I stayed here three years ago and everything was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. No one came to show me the room, and the level of service was not the same as before. The place was extremely crowded, to the point that the staff could barely keep up with the guests and provide proper service.

I did not have breakfast

My room was in an area of the hotel that felt like a basement, the shower was positioned in a round bathtub and to get into the shower you have to climb over a 50cm rim. Dangerous. There was no vanity. Bathroom was very small. The tv was awkwardly positioned in a corner and there were no movie channels. The room was claustrophobic.

Everything about Rimba was outstanding. Great food, beautiful grounds and pools, lovely and helpful staff. And being part of the wider Ayana complex - so you can visit the other resorts for meals or swimming etc - was special too. Highly recommended!

The resort is incredible, staff are happy and very helpful especially as I had booked several rooms for family staying for my son’s wedding. We invited 80 guests to stay at RIMBA. Excellent food and variety. Very patient helpful staff with my elderly parents transporting them around the complex. Exceptionally clean property. Our resort view suite was sensationally big and luxurious. Highly recommend and would stay again. Grounds are immaculate. So much to do in such little time we stayed. The AYANA Spa and thalossotherapy was excellent.

Staff have some difficulty with speaking English aNd communicating clearly. Some delay in email communications. Little slow with poolside food service.

去峇里島12天只有在Ayana 得Bali belly,我也是無語了，我們入住三天兩夜都在渡假村裡面就餐，完全沒有吃外面，我男友一個早上拉了七次，我是一直想吐，當下很想趕快結束旅程，結果一離開去別的地方吃了了Canggu 那邊餐廳就好了，當然我男友是有吃藥，不然都要脫肛了。還有著名的岩石酒吧Rock bar的小點也太難吃了吧，我平時都秉持著不浪費的精神，但真的太難吃，也不小心點太多。只有景色美有什麼用處？

早餐除了我們住的飯店裡的選擇，還可以去segega和ayana resort的早餐店每一間都風景優美，樣式豐富。 我們有買漂浮早餐，我感覺價格是太貴了～不過泳池真的很漂亮，是一次很開心的體驗 我們住的是rimba 有很多遊樂設施還有kids club泳池也是和孩子 其他飯店的泳池，我們也有去，在villa還有ayana resort的最漂亮。我們也有去水療的spa，風景優美，按摩服務很好很舒服，但價格偏高，如果不在飯店做按摩，應該還有很多很棒的選項。 整體而言很適合孩子，服務人員態度都很棒～我很住得很舒適很開心！

在飯店吃晚餐，裡面的一些餐廳口味比較重，karang我們吃的比較不習慣，sami sami味道很好

Confusion over membership discount: thought the receptionist meant it was applied at the end of the stay. One has to sign up for membership immediately when you check in

الغرفة كانت صغيرة مقارنة بغرف بالي، اذا احتجت متعه لازم تطلع من الغرفة وتستمتع بالمرافق، لايمكن الدخول للشاطئ.

The only negative I have is , they need to supply better quality irons and hairdryers in the rooms.I stayed at the Bali Hilton before I came to Rimba and their irons and hairdryer s wee of better quality and did the job required.

The service at this resort was exceptional! Staff were always kind and went above and beyond. We were surprised as to how much there was to explore and all restaurants were excellent. We remember almost every staff interaction that’s how good they were! Especially Bintang at Liu Li palace, please let her know she is amazing!

Variety of facilities

I keep getting charges in my credit card even though I checked out three days ago. Staff hard to understand and check in was a nightmare

Ayana Rimba is a beautiful, immaculately maintained resort with stunning grounds and plenty to keep families entertained. Breakfast was lovely, with a great variety of options, and the fish feeding was a particular highlight for the children. There are numerous restaurants throughout the resort, giving guests plenty of choice, and while drinks were quite expensive, we found the food to be reasonably priced. We also received excellent service throughout our dining experiences, with a special mention to Pasek from the restaurant team, whose friendly and attentive service stood out during our stay. We had a wonderful dining experience at Rock Bar, and the kids especially enjoyed the inclinator ride down to the venue. The hotel was very accommodating and quick to arrange a booking for our larger group. For families, the kids’ club is a real standout and, in our opinion, is even better than the one at Ayana Resort. The staff there were exceptional, particularly Dinda, who was incredibly warm, kind, and engaging with our girls. Housekeeping also went above and beyond during our stay, creating adorable towel animals and leaving sweet notes for the children. When one of our daughter’s teddies was accidentally taken with the bedding, the team made a genuine effort to locate it and returned it with a thoughtful note, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, the resort offers a beautiful setting and many memorable experiences for families.

The main drawback for us was the size of the resort. While the grounds are impressive, getting around requires relying on the trams, which run approximately every 10 minutes but often fill up quickly. As a result, we frequently had to wait for a second tram, meaning it could take anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes to reach another part of the resort. On our first morning, our room had still not been serviced by around 2pm, and we needed to contact housekeeping. Based on this experience, I would recommend using the app to schedule or request housekeeping as soon as you leave your room. Although the swimming pools were beautiful, we were disappointed by some of the slide restrictions. Our 8-year-old was not permitted to use the large slide because she was considered too tall, and our youngest was unable to use it because her swimsuit had a zip on the back. The rooms themselves were lovely but felt a little cramped for a family, and while the resort is undeniably picturesque, we felt it was somewhat overpriced for what it offers.

Beautiful huge property - but doesn't necessarily feel huge - more like an estate. Lots of choices for dining, etc. Lots of beautiful pools, and everything was pristinely clean.

Nothing. But we did stay low season (late March), and I imagine it 'could' feel crowded high season with full occupancy. There are many trams to shuttle you around across the property, though we really never had a wait.

Everything!!!!! Highly recommend staying in the resort for at least 3 nights and its still jot enough and you will end up having places that you haven't seen yet.

Maybe the restaurants prices are a bit high but not that much.

We LOVED this place! It was such a memorable and amazing experience. We loved the resort, friendly staff, access to different pools, amazing food and fun activities. There was always something to do at the resort and we felt so welcomed and relaxed. A highlight was the staff and fun towel art they would leave every morning alongside the buffet breakfasts from all different resorts. We absolutely loved the coconut ice cream which we had almost every night! We will be back!!!

Stunning facilities, staff friendly above expectation, the views, the pools, the restaurant, the internal trams for moving around were absolutely perfect.. Yes, a little bit pricey but perahps worth it and I will definetly return to this place.

Fantastic service, lovely rooms inside an amazing resort

There were lots to do inside the resort. Each of the hotel lobbies were stunning and rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet was great and definitely the highlight of the day.

1- Housekeeping services were very inconsistent. On the first day of our stay our rooms were cleaned twice a day which exceeded expectations. However, on the second day, although we had left the rooms for a few hours and pressed the button for housekeeping, we came back to find our rooms still unserviced. We had to request the housekeeping service through the app, which took a while. After the cleaning, the toilet in one of the rooms stopped working and was leaking water. 2- It was extremely difficult to order online food delivery to the resort. It took an hour for resort staff to pick up our food delivery from the main gate to the hotel lobby as the external delivery drivers were not allowed to enter the resort. 3- Insect/pest control inside the resort and hotel rooms is awful. We found mosquitoes inside our room and there were insects everywhere. 4- The resort app needs improvement. We booked two rooms for our family under the same last names. However, the app doesn’t recognise that there are two rooms/multiple people, so only one person from the family can be registered on the app. This makes ordering room service very confusing as it would always get sent to one room/the wrong room. 5- Visit to the Ayana farm was very unpleasant. Resort staff were often very friendly and helpful, however, when we visited Ayana farm, there were barely any staff there. The one staff that we saw avoided eye contact with us in circumstances where we were clearly lost and were looking for help. There were no clear signs as to how to tour the farm without a guide, and no reception desk to make enquiries. The buggy took a very long time to come as well and no one told us where to wait.
