Did not eat the breakfast due to finding roaches in my room!!

Did not like much after finding roaches in our room. I showered went out in town with my wife for dinner. When we returned I went to us the restroom, I turned on the light and found 25-30 roaches all over the floor, the sink, and the tub. I talked to the front desk and they offered us another room. I was not really wanting to take the chance on bugs again, but I told them I would look at the room. The new upgraded room was bigger and seemed clean. The wife and I showered went to bed. I woke up a couple hours into my sleep to get some water. I turned the light on in the living room area and found several roaches on the floor and a few of our bag. I had to call booking to get a refund started and checked out early the next morning. Thankfully I some of my money back. I think I should have been initialed to a full refund but the hotel would not refund the one night we stayed. I am very disappointed since this was a "Booking" special hotel pick! I can tolerate small issues with rooms, but that amount of bugs was crazy.

Hotel is not too far from the viewpoint on the mountain.

The underground parking was not clean. There were litter left in the same place for many days.

Location

The room was dirty and not cleaned properly each day, no sheet change and forgot some towels on some days. There were many unsavoury Indian men that harassed my niece every day and were loud until very late. The breakfast was terrible. There was also a bad smell in the hallways.

A lot of Indian clientele bad manners making an uncomfortable situation

Perfect location in 15 minutes from any place in Pattaya. Very good quality Customer Service. Every day room cleaning. Perfect breakfast and good restaurant downstairs.

At time of check in they ask for deposit of 1000 Bhat, that was not an issue, but instructions which they give scares you like if this broke will charged this and this broke it will charged this. Which I feel little uncomfortable.

Floor surround of pool very dusty and also our bedroom. Bathroom needed re-grouting & updating. Not enough sun loungers near pool. There was no bar.

Air condition was not functioning well. Noisy environment from other guests. The Hotel is frequented mostly by Indians.

I had booked three rooms so I have to pay 3000baht (cash ) After you check out these cash becomes useless when you go back to airport after check out . They should make SECURITY DEPOSIT reasonable for booking rooms more than one.

To many times interrupted through the night by certain clients of hotel bringing back ladyboys and not paying them and causing trouble on floor also talking loudly when they come home from a night out and not caring about other guests also i booked for 6 nights bed and breakfast and the first morning went for breakfast and it was like feeding monkeys at a zoo so walked out and never went again so i can’t tell anyone if it was good food or not but this could be a great hotel but i wont be back

I was very disappointed with my stay at Aiyara Grand Hotel and would not choose to stay here again. From the start, the experience was affected by constant noise. There was construction work taking place next door, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. In addition to this, my room was located across from a live music bar that stayed open until around 3am. On two consecutive nights I was woken in the early hours by loud music and people partying directly outside my room. One night, a group in the corridor opposite my room became extremely disruptive, shouting, screaming, throwing beer cans, and causing such a disturbance that security had to be called. This made it impossible to sleep and felt unsafe and poorly managed. I raised these issues with reception, but the staff were largely unhelpful and dismissive. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the problems, offer a room change, or provide any real assistance, despite the hotel being advertised as a high-standard property. For a hotel marketed as a 5-star experience, the lack of soundproofing, ongoing construction noise, and poor customer service were unacceptable. Unfortunately, this stay caused significant stress and sleepless nights during what was meant to be a relaxing trip. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious, especially if you value peace, quiet, and responsive staff.

The location was great, it was nice and clean.

The house keeping was done late in afternoon, the food charges are dearer than advertised in the menu, staff not overly friendly 😑 I couldn't open the curtains because the air conditioning didn't cool the room.

I loved everything about my stay at Aiyara Grand Hotel.

The location was a little far from the beach, but was near a tuk stop to take you there.

Definitely not a 5 star more like a 3. No bar, generally looked very tired. Bathroom corners & crevices needed regrouting. Your photos of roof top pool looked great but the floors were very dusty & dirty & not enough sun beds to ratio of customers in hotel.

Huonesiivous oli puutteellinen, imuria tai moppia olisi kaivattu. Huoneen sijainti nyt kolmannella kerralla oli huono (hissiä vastapäätä), näköala oli vastapäiseen Aiyaran rakennus-siipeen. Aamupalan thai-ruuat ja nakit olivat aina kylmiä, munakasta ei enää tehty. Pitkään jonottamalla sai munakokkelia, keitettyjä munia ja pekonia.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I’m very happy with everything. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The swimming pool was excellent and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very nice, relaxing, and welcoming. Highly recommended—definitely a 10 on 10 experience.

My A/C was extremely loud had to have it fixed twice, but had to request 3x There were cockroaches in my room, they had to spray. The hotel is beautiful, but filthy, the guests leave trash everywhere and the cleaning is dreadful

Пять звёзд оправданы полностью. Огромный номер, чисто, все работает. Ну момент бронирования не было номера с большой кроватью, но персонал сдвинул две кровати и получилось даже лучше. За это отдельное спасибо! Три бассейна. Удобные и чистые, расположены на крыше, откуда открывается шикарный вид. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. В новый год даже печеньки в подарок принесли, очень приятно)

Видели пару маленьких таракашек в последний день. Но вполне дружелюбные ребята. Ну и полный отель туристов с Индии

1. Отель полон индусов, которые едят руками, кидают арбузные косточки на стол, занимают все лобби и очень шумят(ничего не имею против индусов, возможно это индусский отель и мы не посмотрели заранее, но факт остается фактом) 2. Холодильник был грязный, не работала розетка возле кровати, балкон слишком маленький, туда помещается один стул и стол, хотя это номер на двоих) 3. Завтраки были не очень, на 4/10, на третий день уже не хотелось даже идти на завтрак, разнообразия почти не было

WiFi fungerte dårlig, veldig få solsenger rundt bassengene. Begge disse sakene er nevnt av mange og burde være enkelt å utbedre

Dejlige solrige pool, 3-4 solseng mere kunne man sagtens sætte op. ( bygning 3 ) pæne rene værelser.

Morgenmads buffen var penge værd, de havde mange Indiske gæster og russer, hvilken udvalget af morgenmad bar pr af. Den ville jeg ikke vælge til en anden gang.

lovely hortel staff could not have been nicer

the TV is a joke nothing for a European person that might like yo watch a movie the last time I was hear I could watch the golf and some English speaking movie that you might enjoy in the morning/ afternoon. Its only thi witch is lovely but I can't understand. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and I'll be back in February

Breakfast looked to be OK if you were a Thai or an Indian .

No butter only Sunflower margarine . Semi skimmed milk and no milk near the tea and coffee pots . very disappointed . we ate breakfast elsewhere for the remaining 3 days . No air condioning had to make do with 2 fans .

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. After filing a formal complaint, the staff handled the situation professionally and appropriately. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Faisal for his kindness and efficiency — he truly made a difference.

However, there are several aspects that were not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. There was no continental breakfast, and the food was mainly Asian—quite spicy and heavily seasoned. It would be advisable to offer a wider variety adapted to Western guests, including cold cuts, cheeses, different types of bread, and pastries. I also found the €50 deposit inappropriate, as the hotel already has our credit card details. The bathroom lacked a basic amenities kit, the minibar was empty, and the shower only had a handheld hose but no fixed wall shower head, which would have been much more convenient. Lastly, the safe was placed above the minibar in a separate room adjacent to the bedroom, whereas ideally it should be inside a wardrobe and not so visible. Prakash R. the breakfast caters a bit for the Asian customers. maybe if there was a choice of boiled eggs and some bacon at breakfast. But still it was a good breakfast with lots of variety

Jeg har boet på dette hotel flere gange før. Første gang blev jeg overrasket over, at man skulle betale 1000 baht i depositum ved check-in – det kunne med fordel fremgå tydeligere. Denne gang var jeg dog forberedt på det. Selve værelset levede desværre ikke op til forventningerne. Der var hår på toilettet, og badekarret var beskidt. Vi valgte dog ikke at klage, men gjorde selv rent. Tidligere ophold har ellers været fine på dette punkt. Et andet problem var servicen omkring de daglige fornødenheder. Over halvdelen af dagene fik vi ikke sæbe, toiletpapir måtte vi ringe efter, og håndklæder var der heller ikke styr på. Nogle dage fik vi tre håndklæder, andre dage kun ét. Personalet var altid hjælpsomme og rettede hurtigt op, når vi gjorde opmærksom på manglerne, men der opstod et nyt problem næsten hver dag. Det betød, at vi enten måtte leve med det eller kontakte receptionen under hele opholdet. Alt i alt er personalet flinke og imødekommende, men serviceniveauet og rengøringen bør forbedres for at matche hotellets standard.
