Trato, hotel vacío la reserva decía frente a la playa y nos mandaron enfrente al otro hotel, cruzando la calle, nono respetaron lo reservado, pasillos sin luz, TENEBRE LA SENSACION, tenias que prender la linterna de tu teléfono para poder abrir la puerta, la televisión no se pudo prender, lo quise reportar por teléfono y no servía

Pagué una habitación con vista al mar y al final nos tuvieron que reubicar porque el clima no funcionaba; en la habitación que nos reubicaron el baño se tapaba. No hay acceso al mar porque hay muchas piedras, LA ESTANCIA EN EL HOTEL INCÓMODA, lo que ayudó fue que a los alrededores teníamos muchas cosas a la mano

En mi cuarto había cucarachas, estábamos muy alejados de la alberca y no te avisan que habitación tienes hasta que llegas, hay 2 opciones hotel y casa la segunda opción tiene la alberca , por último te dan un reglamento que no cumplen y no hay quien vigile ya que con propinas solucionan todo.

They look similar but the room we got have a very orange colors disturb it for me the one on the picture they're white and the bedding it was why with light green. Overall good location, beautiful views and beautiful pool.

Juste deux remarques la première les oreillers une catastrophe ils étaient super durs et même en réclamant d'autres ils étaient identiques...bizarre !! la seconde comme cet hôtel est composé de 2 bâtiments c'est au sujet de la réservation sur le site Booking vous mettez en avant le bâtiment côté plage et piscine ( aux vues des photos) mais à l'arrivée à l'hôtel c'est le bâtiment où se trouve la réception que l'on m'a attribué ma chambre et il faut se déplacer pour aller à la piscine traverser la rue très commerçante en tenue de plage...on est mal à l'aise

When we explained this to another lady who translated for us, he abruptly talked to her without us getting a word in, so he understood perfectly we wanted a refund, but still would not give a refund! He understands perfect English, but acts like he doesn’t understand.
