約五万円も払っての宿泊なのにこれは酷い。 人生の中で初めて、宿選びを失敗したなと思いました。 ・料理が美味しくない。刺身が魚臭い。料理が美味しいという口コミが多かったのもあって期待していた分、がっかりです ・料理を運んできてくれた人がタバコ臭い。タバコ臭い人が接客とかあり得ないです ・部屋に白い粉がたくさん落ちていた。掃除しているのか疑う ・お風呂のお湯に大きい虫が浮いていた。。虫が入らないようにネットをしてくれていましたが、隙間から入ったのか、元から入っていたのか。虫を取ってから入浴することはできましたが、虫がつかっていたお湯に入るのは気持ち悪くてできませんでした。せっかく客室露天風呂付きの部屋を取っていたのに、一度も入ることなく終わった。 ・古い建物だから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、私たちの予約していた部屋に行くには階段しかなく、エレベーターがなかった。重いキャリーケースを持っての登り降りはしんどかったです。

Great facilities. Old world charm

Didn’t have dinner as we didn’t book. Went to next door hotel who were super helpful and had delicious sushi.

ロビーは広く、清潔感もあります お部屋も広く清潔 露天風呂も時間的に人が少なく、ゆったりできおた。満足。 ピアノの演奏もあり、優雅なひとときを過ごせます。 サービスで飲み物の提供があり良かった

The onsen and breakfast and stuff were amazing. Also the view from room.

朝食はバリエーション豊富で美味しかった！ マグロの刺身や、味噌汁、あんかけ焼きそばが朝から食べれてよかった！

あらかじめベットをくっ付けて欲しいとお願いして、了解したとメールが来たが、実際客室は何も変更されておらず残念でした。温泉は下水臭くて虫が沈んでいて汚い。掃除道具が丸見え。フロントのマネージャーみたいな男性の態度が凄く悪い。高圧的な受け答えで嫌な気分でした。

食事が良かった。どれも美味しかった。お部屋も広く快適でした。

レストランへ行く通路、浴場への行き方など、分かりづらかった。

住宿房間方面，整潔度尚算滿意，設施略為殘舊，有待改善

溫泉超級舒服，停車方便不用付費，入住時間不用趕，皆有專業的櫃檯人員接待！

It’s a little further away from where I thought it would be, but my fault I should’ve looked at the map a little more. If you book the restaurants with the dinner, please contact the hotel to give you an idea of what the dinner is so you can make changes. It is a set menu, but you can make a request for dietary changes. I did not know this at the time of booking.

この季節だから、部屋は湿気があり、トイレの匂いもしていた 夕食は物足りなさを感じた

一開始房卡出問題打不開重新過卡後才能開。這其實還好我比較在意的是晚餐的時候送上的湯裡面有一根頭髮。其它的部分我都覺得還不錯。

溫泉有露天室內還有冷水池桑拿。一樓大廳還有飲料機跟咖啡機可以使用

游泳池跟健身房都是早上10點後才開放，住一天的話根本用不到

Onsen was great! Room was huge and had a great view. Piano performance was nice and overall a very zen experience. Breakfast was good and staff all very friendly.

Hotel is Old dilapidated and in very poor condition in bad need of repair with rust and black mound spots everywhere the onsen is disgustingly bad unlike all other places food is plentiful but very low quality products the staff is very polite but since there is no manager on site unable to do much there are no signs in English anywhere. This is not a hotel that should be on the Booking list for foreigners and high price is not justifiable.

温泉の脱衣場の貴重品入れがコイン式だったが事前に知らされていないため利用できなかった。

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was very well laid out, with everything you could need for your stay! We enjoyed the breakfast as well, as there were many dishes (Japanese & Western) to choose from.

In comparison to other hotels, the bathing area was pretty basic, with just one hot pool, & one cold pool inside, and one hot pool outside. There was also a sauna, which was nice. I’d prefer some other hot pools as well, but it was very nice nevertheless.

アプリで予約した内容と異なり、 追加料金が発生した。 ホテル側のミスではないようなので仕方ないかな。 子供もいて３人で８万か…と思ったが、 お部屋がステキだったので文句なし！

Beds were nice. Room was great and location was fantastic. Good value for money only a 5minute walk from the resort with buses for both resort and city. Very nice hotpot place near by too!

Bit far from town. Free shuttle only operates a few times a day. Best if you have your own car or willing to rely on taxis

Our check-in went smoothly, thanks to the courteous and efficient staff at the front desk. The twin room was a nice size for two, and the spa bath, while a bit old like the facilities overall, was clean and very relaxing. Dinner at the second floor restaurant exceeded our expectations. We also liked the view from our fourth-floor room looking toward the Asari Ski Resort slopes.

We would have enjoyed a better cup of coffee served at the first-floor cafe after check-in; though free, the machine-drip coffee was pretty bland. (OK, I admit this is a minor gripe!)

食事が朝夕とも想像以上だった。 特に夕食がコース料理で内容もよく、満足できるものだった。

The room itself is cozy and good. Onsen is perfect with both indoor and outdoor. Service of the staff though sometimes translation is needed. Even when beyond to assist me as the shop I went to doesn’t speak English. Staff went beyond to prepare my birthday surprise cake with my husband!

The room was very nice and comfortable. Walkable to Asari ski resort and the on-site onsen was amazing. Just make sure to book a western room with a proper bed otherwise I think you will be disappointed.

The onsen has both out door and indoor. Quite lax with tattoo as well. There is many drinks machine to paid for after onsen too. staffs were nice and helpful.

The hotel is up in the mountain so it is quite far by bus from the station. The facilities overall is quite old. The room key is still a manual key.

コインランドリーが安い、洗剤が別売りの方がいい、洗剤はいつも用意している。洗剤自動投入は反対！洗剤なしの方が安くなるから。

コインランドリーが遠い、自動ドアの外側から中に入れない（ロック）ので困ってる。 路線バスは１時間に１本しかなく、待ち時間は約40分だった。早く到着したいのは、コインランドリーの為に、夕食は予定より約20分遅れだった。

Breakfast was decent and made with love but it needs more western options imo. You can see the slopes of asarigawa ski resort from breakfast. The room had good heating and was comfortable but the beds need replacing.

This place was better than expected but it is still expensive for its age and condition.

Excellent location to the ski fields, on-site onsen an absolute bonus. A gem of a hotel. Rooms spcacious enough for 3 full double beds. Highly recommend.

Hotel Onsen was very good. Hotel is located across from a small ski area and provides easy access, by car, to other ski areas. Good grocery shopping and a few good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good. Great massage service at hotel.

Very traditional ryokan. The facilities are a little past their prime but the facility is very clean and the onsen is nice. I also had a private outdoor onsen, and you can't beat soaking while the winter wind is blowing and the snow is falling!

Some of the staff can be a little rude and impatient to travelers who don't speak English. You must take a bus or taxi to get to Otaru, about 20 minutes away. The area isn't walkable.

We used the hotel as a base for visiting ski fields in the region. The rooms are large by Japanese standards and there is a ski locker by the lobby hotel. Amazing amenities provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, cotton bud / pads, hair ties, toothbrush / paste, hair brush and razors! The best feature is the large sauna and onsen facilities - including and indoor and outdoor onsen, and a cold plunge pool :)

There is miminal options for food - in winter, there is the main restuarant (breakfast buffet, alacarte lunch and small dinner menu) and a small Japanese Izakaya (that was open on Friday to Sunday only). The main resturant is expensive by Japanese standards and the Western food should be avoided. The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable. The hotel staff speak limited English and are not willing to make dinner reservations for you - so you'll have to wander into Otaru (10 minutes drive away) to eat most nights.

Installation un peu vieillissante qui aurait en certains endroits vraiment besoin d'un rafraichissement. mais le rapport qualité/prix est bien présent, le personnel attentif.

Le fait qu'il n'existe pas de service bar, tout est gérer avec des distributeurs automatiques !
