be better.

Love kennedy park awesome place with the kids

There wasn't anything I didnt like

Clean and comfortable. Entertaining for children

Nil

close to town, fitness centre has a little weights, treadmill not a crazy gym but nice enough to do a warm up. pool was lovely and warm, and a cooler in the other section, Littlies loved the tramp and paying ride on bikes. the arcade room has a pool table and few games. Its nice place for family and the odd stay over, will come again.

Location, facilities especially for kids, large room which had everything we needed and the staff were friendly.

A little dated but didn't bother us.

Nice place and facilities

Bad smell on arrival. Need more fresh air if the room is not occupied for some days.

Comfortable and quiet

Only issue was the bright lights coming in though the front door window at night. A small blind would help.

The room was nice it was spacious

We woke up to ants on the bench and there was a dirty blanket in the wardrobe it had food all through it and we had to pay a $200 bond when we got there which we've never had to before, while I understand why booking.com or whoever else you book with need to change this when you book

Great location and everything is there (:

Very good value

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Facilities were good.

Bien équipé pour amuser des enfants .

Certains de jeu (vidéo)ne fonctionnent pas. Mais les activités dehors étaient bien mieux .
