El hotel en general está bien ubicado y las instalaciones cuidadas

El trato de la recepcionistas en la tarde y que las pantallas no sirvieron en la habitación el Internet falla constantemente y la verdad por eso lo tomaré en cuenta para regresa, ya que el personal me dijo que era de suerte y la verdad no creo que sea de suerte es falta de equipo y modernizar la red y las pantallas

Good selection for the complimentary breakfast. First morning we didn't realize we had to get a coupon for it. The sound of the ocean waves was really loud at times. We liked it.

You can't beat a balcony room on the beach, beautiful views from the balcony.

The birds singing at 5am had to be the worst, you won't get anymore sleep after that. The middle of the hotel is open and hundreds of birds nest at the hotel landscaping in the center of hotel. Around 5am all the birds started singing together and the noise is overwhelming...never experienced anything like it. I would rate the hotel a lot higher if it wasn't for the bird noise in the morning.

Es un hotel muy bonito, cómodo, versátil, limpio y a pie de playa. ¡Me encanta!

La alberca templada.

No es justo que te obliguen a consumir en áreas comunes solo que que el hotel vende..de hecho profeco lo estipula, que no pueden obligarte. Y número 2. Tienen cucarachas y chinches en las camas.muy pero muy mal eso.

Que no te permiten ingresar bebidas, alimentos ni hieleras ya que cuentan con bar y restaurante pero los precios son demasiado caros para lo que ofrecen y eso no lo aclaran cuando realizas tu reserva, deberían de tener precios mas accesibles y así mejoraría muchísimo el servicio, realmente la comida era bastante cara.

The staff were super friendly and ready to help with whatever necessary. The rooms are well appointed and it was great to have a supply of drinking water available. You can’t beat the location and the view!

It was our own fault for not reporting that the ceiling fan wasn’t working properly right away. Hopefully it will be replaced for the next guests. Room 217.

Staff all friendly and nice. Fabiola went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. She managed to juggle rooms around and get me in the oceanfront, which is why I was staying at that hotel.

Apparently rooms through booking are always the street side, which is noisy and really defeats the purpose of having a beachfront hotel. I did have to pay the difference to upgrade, which I understand.

You are right at the beach, and there are very few hotels in Barra that are there

The shower was not clean, they missed the shampoo bottles, had to go and ask for them. We did not get a parking space and hat to wait untiil late afternoon no park in front of the property. It appears that they do not have any interest in securing enough spaces for travelers.

Loved the people and the location.

The size of the bathroom and parking. We'd like to see a small coffee machine in the room, and small refrigerators.

Comidas muy ricas y bien preparadas

Nos dejaron en una última habitación que tenía una puerta hacia otra más. Las personas que se alojaron en la habitación contigua estuvieron tratando de abrirla hasta que les pedimos que dejaran de molestar. Pareciera que al hacer reservaciones por este medio asignan habitaciones pequeñas. La habitación se encontraba limpia; la puerta del baño no funcionaba. Una habitación relativamente pequeña para el precio ofertado.

No hubo cable para TV, internet pésimo, precios de alimentos muy elevados y mucha diferencia de costos reservando por aquí vs directo en hotel

Las camas no están tan cómodas, encontré un jabón usado en la ducha, encontré una cucaracha en mi habitación. El primer día la papaya del desayuno estaba muy refrigerada, no tenía buen sabor.

Una vez que ingresas a la habitación no se hacen responsables del aseo durante tu estancia. No hay cambio de ropa de cama, ni de toallas, no se retiran los cestos de basura. No hay interfón para comunicación a recepción. No hay conexión a algún sistema de paga de TV.

No me gustó que ya no dejan meter hilera al área de la alberca o algo externo al hotel de comida

Lo rescatable es la ubicación, su personal es amable,el restaurante tiene una vista muy bonita y la comida está rica .

Hay varios aspectos de mejora para este hotel, primero un hotel de tres pisos que no cuente con elevador no es cómodo para los huéspedes que llegan cansados y con maletas a cargarlas encima por tres pisos esto no es práctico ni viable , hace falta control de plagas pues vimos en la planta baja cucarachas y un ratón . Las habitaciones que dan hacia el mar, el oleaje es algo que no se puede controlar, sin embargo otra vez insisto deben ver la manera en su infraestructura en su ingeniería en la construcción misma ,la solución para que el oleaje no cimbre de esa manera las ventanas de las habitaciones,no pudimos dormir y tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación, lejos de arrullar el oleaje es demasiado estridente golpea con fuerza y ventanas y puertas se cimbran, al darnos otra habitación las que están en primer piso son de lo más básicas con un techo que pareciera está hecho en obra negra y solo le pasaron la pintura, se sienten habitaciones como apretadas pequeñas en esa área afuera hay como un jardín con árboles Pero tiene piedras, arrayendo mucho la humedad y siendo lugar ideal para atraer muchos bichos,insectos, animalitos ahí vimos las cucarachas y el ratón . Por último no tienen tv Netflix ni de entretenimiento en todas las habitaciones y solo son canales locales que ni se ve bien la señal y por último solo dan jabones no hay shampoo , nos decepcionó y en calidad y precio no hay relación es muy caro y le falta mucho Pero mucho por mejorar en infraestructura y limpieza .

Muy lindo, limpio y el personal muy atento me entregaron habitación antes de la hora. Las vistas al mar preciosas todo bien si volvemos.

Amazing view and conveniently located within the town everything was in walking distance. Pool very clean and loved that half of the pool was very shallow for the kids. Restaurant located on second floor had a great affordable menu for breakfast and dinner. The kids loved the fact that they had chicken nuggets and butter noodles. Housekeeping came by daily at a perfect time and kept our room very clean. The only downsides we could say about this hotel is there was some poor attitudes at the front desk and restaurants at times.

Cons The hotel rooms were not as expected. The rooms were not clean and bathrooms are outdated. We had 2 rooms and a suite. The ac in our suite did not work and started dripping at night. It filled a small trash cans several nights during our stay and was not fixed despite informing the front desk several times. The suite had a “kitchen” with a large fridge which was great but the stove was a tiny electric camping stove. Upon arrival we were also given a list of rules that were odd. The rules mostly revolved around not bringing food into the hotel rooms and pool area. Pros What saved the trip was the pool area. The pool was nice and clean and had plenty of shaded seating plus gorgeous views during sunset. Also, the lady at the bar was super nice and has menus available for drinks and food(food is brought from a beach club next door).

Parking is limited on the street, clean comfortable bed, nice restaurant on the 2nd floor, and great ocean view. You hear the waves crashing on the shore all night and the bathroom and shower are both small. Front desk has some toiletries if you forget to bring some, but only soap and towels are provided in-room. So close to town and beach that we enjoyed strolls on the beach and town.

Lovely property with amazing views! Quiet and safe location. The pool is kid friendly and the onsite restaurant has good breakfast options. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty.

La habitación olía a humedad, pedí que la refrescaran y quedó igual. Tenía humedad en el techo. No hubo luz en la noche, no tienen planta energética, sin aire acondicionado, sin agua, mosquitos y el olor terrible. Yo con un niño de 7 años, durmiendo en el calor terrible con moscos y el olor a humedad. Se filtraba el aire por las ventanas y hacía un ruido horrible, no descansamos nada.

Property is good ....but the one they really need is customer service ....not only but specially in front desk ...both ladies it seems like they don't enjoy their work ....restaurant same thing ....you need ask several time what you want to be notice ....

This experience was magical. Every minute of this vacation was truly amazing! The hotel was perfection, from the location on the beach to the warm swimming pool in the evenings! The views, the friendly staff, exciting surf really made the experience beautiful from start to finish! We will be back!

The kitchen was lacking in amenities. The utensils need replacing and are incomplete for cooking. Decent knifes for cutting and peeling fresh fruit would be appreciated. Also needed dish towels for drying and dish cloths for washing. Trays for making ice would be appreciated. Also need additional appliances like a toaster and coffee maker to make the kitchen more functional.

A little dated and the rooms had a real musky smell but you can’t beat those beach and sunset views! A room with a patio is a must. Could use some more amenities for the price, no shampoo or conditioner- only a bar of soap.
